Chapter eight:
Hikaru thinks it over for a moment then he comes to realize that Haruhi is probably right. He is going to need all the help that he can get if he is going to get his brother back. He gives a nod to Haruhi with a serious look on his face. "Okay." After he spoke he turns away pulling out his cellphone. He sends out a group text to everyone making sure to take out Kaoru from the group chat. He doesn't want to tip off the creature that has his brother possessed.
Hey everyone. Me and Haruhi have found out something bad. Kaoru, my brother, has been possessed by an evil creature of darkness. The creature is one of the Specters, as it is called. I am going to need the help of everyone if I am going to get my brother back. I trust you all with being able to help me out with this with success. So please, won't you help me?
Hikaru's message is sent to his friends and he waits with impatient tapping of his foot for them to reply. He hardly even notices when Haruhi reaches over placing a hand of assurance and comfort on his shoulder. He instantly looks to the replies as soon as they begin to roll in.
Sure.
Don't worry Hika-chan we'll get Kao-chan back from the meanie that took over him.
I do believe that you have the right idea that we should work together if we are going to be able to retrieve your brother from this happening.
Host club! We have a mission! We shall meet up and try to figure out getting Kaoru back to normal!
Hikaru can't help a small appreciated smile at how quick his friends are willing to jump on board with helping him out with this situation. He notices Hunny post another reply.
Where should we meet up?
Hikaru makes sure to answer this one and sends them the location that he is currently at. He knows that it would be better for them to be able to see what him and Haruhi found as soon as possible. He just hopes that they will be able to get his brother back from this creature that has taken advantage of him.
On the other hand "Kaoru" slightly looks up to see how close they are getting to the castle. He sees that they are approaching it so he lowers his head again.
"This is getting so exciting!" Night grins to himself as he gazes at the approaching castle.
"To think that we are getting so close to being able to reach our goal." Shade adds pausing to chuckle to herself before she continues. "It is good knowing that though it has been a long time we haven't lost our touch. Being able to get what we want so quickly."
"Hold your horses." Twilight turns to Shade who turns to stare back at him. "We still need to be able to get in, get through where we need to go without things going bad, and we also have to put things into place for us to be able to take over everything."
"I know." Shade shrugs settling down right next to "Kaoru". "But I really do feel like we're really close to our goal. That we're keeping things going at a nice pace. Getting stuff done so that way we can get what we want." She sits up tall staring at Twilight almost as if amused. "I doubt that we will have any problems from here on out. We have got this take over in the bag." She glances to the roof of the limo with a daydreaming look on her face. "And I can just imagine how much the misery and unrest we are going to cause will feel. As we watch this pathetic world fall apart around us." She closes her eyes and softly purrs before continuing with what she was saying. "Us being the rulers and that whether they like it or not they are going to just have to deal with. We will be an unstoppable force that no one will be able to stop! We'll make every living moment of their lives filled with misery!"
"Kaoru" who keeps his eyes hidden to not tip off the driver that he isn't who he is pretending to be, rolls his eyes slightly though does understand that it mostly comes from the enthusiasm of the success of the plan. He shifts, gaining the attention of the other Specters, to get ready for when they will arrive to where he will be dropped off at the castle.
The Specters are also ready to get on the move.
The limo comes to a side entrance to the castle where the vehicle comes to a stop.
The driver gets out hurrying around to let "Kaoru" out in which he bends his body in a bow to show his politeness and respect. "Do wish for me to remain here?" He catches the sight of the other shaking his head for a moment. "I see. Then I shall head back master. You may call me once your shift is done if you so desire. Have a good day at work." He head arounds the limo, after shutting the door, to get to the drivers seat so that he can head off back to the mansion.
"Kaoru" looks up to gaze at the castle. He takes in its majesty and excellent building.
"Fancy." Twilight hums looking at the sight as if rather pleased with it. He and the others don't pay attention to the limo leaving.
"Come along. We need to get inside and begin checking on how things are operated around here." "Kaoru" tells the others and he takes the lead as he starts to walk towards the entrance with the Specters following after him. He walks up the three steps leading to the door. His hand raises from hanging at his side to grip the gold doorknob. He shifts as he opens the door due to it opening outward. He heads inside as the Specters fly past him. He looks around while the door closes behind himself. He notices the others seem to be eyeing the path straight ahead.
Though they also have the paths to the left and to the right.
"Kaoru" starts to head down the path straight ahead as he knows that the only way they are going to get anywhere is by exploring. He is grateful that he has the Specters who can go to check things out ahead of them, or even be able to get into places that they can't get to in order to do whatever must be done. He smirks softly to himself well aware that things are only just getting started.
