Chapter 8 Mall

Ren's POV

One Hour Later

Mr Takaya had taken Nora and I to a place we had never been before.

"Wow", Nora said in awe. "This place is amazing!"

"What is this place sir", I asked Mr Takaya.

"This is a mall", Mr Takaya replied. "It's basically a giant, indoor market filled with all different kinds of stores, places to eat food and all kinds of forms of entertainment."

"Really", Nora asked excitedly.

"Yes", Mr Takaya replied. "But we're just going to stick to the stores today, because we need to buy some supplies for the two of you."

"Supplies", I asked. "What supplies?"

"Well", Mr Takaya started. "For starters, you two are going to need new clothes."

After Mr Takaya said this, I looked down at the old and torn up clothes Nora and I were wearing.

"Come", Mr Takaya started. "Let's get you two some new clothes."

With that, we walked into a clothing store.

"Pick anything you like", Mr Takaya stated.

"Anything", Nora asked.

"Anything", Mr Takaya replied.

"But", Nora started as she looked around the store. "There's so many clothes in here. How do we pick?"

After Nora brought this up, Mr Takaya started thinking...until he snapped his fingers when he figured it out.

"I've got it", he said before looking at a sales lady. "Excuse me ma'am."

"How may I be of assistance", the sales lady asked.

"These two here have to choose new outfits for combat school but are having a hard time deciding on what to get", Mr Takaya revealed. "Would you please help them decide?"

After Mr Takaya asked this, the sales lady looked at Nora and I.

"I think I have the perfect outfits for you two."

One Hour Later

I was wearing my new outfit which consisted of a light green, long sleeved cross-over shirt; black, baggy pants and white, knee length boots with black soles.

"Wow", I heard Nora say. "I like your outfit Ren."

After Nora said this I turned around, and saw her in her new outfit which consisted of a baby pink, long sleeved hoodie; a white, knee length skirt over white tights; pink sneakers and baby pink, wrist length, fingerless gloves.

"What do you think of my outfit", she asked.

"It looks great", I replied while blushing.

"Alright", Mr Takaya said. "Now that we've gotten you two new outfits, we should do something about your hair."

One Hour Later

I looked in the mirror at the hair salon and saw my hair, which had been styled into a low ponytail.

"Look Ren", Nora demanded excitedly.

I did as told...and saw that Nora's hair had been cut short with a bang with a pink streak in it that covered her eye.

"Look", she started excitedly as she pointed towards the pink streak. "You and I are twins now!"

"Indeed we are", I said happily.

"Okay", Mr Takaya started. "Let's get a few more supplies and then head back to Tengoku."
