Author's Note: Mwahaha! It's time to change the tune of this story! Let the Monsters introduce themselves to Heroes. It's time Izuku's world falls apart and he disappears...into a mysterious vortex. What will happen when he returns?

Izuku Midoriya was in the family room of the Midoriya residence holding a familiar black leather and silver edged book sitting on the couch to the right of Katsuki. Moon Fang was sitting on his right. Across from them were their mothers.

Izuku had been saved by a Side Kick of a Pro Hero and taken to the side. He had escaped the authorities after waking up before they could get to where he was.

They were watching a newscast of the Monster smashing homes and they could see Endeavor lighting the earthen creature on fire. Death Arms had rushed one of its legs and another Side Kick was crushed under a giant foot made of earth. Blood could be seen and the reporter was starting to get frantic.

The green haired boy could only whisper while watching the destruction. "Monsters are real. Magic is real."

Inko frowned. "You weren't lying."

"No."

She crossed her arms. "You can't be a Hero. If those things are real then leave it to the Pros Izuku. Give me the book."

At that Izuku sighed and a black string wrapped around it and engulfed it in liquid shadow and seemed to be absorbed into that one strand which went into Izuku. "No. I need it. It's not like a Quirk with genetics being how you get your Quirk. Magic has its own will."

Katsuki was the last to see Izuku. He saw the ground crack. The street sunk in a circle and he could see a vortex of blue light down below. Blue strands came from it and started to pull things down. The wind started to pick up and he shielded his face. He heard Izuku yell. His backpack had ripped from one of the blue strands. Then he saw one grab Izuku's ankle.

All Katsuki had time for was to yell Izuku's name and stretch out his hand. They were so close to each other. Their fingers were only a centimeter apart when Izuku was pulled into the vortex. His eyes were full of fear as he went further.

Then the vortex died down and Izuku was nowhere to be found.

Izuku didn't have his backpack anymore. His shirt was ripped open. His hair fell into his eyes. Their was only one thing he held. A black leather bound book with silver edges. He held it to his chest as he leaned into the gray cobblestone of a ruined castle with a deep breath and wide teary eyes. He needed a better place. He needed to hide.

When he had arrived he had seen wooden crosses and gravestones scattered on rolling hills behind him. Frost covered trees and bushes led to giant mountains on his left. To his right were trees shrouded in shadows. He saw the ruins before him and knew he had to get there. Especially when he heard the earth move behind him. He heard wolves howl to his right. A roar came down from the mountains and giant wings flapped.

Izuku stood at the top of a ruined tower. He smiled. Two years. He was almost thirteen. He had learned to enchant his clothes so he wouldn't need to worry about them. They still fit even as he grew taller and grew more muscles. The only thing that stood out was the short sword he held in his right hand. The blade was silver and double sided. Its guard was a bar that went across. In the middle of the guard laid a ruby on both sides and at the edges lay spheres made of sapphire. The handle was different from most because it had enough room for two hands. The pommel was in the shape of a three silver talons that held a spherical diamond. In his other hand was his book. In front of him was the fading body of a small stone Golem. The same as the one who had attacked out of nowhere. He remembered what he had learnt over the past two years.

He had learned how to handle the risen dead. He had learnt how to deal with wolves and snakes. He had all four of his Summons at his command. He could even Summon temporary elemental spirits. He had found fire to be at his call with a snap of his fingers and could call lightning to his body. The shadows were his. Enchantments were abundant and crafted to his clothing. He could enhance his abilities to breath under water, improve his strength and speed when in an emergency. He could resist the elements one at a time. He learned to brew poison to cover his blade.

He had learned of Monsters that could rip men in half and devour them whole. He had seen rotten flesh move and bones move without anything to support them. He had smelled fire burning fur and seen lightning strike and make a body explode. He had crafted the shadows to cover him as he moved in the dead of night among the nocturnal. He knew just how little Monsters cared for each other too.

He had learned where he was. The seal for a Monster Prison had started to crack. So, it had taken magic from the closest being to seal it and had taken him on accident. The only way for the seal to break on the inside was for everything in the Monster Prison to die. The beings inside had never aged. Some were intelligent, but most weren't. One of the main things he learned about the Prisons were that magic users scattered Monsters from wherever they used to live and transferred them to other lands. Almost every Monster however, were willing to eat a tasty morsel. Apparently that was what humans were to them.

Izuku looked into the sky as blue cracks seemed to stretch beyond his eyes. With that his body was wrapped in blue light. A blue flash ripped apart the tower and went through the landscape.

The thirteen year old appeared in a blue flash of light in the middle of a sidewalk in the dead of night.
