Hi people! I am surprised at myself, because I am updating just 3 days after the last chapter! Honestly, I usually spend a lot of my free time reading, but lately I have not been in a reading mood so I have been writing A LOT. This is a short chapter but I hope the content is good enough. I kinda need to get out of this "nobody knows what's happening" part already, so I am working on that.

Also, I wanted to shamelessly plug my new story, *Mwahahaha* I was dying to write an AU/AH Malec story so I did, it's called Life After Heartbreak. I'll leave the blurb here so you can have an idea what it's about, please do check it out!

Also PLEASE PLEASE let me know what you think about these last three chapters I have posted! Reviews keep me going and besides, I love to read everybody's comments. If you are enjoying please do review!

Love, RV

Two days after waking up in a strange place with no memories, my knowledge about my own life was just bits and pieces, but none of those bits and pieces had been even as half as scary as Piper's mind control. I now knew that everyone else referred to it as Charmspeak, and it was, in essence, very strong persuasion, but that didn't make it less scary to me. When she used it on me, I felt useless, controlled by this girl I barely even knew by name. She could have asked me to set myself on fire, or dive into the lake naked, or a million other horrible things, and I would have done them, without questioning. If not for the fact that I was so shocked at what happened after I opened my eyes, I would have been sick.

When I was finally able to control myself again and open my eyes, everyone was staring at Magnus as if he was some sort of wild animal, but I didn't understand their shock. Apparently, there had been something wrong with his eyes, but they looked fine to me, same as always. Then, chaos broke. After a few seconds, Piper fainted, her back hitting the floor pretty hard, but luckily, she didn't hit her head.

Annabeth, who had always seemed so calm, with the exception of her tantrum on our first night here, seemed to be freaking out, while most of the others appeared to be frozen in shock, looking from Piper to Magnus as if he had done something. Jason was the only one to react, running to her side like a lightning bolt, trying to shake her awake. At that point, I hadn't really memorized who was in a relationship with who, but now I knew that Jason had been so worried because she was in fact his girlfriend. No amount of shaking her and calling her name seemed to wake her, so Jason proceeded to take her pulse and check her breathing. His eyes went wide.

"This is so weird." He whispered, and I was close enough to hear him. "Her heart is not racing, or slow. Everything seems normal with her, but I can't wake her up."

"Should I get Clovis?" Annabeth asked. I had no idea who Clovis was.

"No, wait." Percy finally broke out of his shock and ran out of the room. He came back seconds later with a glass of water, which he probably intended to force down Piper's throat in case she was dehydrated or something.

What he did next left me in shock. He set the glass on the floor next to her and took a couple steps back. He moved his arms in a strange way, and the small glass of water turned into a tidal wave that should have drenched the entire room. Instead, I was completely dry, and so was everyone else around me, except for Piper, who jumped up in surprise, suddenly awake, and spit out water.

"My hair! I am going to kill you the next time I get the chance, I swear!" She yelled, pointing a finger at Percy. It seemed like a weird thing to be worried about, given that she had been unconscious, but she didn't seem fazed in the least.

"REALLYPIPERTHAT'SWHATYOU'RETHINKINGABOUTRIGHTNOW!" Annabeth seemed to lose it, and I saw the same expression in her face that I had seen on our first night here, when she stormed out of the room.

"My mother spoke to me." Piper replied, suddenly all serious again, as if she had forgotten about something then suddenly remembered.

"Wait." Jason interrupted. "Let me dry you. You'll catch hypothermia again." And, as if Percy's display hadn't been weird enough, Jason proceeded to blow air out of his hands, as if they were a blow-dryer. He frowned after a while. "Leo, some help here, man." Leo then set his own hand on fire, like he had done in the movie theater fighting that demon. He placed his hand just below Jason's, which appeared to heat the air that was drying Piper's hair and clothes. "Done. What did your mom say?" He then asked her, as if they were having the most normal conversation in the world.

Her head turned to me, and then to Magnus, and I could swear that, when she moved, her eyes changed from gray to blue. "She said to be kind to you. She was weird," She emphasized the word, as if nothing else going on had been weird. "She rambled on about some nonsense, saying she had always supported Apollo, and then told me to be careful about you." She was looking straight at Magnus, who was staring back at her with wide eyes. "She said you were more powerful than me, that I shouldn't try to Charmspeak you, because you would beat me at it."

"Does that mean Magnus is your brother?" Leo had asked, grinning. "Because you know what that means, right? Aphrodite has some serious preferences for mortals who aren't white... OW!" He exclaimed in pain, rubbing his arm after being hit by Jason, at the same time Annabeth had yelled LEO! "What? It was just a joke. Besides, I'm not judging, Hephaestus does, too, in case you haven't noticed, and don't get me started on..."

"Leo, shut up." Piper interrupted, exasperated. "No, he is not my brother. Believe me, I asked. But my mom said that he could also Charmspeak, so I'm guessing he must be magically trained, somehow. I know that normally, that sort of thing happened on Circe's island, but she didn't teach males, so I don't know."

Besides me, Magnus had gone white, and his hands were shaking. Seeing him like that, I suddenly started remembering things. My head started hurting and the light was too bright, so I closed my eyes and I started seeing things. Some of them made sense, and some didn't.

One time, Magnus and I had saved each other from dying. I had almost drowned, and he had pulled me out of the water. After that, he told me he was going to faint and then did something strange, as if he had been pulling energy out of my hands. Then the memory shifted to me helping him stand up. He looked like he was going to die. We were in some sort of dungeon, and his hands and feet had actually been bound with chains. Then we were inside a house, he was yelling, his voice was full of hurt, saying You won't even acknowledge I exist! Then we were in Paris, buying souvenirs from a shop, the Eiffel Tower nearby, he smiled every time I showed him something. I was waking up on a yellow bed, and I heard his voice in the distance asking me to feed the cat, but suddenly the image shifted to me, fighting with some blonde guy I didn't know. I then saw that same blonde guy punching a window with bags in his eyes, then he was in a suit, dancing with a redheaded girl in a formal dress.

Then the memories shifted back to Magnus. We were both in suits, staring at a lake, but suddenly we were inside a store, smelling shampoo bottles and bars of soap, which I was now using in the shower. I reached for a towel after I was done and I saw two monogrammed towels, the letters M and A embroidered in gold. I had been training some sort of martial art before taking the shower, which I started seeing again. The memories felt out of place then, and my head started hurting even more, my whole body hurt, and then I saw Magnus taking care of me in a sickbed. I was covered in bandages and he was touching my shoulder, there was something blue surrounding his hands, I couldn't quite remember what that was and-

"Snap out of it!" Piper's Charmspeak voice brought me back to the room, and for a moment I could only see everyone standing over me, as I was laying down on the couch.

"Jeez, everybody is passing out today." I heard Leo say, but his lips were moving in a weird way, I was no longer able to focus on his face. I felt a hand on my shoulder that must have been Magnus's, and then everything went black.

There it is. Their memories are coming back, this can only get better from here. Also, I need to say that I don't own these characters, they were invented by Cassandra Clare and Rick Riordan (who, I am now noticing, have repeating initials. The only things I own are the memories of Alec in the shower, and that is enough for me. I'll leave the description for my new story below, check it out!

It had been 5 years since Magnus Bane's divorce. He thought he was never going to find someone else until he meets Alexander, a former soldier who hasn't come out of the closet and is secretly in love with his roomate. Magnus must come to terms with opening up again, while Alec fears the reactions of people in his conservative hometown. Older characters / AH.
