Song: Ashlee - Alone With You
Dabi was laid out shirtless on the small couch in his studio apartment, he was starring at the messages between himself and Siren. Not only was she haunting his thoughts she was making it harder to push her away. Sighing heavily he threw the phone down on the couch where he couldn't see it and tried to clear his mind.
'What type of mind control did she put me under?' He thought to himself as he ran a hand through his hair. 'Ever since I first saw her it's like an uncontrollable pull has been bringing us together. This shit needs to stop and yet I already said I'd see her tonight, doesn't mean I have to go…I shouldn't go. There is nothing to gain from seeing her anymore…Is that really true though?' "Hell yeah," he answered himself out loud, just another sign of his obviously delirious state.
'You keep telling yourself that,' "I don't have to take this shit from you," 'I am you idiot.'
"I knew I was crazy already but now I've dived head first into the deep end," 'At least you can admit that to yourself.'
He sat upright and looked at the hat Siren had left behind before going on her trip to America. It was sitting on his bed close to his jacket and he stood off the couch to walk closer. "You're wrong…I can admit that I'm crazy about her," he said picking up his jacket and throwing it over his shoulders.
Slipping his arms through the sleeves he continued to battle with his inner self 'Thought you weren't going,' "I should indulge myself at least one more time." He felt the key to her place in his pocket and grabbed her hat as he left his apartment.
Opening the door to Sirens place Dabi noticed how still the atmosphere was, meaning that no one was here. Dabi smirked as he kicked off his shoes and sat her hat on the small table that was by the door. He also made sure to set the key on the table as well, thinking back on the reason this whole thing even started when he accidentally pocketed the key the first time.
As he walked around the lavish apartment he made his way to her bedroom. The bed was made and had too many extra pillows on it that weren't necessary. He fell backwards onto the oversized mattress and glanced at the clock on the nightstand, it was 21:17 pm. Unsure how long it was going to be before Siren showed up Dabi pulled his phone from his pocket and did a quick search on the internet.
There it was, the video that Toga and Twice and had been pestering him about. He clicked on it and his eyes glazed over as he was once again sucked into a different but very familiar world.
He was in a space that looked similar to Sirens apartment but not exactly the same. Siren was sitting on the kitchen counter dressed in a simple black tank top and cotton shorts with her hair up in a messy bun as she began to sing:
"Come fill me up
I can love you crazy baby
Can't get enough, no
Just the feel of your touch can take me
Come take me
For the ride of my life
Don't, don't you stop
Right there
Baby I (Whisper in your ear like)
Don't, don't you stop
Right there" At some point a dark shadow had crept into the room and was approaching Siren from the side, but she didn't seem to notice.
"Constant, pleasure
Know just what you want, I've got it here forever
Won't you find my treasure
Don't you know that once you feel the flame
It'll never be the same," The shadow turned into a mirror image of himself as he picked her up and carried her off somewhere he couldn't immediately see and the screen went black as Dabi blinked his eyes clearing away the fog as he was brought back to reality. He starred at the ceiling for a moment before a voice snapped him out of his thoughts.
"I didn't know you where a fan of my videos Dabi," he turned his head to the side and saw Siren laid out next to him.
"Well I don't watch them for the music," he said smiling as he looked her up and down. She was wearing an oversized teal hoodie that fell to her mid-thigh with a pair of black leggings. Her hair was up in her normal messy bun and her eyes had slight bags under them. She looked tired, maybe from the jet lag.
She smiled at him "If you really wanted to see more of me all you had to do was ask," placing a hand on his cheek she felt so cold. Something he noticed before but right now the temperature of her hand was a stark contrast to his usually warm skin.
"But after being on a plane for fourteen hours I really need to shower first," she said as she stood up and walked over to the bathroom door, "Just give me five more minutes and I'm all yours."
Siren had already washed up and was standing under the now hot running water. Her eyes where closed as the water ran over the top of her head, this was probably the most relaxed she's felt in days.
'I should've told him to come tomorrow, I don't even know if my body can handle the beat down it's about to receive,' her right hand reached out to turn off the water but it was caught by another hand entirely. Siren opened her eyes just as a naked warm body was pressed against her backside.
"It's been over ten minutes," his other arm wrapped around her waist and held her body to him. "Sorry, I was…lost in thought," she responded leaning her head back onto his shoulder as the water continued to run down her chest. Dabi enjoyed the view as he cupped one of her breast with the hand that was previously around her waist
"Then don't think," he whispered into her ear squeezing the pierced nipple at the same time. She felt his lips trail down her neck and he kissed the area around her collar bone before bitting it. Siren sucked in a breath and relaxed into him as he continued to bit and suck.
Dabi realized that in order to actually leave a mark on Sirens' skin he had to really put in some work, especially if he wanted it to last for awhile. Both of his hands played with her nipples as her breathing started to turn into moans.
When his mouth finally pulled away from Sirens' neck Dabi couldn't help but to grin at the large purple spot. The water stopped instantly as he felt her move forward. He quickly grabbed her hand and stepped out of the shower dragging her along with him.
Using his forward momentum he pushed her onto the bed and immediately got on top of her. Their eyes met and Siren felt it, that familiar realization that this is what she wanted most. She wanted Dabi and no one else.
He kissed her and the passion behind it was enough to make her melt. Her arms wrapped around his neck as he positioned himself and entered her in a deliciously slow way. Their lips stayed connected as she felt every inch of him inside her making her walls clench in anticipation. He moved at a slower pace than Siren was used to but the slow deep thrusts mixed with his tongue in her mouth was getting her even more excited.
She broke the kiss unable to contain her moans as she scratched at his back being careful not to hit a staple.
As much as Dabi loved ramming his cock in and out of her with reckless abandon, the expression on her face in this moment was enough for him. She was in pure bliss even with the slow pace and he was happy that it was him who made her this way. 'I should be the only one who gets to see her like this.'
Another thought crossed his mind and he pulled out with a devilish grin.
"What the fuck?" She looked up him with a confused expression. "I just remembered that I owe you a punishment, I can't in good conscience continue to reward such naughty behavior."
She pushed out her lip in a pout, "But Daddy, I didn't do anything wrong-" he slapped her thigh, "Didn't you go through Daddy's phone?" "I-" "And you used my image without my knowledge or consent," he produced a rope from nowhere but Siren recognized the bright purple color and knew he had gone through her toys. She tried to keep the smile off her face as he tied each of her legs and arms to the post of the bed.
"Honestly I thought you where smarter than that, now Daddy's' gonna have to punish his favorite girl." The grin that would normally make others run away scared was stuck on his face as he finished tying up her arms.
Dabi opened his eyes to a semi-dark room. The clock next to him read 6:38 am, it was way too early for him. As he tried to reposition himself he felt a weight on his chest that stopped him. Sirens' head was resting against him. Her face was on the patch of burnt skin that ran across his waist and yet she seemed so comfortable on the scarred flesh.
'I may never understand you,' he thought as he moved again, this time to get both of them more comfortable. All his shuffling stirred Siren awake as her eyes opened slightly and she turned to look up at his face.
"Do you need me to move?" He shook his head 'no' and she brought her hand up and wrapped her arm around his chest, similar to how a child holds an oversized stuff animal. She nuzzled the burnt skin and moaned in content as she found the perfect spot, still in the same spot, and relaxed closing her eyes.
"How can you be so relaxed?" He asked out loud. She opened her eyes and looked up at him once again "Should I be tense and ready to jump every time I'm with you?"
"It would be smart if you where."
Siren blinked a couple times before responding, "You think I don't know how reckless this is?"
"Honestly…no."
"Dabi…" She pushed herself up off his chest and looked down at him. Her hair was covering half of her face as she continued "I know…I know more than you think I know about our situation," he frowned at her words but waited to see where this was going. Her hand began to trace each of the staples that where in her view lightly with her fingers.
She didn't feel him flinch or move right away, but she continued to avoid looking at him. "But I…I want you and no one else."
"Is that why you can't look at me?," his words made her turn to finally look at his face.
He had a serious expression that Siren couldn't read and for the first time in a long time she felt scared. She took a deep breath "No I-I'm in love wi-."
His hands went to either side of her face and he pulled her closer as their lips met in a quick kiss. Dabi couldn't let her finish that sentence, "Saying that is beyond reckless," he said resting his forehead against hers. "I don't need you to rub it in," she averted her eyes but continued to speak "I don't expect you to say it back, but I just needed you to know my feelings."
Dabi let out a heavy sigh as he fell back onto the bed. "It's unfortunate that my feelings are nonexistent, who knows how I could've reacted."
His words threw her off. "Do you really have no feelings or do you just not know how to express them properly?" He sat upright and this time grabbed Sirens' chin forcing her to look at him.
"Look, I don't like anyone, not even the people I work with, but…I do find myself coming back to you." He turned her head so he could see the side of her neck that didn't already have his mark, "Let's just continue the way we where. We don't have to make this complicated right?!" Leaning into her he bit her neck causing her to shudder with pleasure as his other arm pushed her back into the mattress ready to show her the only way he knew how, his feelings for her.
Siren sat on the couch in the living room with a lit cigarillo hanging from her mouth as she thought about last night and this mornings events. 'Why the fuck did I say that?! Telling Dabi I'm in love with him was the last thing that should have come out of my mouth.' She grabbed the blunt and ashed it as she put her elbows on her knees and her head in her hands.
She was exposed now, made herself vulnerable to a man that could easily destroy her and yet… 'I really do love him, I thought about him while I was America to the point where I actually texted him…but that didn't mean spill your guts right then and there. You knew from the beginning this couldn't last…I'm not reckless, I'm down right foolish.' She took another drag but kept her head facing the ground.
Siren was never like this, she never held back, always spoke her mind no matter the consequences and yet ever since she's met Dabi she has been tiptoeing around him. 'The only thing weirder than my confession was how he played it off, am I really supposed to believe that we can just continue like I never said anything?! He might be able to do that, but I can only fool myself for so much longer.'
The flame from the cigarillo hit her fingers pulling her from her thoughts as she tossed it into the ash tray that sat on the table in front of her. "Fuck me," she said checking to make sure her fingers where okay.
As she threw her head onto the back of the couch she looked up and right at Dabi who was standing just behind her. She jumped taken aback at his appearance, but immediately relaxed when he chuckled.
"That's a first, did I actually catch you off guard?" He asked lifting an eyebrow at her.
"That depends, how long have you been standing there?"
"Long enough to watch you burn yourself."
'Of course, that's just what I needed,' she thought to herself.
He walked to the other side of the couch and sat down next to her as he put his arms on the back of the couch. He was wearing his boxers and jeans so his chest was still visible.
"You're not leaving?" She expected him to do his normal show up fully dressed and leave while saying good bye but here he was sitting next her with no intention of leaving.
"You want me to go?" He asked raising an eyebrow at her. "No I…you just always leave by now." He shrugged his shoulders "I have no plans today."
"So…you're staying?" He gave her an incredulous look as he moved to stand up "I'll just go," she reached out and grabbed his arm before he could move too far and pulled him back into the couch. "No, you just sit your ass right there." He smirked and got comfortable on the grey sofa as Siren stood and walked towards the kitchen.
"I'm starving, if you're staying then I'll have to go to the store." She opened the fridge and frowned at the almost empty box. Before leaving for America Siren had emptied out the fridge of perishables to avoid coming back to a mess, which meant the only thing she had was juice, water and some canned goods. Closing the door she walked to her bedroom to throw on some more appropriate clothes for the cold weather that awaited her outside.
She emerged from the closet dressed in a tan long sleeve sweater dress that went down to her knees and had a cut out in the chest area to show off her cleavage. Paired with some knee high black boots she kept her hair down as she grabbed a faux fur leopard print coat and walked out of the bedroom.
Dabi was standing by the door already fully dressed as she approached. 'I didn't think he would come with me,' she thought walking past him and out the door.
Once outside of the apartment building Siren turned to head in the direction of the nearby grocery store. The wind picked up and she shivered as she pulled her jacket closed over her body to shield herself. Dabi walked next to her seeming unaffected by the cold.
"Man I hate the cold," she muttered to herself. Even though it was the middle of the day the sky was completely covered with clouds letting no sunlight through.
Thankfully the store was only a few blocks away and Siren felt relieved as they entered through the doors and felt the heat wash over her. "I meant to ask, what do y-" she was cut off by two girls that literally appeared out of nowhere. "Holy shit, it's Siren!" "Oh my gosh, it is her," "Can I get a picture with you please?" "Oh me too, I love all your songs," "Not as much as I do. I'm your biggest fan, I even listen to your old group Nowhere Kids, but my all-time favorite is 'Ruins'."
"Thank you for all your continued support. I hope my new album makes you guys proud and lives up to the hype. I'll gladly take a picture with you. Do you mind if I post it online?" Siren layered on the charm for her fans. "We should be asking you that."
Siren held out her phone and stood in-between the two girls to take the picture. Dabi watched at a distance so as not to cause anymore unwanted attention. Bad enough she was recognized in public, not like she tried to hide her appearance, but he didn't need to be seen with her as well.
"Can I ask, when is your album coming out?" One of the girls asked.
"It's a secret, but let's just say before the cherry blossoms bloom you might get your answer," "So cool," "Is that a hickey on your neck? It's huge!" "So you do have a boyfriend, is he another singer? Or someone from one of your videos?"
"It was nice meeting you guys." Siren waved them off completely ignoring their last questions and grabbed a basket as she made her way to the meat section of the store, Dabi was right behind her.
Siren absentmindedly grabbed her neck as she looked at the selections of different beef. She had noticed the hickeys on her neck but she didn't bother to cover them because she quite enjoyed them.
Every time she left her apartment she risked being spotted by fans and paparazzi alike but today she really didn't care what anyone thought. For the first time in a very long time she felt happy, like someone actually cared about her. Despite her confession earlier Dabi was still here, that has to mean something right?! 'Actions do speak louder than words.'
"Since it's so cold maybe I should just do a soup…or chili, yeah that sounds good," she said to herself as she picked up some ground beef and inspected it for a moment before placing it in the basket.
She grabbed a few more items from around the small store and paid for them at the counter. Without a word Dabi grabbed the bags and walked out the store. Siren was right behind him trying, but failing miserably, to hide the smile on her face. Even though he had been silent the entire time, he was there and that was enough for her.
Siren had grown used to being alone these past few years and while she had been lonely she found a way to deal with it that didn't include attachments. But then Dabi came along and she broke all of her own rules for him. At first it was confusing to her, but then she realized that she was in love with him and all her irrational behavior made sense. It made sense and she continued to go along with it even though she should have ended it. Hell she should have let it die after he gave back her key the first time.
Opening the door to her apartment Siren was still thinking about her current predicament. She kicked off her boots and tossed her coat onto the chair as she walked into the kitchen. Dabi sat down the bags on the counter and the noise made Siren finally look at him. "Lost in thought again?" He asked stepping closer.
"Yeah…I think I just need to eat something," she started pulling stuff from the bags and sat everything out on the counter as Dabi got dangerously close behind her. "Or maybe you need another distraction," he whispered into her ear as his hands grabbed her arms to stop her fidgeting. She laughed low and to herself 'He's just like a horny teenager.'
"You can't distract me from everything with sex, Dabi." She turned to face him and he released her arms placing them on the counter behind her. "You can let me try," his face was barely an inch from hers and she could feel the sexual tension rising fast. She breathed a heavy sigh and smiled as she closed her eyes and whispered "Fine." His lips where on hers instantly and Siren let herself be swept up in the storm that was Dabi.
