Steve woke up and saw Catherine getting dressed to go out. "Where are you going so early?" He asked while he was lying in bed.

"It's already 9:00, Steve. I'll get Eddie. The kids are asking me to go get him."

"And do you have to look that pretty?" He asked.

Catherine looked at herself and laughed. "I'm wearing jeans and a basic black shirt and I'm not even wearing makeup."

"But you look beautiful," he replied.

"Okay. Thanks for the compliment." Catherine sat on the bed to put on her shoes while he watched her.

"Are the kids asleep?"

"No, they wake up early. They've had breakfast and they're watching cartoons. Can you stay with them or do you want me to take them with me?" Catherine asked him.

"You can leave them with me, I'll take good care of them."

"Don't let them go out in the backyard alone, okay? I'm afraid they'll go into the sea."

"Go carefree, but come back soon," he told her and got up from bed. They went downstairs and Catherine told the children to obey their father.

She left and Steve went to the kitchen to eat something. He took a cup of coffee and went to the backyard and looked at the sea thinking how beautiful the day was. After finishing his coffee, he went in and sat with the children in the living room.

Catherine arrived at the headquarters and Eddie ran to her when he saw her and she played with him. "Hey, my boy! Were you missing mommy?"

"Hey, Catherine. Danny told us about Steve. We're really happy to know he's alive," Tani told her.

"I felt like killing him when I heard he was alive," Danny said and they laughed.

"Well, he's alive, but he's different. We'll only really get him back when he gets his memory back," Catherine said to the team.

"Tell us how it happened, Catherine," Junior and Lou asked.

"Okay, I'll tell you..."

Debby asked Steve for water and he went to the kitchen. As he filled the glass with water for Debby, Joe walked behind him in the kitchen and he didn't see. Steve took the glass of water to Debby and didn't see Joe sitting on the couch.

"Where is Joe, Debby?"

"I don't know, Daddy," Debby answered.

Steve gave her the glass of water and searched the house for Joe. "Joe! Joe, do you hear me, son?"

Steve searched the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the laundry room, and it wasn't until he returned to the kitchen that he realized he had left the kitchen door open. "Oh, my God! Joe! Joe! Answer me, Joe!"

Steve looked around the house and then his gaze hung over the sea. "Oh no, Joe." Steve went into the water and looked for desperate Joe. "Joe!" He was screaming between one dive and another.

Debby heard his father screaming and went out into the yard. She saw Steve looking desperately for Joe.

"Catherine will never forgive me," Steve thought as he plunged once again into the search for his son.

Debby saw a bush moving and she spied. She saw Joe squatted behind the bush. She ran to the edge of the sea and called Steve. "Daddy!"

"Get out of there, Debby! Don't get in the water!"

Debby pointed to the bush. "Joe's there, Daddy."

"Steve immediately left the sea and ran to the bush. Joe was squatting there and laughed a lot when Steve found him. The first thing that came into Steve's mind was to yell at him, but Steve was tolerant because he understood that in Joe's mind they were just kidding.

Steve picked him up and hugged him. "Don't do this to me no more, son."

"Hide and seek, Daddy," Joe told him.

Steve breathed in relief. He walked into the house with the kids and locked the doors. After showering and putting on clean clothes, Steve called Debby in to talk.

"Please, daughter, don't tell Mom what happened. If she finds out that Joe has left the house and gone into hiding, she will never let me take care of you two again. Can you do that for Daddy?"

"Okay, Daddy."

Catherine finished the conversation with the team and promised them that she would let them know when Steve was ready to receive visitors.

"I hope it's soon, we're all looking forward to seeing the boss," Tani said and the others agreed.

"I also hope it's soon, Tani," Catherine answered. She called Eddie, thanked Junior for taking care of him while she was traveling and left. She opened the car door and Eddie went inside. She also got in the car and smiled when she spoke to Eddie. "You'll be in for a big surprise when you get home, Eddie."

After a few minutes, Catherine arrived home with Eddie and he jumped on Steve who was sitting on the couch.

"Hey, you must be Eddie," Steve stroked Eddie's head.

"Look at his happiness, Steve! He's very happy you're back," Catherine said.

Debby hugged Eddie, too. "Daddy's back, Eddie!"

"Now our family is complete," Catherine told Steve.

At night, Catherine put the kids to sleep and then went to her room. Steve was lying with one of his arms under his head. She stopped by the bed and looked at him with an enigmatic expression.

"What?" He asked.

Catherine opened the robe and dropped it on the floor, showing a sexy nightdress. She climbed on the bed still a little insecure and kissed him. Her insecurity turned into daring when she felt his body respond to her stimuli. "You want me, sailor?"

"Yes, I want you very much," Steve whispered in her ear and pulled her to him compulsively kissing her.

"Ah, Steve..." Catherine was happy as if he'd never disappeared, feeling on fire with each caress of him.

"Mommy? Can Joe and I sleep here?" They heard Debby ask from the other side of the door.

"Oh, no... she said in a low voice.

Debby insisted and Steve smiled at Catherine. "We'll have to continue this later."
