Izuku never imagined the day he got married would come so quickly. Yet here he was, standing in front of a crowd of family and friends. He was holding hands with Nejire in front of an archway draped with pretty, colorful flowers while a beautiful garden was displayed behind them. It was the perfect setting for a wedding to happen. And in the background of it all, the marriage officiant was speaking. Or rather, rambling on with a monotonous speech.

But Izuku wasn't paying attention to a single word he was saying. He was busy staring at how flawless Nejire looked in her wedding dress. She was beautiful. And pretty. And cute. But it was the white flower crown that sealed the deal for him. And the way she was staring at him told him she wasn't listening to the marriage officiant either.

"Izuku Midoriya, you may now kiss the bride."

That was the only sentence that registered in Izuku's mind before he leaned in and kissed Nejire, straight on the lips. And as their lips met, time slowed down for Izuku. It was a magical adventure that he had experienced before, but this time it felt different. It felt more official. When she pulled away, it left an imprint of her warmth on his lips. Like ink written upon paper, but the ink was comprised of love. Nejire's love.

Izuku returned to reality and realized that the crowd had been cheering for him. Suddenly, he felt Nejire tugging on his hands. He followed her lead, and together they walked down the pathway in the middle while a cheesy love song played from the speakers nearby. But it didn't matter if it was cheesy or not because he was married to the most beautiful woman in the world.

After the song ended, his classmates expressed their happiness and congratulated him for marrying Nejire. After sharing a few laughs with them, Izuku soon found himself separated from Nejire and talking with Tamaki.

"Congrats, Izuku." Tamaki smiled as he put a hand on Izuku's shoulder and slipped a clean, white envelope into Izuku's hands. "Take good care of her, alright?"

"Don't worry, I will!" Izuku replied with confident energy. He then studied the envelope for a few seconds before he looked back up at Tamaki with a confused expression. "But what is this envelope for?"

"Oh, you know... Nejire has a habit of spending a lot of money, so I thought it would be a good idea to give you guys enough money to spend on your honeymoon." Tamaki winked, but then sighed as he looked down at the ground. "But knowing her, I have a feeling she's going to throw it away like it's just leftover change in her purse."

Izuku laughed and put the envelope in his pocket. He was definitely going to keep the envelope of money as a secret from Nejire. "Thank you, Tamaki, but I'll make sure she doesn't spend all the money you've given us!"

Tamaki laughed along with Izuku. "Well, I'm glad to see you married her... It's crazy to think so much time passed since that camping trip. It almost seems like yesterday we were there… I kind of miss those high school days."

"I agree. When I first heard Nejire say she wanted to be back in high school, I never understood what she was trying to say, but now I do."

"Yeah, those three years are something special… Also, I noticed your attire is crisp and a little over the top compared to other men in the crowd."

"Haha, about that..." Izuku looked down at his formal clothing and nervously rubbed the back of his head. "Nejire insisted I wear this. She said I had to look good in front of everyone because it's a wedding... I mean, it's nice she's looking out for me, but even I have to agree, this is a little too much."

"How much did it cost?"

"Let's just say somewhere in the high three-digits."

Tamaki gulped and nervously fiddled around with his tie. "Ever since she became a pro hero, I think she's developed an even more expensive taste than when she was younger..."

"Yeah, I guess you could say that!" Izuku laughed and thanked Tamaki again before making his way through the crowd towards Nejire.

Izuku leaned over and kissed her. This one was just as magical as the first one he had with her today. Both times, Izuku's heart fluttered and made him happier that this was the woman he was now married to.

"When did you get so romantic, Izuku?"

"What are you talking about? I was always like this."

Nejire gently slapped him on the arm and giggled. "Liar."

A few seconds of silence followed as Izuku stared into her eyes. They were always glowing with positivity. He put an arm around her shoulder and pulled her closer to him. "I love you, Nejire."

"And I love you too, Izuku."

Soon, an early dinner approached them. It was Nejire's plan for them to eat early because kids were always impatient for food during weddings.

And while they stood in line filling their plates up with delicious food, Nejire tapped Izuku on the shoulder. "Izuku, look who came over to say hi!"

Izuku looked down and made eye contact with an overexcited Eri. "Ah, Eri! It's been a long time since I saw you! How's your last year at middle school been so far?"

"It's been amazing! I made so many friends this year!"

"That's great to hear!"

"And I'm going to start my hero career at U.A. high school next year, the school that Mr. Deku went to! I'm going to be a pro hero soon!"

Izuku smiled at her enthusiasm and patted her on the head. "I'm sure you'll be a great hero."

After the wedding was over, they all stood out in the parking lot talking and catching up with each other's lives. There were still so many people Izuku hadn't talked to and currently he was in a small group with Aizawa, Present Mic, Midnight, and Eri. But the conversation was mostly geared towards Aizawa grumbling about the new class of future heroes he was training.

Eri bumbled over to Izuku and hugged him on the leg. "I think I forgot to say this earlier, but congrats on getting married, Izuku."

"It's fine, but thank you, Eri. And thank you for coming to my wedding."

Eri laughed and kept hugging him in the silence that followed. She didn't let go until Aizawa called her over. Aizawa, Present Mic, Midnight, and Eri congratulated Izuku once more before they drove away.

Izuku watched the car Eri was in drive out of sight. It was all because of Eri that everything went the way it did. And it was all because of Eri that Nejire was now his wife. Izuku muttered a quick thanks to the heavens for sending Eri his way.

He should bring her an apple every time he visited her to show his thanks.

"Izuku~! Are you coming or what? We have to plan our honeymoon now!"

Izuku stared at the sky for a few more seconds before he turned around and caught a charging Nejire in his arms. The impact wasn't strong, but it was still enough to make him lose his balance. He fell on the ground with Nejire on top of him. After a few seconds of staring at each other, Izuku laughed and Nejire quickly joined him.

"Sorry, I've been wanting to do that for so long, but I didn't expect you to fall!" Nejire apologized, but she didn't look sorry at all. Instead, she looked proud, as if she had won the lottery.

"I may be strong, but not as strong as you are." As he laid on the ground, Izuku put his arms around her. "Do you like it here?"

"Wouldn't want to be anywhere else except by your side, Izuku~," Nejire responded with a smile.

"And I wouldn't either."

Silence cut through their conversation, but it was a comfortable silence until Nejire broke it. "Hey, hey! On our way home, let's make plans for our honeymoon! I want to go to I-Island! It's not fair that you went there with your friends years ago!" Nejire leaned over and whispered into his ear, "But this time, it's going to be just you and me."

"Sounds like a date! And can we bring Eri along with us?"

"Nope! I want you all for myself! And we're going to be there for a week! She's likely going to have school that week!"

"Oh, come on! She deserves a break once in a while!"

"You're going to end up spoiling her!"

As they made their way to the car, they planned their honeymoon to I-Island.

And three years later, they would have their first baby.

Author's Note: I really liked this ending because weddings are dope.

Welp, this concludes my story! At first, I couldn't really think of a way to end it, but a wedding sounded like a great idea! Although I'm not sure I wrote it correctly :P

And sorry for the shorter chapter, I felt like it would be better shorter.

Also, I know that I'm going to regret not thanking you guys enough for sticking around with me on this journey, but I just want you guys to know from the bottom of my heart, that I love you guys! Thank you, thank you, and thank you so much for supporting me! All 400 of you!

Bye from your favorite writer, Out4Lunch!
