"You do look like him," Shinobu warily conceded, studying his features before taking in his bizarre haori, the dated uniform, the blade at his hip. "…But you're not really my Tomioka-san, are you?" A blood demon technique sends Giyuu to another time, to another universe where the world is kinder, and where its Kochou Shinobu is perhaps a little too close to its Tomioka Giyuu.

Dressing down in the bedroom, Shinobu finally listened to the clamoring worries she'd been pointedly drowning out.

What happened to this world's Giyuu? To her Giyuu?

If Other Giyuu wound up here, it would make sense for him to be there in Other Giyuu's world. It's possible. It's insane.

Scientists would have probably achieved major breakthroughs by now had this happened to them, but ordinary Japanese university student Shinobu prayed to whoever god was listening for her Giyuu to be safe and sound, and if Other Shinobu found him somehow… that'd be okay, too.
