Normal Type Pokemon Part 7
Now for the final region, my very own hometown, the Sevestar Region, at first it is just an island where me and my siblings live on, but after the creation of the other six regions, we decide to expand the island so it can be a region and then we add a total of 280 Pokemon for this island. That sure is a lot of them to be honest. And due to the fact that this is the final region as there are 14 gyms and every kind of challenge that can be found in the other regions, this region is the strongest region of the whole wide world. And because of it, I decide to split two parts to introduce the Normal Type Pokemon of this region.
The first Pokemon is Icargle, the Normal and Flying Type Pokemon who is a half bird half human creature. It has the eagle's head and wings that enables the Pokemon to fly, but it also has the body that has arms and legs, which is able to grasp and walk. The creation of this Pokemon is related to a myth, which is the name Icarus. As the son of the master craftsman, the family has been hunted, so the craftsman tries to make the wings out of wax in order to escape. Icarus doesn't listen to the warning of the father, as he flies close to the sun, which melts the wings and eventually the person drowned to death in the sea. Since we are Arceus, I am sure that Insey was the one that created this Pokemon and she might have also read the story, and she creates this Pokemon because of the story and we aren't complaining about it.
Lillie and I go to the Plain Plains, which is the best place to find some Normal Type Pokemon in the region, we encounter this Pokemon and as always, I want to capture this Pokemon as I challenged it to a battle. It accepts and it starts to use Wing Attack, but Pikachu dodges and gives it a Thunderbolt, and it also dodges the attack as well. The Icargle we met is good at evading attacks, which makes us wanting this Pokemon badly. Eventually, we managed to capture this Pokemon after it gets tired, and it is a friend to a lot of our Flying Type Pokemon as they sometimes compete with flying races. I am not sure how did it go since I heard it from Pidgeot and the other Flying Type Pokemon, but apparently it was in the Top 20 and he was slightly slower than Talonflame. I am actually surprised at the result actually, since we did capture a strong and speedy flying type Pokemon.
The next Pokemon that we want to talk about is the Farmouse, Factorat, and Busimouse. The three Pokemon are known as the production mouse family and they are all Normal and Ground Type. As they are helpful workers for people around the world. First let's talk about Farmouse, this Pokemon is wearing a farmer's hat and its body is yellowish brown. This Pokemon is helpful with the Primary sector, which means that farming, agriculture, and so on. This Pokemon can help us with the crops, such as fertilizing, and also getting rid of pests. And for the other work, it can also help the farmers harvesting the crops without eating them. The next one is the Factorat, this Pokemon now wears the helmet which is for workers, and the body becomes greyish. This Pokemon now works in the factories as its job is to operating the machines so that products could be made, and it can also goes into pipelines and machines to find the source of the problem. A lot of workers like to use this Pokemon since they have high efficiency and they can get a pay raise if working hard with this Pokemon. And finally, the Busimouse, this Pokemon is now White colored, with the business shirt and glasses. Now it works in the Tertiay Sector, and it has been helping with the cashier with the money, the workers who worked in big malls or hotels, and they even do some cleaning business which causes a city to boom. Bosses of all kinds of company really like to use this Pokemon as their own money maker.
Now for how we have this Pokemon, let's say that it ties back to the time when I decided to establish my company, RPA. Before we leave the Silkan City, I decide to give Lillie a surprise as I decided to secretly open a company without her notice, and this is when I found this Pokemon as a Busimouse. The Busimouse is curious about what I am doing as he wants to help me out, and as a Pokemon lover and a Pokemon myself, I won't hesitate to have it help me out. Come to think of it, the reason why I could have a lot of manufactures entering my department store is because of this little dude and Pikachu. Both mouse Pokemon have been contacting the companies and with the PST, they managed to persuade a lot of brands to enter my department store. And after I showing Lillie my surprise, I guess you all know what happened. She tackles me into a hug and I asks her to become the President alongside with me. And the Busimouse, I captured it as he is also good at battles. (I still can't believe that you would hide the company and this Pokemon from me back at that time, but come to think about it, I actually enjoy the surprise and Busimouse sure is a great Pokemon to use.)(Why thank you, Lillie. I am sure that Busimouse really likes you as well. Considering the fact that it helps you with the work more than I do.)(Aww...is my Ashy mad?)(...I think I pretend that I didn't hear it...)(You are no fun...(pouting))(This is a journal, Lillie. The next Pokemon I am going to introduce is Flowbed and Gardebed. Both of them are Normal and Grass Type and they are actually Pokemon that takes the form of a bed, the same bed that we slept on. Flowbed is a normal sized bed with some flowers as patterns on the blankets, but the eyes are at the front side of the mattress. This is actually kind of creepy if you ask me about it, and not only that, the pillows of this Pokemon is made from flowers, which gives an aroma so that those who sleeps on this Pokemon can have a nice dream. Once it evolves into a Gardebed, the size of the bed becomes a King Sized, for two people to sleep on. This Pokemon has two pillows instead of one, and the blankets have become grass blankets with flowers growing on it. The flowers will also give out the aroma to make us comfortable, and the fact that it also has the Cresselia's feather inside of each pillow. I don't know what relationship is with this Pokemon, but I guess maybe Cresselia blesses them with the feather so that those who can sleep on top of it can be comfortable.
Now for how we capture this Pokemon, let's say that we are at the Silkan City's Central Park, we are trying to relax, but then we notice the bed in the middle of the garden area. Lillie thinks that it maybe a photo area as we decide to go on top of it, but it surprises the Pokemon as it throws us off. Lillie's leg gets hurt in the process and the bed Pokemon feels guilty of hurting her. So he agrees to let Lillie lie on top of it so that I can check out the wounds on the leg. Although it isn't severe, but Lillie was quite panicked. In the end, seeing how we care for each other, Gardebed wants to come with us. We, of course, agree to let him join in the group. And then we try to sleep on top of it back in the Plain Plains. Well, since we are already boyfriend and girlfriend level and the fact that we are almost about to get married, it is natural for the two of us to sleep together in the same bed, though we have to endure the bed's teasing, and it makes us blush in embarrassment. Especially when he says, "I don't want my mattress to be covered by something that isn't supposed to be there." And we blush as we know what the Pokemon is talking about. (Why are you writing this? Just by seeing this I can tell how embarrassing it was.)(It sure was embarrassing, but what he said was also right, we haven't married at that time and we shouldn't do any naughty things back then.)(And we didn't do it, though sleeping naked on the other hand was another story)(Yeah, you are right, I was surprised that you didn't wet the bed.)(Shut up, Ash! Don't you say that you don't want any pen fights here?)(I forgot...)
And for the next Pokemon, we have Evoleon. This Pokemon is actually the strongest evolution for the Eevee. Though it is pure Normal Type, but this Pokemon is wearing a cape and a crown. What is the difference between the Normal Eevee and this Pokemon? It is actually because of its ability, which is known as the Type Transformation. Type Transformation is the ability that changes the form of this Pokemon, since there are 19 other Eeveelutions besides this one, which means that it can change into the other 19 without any problem. For example, in one turn it can become a Vaporeon and uses a Water Type attack to attack the Ground Type Pokemon, then it becomes the Flying Type Skyceon to dodge the attack from the Ground Type moves. I want to say that this Pokemon is quite overpowered, but the downside of this ability is that you can't decide which Eeveelution it will change into, since it is randomly picked. And sometimes it won't be good if in that round it changes into a Leafeon while an Ice Type Pokemon just uses Blizzard. Some people might hate that it happens and blames the Evoleon, but we, on the other hand, won't. Since we know how painful it is to change its genes and to battle differently each time. It is also hard to form a strategy with this Pokemon as well.
For some reasons, we manage to find a group of Eevee while we are traveling, and with the help of our Sylveon, we managed to persuade the Eevee to join us, when it evolves into the Evoleon when we are just battling some wild Pokemon in the Plain Plains, we are shocked at the fact that it evolves not because of friendship, not because of any Evolution Stones, not because of trading, but because of the level. And when this Pokemon changes its typing, it has a hard time to adjust since it makes Eevee a little uncomfortable. So we have been helping him to get used to the Type Transformation so that it can battle without any problem. Not only that, we also have help from our Ditto, its experience with the transformation helps out a lot to Evoleon as he manages to overcome the fear and pain in the end, now it has become one of the powerful Pokemon and it has also been popular among all the Eeveelutions that we owned.
