Chapter 10: Charlie's point of view
As we were walking to the car, I noticed Angelica getting very dizzy. "Babe, are you ok?" I asked. "Yeah I'm...just really tired." She replied, rubbing her head. "Well, why don't you sleep on the way home, then you can sleep at home." I said, opening the car door. "Ok, fine." She sighed. On the ride home I noticed that her eyes were super baggy and red. I just shook it off, because she was probably tired from going out last night. When we got home I carried her inside, because she didn't wanna wake up. After I set her down, I did her homework that she hadn't finished. I knew she was tired and I wouldn't want to bother her, so I wrote an essay about the importance of sleep. I laughed, looking back at her. I decided to change her out of tight leggings and a crop top. I put her in one of my shirts and her sweats. She loved my shirts and slept in them all the time, so it would be cruel to leave her like that. After I changed her, I kissed her forehead and got back to work. I also decided to text Thomas, someone who was in her class, so I knew what she was doing for homework.
