Today was Saturday and Lincoln and his friends were hanging out at the mall as they walked around and chatted about random stuff, the girls all froze and went wide-eyed as they saw a 60% sign outside one of the trendiest clothing store in town. Without a single word to the boys, the 3 girls made a beeline straight into the shop "well they won't be coming out for a while" Liam said flatly with Lincoln shrugging his shoulders.

"Wanna go to the food court?" Lincoln asked

"Sure, beats standing here" and after sending a quick text to the girls they walked off. As they neared the Cinema on their way to the food court Lincoln stopped as he saw an unusual sight, exiting the theatre was Luan's boyfriend Benny who was holding hands with the girl that after screwing his eyes a little and picturing her in heavy, heavy make-up realised she was Luan's best friend Giggles, who looked like she was closer to Luan's age if not exactly Luan's age in this world. Less than half Luans size and a few inches shorter. Lincoln stopped while also sticking his arm out to stop Liam.

"What's up Linc?"

"Look" the two watched as the older two walked out and began heading in the direction of the food court

"Looks like your sister's boyfriend is a little too close to that girl"

"Yes, he is. let's follow them" and the two did, all the way to the food court.

Sitting down at one of the tables not too far away from the teens, Lincoln pulled out his phone and started recording. The two watched as Benny fed, kissed, and complemented Giggles and when Giggles asked when he was going to dump Luan, he stated that he was planning on doing it next week so that he could focus fully on Giggles. at this point, Lincoln was fuming that not only had this asshole been cheating on his sister for a week but also clearly stated how little he actually truly cared for her and was only using her to get close to Giggles. He was about to go over and bash Benny's head in but Liam got in the way.

"Dude don't. You don't want to get in trouble."

Lincoln knew he could very easily move his friend out the way and rearrange Benny's face to look like a Picasso in a hot second...but...he was right.

"You alright?"

"No, but..." He sighed "Whats the point in being stronger if I can't protect my sisters?"

Liam couldn't say anything.

Luan was on her bed with her laptop resting on her belly as she was just finishing up a report she had to do for school "and done. finally, now I can gorge for the rest of the weekend" Before she could ask her food processor to make a feast for her, there was a knock on her door "come in" the door opened and Lincoln came in, though he had an almost unreadable look on his face. this put her on high alert "Lincoln, what's wrong?"

"...Luan, I found out something today that you're not going to like"

"What is it?" Lincoln pulled out his phone and climbed on Luan's bed before showing her the video he took. Luan watched the video in shock and disbelief. When it ended Luan quickly grabbed her phone and called up Benny. There was a pause before she heard his voice

"Hey, Lu, what's up?"

"Benny, is it true that you've been cheating on me with Giggles and that you were going to dump me next week?" There was a long pause before she heard him say three words

"A-yep." He flat out admitted "Bye Luan," He said without the least bit of weight before hanging up

Luan just sat there frozen in place with her phone pressed up against the side of her head "Luan?" Lincoln questioned before her arm dropped and she burst into tears. Lincoln wrapped his arms underneath hers and gave her a gentle comforting hug which she returns with a spine crunching hug as she sobbed loudly.

At that moment, Luna had been heading to the game room when she heard crying Coming from Luan's room. Quickening her pace she reached Luan's open door and saw Lincoln comforting Luan "whoa dude what happened?!" she exclaimed

"That bastard Benny both cheated on Luan with her best friend then dumped her."

"What! And Lincoln don't swear"

"Trust me I have a whole list of worse names I could have called him." Luna then hopped on Luan's bed and hugged her sister as well

"Hey Lu, if that scumbag is going to cheat on you then he's not worthy of being with you"

"B-But I loved him"

"well apparently he didn't feel the same way," Lincoln said while Luna sent a group text to her sisters telling them what had happened. One by one the girls came in and started comforting Luan.

Over a week had passed since Benny had broken up with Luan, and the poor girl still hadn't smiled in the slightest, despite her family's best efforts. It was now Monday morning and all of the kids in Luan's class were now seated. As Luan's teacher was about to start teaching, there was a knock on the door. Walking over to said door Luan's teacher opened it and took a step back in surprise the person handed her a piece of paper which she read "well I wasn't informed that I would be getting a new student" giving a shrug she stepped back allowing the new student to enter. Everyone's eyes widened as the girl stepped in. She was a thin girl with long black hair with purple streaks through it in a hime cut, and freckles, though she looked rather sickly with her very pale skin and dark rings around her eyes. She wasn't just thin, she was clearly underweight...mostly.

She wore a partly zipped up purple hoodie with a black shirt underneath, a purple skirt, and black boots, though most of that description was overlooked as everybody focused in on the one thing about her that had everybody staring. She had the biggest breasts anybody there had ever seen in their entire life. Easily the size of large exercise balls. "Everyone, I would like to introduce you to Maggie."

"Hey there," she said, sounding as sick and tired as she looked.

"Maggie, why don't you go and sit next to Luan, she's the one in the wheelchair"

Maggie looked and her eyes widened as new life briefly came back to her "sure" and with that, she made her way over to the seat next to Luan. Taking off her bag she dropped it on the floor where it made a loud *bang* and she immediately bent forward with her breasts landing on her desk with a wobble before she slid into her seat. Once she was seated she gave a relieved sigh as she rested her massive bosom on the table.

"Maggie, what on earth do you have in your bag!?" the teacher asked

"dumbells, it helps counter the weight of my chest."

"That...can not be good for your back."

She shrugged "It's either that or I have to walk everywhere stooped over. It's fine."

"Well, okay then" and the teacher continued the lesson. Resting her books on her breasts, Maggie began writing down the things that the teacher began writing down on the board.

Soon the bell rang signaling that it was recess and everyone left the class. Luan was normally the last one to leave the classroom but as she began to wheel away, she realized that the new girl hadn't gotten up yet "hey you know its recess now right?"

"Yeah, I just don't want to get up" Luan wheeled back at this and turned to face the new girl

"Are you okay?"

"Honestly no, my breasts are just way too heavy, and it's both exhausting and painful to walk around with them, plus the weights might keep me straight doesn't make things that much better, thats why I prefer to sit down with them resting on something"

"Have you thought about getting breast reduction surgery?"

"Um I know that this might be a bit straight forward, but would you like to be friends?"

"Sure! that sounds great!" her smile then dropped "I actually lost some friends recently."

"Oh? what happened?" Luan then gave Maggie a brief rundown on what happened between her Benny and Emily (A.K.A Giggles) as well as the fact that a large portion of Luan's friends had gone with Emily.

"Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that"

"It's fine. It just shows me who were my real friends. It still has me depressed, but I'm getting over it"

"*sigh* boys, they're just a bunch of perverted users." She looked down across the expanse covering her desk. No second guesses about how she came to that conclusion.

"Well I would somewhat agree with that, I've met and known quite a few creeps, not all guys are bad. Like my little bro."

"How so?"

"He's always helping us with whatever we need. He's the one that showed me Benny was cheating on me."

"Lucky, my little brother is a brat, plain and simple"

"Haha and how is he a brat?"

"He's always messing with my stuff, makes mooing noises, and he always squeezes my breasts making mil..." she trailed off and went red in the face.

"Wait. You lactate?" Luan asked, rather surprised. Contrary to what a lot of guys think women don't usually give milk unless they've recently had a kid. While it was possible Luan wasn't really getting that vibe with her new friend, so how...?

"Yes, please don't tell anyone" she said just above a whisper

"Uh sure. My lips are sealed" Luan stated while zipping her lips shut

"Thank you" the two kept talking about random things while also finding out that they had quite a bit in common such as their love of comedy, as well as having similar tastes in food.

Soon class started back up and the two had to focus back on the teacher.

When the bell rang again, signaling for lunch, Maggie gave a sigh before she hauled herself up out of her seat and began heading to the cafeteria with her new friend, she had offered to push Luan only for her to decline. And it absolutely wasn't because it would have resulted in Luan having a pair of enormous pillows pushing against the back of her neck and head. Certainly not!

When they arrived, the students began looking at them, more specifically Maggie's chest. Maggie gave a weary sigh and got in line behind Luan. When she got her lunch, she was astonished at the amount of food she was given "holy crap! We didn't even get half this much at my old school"

"Really? Well, welcome to Royal Woods High School" Luan said before she wheeled off with Maggie following her. They arrived at a table that was relatively empty, the only other occupants were 3 of Luan's other friends, a fat girl with blonde hair in two pigtails, a stocky boy with short spiky hair, and a slim boy who was dressed as a mime. "Hey, guys this is is Maggie the new girl. Maggie this is Sally but everyone calls her Silly"

"Hey there"

"This is Frank"

"Names Frank but these guys call me Prank"

"And this is Mason" Mason however just smiled and waved

"It's nice to meet you all" Maggie then sat down at the table, once again giving a relieved sigh

"Um, I hope I'm not seeming rude, but are your breasts too heavy for you?" Frank asked

"Yeah, unfortunately, my back muscles haven't grown to support them"

"Really?" Frank quirked an eyebrow. "Thats...odd."

Maggie nodded "Yeah you'd think with the weight up front and the literal weights I carry on my back that 'something' would build up back there. But no."

"You should get breast reduction surgery" Sally said around a mouth full of food

"Don't have enough money for the surgery" she replied before she started eating "oh my god this food is so good!" she exclaimed before she began eating with the same ferocity as Luan and Sally. Frank and Mason looked at each other before shaking their heads and continued eating.

Once the girls were done, with everyone surprised that Maggie joined Luan in getting seconds and thirds (They'd ask how she could be so thin if she eats so much, but they all had an idea of where it all went.) and sharing the boys remaining food they all got up and left the cafeteria, heading outside. once they were outside the group headed to the shaded area at the back of the school where they always hung out. When they reached their area they all sat down, Maggie lying on her breasts. "Okay so who's come up with some good material," Sally asked

"Here's a joke I came up with; what runs around a soccer field, but never moves? *pauses* A fence" Maggie and Sally laughed loudly, Luan was a bit iffy, and Mason made an odd noise

"Um, are you okay?" Maggie asked

"Mason had an "accident" 2 years ago which has resulted in him losing the ability to speak" Mason pulled down the scarf he was wearing revealing a massive scar over his throat

"Oh my god I'm so sorry" Mason just waved her off and smiled before pointing at Luan.

"Me? Well I may have come up with a joke or two"

"The biggest joke around here would have to be Benny," Maggie said, there was a pause before everyone burst out laughing. The laughing only intensified when Luan laughed so hard that she fell back in her wheelchair. Once everyone calmed down and Luan was helped back up, she began telling them about a joke she recently came up with.

"What about you Maggie, got any jokes or something funny?" Frank asked

"Honestly, I like funny things, but I'm not funny myself"

"Awe come on, surely you know something funny," Sally said

"...okay then, put your hand up if you hate doing surveys" they all raised their hands "that was a survey you dunces!" This caused the group to laugh with Mason giving Maggie a nudge. The group kept telling jokes and laughing until the bell rang.

The final class for the day was gym, something that Luan was mostly excused from for obvious reasons. Once everyone was in their gym clothes they exited the change rooms and gathered in the middle of the gym where Coach Sanders stood "okay first I want you all to warm up by running 5 laps around the gym, Lard you wheel around the gym" he then blew his whistle and they all began making laps. Luan was surprisingly fast in her wheelchair and was able to overtake most of the girls. Looking at her new friend she saw that she was red in the face from both exhaustion and embarrassment as her barely contained breasts bounced around wildly. Finally, after completing one lap, what little energy Maggie had left was used up and the poor girl fell forward landing face first on the ground and flipped over with her shirt fully coming up revealing her massive bra clad breasts. The force of the fall causing a *snap* to echo throughout the room as her bra split like cheap thread and flashed everybody her bare bosom. The coach blew his whistle over the bevy of wolf calls and moo'ing signaling everyone to stop before ordering everyone to turn around, otherwise they'd have detention for the rest of the school year.

Luan stopped next to Maggie. Quickly trying to move the broken cups back up to cover her while pulling the shirt back down "oh my god, are you okay Maggie?!"

"Yeah...my...face...broke...my fall...oh!" She panted with a red face out while Luan looked down to see wet spots forming over her shirt. Swearing under her breath took off her cardigan and placed it over Maggie's chest so nobody would find out she'd 'sprung a leak'.

"Kid what happened?" the coach asked, as he took note of how exhausted she was.

"Too...tired"

"I think she's already doing a marathon everyday carrying these coach. Making her run is probably the worst thing you could do" Luan quietly explained.

Understanding, the coach dragged Maggie over to the wall and propped her up. Taking off his sports jacket and draping it over the girl like Luan did "Do you want me to go get the nurse?" he asked

"No...i'll...be...fine," she said, not even having the energy to look up at him

"Lard, can you stay here with her"

"Of course" now that Maggie was out of the way and was properly covered, the coach funneled the other students outside to resume the gym session.

Soon gym class ended and the students went to get changed with Maggie borrowing Luan's extra large cardigan for extra cover-up. The bell soon rang as she was just finishing getting changed. Exiting the changing rooms, she met up with Luan "once again, thanks for letting me use this"

"Any time" Luan replied as she put it back on. As they headed to the front of the school, an idea came to Luan "hey Maggie, do you have to go straight home?"

"No, why?"

"Well, why don't you come over to my house. My sister Leni is an absolute genius, especially when it comes to...virtually anything, she should be able to help you with your breast problem"

"Really?!"

"Yep"

"That sounds great! Let me just text my mum" after sending a quick text Maggie and Luan joined up with a girl who looked like she enjoyed rock a lot.

"Hey, Luna, who's this?" Luna asked while making a visible effort not to strain her neck down.

"This is the new girl and my new friend, Maggie"

"Sup Maggie, I'm Luan's older sister Luna"

"Pleasure to meet you" Maggie replied as Lori rolled up. Maggie was shocked at the size of the girl in the driver's seat, who was just as shocked to see the size of the girl standing next to her comedian sister, but both quickly regained their composure and followed the two girls into the back of the van.

"Hi there, are you a new friend of Luna's?" Lori greeted

"No, I'm a new friend of Luan's, my names Maggie"

"Pleasure to meet you, Maggie, my names Lori, I'm these twos oldest sister" Lori greeted as they shook hands. "So am I dropping her off at her home?" Lori asked Luan

"No she's coming home with us," Luan said a little too quickly for Lori not to give her a double glance.

"Okay then" and once everyone was buckled up Lori drove off. First Lori picked up Lincoln and Sid, the latter of whom made an unintentional rude remark resulting in an elbow from both Lynn and Lincoln.

Lincoln was genuinely surprised at Maggie's appearance. He had only met her once at her birthday party back in his dimension and when he thought about it she was definitely more developed than most girls her age, so it might make a little sense that she was moreso in this dimension, but this size, he knew with his experience with his sisters and friends that not everybody gains weight in the same way, but this was nuts. Not to mention how sick she looked...that also raised a question with the preteen "hey Maggie, are you 15?"

"No I'm 16, why do you ask?"

"Just curious is all" he replied casually, though his sisters knew something was up.

Now that she had from Lincoln up in her van, she first dropped Sid off at her home before continuing on her way home.

Soon the group soon arrived back at the Lard residence "holy cow! This is where you live?!" Maggie asked in awe

"Yep, though the inside is more impressive" Luan stated before they all got out and headed inside. When they entered, the older Lard siblings immediately scattered leaving Luan and Maggie at the front door "come on, I'll show you around after we get Leni to see if she can help you" and with that Maggie began following Luan to Leni's room. When they reached the turquoise colored door, Luan knocked

"Come in" Luan opened the door and the two entered "hi Luan...and fri holy crud, those are the biggest tatas I've ever seen! And I have Lori for a sister!"

"...Not the worst thing they've ever been called."

Leni had the decency to look embarrassed "Sorry."

Maggie waved her off and Luan explained "Yeah we were wondering if you could possibly help her with her breast problem, she needs to carry weights to counterbalance her breasts"

"Sure" pressing the button on her bed, it went into the floor and out came her medical table "okay lie on it" Maggie took off her bag and did as she was told before the arc scanned her body. When she looked at the data her eyes widened and her brow knit "um Maggie"

"Yeah?"

"Have you seen a doctor about your abnormally large breasts?"

"Yeah, he said that it was just my natural growth and I was fine."

"Well, that idiot should have his medical license revoked. The reason your breasts are so big is that there's a giant tumor in each one" this shocked both girls

"WHAT!?" Maggie shouted

"That's why you're so thin, they're basically sucking the life out of you. Thankfully though they're not cancerous and it hasn't spread anywhere else."

"How could he not notice!?" She yelled. Trying to jump up only for reality to make her crash back down. "How could he not see the things that are killing me?" She croaked out.

Leni sighed "Faulty equipment? A head injury? Depression? Too much vodka? I'm trying to think up reasons so I don't lose faith in the education system that an idiot could earn a medical degree."

"Can you do anything?"

"Yes, I can do several things actually. I can either remove your breasts and the tumors along with them. I can remove the tumors. Or I could convert the tumor cells into healthy cells so your breasts will remain the same size and should slow down your lactating. So which do you want?"

Maggie thought over her choices. Though it wasn't much of a choice since only one option didn't require going under a knife "um if I choose the last one, could you strengthen my back so that I can support them?"

"Of course."

"Then I'll choose the last one."

"Okay then, I just need a blood sample so that I can make it fully compatible with your body" after taking a sample of Maggie's blood, Leni got to work while Luan showed her new friend around the house.

Needless to say, Maggie was amazed at the size of the house and everything that was in it. the tour ended at the game room where Luna and Lincoln were playing pool "and that's game" Luna said

"Dang it" Lincoln grumbled having accidentally knocked the 8 balls into the hole

"Hey you guys want to play against me and Linc?" Luna asked

"Can I?" Maggie asked Luan

"Sure, I and Maggie vs you two" Luan said after realigning the balls the Lard's allowed Maggie to break. It soon became apparent, even with them making an effort not to stare when she leaned over on the table ad take this game seriously that Maggie was a pro at the game knocking ball after ball in. She did this until she got to the 8 ball which she knocked in on her first try.

"We win," she said smugly.

Lincoln, Luna, and Luan were left gobsmacked at what Luan's new friend had done. "holy crap, you must be a champion pool player!" Luna exclaimed

"I may or may not have won several championships" her smile then dropped a bit as she saw Lincoln giving her an odd look "look Lincoln just say what's on your mind about me"

"Sorry, it's just that you're a lot different than the Maggie that I met"

"Huh?"

"He's from an alternate dimension where nearly all girls are thin and have somewhat different personalities" Luan explained

"Whoa seriously?! that's so cool! so what's your version of me like?"

"Well for one she's not friends with my old Luan, as far as I know. she was a year younger than you. she had completely black hair and was emo. she had a constant frown on her face. and, when I look back on it, her chest was more developed than most girls her age, though not nearly as big as you. Though I guess with that's because she didn't have your condition" Lincoln explained.

"Well I used to be emo 3 years ago, and I used to enjoy everything grim and depressing and death, but after my dad died from cancer, it showed me just how I was just posing. Seeing him turn into a husk of his former self made me reevaluate my opinion on death and suffering". She stared at the green furry table "Then I started getting bigger. I thought it was fine at the start. I'm just more developed than other girls my age like you said...and then I got bigger...and bigger...and bigger." Her hand gripped the cue in her hand "And I started getting more tired. And hungrier even when I wasn't putting on any weight anywhere else. Seeing my cheeks sink in, my ribs show...I...my family was so scared what had happened to dad was happening to me. But then the doctor said everything was fine and I shouldn't worry. But now I find out it's a miracle I'm still alive at all. What a quack eh?" He pushed out a few awkward giggles before falling to silence.

"I'm...sorry to hear that"

"It's okay, we're slowly getting over it" Maggie then turned to Luan "Do you mind if i just rest here a bit?"

"No not at all"

"Oh thank god!" she then took off her backpack and she shot forward with her breasts slamming on the pool table. The shirt she'd been given to wear by Leni stretching almost audibly. Lincoln could see that she was in pain so he walked up to her and began to gently massage her back "Hey what are yo...mmm oh that's good" she said happily, Luna and Luan looked at each other. If they'd hadn't seen everything unfold they'd question why their brother was giving an older girl a massage, but they knew she probably needed it. Lincoln decided to ask another question

"How long have you had to live like this?"

"3 years." She said "Like I said one day I was above average for my size, then they started to blow up like someone was pumping helium into them.

"Jeez I probably couldn't last 3 days"

"Well pain killers do help a bit."

"So when did you and Luan meet?"

"I just recently moved here, so I'm new at Royal Woods High School. She was just amazingly in all of my classes today after the first class we started talking, and by the end of the day we were friends"

"That's nice, I think you also helped get her mind off of something"

"Benny?"

"Yeah, she told you?"

"Yep, good thing I'm into girls as well, they can be a lot nicer than boys."

"Meaner too."

"Personal experience?"

"Of course."

"Can't disagree with you there"

Luan then felt a vibration on her chest, opening her cardigan she pulled out her phone from her shirt pocket and saw it had been a text from Leni 'they're done' it read

Luan then texted back 'could you bring them to the game room?' and a few seconds later she got a 'k' as a reply.

About a minute later Leni arrived "Linc's just giving her a back massage because she really needs it" Luan explained

"Well with these *holds up 3 needles* she won't be needing them"

"So is that the cure Leni?" Lincoln asked

"Yep, though I think it would be best if you all give us some privacy"

"Okay then" and with that Lincoln, Luan and Luna left the room while closing the door behind them.

"Okay Maggie, you're going to feel a slight pinch," Leni said and she injected the fluid of one of the needles into her back. Almost as soon as the needle was taken out the pain in her back vanished "now stand up straight" Leni ordered, Maggie did as she was told, and to her amazement, she hardly felt the weight of her breasts. For the first time in what felt like a lifetime, she could stand up straight with zero problems.

"Whoa, this is amazing!" She exclaimed with tears in the corner of her eyes

"I'm glad you like your new sense of mobility, now lift up your shirt" Maggie once again did as she was told. As soon as her breasts were exposed Leni jabbed the last two needles into them. The results were instantaneous as the tumors in her breasts started to break down as they were converted into healthy tissue, but then an unexpected thing happened, her breasts started to rapidly swell up. "Ooooh dear," Leni said as Maggie's breasts continued getting bigger, tearing her scrubs apart as they swelled up in moments. Growing until they were twice the size as they were before

"Uuuuuhhhhhh." She looked up at Leni.

Leni sighed "Alright, I guess I have some adjustments to make. I'll put on a pot of coffee. In the meantime. It's time for step three."

"Step three?"

She gestured to the rest of the girl before getting behind her and guided her forward over to a small table that was in the room "Nobody enters the Lard house and leaves without meat on their bones. Speaking off…" she then got her to sit down before walking over to the food maker in the game room "10 oz Sirloin Steak in herb gravy and mashed potato."

The food maker hummed and out popped a sizzling sirloin on a plate. Leni picked up the meat and slid it in front of...to the side of Maggie. "Dig in."

Maggie looked at the steak. Her mouth suddenly got very moist but her stomach said otherwise. For the first time in years, she didn't have two parasites demanding more and more calories from her "Do I have to eat all that?" Not a question often asked in this house mind you.

"No of course not...20 oz ribeye. Grilled with slaw and fries"

Another ding and an even bigger steak popped out. Again slid in front of her patient.

"Um, Leni."

"30 oz porterhouse, cooked under coals with a spinach salad."

A huge steak was placed right next to the other two.

"Leni."

"40 oz wagyu with tonkatsu sauce and brown rice."

"Leni!"

"50 oz of Filet mignon in mushroom gravy!."

"LENI!"

"And a glass of milk."

*ding* The glass was put to the side of the enormous five-course, five steak dinner.

"You have to eat all 'that'. Now dig in."

Maggie looked at the feast, then back up at Leni who she gave a 'are you f**king kidding' look. "Leni I'm not even sure your big sister could eat this much. And isn't it supposed to be dangerous for me to eat this much at once?"

Leni smirked and shook her head "Your body needs a lot of protein to start fixing itself, and red meat is the best source of that. The initial serum I injected you with will take care of everything. Trust me you'll be fine. Now..."

She pulled out a knife and fork along with a tiny floral arrangement "Dig in."

Maggie took the knife and fork before adjusting herself into a rather awkward position to that her almost completely exposed breasts wouldn't be in the way, and she cut herself a piece of the sirloin before putting it in her mouth. As she bit into it the juices of the perfectly tender meat flooded out and sent her tastebuds to heaven. Maggie then began tearing into the rest of the sirloin like she had never eaten in her life. Pulling out a laser, Leni sliced up all of the steaks into bite-sized pieces and took away any bones. Maggie ploughed through her first 3 plates with gusto. The fourth plate however started to slow her down. And when she reached the fifth plate she was basically forcing the absolutely delicious meal down her throat. Once the last chunk of meat slid down her throat, she grabbed the glass of milk and used it to wash down her meal.

Maggie let out a groan as her hands went to her bulging stomach. "Ugh I think I know where all of this is going to go" she moaned out

"If you think that it's going to turn into fat, you're wrong. All of that is going to be turned into nutrients to help restore your body back to a healthy weight" Leni then pulled out a notepad and started to write on it. When she was done she handed two notes to Maggie "here's a list of foods that I want you to absolutely stuff yourself with for about 2-3 weeks. You should be back to perfect health by that time"

"Thank you Leni" Maggie said before she got up and groaned, now feeling like she was carrying 'three' medicine balls in front of her instead of just two.

"Uh before you leave, let me just get you another bigger pair of scrubs, brb" and with that Leni left the game room.

The door then opened and Luan wheeled back in "hey Maggie, you feeling better now?" Maggie got up and spun around making her colossal breasts wobble and giggle like two giant balloons filled with jelly. She ran over to Luan and embraced her in a large hug, completely swallowing Luan's head between her massive assets with the additional pressure causing two geysers of milk to shoot out of her breasts. Rocking from side to side and unintentionally motorboating her new friend as she said "thank you" over and over again.

Unfortunately, this little event had been witnessed by Luna and a now red-faced Lincoln who quickly realised how interesting the wall behind him was and rubbed his nose to make sure their wasn't any blood "hey Linc, go get the mop-bot please"

"S-s-sure" and he quickly walked off.

"Oh, Luan you have absolutely no idea at how much better I feel now! After all this time I can finally stand up straight!" she said with new tears of joy forming in her eyes. She then realized that Luan was thrusting her palm onto her bulging stomach trying to push at it, realizing the situation she blushed and quickly let go and took a step back, freeing Luan who took a gasp of breath.

"*Huff* *Huff* Wow..*huff* what a way to go, right?" She laughed.

"oh my god, I'm so sorry! I guess I got a bit carried away"

"Yeah you could say that, glad to know that you're no longer in pain"

"Thanks, and thank you for helping me out with my problem"

"Hey all I did was ask Leni to help you, all of this *gestures to Maggie's body* is completely her doing"

"I know but still thank you"

"Out of curiosity bruh, why are your breasts double the size they were before?" Luna asked

"Aside effect of the drug that got rid of my tumors"

"And what about that?"

Maggie looked down, and to her horror, there was a large puddle of milk on the floor. She went red in the face from embarrassment and lost the ability to speak. Seeing that the poor girl was getting more and more distressed by the second, Luan quickly did damage control and assured Maggie that everything was fine and that it was nothing to worry about. Thankfully this calmed her down. After a minute both Lincoln returned, however, he just simply pushed the mop-bot into the room and stayed outside. By the time the bot cleaned up the large spillage, Leni returned carrying a large bag. In the bag were several bigger shirts, as well as several bra's that would perfectly fit her oversized breasts.

Once she was decent she thanked Leni once again and she and Luan left the game room. Lincoln watched as Luan and a now properly dressed Maggie left the room with Maggie now looking like she was over the moon with happiness. Lincoln smiled at this as Leni and Luna exited the game room "I'm glad that we could help her with her problem" he said "me too, when I make someone better, I know I've done my job as a scientist" Leni said proudly. A frown then came to Lincoln's face "I just don't understand how that doctor of hers could be such an idiot for thinking breasts that big could be regular growth" "Yeah. Just because her size isn't unheard of that's no excuse for ignoring how obviously sick the rest of her was" Luna said, now having a matching frown "Yeah I...wait. What do mean 'her size isn't unheard of'?" he asked "you'll find out in time bro" Luna said while patting him on the shoulder before she and Leni walked off, leaving a confused Lincoln behind.

After a while Maggie had to go home, as she began to leave the Lard house, Leni stopped her and gave her a food processor "the swelling should go down soon, I'd give it a week. Till then just keep up your strength" she then gave her a doctor's note "here, take the rest of the week off of school to fully recover"

"I didn't know you were a doctor?"

"I'm a lot of things, got my medical degree and medical license all within 3 months. I collect degrees like other people collect baseball cards or coins"

"Once again, thank you Leni"

"No problem"

"See you soon Luan"

"See yah Maggie"

Maggie then hopped into her mum's car and they drove off.

A week had passed since Maggie had been helped by Leni, she and Luan kept in almost constant contact through text's or calls. As Luan rolled up into the school building she stopped as she heard a familiar voice "hey Luan" turning around with a large smile her eyes widened along with every single other pair of eyes in the hallway, standing before her was a now much healthier looking Maggie. While her skin was still pale it had a fraction more color to it than it had before, the dark rings around her eyes were gone, her body had plumped up to a perfectly healthy weight, and while the swelling that had doubled her chest size had mostly gone down she was still about 2-3 cup sizes larger than what they were before. "so, what do you think of the healthier new me?" she asked while striking a pose.

"ba…ba…ba…"
