A/N: This one is a short chapter based on title alone and basically explains the whole point of the prologue.
Chapter 16: Dr. Doom's Intentions
Arc: Attack of the Villains
Dr. Doom began his speech.
"As you all know those pests, normal humans call heroes are becoming a nuisance to us and our plans. Our plan to restore balance. Back to the way things are. We will interfere with everything even nature if we dare so! Now... our plan is to get to the Watcher."
Wotan was shocked, "You mean... Uatu the Watcher... he's very powerful. How do you intend on with this plan of yours?"
Dr. Doom continued, "I have many allies. One known as Sinestro has agreed to help us obtain our goal. You see we were once two universes that became one. We intend for on restoring the balance."
Grodd asked "Two universes? What universes?"
"It's not easy to explain, but haven't you ever noticed something weird about all of us. That our realities seem a little different. This is because some meddling idiot has decided to mess with our realities. His name is Access. And the only to get to him is looking at the girl's mind for information on his whereabouts." Doom explained throughly.
Wotan was shocked "So, if we all are from two different universes, why are you the only one who knows about this?"
"And how come the magical forces haven't noticed?" Klarion the Witch Boy asked.
Doom replied to both questions "I'm not the only one who knows about this. My ally, the leader and founder of the Yellow Lanterns, Sinestro also knows about this. We know due to memories coming back from a previous life strong enough for us to tell which is fake and which is reality. As for the magical forces, there has been some interference but others haven't looked into that much. The two universes are trying to cancel each out and it was only agreed upon that me and Sinestro can take care of it."
"So is the plan to destroy both universes?" Wotan asked.
Doom answers mildly "No. Becoming gods in both."
