Segment 9 - YOU WHAT?

Brick woke up the following morning, his arm wrapped around Bubbles. He kissed the top of her head before slowly getting up, careful not to wake her. He went into the living room to see Boomer sitting on the couch with the laced blunt, staring at it. Brick took it out his hands and stepped on it

"You know I don't care when you smoke weed, but don't be doing it in the living room, want the whole house to stink?" Brick spoke as he began to make way to the kitchen

"I kissed Blossom last night." Boomer said in a hurt tone. "What?" Brick said turning back "YOU WHAT?!" He yelled "Isn't Bubbles sleeping right in your room? Lower your voice." Boomer spoke and Brick picked him up

"Did you seriously kiss Blossom last night? TELL ME IT'S NOT FUCKING TRUE NOW!"

"Lower your voice!" Boomer repeated as Brick held him. Butch came downstairs

"Is what not true? It's too early to be yelling like this." he was clad in his robe, and had a durag on "He said he kissed Blossom last night!" Brick said "Dude lower your voice! Isn't Bubbles still here?" Butch spoke as he walked into the kitchen. Brick calmed down remembering his girlfriend was right in the room to his left, trying to sleep.

"Did you kiss Blossom?" Brick asked as calmly as he could "She pushed me away dude. We got high together and, I don't know what came over me." Boomer admitted and Brick put him down. "Blossom's a complicated gal, second off, she's my problem. Don't put yourself through that." Brick said "You can't be with both Bubbles and Blossom, Brick. You can't!" Boomer said and Brick looked at him before walking back into his room.

"Morning…." Bubbles spoke smiling. Brick joined her on the bed and was met with a kiss. Brick deepened it as he held her close, causing Bubbles to let out a moan. "You teased me too much last night." Brick spoke as he broke this kiss. "Could always go for it now…" Bubbles spoke with a soft smile and Brick had to pull away. "What? What did I do?" Bubbles asked and Brick sat back up in bed. "Nothing you did…Boomer…" he started "What did Boomer do?" Bubbles asked and Brick looked at her "Kissed Blossom."

Blossom woke up, still in shock about last night, the thought roared in her head "Why would Boomer do that?" Blossom sat up in bed and noticed Bubbles was sitting at her desk chair. "AH!" Blossom screamed "What's wrong with you?!" She asked Bubbles who sat back in the chair "No Blossom, what's wrong with you?" she started

"What the hell are you talking about now?" Blossom asked and Bubbles made eye contact with her sister "Something good looks you right in the face, and you push him away." she spoke and Blossom scoffed

"Then you date Boomer." She responded

"You'd like that wouldn't you…No." Bubbles spoke "I've got a lot going on in my life….who are you kidding Blossom…." She continued

"I DO!" Blossom argued and Bubbles scoffed in response before getting up. "Like what? We haven't done crimefighting in years, so whatever you've got going on isn't there, Stop lying to yourself Blossom." Blossom stood up

"Not everybody has time for relationships Bubbles." Blossom spoke "Then why do you want Brick all of a sudden? Sex Friends wasn't enough?" Bubbles shot "Get out." Blossom spoke and Bubbles made her way out the room. "Something good was right infront of you Bloss, You can't have Brick. He loves me. Deal with it." Bubbles said exiting the room. "I'll always have his heart Bubbles!" Blossom screamed and Bubbles turned around "He told me that last night…But he also said, that doesn't mean I can't take it from you." she spoke and Blossom narrowed her eyes at Bubbles' words "And I intend to." She spoke exiting.

Brick opened his door and was met by Blossom. "Hey…" She said and Brick nearly slammed the door in her face for being so casual. Brick stepped outside on the porch. "Why'd you push Boomer away?" Brick questioned holding his head down. "Cause I want you." Blossom admitted

"We could have put this whole thing behind us." Brick spoke "I would never want to hurt Boomer, he's too kind for that. I would be jealous of you and Bubbles anyway and you would be jealous of me and Boomer. You know that." Blossom's words were the truth. "Brick. You know how things are with us. Last thing I want to do is bring someone into this mess. And you did it to BUBBLES! My sister Brick!" Blossom was hurt as she spoke.

"You know how things are gonna end with her because of our history and it's gonna devastate her…" She continued and Brick hugged her "I didn't….I didn't mean to fall in love with your sister." He said as he held Blossom.

"I'm sorry I entangled us more." Blossom spoke as she nuzzled into Brick's chest. She allowed herself to cry. "It's. It's my fault." She said between tears. Brick cupped Blossom's face, and wiped her tears. "It's my fault too, I'm sorry I dragged Bubbles into this." Brick admitted.

The two both in a state of heavy emotions, leaned into a kiss. The taste of it salty due to Blossom's tears. "We're always gonna be entangled." Blossom whispered between kisses as Brick led her inside.

Boomer and Butch were playing 2K in the living room "Man that's some bullshit bro, you picked the Nets!" Butch spoke as he was down 5 going into halftime. "Man you're playing with the Lakers, that's a good team…" Boomer saw Blossom following Brick, the two not uttering a word, and Boomer could tell Blossom had been crying. "Just….take your loss." Boomer tried to refocus, but the thought of what happened between him and Blossom last night made him hold his head down. "That's some bullshit too." Butch said patting his brother on the back. "No…that's just the entanglement." Boomer said realizing how things are between Blossom and Brick. "And this... is a three!" He quickly perked up as he scored again "DAMN IT!" Butch said in fustration.

Brick closed his bedroom door and hugged Blossom once more, the two falling into another deep kiss. The two slowly undressed each other. This was different than their other love making sessions, this wasn't heated or intense, it was deep and intimate.

The couple gave in to their heavy emotions, and the entaglement they found theirself in. Brick traced Blossom's body in kisses, Blossom let out moans of pleasure even though tears were falling. Brick took a moment to breathe, and look at Blossom, who felt his chest and abs. The two locked eyes once more and proceeded into making love. Brick inserted himself in Blossom, who closed her eyes. She was unsure whether to enjoy what was happening or be upset. She pulled Brick closer to her, and whispered in his ear "I'm sorry." Brick knew what she was apologizing for and he nodded, as he finished in Blossom. The two embraced in a hug. "I won't let you go…" Brick spoke as he let Blossom cry. He pulled her in closer and enjoyed her company as the two hugged in silence.

THE ENTANGLEMENT. It's ruthless! Especially considering we're nearing the end! Poor Brick is conflicted on another level, and someone's gonna really be heartbroken!
