Anon jr: Since you're a guest I can't PM you so I'll answer your review here.
1: In this story the Marvel movies and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. aren't on the same timeline. In the Avengers timeline, this takes place after Age of Ultron, but for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. there's not a timeline. And this will be hard to explain to someone who hasn't watched the show (I'm assuming you haven't) but in the show S.H.I.E.L.D. works differently than it does in the movies. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. starts in between The Dark World and Winter Soldier, way before Age of Ultron. And in the movies, 'S.H.I.E.L.D.' is mostly this thing Fury has with endless resources, but we don't really look into what S.H.I.E.L.D. actually does. In the show, we also don't get a great idea of what S.H.I.E.L.D. is like, but we do get to see some of it. Coulson and the team aren't really affected by a lot of what happens in the movies, and what they do (fly around handling threats) doesn't change after Age of Ultron when S.H.I.E.L.D. moves into the public light. Also, they were doing the same thing while S.H.I.E.L.D. wasn't really known by the public. And Tony Stark isn't treated as the person in charge. I'm not sure it's ever mentioned. Basically, they do their own thing. The S.H.I.E.L.D. we see in the movies and the S.H.I.E.L.D. we see in the show are very different. For Steve and Natasha, I don't know what to say. I guess they're there doing S.H.I.E.L.D. stuff (Natasha is a friend of Coulson so it's believable she would know he's alive, maybe she went to work with him for a bit and took Steve with her). As for why Cap is still with S.H.I.E.L.D., I don't know. Please suspend your disbelief.
2: In the PJO universe, Leo is building the Argo II, getting ready to go to Camp Jupiter to pick up Percy. I know it's not entirely believable that she would leave camp then, but Leo was building the boat for like, at least a month and I guess it would have been as good of a time as any. Maybe she was worried about dying during the war with Gaea and wanted to see her uncle first.
3: I'm not sure what the laws are when it comes to keeping dangerous minors in custody. I know kidnapping her probably wasn't exactly legal, but she was fighting a hellhound (not sure what those look like but I'm assuming the team thought it was an alien or something). Not to mention how she knocked out two Avengers rather than explain herself. And very soon after they took her they took blood samples and whatnot. I'm guessing it would be okay for them to keep her in custody after it was discovered that her blood is missing half its chromosomes and her sword goes through skin. Even if it's not entirely legal it would probably be overlooked. As for why Tony didn't bring a lawyer or anything, he saw the video, remember? It's within S.H.I.E.L.D.'s rights to investigate odd things and a demigod probably qualifies. Getting anyone involved would probably lead to the public finding out about it. Daredevil would probably handle it better but I don't know Daredevil well enough to include him.
4: I don't know if Spidey will make an appearance, but I'll consider it. I guess Civil War is the next movie after Age of Ultron so if I do Civil War he'll definitely show up. I'm not sure how a fight between him and a demigod would go but I think that the demigod would win considering that celestial bronze could probably cut through his webs, the demigod would have a lot more experience, the demigod would also have very fast reflexes (though maybe not as fast as his), and the demigod would be very adaptable because fighting monsters means your fighting style has to change depending on what you're fighting. (Spiderman is good at fighting, sure, but one of his main advantages is that people don't really know how to react when someone starts shooting webs at them and swinging around, so he can catch them off guard long enough to tie them up with webs. But a demigod is used to adapting their fighting style really quickly, so he would lose those precious few seconds when someone is like, What the heck?)
5: I'm not sure how I'll handle Thor. This takes place after Age of Ultron so he'd be searching the galaxy for Infinity Stones and wouldn't come back until Infinity War, so I don't think he'll be in this story for now (unless you're okay with another inaccuracy). If he does show up I'm guessing he'd either be a magical alien that happens to be extremely similar to the real Norse gods or have a split personality (sort of like the Greek/Roman gods).
6: Ooh, I forgot about Dr. Strange! Maybe he'll make an appearance ;). I'm guessing that the wizards (they're called wizards right), especially Dr. Strange would at least be able to fight a god, if not win (though it depends on which god). And I think that they're definitely helping make sure the mythical worlds aren't discovered by the public. After all, they probably know how bad it could be if demigods and gods are discovered by the public.
I'm so, so happy that you've thought about my story enough to come up with all of these. I'm sorry that I don't have great answers (I think that you've thought about this story more than I have). You've also given me a great idea regarding Dr. Strange (expect him to show up soon) so thanks!
Disclaimer: I don't own Percy Jackson, Marvel, Superman (don't worry he doesn't make an appearance, he's just mentioned once), Baby Shark, or The Lion Sleeps Tonight.

Kidnapped... Again
~/~/~
Alyssa froze.
Coulson was calling Fury?
This was really not good. She didn't know what she had expected, considering they were mortals and didn't understand that doing nothing was the best thing they could do, but she was still kind of surprised. For the thousandth time that week, she wished she would wake up in her bed at camp and realize it had all been a dream.
The way Tony had talked about Fury, Fury sounded like bad news. But Coulson had talked about Fury like he was a wise man who did what had to be done.
She didn't know who to believe, but she did know that this room was currently about the last place she wanted to be in.
She could practically feel the tension. Everyone was staring at the TV in the front of the room. Coulson looked expectant but sort of upset, like he didn't want to explain the situation to Fury. Most of the other agents shared his look, like they were kind of scared of Fury. Natasha's face was an unreadable mask. Steve looked kind of upset. Tony looked furious.
Alyssa didn't know what the expression on her face was, but she assumed she looked annoyed, disappointed, and angry. Because she was.
She fiddled with her hands and kept shifting her weight from foot to foot. Her hand kept automatically reaching for her sword hilt, but her sword wasn't on her belt. She didn't know where the agents had put it, but she wanted it back.
The few seconds it took for Fury to answer the call were so tense that Alyssa was almost relieved when Fury picked up.
The TV switched to show a man sitting at a desk in an office. The room was neat, and the furniture was modern and homey at the same time. Behind the man were floor to ceiling windows. The building he was in was so tall that the windows mostly showed sky.
The man sitting at the desk made Alyssa shiver automatically. Her brain screamed, danger!
Fury was a tall, imposing man with dark skin and dark eyes. He had a black eyepatch, which somehow suited him. He was dressed in all black, in a ridiculous long coat that also somehow suited him.
If the look he was going for was 'cunning supervillain', he definitely succeeded.
He scanned the room, taking in Coulson and the agents, who had somehow turned their expressions of slight distaste into neutral masks. When he saw Tony and Alyssa, he focused in on them.
Alyssa started tapping her leg nervously. Before she knew it, she was tapping it to the tune of The Lion Sleeps Tonight. Whenever she got really nervous, the song started playing in her head for no reason.
"Coulson," Fury drawled in a deep voice. "You've finally called me. I saw the lab reports and interrogation videos yesterday. They were certainly something. I see the demigod is with you now...," he paused, looking slightly disapproving. "In the same room as everyone on the ship, with nothing stopping her from attacking." He looked at Alyssa, examing her.
Alyssa stopped tapping her leg self-consciously. The Lion Sleeps Tonight quieted to a soft hum in the back of her mind.
"So, what's going on here?" Fury asked. "Why call me now?"
"Well," Coulson started. "Stark hacked into S.H.I.E.L.D. yesterday and saw the reports and videos. He decided it was a good idea to show up here and inquire what we're doing with minors. Which lead to a discussion about what would happen if the public found out about the mythical world." He glanced at Alyssa. "Apparently, it's not good."
Alyssa took this as her cue to explain what would happen if mortals found out about the Greek gods. She repeated the gist of what she had told the agents and Tony. Fury listened with an unreadable expression on his face, but a few times she saw flashes of fear and worry.
She did her best to make it sound as terrible as she could without exaggerating. These mortals needed to understand that they were playing a risky game with dangerous consequences.
"So the public doesn't find out," Fury said firmly. "We still need information. I want to talk to more demigods- I trust you, we just need more sources. Talking to a few gods would be nice. And I want you to show me some monsters."
Alyssa's hands clenched. The Lion Sleeps Tonight increased in volume until it was hard to think.
"Metrokoites." (Literally: Motherf*cker)
The room stared at her for a few seconds. Alyssa took deep breaths until she had calmed down. She really, really didn't want S.H.I.E.L.D. getting ahold of more demigods. Talking to gods would go horribly, and trying to show them some monsters would probably be disastrous.
She giggled, more out of panic than humor. "That's really close to what Coulson said."
The room continued to stare. She sighed. "I'm not going to help you in any way, shape, or form to get ahold of more demigods. Talking to gods won't go well. A lot of them would be really annoyed at you for trying to question them, and if they do feel like cooperating they won't be helpful. And trying to show you monsters would probably end in disaster. I've trained for six years to be good at killing monsters, and I still don't think there are many monsters that I could take down by myself."
Fury gave her an imposing glare that she brushed off easily. Living with Dionysus made one very used to ignoring imposing glares.
"I'm afraid I didn't ask for your opinion," Fury said tightly. His demands were obviously not up for debate. "I swear that we won't harm the demigods, we only want to question them. I think I'll risk talking to at least one god. And I can guarantee that we can make sure the monsters don't kill you, I just want an idea of what they're like."
Alyssa crossed her arms. Fury was actually a lot like Dionysus. And she had plenty of experience dealing with Dionysus. She knew how far she could go, how to increase the chances of getting what she wanted, and how to ignore his menacing nature.
"I'm trying to help, seriously. The gods would ignore you seeing monsters, but if you mess with their kids or mess with them the results won't be pretty. They will incinerate you without hesitation, and if you really annoy them they could destroy S.H.I.E.L.D.- in many ways. As I've said, you got lucky that I'm a child of Apollo. He won't do anything as long as I tell him that I'm fine," she leveled a glare right back at Fury. "Which I've been doing, and could stop doing at any time."
She hated to play the 'My father will hear about this' card, but she wanted to make it clear that it was because of her kindness that Apollo wasn't there already, blinding everyone, releasing deadly plagues, and singing Baby Shark (which was already annoying but could become a thousand times more annoying when Apollo was singing it). Alyssa knew that if she called, her father would be there as soon as he could.
Fury's gaze was unreadable, but she had the nasty feeling that what she'd said had somehow been good news. "Interesting. Well, please don't call him. We just want to talk. I think this would be a lot better at S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters. We can talk more there."
Coulson looked unsure. "Are you sure? We can handle this here."
Fury's gaze softened when he looked at Coulson. "I'm sure. Bring her."
The screen went black.
Most of the agents looked at Alyssa, aware that now would be a great time for her to call for Apollo or try to escape. Alyssa doubted she could get out of here, and she wasn't going to call Apollo. She knew Apollo would probably incinerate them, and she didn't want to be responsible for the deaths of all these people.
Tony also looked at Alyssa. His gaze was questioning, but Alyssa couldn't quite tell what he was asking. Tony then turned to the agents. "You can't seriously be considering bringing her there. As soon as Fury figures out how to stop the gods from helping her, she's as good as a prisoner."
"We have to," Coulson said. "I might not be completely on board, but I'm sure Fury has a good plan to handle the situation. Alyssa will be fine. I'll personally guarantee it."
Tony looked at him. "I doubt you can guarantee that."
"I can," Natasha interrupted. "I'll watch over her."
"And I'm definitely not letting anything happen to her," Steve added.
Tony turned to them. "Stop making promises you can't keep! None of you can guarantee anything! She's coming with me."
Everyone stared at him. Alyssa stared the hardest of all. Why would he want to take her? She didn't need to be rescued. She didn't want to go to S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters, but at least she might be able to convince Fury not to do anything drastic like kidnapping demigods.
She also knew which gods were most likely to incinerate him but make sure to not incinerate Alyssa, so if he insisted on talking to a god she had some recommendations.
She also didn't know who Tony was, and wasn't going anywhere with a stranger.
"What?" Coulson demanded. "No! She's not going with you. Me, Natasha, and Steve all said we'd look out for her. Isn't that enough?"
"No!" Tony growled. "I doubt Fury will pay much attention to your opinions on the matter, and I doubt you and Natasha will try very hard to help her if it means going against direct orders." He gave Steve an apologetic glance. "And Capsicle, I know you would do your best to help, but let's be honest, I don't think it would work."
Steve glared at him, but didn't argue.
"So, I'll be taking her," Tony said.
Alyssa felt like she should be the one who decided where she was going, but she didn't think anyone would listen to her if she tried to say something.
Tony walked over to his suit. His suit was still open, and he stepped backwards into it. It closed around him with a series of soft metallic clanks. Some of the agents tried to stop him, but he was already in.
He walked over to Alyssa. "Don't worry, you're coming with me."
Alyssa felt patronized and also very worried. She took a step away from him.
"Hold up, I don't think I want to go with you."
Tony stopped. That obviously wasn't the response he was expecting.
Coulson came forward and stood in between Tony and Alyssa.
"She doesn't want to go with you. Leave her alone," he said.
"She also doesn't want to go with you," Tony remarked.
Coulson just sighed. "Come on, please be sensible here. What do you think you're going to accomplish?"
Alyssa couldn't see Tony's face, but she could practically hear his grin. "We'll see."
He walked around Coulson. Natasha, Steve, May, Daisy, and a few other agents came forward to try to stop him but he was in a metal suit, so there wasn't much they could do.
Tony reached Alyssa and picked her up bridal style.
"Hey!" She protested.
She tried to get out, but she had no hope of squeezing out of his metal arms. She didn't try very hard though. At this point, she probably trusted Tony more than she did S.H.I.E.L.D., and definitely more than she trusted Fury. Tony seemed like the only one in the room other than maybe Steve who actually cared about her. Even if he was a bit of a prick.
Tony took off down the hallway, racing through a few corridors until he reached the huge back doors. They were shut.
Alyssa could hear the sound of agents coming down the hallway after them.
Tony walked over to what was probably the control panel for the doors. It seemed to require a code to access, but Tony simply placed one hand on the control panel (he shifted Alyssa so she was sitting solely on his other arm) and did something fancy. The screen read 'access granted'.
The agents caught up with them, Steve and Natasha in the lead. Tony turned to them.
Alyssa knew this was her last chance to try and escape Tony's grip, but she did nothing. Though, come to think of it, it would probably be bad if S.H.I.E.L.D. thought she went with Tony of her own free will.
"I'm being kidnapped," she managed, without much emotion.
Tony snickered.
"Tony, put her down," Coulson demanded.
"Sorry, no," Tony said. "Steve, Natasha, it would be great if you could meet me at the Avengers facility as soon as possible."
Steve looked at Tony with something in his eyes that Alyssa couldn't place. Natasha simply cocked her head slightly.
Tony pressed a button on the control panel and the doors started opening.
When they were about halfway open, he jumped out.
Alyssa had not been expecting that. She clung to him for dear life. She felt kind of faint, and knew the oxygen was too thin for her to breathe easily, and she would pass out soon.
Tony used the propulsors (?) in his feet to slow their descent. When they had gone low enough that Alyssa could breathe normally, he stopped.
"Well, that was an adventure," he remarked.
"Thank you, you kèpfos amathés." (stupid fool)
Tony was quiet for a few seconds. "Was that Ancient Greek?"
Alyssa was used to cursing in Ancient Greek (much more fun), so she didn't even register that what she had said was partly in another language.
"Yes."
"Cool. I doubt I'll be able to repeat that well enough to ask JARVIS what it means, so I'm hoping it wasn't a terrible insult."
Before Alyssa could ask who JARVIS was, Tony started moving again. He shifted Alyssa a little so he could hold her easier while flying Superman-style (not with the arm thing, just flying headfirst), then turned sideways and took off. He was holding her to his chest, so she was facing the ground.
It was terrifying, but also kind of exhilarating. And seeing the mortal world from so high up was really cool. She wondered what it was like to live in a city.
After what felt like ages but was probably closer to an hour later, Tony slowed down and landed neatly on a building. It was a large modern-looking facility surrounded by grass and some trees.
Tony set her down, and she almost fell to the floor. Her limbs were really tired from being in the same awkward position for an hour.
She watched as Tony stood in a specific spot on the floor. A robotic machine took his armor off of him and pulled it into the ground.
When the suit was fully off, which only took a few seconds, Tony walked towards the door. Alyssa assumed she was supposed to follow, so she did.
It was time to meet the other Avengers.
~/~/~
Hello! I'm so, so sorry that this took two weeks! School has been picking up, and I've been pretty mentally tired so it's hard to find time when I feel like writing. I also don't know how I'm going to introduce the other Avengers, what they're going to be like, etc., so I stewed about how the rest of the chapter would go for like a week until I finally just ended the chapter here. My future self who still has to figure out how I want the meetings to go will not thank me. Anyway, thanks so much for reading, I love you guys! I'll try really hard to make sure the next chapter doesn't take so long, but no promises.
