As Izuku walked out of the building he was in absolute shock, completely speechless. He just stood there, his hand grasping a key. His mind wandered endlessly as he just stood there shocked. He hadn't realized that he was in the way until some older man bumped into him and yelled at him to not get in the way of adults.

Izuku made his way to the convenience store, opened up and made his way to the back, not forgetting to lock right back up. He went into the back of the managers' room and opened a door that had been previously locked, inaccessible. He climbed the surprisingly well-kept stairs, each step he took felt undeserved. When he reached the very top of the stairs he came face to face with an old door, which seemed older than the rest of the store. He turned the key ring he got from the lawyers around until an antique key came round. 'Well, here's hoping..' He turned the key round and gave the door a push until it was wide open.

The top level of the apartment was clean, well kept and surprisingly up to date. There was a nice dining area, small but spacious bedroom, small area for relaxation and even a mini built-in gym. Izuku was so very confused but by the time he plopped down and looked up, tired of the long gruelling day and everything it made him feel, he simply passed out.

3:47 a.m.

He woke up in a sweat, his mind racing, his heart practically leaping out of his chest, and that's when he saw it. A box under the t.v. with a sticky note that had Hisao-sans writing in black sharpie that read 'Izuku'. He scrambled out of the chair and dropped to his knees, practically begging to get to the box faster. He opened the box with panicked haste and stared at what lay before him inside of it.

A letter. Addressed to him. From Hisao-san.

It Read:

"Dear Young Man,

I know that if you're reading this then I am surely no longer around, and I'm sorry for that. I know we haven't known each other long but I came to think of you as a son that I never got to see grow up. I know that this is all sudden, especially the house, but trust me I'll explain.

I know everything, I did some digging and found out about your past. I'm sorry for going behind your back but I doubt you would have told me the truth. I mean let's be honest, you didn't even want me paying for a haircut for you. When I say I know everything, however, kid I'm not just talking about the orphanage and the homelessness. I know the pain you've gone through life as a quirkless kid, no matter what though, I believe in you. The dreams you talked about whenever I could get you talking, they reminded me of when I was younger and tried my hand at heroics. I never really broke through but kid, I believe in your dream, and I wanted to give you the best chance to achieve those dreams.

I know this may be a shock to you, especially as I doubt anyone has ever believed in you before. Trust me, I know that broken look in your eyes, but there's a flame in there fighting for hope, for something to grab onto, to claw your way to the top and prove everyone wrong. I can't wait to see you grow into the hero I know you can be, and if you already have by now, then let it be known I was your first fan.

It won't be an easy road but I know you are capable, you can reach your goal Midoriya.

Hisao Hotoroki"

Izuku didn't what to think, after all he had been through, Hisao-san was the first to believe in him. 'I have to succeed, for Hisao-san'.

First Day of UA

Adjusting to his new home was strange, he couldn't feel at home like a normal teen would. He would constantly wake up throughout the night, usually from terrors or painful memories. Due to this, the boy was exhausted, heavy bags sat under his eyes and they appeared heavy as well. He was slow to get ready for school but had more than enough time thanks to him waking early to work out and clean the garage.

The boy made his way down to the garage and started cleaning and reorganizing the place. After all, he pretty much destroyed the place trying to fix the bike Hisao-san had left him. Luckily with a ton of coffee and some old manuals he managed to fix the bike to the best of his ability, The bike was an old royal enfield 650cc twins, a beautiful old bike that Izuku detailed with a dual-colour black and green paint job. Needless to say, Izuku was going to leave one hell of an impression today.

Half an hour later and Izuku was flying down the street on the Royal Enfield that he dubbed the Grim Reaper, due to an old detailing job of a grim reaper that he presumed Hisao-san had put on it. When Izuku pulled up to the school he had no idea where to park his bike, due to the gate out front, luckily a teacher led him to the parking lot, for which he thanked the man and continued on his way to class.

Izuku was at the door, as soon as he walked through it, he would officially start his first day as a UA student. He swallowed his feelings and marched through the door. He walked to the back and sat down, ignoring pretty much everyone else in the room, which left an impression, to say the least. Even though he did recognize a few, he wasn't going to just walk up to them and start talking. That's not what he was here for, after all, he was here for one purpose, to achieve his goals.

Bakugo thought he was delusional, the quiet tall kid who had just walked to the back and took a seat resembled that useless Deku to a scary degree. There were some differences though, his hair was a different cut, he looked more mature in the face and of course, the dead ringer was that he was more than half a foot taller than Deku's weak ass. He put that aside though, he had to tell off that snobby four-eyes that thought he could tell him, Katsuki Bakugo, what to do.

Bakugo was outside with the rest of his class now, their strange teacher showed up and told them they were pretty much going to have a competition, a test. Which was pointless because he was going to win anyways, but he might as well show the rest of the class what to expect with him leading the group for the next three years.

"Bakugo, you finished first in the entrance exam correct? In junior high what was your best result for the softball throw"

Bakugo stared at his new teacher and simply replied " 67 meters".

"Okay, now try it with your quirk. You can do whatever you want as long as you stay in the circle. Now hurry up."

Bakugo assumed his pitching stance and smirked to himself as he knew exactly how to add a little kick to his throw. He wound back and proceeded to launch the ball.

"DiE".

"DIE?!" the crowd responded to his absurd statement.

He glared back at the crowd as Aizawa said some crap about knowing your foundations. The crowd gasped as the device read 705.2 meters.

Izuku was impressed, his childhood bully was able to launch it 700 meters. However, that didn't mean he wasn't going to beat it. Somehow, Someway. Still, he heard the others' reactions as well.

"Seriously? That far?" said some boy with a lightning bolt in his hair.

"Oooh this seems like funn," said the pink-haired girl he had met before.

"And we can use our quirks as much as we want, as expected of the hero course." said some plain-looking guy.

"Looks fun huh? You have three years to mold yourselves into heroes. Will you keep that attitude the entire time?"

The entire class looked at their class in a newfound silence.

"All right then. Whoever comes in last in all eight tests will be found to have no potential. They will be expelled."

"What? He can't do that can he?" was the general consensus Izuku heard from the class. He knew however that their teacher was not playing games. He would have to go all out and earn a top spot in the class early on, he could not afford to fall behind here.

Test 1 -The 50-meter dash

There were many students in his class that had distinct looks Izuku assumed were quirk related. Starting with the blazing-fast Tenya, who had what appeared to be engines in his calves. He knew he would have to work out some sort of way to place high in this test. 'Got to think back to the roof scenario. I have to initiate the pull of energy, the power. I need to channel it, if possible'

Izuku sat on the start line and prepared for the sound. He felt his muscles start to seize up, but nothing else, nothing special was present. Izuku raced down as fast as he could once the sound blared. Sadly he only finished with a time of 5.84. Not bad at all for the shape he was in but still disappointing to the teen.

Test 2- Grip strength

Izuku sat at the grip strength machine and tried to concentrate. He has to squeeze anything out. He needs that boost to put him above the rest. Izuku reached out and asked for help as he began to squeeze.

'You should have asked sooner, I can do nought for you here master.'

Before he could ask what he meant the boy had to start the grip strength test. He finished with a good 72 kg. Not even close enough to claim the top spot.

Test ?- Ball Throw

Izuku had learned much in between the other test and this one, mostly thanks to the voice. He had learned two things, 1 that his newfound quirk was better suited for defence and maneuverability, 2 if he wanted to go the strength route, he was really only good for one or two shots, and that's assuming he wouldn't blackout again.

No matter the case, Izuku had a plan, one he hoped would cement himself as an unknown variable.

The rest of the class looked on at the tallboy. He walked up to the circle and proceeded to strip. He took his shirt off and tossed it aside. There was some hint of past injuries all over the boys back, with one defining scar on his neck that was previously covered. They looked on as he closed his eyes and held the ball out forward. Steam began to emulate from the boy, his entire left arm began to change, as well as his shoulder. He began to flip around inside the circle as if he was doing some type of martial arts, and he released the ball mid routine and it flew. When he landed he covered his left eye and grabbed his top and draped it over his shoulders, to cover his arm.

Everyone was curious, the boy who was nothing else than average a few minutes ago just did something insane. He launched the ball 810.2 meters. Which very obviously pissed off an already pissed off Bakugo.

"Unnecessary, but you're still standing this time." Aizawa said to the boy. "After class, report to recovery girls office."

The rest of the day continued as normal as normal could be in this world. Izuku went to recovery girls office and got treated. After school was over Izuku made his way to his now crowded motorbike. Girls and boys alike were swarming our young heroes bike and he was getting agitated. He tried to push his way through but none of the students wanted to back off. He noticed one boy sitting on the bike and that's when Izuku had had enough, right when he was about to explode from his built-up anger, All Might showed up.

"Let's talk, Young Man."
