Back at Vulture's liar, in an abandoned warehouse he is just finishing rebuilding his newly designed and improved wings. They still looked the same and he fixed them so he could fly faster and be strong enough to defeat Spider-Man and Black Cat.
"My wings are repaired" Vulture says. He looks at a photo of his late wife Chery and said, "Oh Chery if only you had just agreed woth my business dealings I wouldn't have murdered you secretly." Then he looks towards the wall of newspaper articles stating bad things about Adrian such as 'Corruption at Bestman and Toomes exposed by Spider-Man', 'Adrian Toomes fired from Oscorp for theft and fraud of project', and 'Spider-Man catches Toomes for cheating on electronics project'. This enrages him even more wanting to murder Spider-Man more than ever. "Spider-Man, for after you have done to me these many years, I will murder you like nobody has seen it before!" Vulture shouts. "But I need a plan. A plan that will lure him to think he won't be murdered by me" he thinks. Then he all of a sudden came up with an idea by turning on the news from earlier. Gwen Stacy and Felicia Hardy appear from an event from this afternoon on the building on The George Stacy Memorial near the New York City Prison.
"Here right now near The New York City Prison is the making of The George Stacy Memorial in honor of our police captain who was murdered buy the lizard last week. And coming to you to speak right now is his amazing daughter, model, an awesome best friend of mine, and this years Miss New York USA Gwen Stacy!" Felicia says. Felicia gives Gwen a hug before she says her speech in her Miss New York City USA pagaent dress. "Greetings citizens of New York. It is my pleasure and my right to create a memorial in honor of my father who served as police captain for the city of New York for many years. He was dedicated to protecting the people and he had the great amount of courage to do so even at such an old age. And Even though Spider-Man is our main protector of the city, he or anybody else will never replace my father. Am I right?" Gwen states. The people in the crowd scream yes. "Sweet! Then let the construction on The George Stacy Memorial begin!" Gwen exclaims. The people scream and applause again.
Vulture turns the tv off since he gets an idea in his head. "That's it. That's what I'm looking for. I will kidnap Gwen Stacy, use her as bait for the insect, make her fall to the ground to her death, I can grab him and throw him into the ocean for the sharks to eat him" Vulture says to himself. He laughs evily thinking about his evil plan.
