Disclaimer: I don't own Danny Phantom or Spider-Man. I do not own the original story this is based on.

It was Friday Afternoon, and Danny was getting ready to take a trip to New York.

Felicia had come all the way to Amity Park to see him, that he wanted to return the favor. Plus, he missed her already.

He told his parents he'd take a train, but in reality, he was going to fly to New York via Air Phantom to see his beautiful, smart, sweet, amazing girlfriend in her own hometown.

Besides, this way, they won't have to deal with Dash and Felicia's fan club trying to spoil things for them. Though with her beauty, Felicia was bound to have a New York branch. Packing his bags, the boy could remember how the rest of the first week back at school was.

To say it was a long week was an understatement.

Mikey and Nathan did some snooping over each guy in school and how well did they during the dating service, and they let it out over the fact that he got twenty-eight girls to want him, Felicia included. In contrast, Dash, who apparently only been on five dates, got no one to want him for a chance.

It was almost ironic.

"So Fenton, about those other girls who picked you? How hot are they?" One guy, a junior on the basketball team, asked.

Danny frowned.

"Come on, if they are as half as hot as Felicia, they gotta be at least an eight." He said.

The ghost boy was getting mad now.

Just because he did not pick those girls doesn't mean that he doesn't care or respect them. Most of them might have been more than just friends with him, had Felicia not proven to be so amazing.

They didn't deserve to be treated as eye candy or trophies.

Danny, unfortunately, had been the center of attention at school because of this. Guys kept asking him how he managed to get so many girls to want to go out with him, especially Felicia, and somehow, that made people put him higher on a pedestal.

It didn't take long before the ghost kid got sick of this attention. He was glad to go invisible at a moment's notice when no one was looking.

Which he did the second he lost sight of everyone.

"Finally," Danny said in relief as he went visible. He was glad that he managed to get away from them.

"Looks like someone is popular."

Danny flinched but relaxed when he saw that it was Tucker and Sam.

"Oh, it's you guys," Danny said relieved.

"Dude, you're like more popular than Dash and the football team," Tucker said with his arms out. "You gotta admit this was probably the last thing expected to happen."

"Oh please," Sam scoffed. "It's only because he's...around some pretty girl."

"Sam..." Danny said, reaching out, but the goth girl changed subjects fast.

"Though, I can't believe that you are going all the way to New York just to see her. I mean, she had the 'decency' to visit this week."

"Sam..."

This time, the ghost boy's words reached the girl, but that didn't mean she would calm down. Tucker sent her a deadpan look, while Danny frowned.

The raven-haired boy would have said something but heard his phone ring. The goth girl saw this as well and turned her head.

The boys would have to wait for her to cool down before anything.

"Hello?" Danny answered the phone and heard a voice that made his heart skip a beat. "Felicia!" he said in excitement, not noticing the dirty look Sam sent him or the nervous look from Tucker.

"I gotta take this," the ghost boy said as he focused on his call.

"So, how is everything? How is Horizon High?" Danny asked, happy to be talking to her.

He hasn't seen her since Monday, and he already missed her.

"Oh, you know. Just another top of the line high school with state of the art equipment. nothing big," Felicia said nonchalantly.

"I take it you're too smart for them?" Danny said with a smile.

"Oh, Danny," Felicia said, giggling, on the other end. "I can't wait for you to arrive. I have the perfect plan for us as we tour the city."

"I bet," the ghost boy remarked as he noticed the looks he was getting. "I'll be on the train as soon as the class is done. I can't wait to see you again."

"Me too," Felicia said before giggling."I can't wait for you to arrive. I have the perfect plan for us as we tour the city."

"I can hardly wait," Danny said.

The thought of him and Felicia together at the Big Apple. Walking down the streets hand in hand, with no catcalls. New York had so many sites, not just Avenger Tower, the Fantastic Four tower, or other superhero headquarters.

While they were popular tourist sites, the girl had more personal and classy places in mind.

Felicia giggled like a little girl before she stopped herself.

"I'll see you later, Blue Eyes," Felicia said.

"See you, Felicia," Danny said.

Felicia hung up and smiled. The girl was giddy with joy. She hasn't seen Danny since their encounter in Metropolis, and she was already missing him more as the kiss came to her mind. Even though he didn't return the gesture, there was still some magic to it that she couldn't explain.

"Danny..." Felicia said in fondness as she soon checked herself in a mirror in her locker. She paid close attention to her lips, which she touched with two fingers before giggling again. Boys around took notice, and the girl scoffed in her head.

Horizon High, while a school for geniuses, still has something that most schools seem to have. Teenage boys whose hormones could take charge.

Like right now, the boys kept greeting the girl with compliments.

"Hi, Felicia."

"You look amazing today."

"Hey there."

Felicia was walking home from Horizon high. Normally she'd stay late to work on projects, but today Danny was coming, and she didn't want to be late. Or smell like sweat. Though she could get a work out ignoring the guys who were gawking at her. Some of them needed a good flipping to get the message.

"Hey, Baby."

"Babe."

At least in school, the boys had some manners or limits in their game. But not all guys on the street were just said things, like the one coming towards her.

"Hey there, gorgeous," said a blonde boy, Flash Thompson, one of the few "jocks" at Midtown, who sported a lecherous grin as he saw her.

She had met Flash a while back when she went to the Stark Expo, and the second they caught eyes, Flash was one of the biggest annoyances. Though the placements on the list were changing, especially after being in Amity Park.

Flash was no different than that creep Dash from Amity Park, save for actual brainpower somewhere. Even their names rhymed.

"Flash, I already told you that I have a boyfriend," Felicia said in annoyance.

"Oh, come on, gorgeous. you know a girl like you is perfect with a guy like me," the boy bragged. "After all, you are one of the smart ones."

"I said no," Felicia said with a roll of her eyes.

Unknown to Felicia, some students following behind were looking at her, but not like how Flash was.

They are Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and Anya.

Anya frowned.

"You think a girl like her would love this kind of attention," Anya said, already not liking her from day one. Though it was easy to get on that list.

"I hear she has a boyfriend that lives in another town," Miles said, kind of bummed.

"Seriously!?" Peter asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, some guy from Amity Park. I looked it up, and it's the most haunted place on earth. They even have a ghost-themed superhero. Danny Phantom." Miles explained as he brought up photos on his phone.

"Danny Phantom? That's a name with ghost next to it," Anya commented.

"I guess most of the good names are taken," Miles shrugged. "He's a pretty cool guy, but I'm wondering who Felicia's boyfriend is."

"Must be one lucky guy," Peter said.

He himself had been momentarily stunned by Felicia on her first day, but it ended when she informed everyone that she already had a boyfriend named Danny.

Peter was a bit jealous, but that did not stop guys like Flash from hitting on her. He figured that it must be annoying.

Girls, like Anya, didn't believe her statement about a boyfriend.

Danny soon arrived in New York in record time.

Thanks to his increased speed, he got here quicker than expected, though he was pretty winded. It was exactly easy with him carrying his luggage and friends with their luggage, super strength or not.

The landing was even harder. If one thought finding a parking space in New York was hard, they would not believe the difficulty in finding a place to land and transform.

"If I knew coming meant being carried all the way over, I would have taken a plane," Sam said, not wanting to be here.

"Then, why did you come?" The ghost boy was not happy about the situation, either.

The only reason Sam came was to find out more about Felicia, but Danny did not need to know that.

And Tucker came to, in case things got ugly: New York was not the place to have a fight. Especially with all the manners of crazy, the city has to offer.

The teens soon got out of the alley, and Danny knew that he needed to ask for directions to Horizon High.

"Uh, excuse me," Danny tried to ask, but the guy sent him a glare.

"Buzz off," The guy said rudely, before walking off.

Danny blinked, and Sam glared.

"Rude," Sam said.

"That's New Yorker for ya," Tucker said as he scoped around. "Uhhh...Danny? Where did you say Felicia lived?"

"Somewhere in Midville, but she said we'd meet at her school," Danny said as he pulled out a map but had trouble understanding it. "Great, the map app works, but I can't read it."

"Let me try," Tucker said as he got out his PDA. The boy was more tech-savvy and bound to read a map better.

The ghost boy saw a group of kids who looked to be around their age. Figuring they might be polite, he went to ask them for directions.

Sam, not the biggest one to trust people in the big apple, tried to stop the boy in vain.

"Uh, excuse me," Danny said.

A brunette boy with green eyes turned around. "Yeah?"

"I'm looking for a school. Would you mind helping us out? We're kind of lost," Danny said as he typed away at his phone.

"No problem," the boy replied without hesitation.

"Thanks, you're a lifesaver," the ghost boy replied.

"By the way, I'm Peter Parker, and these are my friends Miles, Gwen, and Anya," Peter said nicely.

"Hello," Gwen said.

"Hey," Miles said.

"Hi," Anya said sternly, crossing her arms.

Sam frowned and did the same. It was obvious these two wouldn't get along.

"Don't mind Anya, she takes some time to get to know you," Miles said as he walked closer. "so what school are you looking for?"

"Horizon High," Danny replied, holding up the screen.

"Horizon high, that's our school," Miles said.

"For real?" Tucker said, excited. "You get to go to one of the most technologically advanced places on earth!?"

Peter, Miles, and Anya smiled as they basked in the boy's praise and adoration. They would definitely be giving him a tour of the place later. Right now, they had wanted to see Danny, as will other students.

"You'll have to excuse Tuck. He's sort of tech geek," Danny said sheepishly.

"It's alright," Peter replied. "So, what did you need to know about Horizon High?"

"The thing is, my girlfriend goes to that school, and I promised to meet her there," Danny said.

"What's her name?" Gwen asked.

"Danny?!"

They all turned around and saw Felicia running towards them.

"Felicia," Danny said with a smile.

"FELICIA?!" Peter and his friends exclaimed.

"Danny," Felicia greeted as she hugged the ghost boy.

She wasted no time in planting one on him, not caring who was around to see. Reaction varied from jealousy to finding the couple adorable.

Peter and his friends stopped and stared at the scene, Anya even more so. She was glad not to make any bets, cause then she would've lost them.

Felicia ended the kiss with a popping 'Muah,' leaving a dazed Danny who hadn't let go of the girl.

"I missed you," She said sweetly.

"I missed you too," Danny said in a lovesick way

Meanwhile, Sam's fists were shaking while she saw red. If she were a bull, she'd had charged in, but right now, she couldn't do anything in public besides scream in her head.

Tucker took a photo with his PDA, an act that was caught by everyone around. It wasn't that the teens were appalled but rather found it odd such a device was still being used in today's technology.

He must really love tech. Peter, Miles, and Anya thought in sync.

Felicia then noticed the group of Peter, Miles, and Anya. Three classmates she might calls friends one day. Pulling the ghost boy by the hand, the girl walked over.

"Oh, hey guys," Felicia said in a neutral tone, knowing her audience was stupefied.

The trio of horizon students said nothing as they processed recent events of meeting the rumored boyfriend of the very popular Felicia Hardy. A girl, who's brains and beauty had given her a high standing in the odd Horizon hierarchy.

"Uh, hi, Felicia," Peter said in an awkward tone.

Can you blame him? How do you talk to a girl after seeing her kiss her boyfriend like that?

"So then this is—"

"This is Danny," Felicia introduced the boy to her Horizon classmates.

Peter and the gang noticed the ghost boy's lovestruck gaze and figured he was happy to have a pretty girlfriend.

"Ahem," coughed Sam as she gestured to Tucker and herself. The Techno-geek barely contained himself as he studied the halls.

"And this is Tucker and Tam," Felicia added.

"That's Sam," the goth girl said with an edge to her tone.

"Sorry, Sam," the girl corrected, in an uncaring tone.

Felicia's friends noticed the tension and wondered about it. Peter, on the other hand, tried to change the subject.

"So, Danny, I take it you're happy to have a pretty girl?"

Felicia was ready to answer with a quip but did not expect Danny to beat her to the punch.

"What are you talking about?" Danny asked to the confusion of everyone. "Felicia's more than a pretty face. She's an amazing person who's kinda got this air of mystery and danger. Don't ask me how I get that. And she's not some face either. She got into Horizon High with her mind. That's amazing," the ghost boy looked to everyone. "Tell me you would like to be in a relation, let alone know, such a spectacular person?"

Peter and the gang turned to noticed Felicia sporting a deep blush with an innocent grin. For a moment, she was just like a shy girl. They wouldn't believe how the blonde girl was acting if they didn't see it.

"Wow," Peter said in awe. "There is definitely more to this guy than we think."

Miles and Anya nodded in silence as they watched. Though they couldn't help and notice Sam's disgusted reaction. As did rubber necking people walking by. New York street could the best place to attract attention.

Felicia and Sam both sent a glare at each other the second they made eye contact.

Neither of them had forgotten about their last encounter.

It was just after Felicia said good night to Danny and hailed a cab via an app.

However, she spotted an empty clothing store on her way out, and she couldn't resist.

She asked the cab driver to stop and paid her fare. She could always call another, especially since her mother is away on a business trip and won't expect her home tonight.

However, as Felicia tried to find a spot to change, she could sense that someone was following her.

Or STILL following her.

The blonde girl would traverse the streets shaking off her tailgater. A skill she developed in her travels across the states.

But this person was one of the rare few who managed to keep up, and the culprit was obvious.

Okay, this has gotten old. Felicia thought in annoyance.

Taking a faster pace, the girl raced down a street before abruptly turning into an empty alley. This wasn't the big city, so she was safe, relatively speaking. There the girl stopped.

"I know that you are there Sam. So, why don't you stop trying to hide," Felicia said with a somber tone.

Sam flinched in shock, unable to believe that she got caught. She wondered how, but it was pointless for the time being. Sighing in defeat, the goth stepped out of her hiding place, ready to deal with the blonde girl.

"What do you want?" Sam said with her arms crossed.

"How about some answers, "Felicia started with her back turned.

"Ok, you tell me what you really want," Sam replied with narrowed eyes.

"You know, this is considered stalking."

"And you're not giving answers."

"First, I would like to point out that I've known from the beginning. Like how you followed us at the museum a few weeks ago," Felicia said.

"You knew?" Sam replied in shock.

"I also know about the Mansons," the blonde girl said with a smirk as Sam's face scrunched in anger. "And I must say, I was expecting at least some manners when I found out."

"You think you can talk to me about manners!?" Sam said with a stomp.

"I don't need to explain anything to you, but know this, if you don't stop, I'll scratch back," Felicia said in a loathsome tone.

"Is that a threat," Sam accused with a fist up and a glare.

"It's a promise."

Felicia didn't face the goth girl completely, but a glint in her eye made Sam wary, and almost regret her decision. Almost being the keyword as she had some idea of Danger the girl was capable of.

"You might have Danny fooled, but I am on to you," Sam said, not giving anything to the blonde girl.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Felicia asked, insulted. though it was something to be expected from her encounters with the goth girl.

It was like she couldn't understand the concept of acknowledging the present situation, and the blonde girl knew that will not end on anything good.

"You know what it means," was all the goth girl said with narrow eyes.

"And I don't care. I like Danny. He is my perfect match," Felicia said.

"Yeah right," Sam said sarcastically.

Felicia frown hard.

"He is. And I don't care what you think."

"It still doesn't explain why you're dating Danny?" Sam said.

Felicia sent her a dirty look with a roll of her eyes. "I happen to LIKE Danny, that's why. What makes it so hard for you to understand?"

"Because I know your type," the goth said with a pointer finger.

"It doesn't make what you think you know," accused blonde scoffed. "Danny likes who I am. You'd think you'd know someone if he's your best friend."

That got the goth girl good and angry.

"Well excuse me for knowing my friend better to help him," Sam snarked.

Whether she meant to or not, Sam is now insulting Danny. A guy, the girl supposedly calls her friend.

And Felicia wasn't going to let that fly.

"Since when do you think you know Danny better than him?"

Sam wasn't listening to a word or explanation. Jealousy had clogged her ears. So, a different approach was needed.

"Why do you think it's hard for me to like Danny? "Felicia said.

"Oh, please. Since when does a girl who can get into a prestigious school date a guy like Danny? Even if that place clearly doesn't endorse the standards it says to have."

Felicia looked insulted now.

"And why exactly do you find it hard to believe that I got into Horizon High?" Felicia said in anger, daring her to finish that sentence.

"Oh, please," Sam scoffed before pointing to the blonde. "If there's one thing I know, girls like you don't have the brainpower."

Felicia didn't need to look at herself to know what the girl said, but that didn't mean the girl hadn't had enough with the goth's antics. She walked towards the vain girl, her eyes held anger and scorn, enough to make Sam cower.

"Now listen here, little girl," Felicia's voice was stern and piercing. "I can be whoever I choose to be. I am a beautiful girl who got into a top of the class university, there is no rule I can." Sam wanted to interject, but couldn't get a word in as the girl continued. "Have you ever heard of Dr. Vivian F. Porter? She an authority with robotics research, but no one would take her seriously because of how she dressed and act. It was only recently that she is now working at the Middleton Space Center. But because of people like you, she couldn't be taken seriously." Sam cowered more as a crowd drew. "You know if you actually spent the time to get to know someone, then maybe your jealousy could be justified, but let me tell you this, women can smart and pretty." Felicia now got into Sam's breathing space. "And I don't want to hear another word out you unless it's an apology."

Sam dropped to the ground as Felicia walked back. Before she turned the corner, she glanced at the goth girl one more time.

"And by the way, I'm going to keep on dating Danny, because unlike you, I like him enough to show it."

Sam blinked and stared at her in disbelief, lying on the sidewalk. Part of her was angry, but it was clashing with the part of her for women's rights.

"Okay...so...maybe you're more than what people want you to be," Sam said begrudgingly.

The goth girl couldn't see it, but she knew Felicia smirked. But the goth girl had her pride, and it wouldn't let her back down, not after everything.

"Don't think this is over," Sam said.

The girl glared daggers at each other in a stare-off, one that Felicia ended as she walked away. She was well aware of the futility of the event.

All this did was leave the goth wallowing in her anger and sadness as a tear fell from her face. With no one to comfort her.

That was how it went and both girls didn't hide their disdain for each other since.

Though Danny, being clueless, still did not understand what was going on between the two girls. Though he did understand the goth's discomfort with anything remotely mainstream. You couldn't get more mainstream than liking a blonde beauty with blue eyes. Well, Felicia has green eyes, but that didn't help any arguments.

"Anyway Blue Eyes. Come on. Now that you are here with me, we got all of New York to see," Felicia said as she took Danny's arm as he smiled.

Tucker followed shortly, after thanking the students and asking them about a tour if they can't get to it over the weekend. High-end schools like Horizon High were always open on weekends to allow students for extra lab time. Only by appointment and permission from the teachers that is.

Sam tried to complain but once again was ignored for the blond.

"This is going to be a long day," the goth girl said slowly with hanging her head. She took a deep breath to mentally prepare herself for the rest of the weekend.

"I'll see you guys later," Danny said as he waved to the students. "Peter, Miles, Gwen, Anya. It was nice meeting you."

"You too," Peter said as he watched Felicia leave with her boyfriend.

Sam said nothing and she left and gave a quick goodbye before leaving. She was not going to leave the ghost boy alone with his girlfriend. Besides, they were staying at her place and they didn't know the address.

Not to mention, Felicia has the keys.

Once they were gone, Miles let out an impressed whistle.

"How did he managed to land a chance with Felicia Hardy?" Miles asked as Peter stared inquisitively.

Anya and Gwen heard this and rolled their eyes.

"Boys..." Anya muttered.

The two boys looked at her as if they were offended. They couldn't understand from their perspective, and couldn't see anything wrong with the question.

Felicia was now giving Danny a tour of her favorite spots in New York.

Starting with Central Park.

They walked to their destination. If if there was one thing useless to do in the city, it was getting a driver's license. Cars flooded the streets with honks and opened windows as people crossed and walked whichever way they wanted.

Danny saw the tall building and skyscrapers with a frown. He was suddenly reminded of his recent encounter at Lex Corp. Research Facility, Supergirl, and a very flirty Black Cat.

He also recalled what had happened and that got him shivering as he thought about it.

Black Cat.

The ghost boy couldn't lie. Despite being a thief who stole from on of the world's richest men, she was stunning. Part of him blamed the catsuit and her personality, but he started to think there was more to it. It didn't matter, the boy has Felicia, and he knew he was happier with her.

Especially since she didn't distract him and then go for a sucker punch.

No, Felicia is wonderful.

She is beautiful, smart, sweet, goes to a top knock school, has this Je ne sais quoi, a quality he can't explain, and most of all, she was willing to give him a chance, despite everyone saying that she was out of his league. Not to mention she accepted his parents' faults and she accepted him. The guy on the lowest of the social totem pole, who's only quality everyone like was his alter ego.

She is great and Black Cat...she is just a criminal.

That is all there is to it.

She just flirts with him to get under his skin and even if she likes him, she has a weird way of showing it. Part of it was weird, the rest was a little hard on the ball for him.

Felicia, while also strong in her flirting, gave a more synchronized pace that made the boy fell closer.

There is no contest.

Felicia is more than any girl and Black Cat is just trouble.

He just wishes she'd stop stealing kisses. Sure, he doesn't kiss back but they affect him like no other. It was like she knew where to strike.

It isn't fair to Felicia.

Speaking of Felicia, she noticed his silence and expression on his face.

"Is something wrong?" Felicia asked already knowing what his deal is but playing dumb.

Danny looked at her. He can't exactly tell her now.

He briefly imagines green eyes and white hair, before shaking it off.

"Nothing...nothing. I think I need to sit down," The ghost boy replied as the love birds entered the park.

There, Felicia dragged her boyfriend away as Sam and Tucker followed. Well Sam did, her tech loving friend just didn't want to get lost.

Thinking fast, the blonde girl had grabbed the ghost boy and hid behind a tree as the two friends ran ahead obliviously.

"Sorry about that, but I just wanted to spend some time with you. Alone," Felicia said as she led the boy to a nearby bench.

The chair felt great and the fresh was relaxing as the only people around were enjoying the day.

"So," Felicia said after a few minutes. "What's on your mind?"

"Sorry, it's just that I've been a little...restless. I'm not exactly the best guy when it comes to school," Danny remarked, leaving out his metropolis memories. The ghost boy figured his girlfriend didn't need to be stressed out from his actions.

However, Felicia had a good idea of the true reason. She couldn't blame him. After all, the girl knew how to play hard to get when she donned the catsuit.

Though it was mainly due to having no Kryptonite on hand that time.

"You just need to take your mind off of things," Felicia cooed as she leaned on the boy. It was then an idea formed. "And I know I can help with that," Felicia said huskily.

Danny didn't have time to register what his girlfriend said. Felicia gently sat on his lap with Danny's red face staring into her eyes. The ghost boy stammered as he tried to talk, but it did was allow his face to glow redder.

"So, I take it that you've never had a girl do this for you?" Felicia teased.

"Uh...maybe..." He said shyly.

He can't help it.

Sure they have made out before (which was awesome) but Felicia has such a strong effect on him. not that he minded.

Felicia cupped his face as she leaned in, her breath on the boy's lips, driving his body wild. But the girl went to the side and whispered. "I'll be gentle."

Those words were like a trigger as Danny wrapped his arms around Felicia and the two closed the gap and the boy gasped as he felt her tongue begin exploring his mouth. He thought he'd be used to it by now, but every time was like a new experience.

An amazing experience. Every. Single. Time.

The kissing got needier as they tightened their arms and began moaning, drawing attention to anyone who could hear.

Normally, Danny would feel a little self concious but Felicia seemed to bring out something in him. And he wasn't talking about hormones. It was more like a part of him wanted to get out, only around the blonde girl.

Danny's eyes were wide and his face as red as a tomato, while Felicia happily hummed as she wrapped her arms around his neck, deepening the kiss. The two had their tongues dancing as the wind blew music.

Along with some passers-by that wolf-whistled.

Felicia then pulled away and almost purred. She had a rather satisfied look on her face as her boyfriend was still trembling a bit.

"Wow..." a ghost boy said with a goofy smile.

"Why thank you."

Despite being outdoors, no one bothered them as they took full advantage of the situation.

"Something tells me we're not gonna get bored this weekend," Danny commented.

"And the fun is just beginning. We can have a real private tour of New York this weekend. Central Park, Times Square, Coney Island is still open. We can go enjoy the rides. Including the tunnel of love," Felicia added seductively.

While the girl was being romantic, but Danny went pale and started shivering, much to her surprise.

"Danny?" Felicia asked noticing of the boy's trembling, and not in a good way. "Everything alright?"

The girl found herself starting to worry as she checked the boy for anything hurting him. There were no bruises or wounds, but he looked sick, except he may not vomit. And that could be a bad sign.

She has never seen him react like this before. What caused it?

All she said was seeing the site. The last thing she said was...

Wait.

"Danny, do you have a problem with the tunnel of love?" Felicia asked cautiously, not wanting to trigger a second episode.

Danny seemed to snap out of whatever he was in, and answered her.

"Sorry," Danny finally chocked out. "The last time anyone mentioned the tunnel of love was a girl from the dating service, Katie."

"Katie?" Felicia asked as she added that name to the list of Danny's past dates.

"Let's not say her name," the ghost boy spoke quickly as some color returned. "In fact, I'm not ready to talk about it."

The boy glanced everywhere but at the girl's face. Katie was a date that put fear into the boy's mind, and while it may be inevitable of another meeting, he never wanted to mention that time again. But it seemed life had a way of reminding people of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Whichever of the latter two it was was indeterminable.

"It's ok. We'll talk about it when you're ready," the girl said as she took a deep breath.

"Felicia took the ghost boy close to her chest as she patted his head. Danny wrapped his arms around as he began to calm down.

Unknown to them, spies witnessed it all as one watched with binoculars. The other had listened but made sure no officers noticed them. They would be chased down or worse, arrested, for the girl's actions.

"I really should've listened to Danny about my profile," Tucker thought in mild jealousy.

Sam had been watching them with her binoculars and nearly broke them in rage.

"Shut it," She hissed as she went back to spying on them.

Tucker saw this and shook his head.

This has been going on for weeks and it was just getting worse.

"Sam," Tucker groaned. "You need to stop."

"And let that girl hurt Danny?"

"Sam, nothing you can say about Felicia helps your case she is right now-"

"Felicia's dad is a criminal," Sam replied, making the techno-geek stop in his tracks.

"What?" the boy asked, his voice neutral.

"I did some digging around and it turns out a few years ago, a man was arrested and sentenced to Blackgate Prison for burglary. The guy is called Walter Hardy, also known as several aliases, but went mainly by the infamous name, Cat Burglar," Sam said, showing the data she had gathered on her phone.

"So...you dug up dirt on her...really?" Tucker glared at his friend.

"Exactly so we don't know if—"

"I knew you were jealous, but I didn't think you'd go to such lengths," Tucker sounded a bit dead inside.

"Did you hear a word I said!?" Sam asked with an irritated tone.

"I heard everything."

For once Tucker was glaring at the goth girl and not backing down. His anger fell on blind eyes as Sam gave him a puzzled look.

"Tucker, why are you looking at me like that?" Sam said.

"Because you are going too far. It was bad when you spied on Valerie but this is going to too far real fast. You need to stop."

"What are you talking about? I have proof that Felicia is bad news."

"No, you just found something that you think makes you right," Tucker mentally slapped himself at what he was hearing. It was clear the goth could dangerously be veering into behavior she didn't want any part of, shallowness.

"No!" Sam cried out before calming herself. "Danny probably doesn't even know that she is the daughter of a thief. For all we know, she could be trained by her father."

The technogeek didn't know how to end this, till he had a brilliant observation. One that Sam could never argue back.

"Oh my gosh! You must be right!" Tucker exclaimed.

"Now you're getting it," Sam said with a grin.

"Then that must mean you're secretly going to those balls with your parents!"

The gears and springs inside Sam's brain stopped and shattered.

"What!?" the goth yelled.

"Think about it, if Felicia is the daughter of a thief and she follows his footsteps, then that must mean you do the same with your folks!" Tucker pointed to the girl as he gave the best acting performance he could muster.

It was alright, but he shouldn't audition for any roles in the next school play.

But it did the trick as it left Sam contemplating and muttering in a mess. The correlation made enough sense to her to snap the girl into a daze, which had her friend dragged her to the nearest chair.

"Sam, this is none of our business. Besides, even if Felicia's dad is in jail, you had no right to dig into her life," Tucker said with a stern and condescending tone.

"I am looking out for Danny!" Sam said stubbornly.

"No, you are just jealous and trying to justify it. Look, like it or not, Felicia is Danny's girlfriend and she hasn't done anything bad to prove she's the bad guy...or girl."

"You don't know girls like that!" the goth girl was seething at how her friend was talking to her.

"Do you?" Tucker asked. "Because last time I checked, you only hang out with me and Danny."

Twice in the same day, Sam was dazed by her friend. She couldn't argue that when the techno-geek had been part of her life as she was to him. And with no proof or any evidence, the girl sulked for a moment as she looked back in the direction of the boy she liked making out with someone who was prettier and seemed to have brains.

It was the only thing she could do.

Danny and company would be staying at the Hardy's residence. A beautiful modern apartment in Midville, which granted an amazing view of the city. Though there were rules, such as the boy can't set foot in his girlfriend's room.

The boys were given space in the recreational room as Sam had a spare bedroom. The goth tried to room with Felicia for "girl time," but nobody bought it.

Ms. Hardy was busy tonight with work, so no one would meet her until tomorrow. That didn't Felicia was going to break any rules, not even for Danny.

The mother Hardy can be pretty scary when she wants to be.

"Welcome to my humble home," Felicia said upon the entrance of everyone.

"Nice place Felicia," Danny commented while Sam said nothing and Tucker was admiring the place.

"Thank you," She said nicely.

The gang took the time to check where their rooms were. Though Tucker took his sweet time checking out the tech incorporated in each appliance. Apparently, his folks didn't upgrade to smart appliances in fear of him overloading them.

The goth girl, however, was more into not taking her eyes off her "rival." A sentiment not shared between the two as there were more pressing matters.

Felicia sighed as she watched Danny and his friends head to their rooms to unpack. The ghost boy seemed tired from the conversation about his past date and needed to rest. Or take his mind off of things.

Felicia couldn't help but wonder what this Katie girl did to make the boy grow pale in fear. She made a mental note to look the girl up, and more, later but right now, she has a boyfriend to attend to.

She thought about making out with him to make him feel better but talking about that girl killed the mood, plus he seemed pretty tired emotionally.
She did not like this predicament at all.

Felicia wanted to help, but the only thing that clears her mind is "shopping." And then it hit her. Black Cat, a beautiful thief who could go tow to toe with the ghostly hero and still get away. She didn't have a job per se for tonight, but she had spotted a jewelry store close by. With the most beautiful bracelet adorned by a variety of gems.

She didn't need it, but the thrill of a heist the thief always wanted. The feeling was akin to an itch that needed to be scratched. Sure, it was a step down from Luthor corp but hey, a steal's a steal.

Still, the thief knew that it could be too easy. Even with Spiderman around. Felicia sort of missed having her usual routine with the web-slinger, but she'd wait to tangle with her cute spook. Though getting him to play would be more difficult. After all, Danny Phantom only protects Amity Park. Now, if only she had an idea on how to lure him.

"Unless..." Felicia paused as an idea formed in her head.

For a way to make tonight even more exciting.

Swinging through the night sky, Spider-Man made his patrol around the city. Despite being a student with a part-time job who needs to focus and stay on top of things in life, the teen hero would never forgive himself for taking a night off. Unless he was injured.

Settling down on a building exterior, the boy looked around, enjoying the sights of the nightlife in New York. The city that never sleeps.

It was a rare, rather quiet nigh The web-slinger had only foiled thieves and muggers.

"Can't remember a time like this," Spider-Man remarked to himself.

The peace was shattered when he heard the sirens of a triggered alarm within hearing distance.

"I tell ya, it's never a dull moment in New York," Spiderman remarked as he swung towards the source of the alarm.

Arriving at the rooftop, the red and blue hero was surprised to see Black Cat swinging by with a boy following her. The thief seemed to know him as she giggled his name jumping on the rooves with laughter.

"And I spoke too soon," Spidey said as he shot himself a swing.

Danny ran a small errand for Felicia when he saw the silhouette of Black Cat grappling across the street.

"Just what I need. Another working vacation," He muttered as he left to change forms.

While he believed the thief to not recognize him, the boy quickly found the nearest empty alley before stopping and went into a random store for the restroom. It wasn't wise to enter a dark secluded area in New York at night.

Going ghost, the hero flew through the air as he trailed the cat into a jewelry store. The windows were broken and precious stones were stolen, but Danny found the thief staring as she lay on her stomach.

The ghost boy gawked a bit, wondering why the thief wasn't surprised to see him.

"I was wondering when you'd show up," Black Cat teased.

"You knew I was here?" the ghost boy was slightly frightened by his foe's cool and confident demeanor.

"I have my ways," she purred, eyeing the boy with playfulness. "Though I must say, feel happy. you came all this way to see me."

"I did NOT come all the way to New York to see YOU."

"So you say," the thief whispered with sultry eyes.

"I do, and I'm also saying you're not getting away this time," Phantom said with glowing fists.

"They try and catch me," Black Cat whispered as she vaulted off Phantom and grappled her way onto the rooftops.

Danny flew after her, an easy feat since the cat was laughing all the way. The ghost boy could have mistaken her for the Joker for all he knew. It was aggravating how she seemed to know him enough to sidestep at the right moment to a point where the thief could be several steps ahead.

"Since when do you laugh?" the boy asked closing in, but all he got was a smile and a wink. Black CAt jumped down between buildings as she swung from below and onto the streets. Landing with a roll, the girl swam through the people along the way.

Danny Phantom followed as best he could, but somehow had difficulty finding a girl with white hair and a black catsuit in a crowd of normal folks. Now he remembered why he wasn't a fan of Where's Waldo.

Luckily, the ghost boy heard laughter in another direction with the thief insights, who grappled up onto the building tops again.

"Now, I got you," the ghostly hero said flying up as people recorded his appearance.

However, before Danny could do anything, he suddenly got hit with what seemed to be a strange webbing.

"What the—!?"

"Oh my," Black Cat said as Danny quickly became intangible.

"What is this gunk?!"

Just when the ghost boy caught up, in comes Spiderman swinging for a landing, right in between.

"Spider-man. It's been a while," Black Cat said, pleasantly surprised to see him.

So, Black Cat has a partner, huh? Danny thought when he saw this weirdo.

So, Black Cat has a partner, huh? Spiderman thought when he saw this weirdo in the same colors as his feline foe.

"Alright you two, break it up and return what you stole."

"What?" Danny said.

However, Black Cat jumped away from them and got a sneaky idea.

"I'll get the stuff back to the hideout. You hold him off, partner," Black Cat spoke

Quickly before leaving with a wink.

With the two turned on each other, a superhero fight was on. It was ghost vs spider and the two were ready for battle. If anyone had been watching, they were most certainly recording the event.

And most likely post it online.

"You know, I came to New York for some fun, but now it's on," Danny said with glowing fists and brighter eyes.

"Bring it on, Spooky," Spiderman said with his own fists up.

"You want it? You got it, Webhead."

All the while, Black Cat watched this with amusement from afar.

"This is gonna be good," the thief purred.

The day's not over and Danny already meets Spider-man. Too bad it won't be on friendly neighborhood terms, but we know things will work out...eventually. i wonder who else the ghost boy will meet, but that's for later chapters.

And I'll be in them. After all, who else but Spidey's best friend would help him out?"

...Not going to answer that. Don't know how. Anyways...

Special Thanks! to Flower Princess11 for all her help!
