Even Later That Day

"So sorry I'm late, I had to take someone to the hospital" Harry said diving out of his car, the suspension still rocking from his stop.

"As excuses go that's a pretty good one," the tall elegant woman said to him with a slight smile. She'd been all set to lay into him despite his importance to her firm, and the huge sale she was looking to make here. And then one look into this stupendously gorgeous eyes and she was as lost as most were.

"It's for real as well, a girl at school had an epileptic attack."

"Erica" she said knowingly.

"You know her"

"It's a small town, she's the only epileptic here, and was once on You Tube having an attack."

"Wow, just - wow" Harry said, "What sort of person does that!"

"Urh quite" she said, knowing it was her son who posted the video, "Anyway, this is the property we discussed over the phone."

She then showed Harry around the nearly stately home. Oddly he wasn't looking at the house much, more the land, and then the least attractive part of the house, the back yard and the steep drop into the valley it showed in all its glory.

"Oh - this I like" he said to her shock, "but I HATE the house. I spent six years living in a damn castle, and while I loved the place, I don't want to go that way again. Is this property grade listed?"

"I'm sorry is it what," she asked.

"Sorry, sorry, American, different terms, is it protected in anyway, a preservation order I think you call it."

"No, no it's not."

"Good, I need a paper, pencil best, or a pen if not."

"I have that in my car." she said, quickly leading him back.

"I'll take the land, but I want the house gone" he said firmly, "Instead I understand you offer building services."

"We...do" she said slowly.

"I want you to build..." he paused his hands flowing over the pages of her notebook, it was a legal pad, and on it with no ruler to help him a perfect representation of a hyper modern house that actually not only backed onto the gully but over hung it formed under her shocked eyes.

"You - can design a house, just that quickly."

"It's a first draft, but it's basically not that hard, just a bit of geometry and knowing materials. Get your architect to check this over, but I think you'll find it fine." Harry said darting a look around, something felt wrong out there, very wrong, and he was suddenly keen to get the estate agent out of there and safe.

"Now, I want this land gone, clear, and ready to build on in less than a week, and then I want this in its place in no more than a month."

"That's...a tall order, my husband is in charge of that department, and I have a passing familiarity with it. What you are asking for is possible, but it will be VERY expensive."

"My friend is always telling me to get used to having money, this is just my way of spending some. I'll pay whatever I have to. I want this house, and I want it fast, but I want it done properly, and I will know if it isn't."

"Of course, we pride ourselves on our buildings."

"Good, and you'll be able to hold this up as the finest example of your work, or my army of lawyers will own you." Harry said his eyes turning hard. "I may only be 17 Mrs Spenser, but I own, run and manage the largest oldest company on the face of the planet. Don't think for a moment that I am anyone's fool."

"No, no, of course" she said back peddling fast. She adored his eyes, but not so much when they went hard like that, then they were just plain scary as hell.

He suddenly was all smiles again, "Excellent, now I've kept you from your family long enough Mrs Spenser, call me in the morning perhaps?"

"I will, indeed I will and I'll have my husband check over this himself."

"Perfect" Harry said with finality.

The shocked, and slightly awed and cowed Mrs Spenser was quick to leave his company, and Harry was glad of it. Something was out there, watching him, and it was predatory in intent. He could handle himself; he'd not been so sure she could've.

"Come at me" he called into the night, "I KNOW you're there puppy!" he called out, "Come at me if you are indeed a man under all that fur!"

A large canine form bounded out of the bush to his left, surprising him, as it had covered its scent perfectly. It was still an insanely arrogant assumption to make that it could take him. He turned, his hands coming up just in time to get a maw wrapped around his arm. There was a loud snap sizzle and the large Were went sailing back off into the shrubbery.

A glaringly glowing pair of Emerald eyes pierced the night, watching the big Lycan limp away with its tail between its legs quite literally. In that form its body language was that of the cursed animal. It was now acting likes a whipped dog, it was lucky he hadn't fried it. Honestly it had gotten the jump on him, surprisingly so, but he'd rallied a defence all the same, and the big beast was a bully at heart. He had a way of dealing with them.

"Dear god! Will this day never end!" he said looking at his bleeding appendage. The pain was more than manageable all things being equal, but it was what the bite signified. Red eyes, red eyes on a Were, that meant one thing and one thing only. It was the Alpha, and given their territory, it was the self same Alpha that Scott appeared to be looking for.

Wasn't this just like his luck. A perfect end to a perfectly crappy day…but oh well at least he had a date to look forward to.

BHHS - Quad Before First Bell - 18th Jan 2013

"So," Harry said walking up to a familiar grouping, sans the grumpy ass he'd spotted with them briefly the day before, "I made an arse of myself yesterday huh?" he said.

"Yes, you did," Allison said frostily, "Scott..." she said leadingly.

Scott got up and handed the clip, including bills back, "I can't take this man."

"Why not, I paid the agreed price, fair contract, even if I went about it a little...weirdly."

"We can't be brought" Allison hissed nearly.

"You think that's what I was trying to do. I agreed to pay three thousand dollars for one sandwich, I paid, I ate the sandwich, other than the clip itself, I'm afraid I cannot and will not take the money. I paid in good faith and have consumed the product. No take backs. If you feel that bad about it, get your actually rather gorgeous mother, to make me a packed lunch too!"

Scott sighed, "She said you'd met. I was hoping to never have that happen, but she seemed to think someone else had taken your eye." he said slipping off the clip and glancing at a smug looking Lydia.

Harry looked at her, half a smile on his face, "As you predicted I take it."

"Of course."

His phone buzzed, his old phone, he frowned, picking it up, "Excuse me"

"Help me"

"Tempe!"

"Harry – he's got me, help me!"

"Tempe give me something, where are you…"

"He's coming!" she said sounding scared, "Help me!"

"I will, I'm coming darling, I'll be there really soon."

"Yes, please"

"Hold on tight my Luv, hold on," Harry said his entire nature shifted from one moment to the next, "Computer lab – Now"

"We have one, follow me" Stiles said, "But I think you need to call the cops, my dad is sheriff, and he can help."

"No…he'll just get in the way" Harry said his eyes blazing, "Help or move, either way, do it fast. She needs me – now!"

Stiles nodded, whoever this was, they were important, and the others were drawn into his wake. They all shared concerned glances.

Suddenly Harry wasn't being weird; he wasn't being slightly insane in a way they actually were finding they liked despite how weird it was. Even the angry Allison, mostly from a misplaced sense of guilt for her rampant attraction were concerned at this shift in what was possibly a new friend. He'd gone from playful to scary in a blink, a sort of scary that was pure bad ass.

Harry paused looking them over as they reached the lab, "No time" he said sounding urgent, then reached out and laid hands on the nearest, rather elderly computer.

"What the fudge" Allison breathed as it turned crystalline, he barely paused to glance at her. He closed his eyes, which were glowing rather radically, and immersed himself into the system like only he knew, currently, how to do. He went through the net like a rabid infection, ripping through firewalls, hacking specific sites in mere glimpses of time.

He didn't care about tracking, he didn't care about alarms that were blaring all across the world. He only cared for one thing, and that only. Finding her. He hacked web cams, he made his way into street camera's, Google Earth wasn't even safe, and the world peeled like an orange for him as he went inside of the net in away any geek would dream of doing. He grabbed a nearby Cray Cluster, and made it work for him, dumping the scientific programs in the process to a back buffer, putting years of work out of date in a single minded pursuit.

Suddenly he smiled, "You arrogant little fucker" he said, "And that my friend is the only mistake you get a chance to make." He said then suddenly he backed away, "Gotcha"

"What the HELL did you just do?"

"Nothing, this is all a dream" Harry said in a swami voice, and then smirked, "No time to explain right now" he added.

"And yet time to make a joke." Scott noted. "You're actually WORSE than Stiles."

"Hey" Stiles said, insulted. "He so is not worse, I could So make a badly timed joke."

"And just did" Lydia said, rolling her eyes, "Shut up please."

"Yes Lydia" Stiles said, just happy she'd talked to him directly for a change. Perhaps not the last time, but memorable because of the odd fondness in her tone as she had done so.

"What in god's name is THAT?" Harry said pointing out the window.

They all turned, and then Allison sagged, turning back, "I do not believe he got us with that old trick." She sighed again, "Yep – he's gone."

"Damn, he is kinda amazing you know" Scott said with a shake of his head. "What the HELL did he do to the computer; it looks like it's made of diamond! Still!"

Stiles walked over, reaching out slowly and making contact, "Wow – it's…warm to the touch."

"What, why is that important."

"Figured it would be cold" Stiles said with a shrug making Allison nearly scream at him.

"We need to tell your dad." She said calming herself by force of will.

"I dunno, that's not a good idea." Scott said, "Obviously he's…special, and personally I don't think he wants that out there. I think maybe, we shouldn't be the ones to tell, you know?"

"He's in danger I just know it."

"No," Stiles said tapping away, "He is" he said looking at a geeky looking man, thick horn-rimmed glasses sitting in front of a stunner of a woman, pale blue eyes and nearly totally black hair.

He was talking to her and she was trying to back away, dressed in an unholy wedding dress, complete with veil and a tiara. It was rather…revealing for a wedding dress though and despite the fact she was drool worthy in it, the fact she was so obviously scared out of her mind turned off the two men completely, much to the two ladies watching pleasure.

Suddenly the camera fuzzed out.

Miles across the country Harry stepped out of the shadows like he was born of them. His eyes were blazing in anger as he saw the man threaten Tempe with some scary shit he was going to do to her, on their 'wedding night'.

He strode forward, coming into Tempe's sight just before he grabbed the man by the neck and pulled hard, sending him flying back to hit the wall hard, falling out of the count.

"You came!"

"I always will Tempe" Harry said a soft smile on his face.

"I can't believe you came, after what I did."

"What you did, and continue to do, is teach me every single day to be everything I am, and nothing but" Harry said.

"I can't move, he did something Harry, I'm scared…I … I can't feel my legs."

His eyes burned, then he smiled walked to her and hefted her easily into his arms. Suddenly she sagged, relaxing into his welcome embrace, feeling for the first time in days, a tingle in her legs. "You're fine Luv, don't you worry."

"How did you find me?"

"Don't ask, and I won't have to lie"

"Like that huh?"

"I may have burned a few bridges today, but it was so worth it. Stalker?"

"Stalker, at least it shows I'm popular right."

"It shows you need better security," Harry said firmly, vowing to make sure, "Where's home?"

"L.A."

"We're in New York, how the fuck did he get you this far."

"I don't know, I wasn't with it, he shot me full of something I still feel weird, like I want more."

His eyes blazed again and he looked at her with eyes that saw more than any other. Suddenly wounds on her arms began to weep in a way he'd only managed to do to himself before now. "You're fine, I promise."

"God I adore you."

"And so you should Tempe" Harry said, walking out of the tiny flat. He paused at the door, tilted his head to the side and then smiled wickedly, "That's done."

"What's done." She asked looking at him with wide clear eyes, those eyes he had so fallen for. It almost hurt to hold her again, especially since she was hardly fighting him off, in fact, she was snuggling into him.

"You're tired" he said his voice firm, and yet soft at the same time.

"Am….nottt…." she snored softly.

Harry smiled, it was an old trick, but it worked for him. Then he stepped into the shadows, coming out in the L.A. studio she worked at. "I want to talk to the owner, and I want that to happen the fuck NOW" he said walking into a secure area, a monitor set to the same Web Cam as before, co workers, stunt cocks and an entire bevy of beauty of fellow stars were watching with tears flowing, each knowing it could've been them.

"NOW" Harry snarled. The entire room jumped, seeing him there with the girl they knew as Sandra safe in his arms, and looking PISSED.

Suddenly, he had a room of more than willing help.

Sunrise Studio's, L.A. Local AM - 20th Jan 2013

"Sandra can I have a word" the owner said gently, walking into the studio proper. Like the trooper she was, she was already back at work, make up heavy in truth, but back at work all the same.

"Sure boss" she said in that cheeky sounding London like accent that made her such a hit on the site, well that and her totally depraved style. Of course, after the preceding day's events they might look to get rid of her. But he wasn't the owner anymore; not really, he had operational control and one single order. Protect Sandra, or rather Temperance, or else.

He walked into his office, where he had vetted this very girl and a great many like her, well, in truth, no one was quite like her, not with the way she threw herself into her work.

He was actually pleased he'd gotten a gag order on the press via his new boss, and oddly enough he was also glad that in no uncertain terms had he been told that if she was fired, then so was he.

This girl had the most scary mother fucker as a guardian angel he had ever met, and he'd seen them all from Mob to Yakuza, and no one scared the shit out of him quite as much as that young man with blazing green eyes.

Boy he had lit into him about security there, brought the entire studio and then started to detail plans that he himself had wanted to do, and yet didn't have the capital. This was no longer remotely a problem; in fact they were perhaps the best funded site on the net of their type.

This would open doors for them, doors they had never had the gravitas to pull off. That changed two days ago, and all because this rather good star had managed to make a call to her angel, her angel of death if Michael Summers was right. He flipped out a glossy 9x10, "Meet your attacker."

"We've met" she said dryly. He loved this girl's fire, often they lost that, he didn't think she would. Then she looked at the picture, "He looks different, did he lose weight."

"Quite a bit, really burned off I'd say" Michael Summers said with gallows humour. The perkily gorgeous girl shot him a dimpled smile. He had better looking girls, but this one was a dream to work with, all her co-stars said the same thing, plus she loved to fuck this one, and that came through on her work. She was a rising star, and with her backer...that didn't look to ever end until she hit the very top.

"Accidental death it was ruled," Mike, as he was known, said dryly. "I think that unlikely and oddly coincidental."

"I didn't do it"

"Oh I know sweetheart," he said fondly, "You've not got it in you. On the other hand you have a fucking scary guardian angel."

She smiled, love in her eyes, "Harry"

"Really that's his name, I just found myself calling him sir, despite the disparate age. He never really gave me his name, told me to call him...Count Noir."

"Really - seems he's been keeping things from me, and I'm a bit pissed he didn't hang around for me to... thank my saviour"

"Oh darling, all the girls wanted to thank him, we put that picture on the sight, a warning below it. This is what happens if you fuck with our girls. We were made to take it down, but we got the point across. The way your knight charged in and saved you and low and behold he made it right too...Yes all the girls want to thank him silly darling."

"I may very well make a list then, he deserves it if'n you ask me boss."

Mike smirked, "So...if I happened to have his address in California?"

"Then I might see my way clear to not asking him to come and visit, I'll go see him instead."

"Exactly what I wanted to hear sweetheart, he is a scary bastard and a half. I do not want to deal with the oestrogen stampede again either."

Tempe just laughed, "Oh yes – that was him alright."

"You have two weeks off, you made a movie and it was a good one, I'll post that up, mark it on the front page, so they all know who it was and how damn good she really is"

"Urh…wow…thanks"

"You earned it," he said truthfully. "Now get out of here, and please – don't bring him back with you."

Tempe laughed, and then looked at her boss, "I'm not even sure he'll take my call oddly enough."

"He took that one," he pointed out softly, "I'd say he would like to have one that didn't involve your capture."

She nodded, and then strode out of the door with her usual grace in motion.

BHHS, Quad 12:00 - 20th Jan 2013

"So...I'm not doing well at making an impression with you people huh?" Harry said walking up to the little clique that had formed recently.

They all turned, rushing him to his surprise. He'd had to take a few days to tidy up the mess he'd been forced to make, including the Cray cluster he'd stolen, and then ended up buying part and parcel. All told that rescue mission had cost him multi millions, but he'd gladly spend ten times, and more than that to rescue that woman. He was surprised by the genuine relief that was being shown at him being whole and hearty.

"Jesus man, you scared us half to death" Scott said seriously, "You literally disappear after pulling whatever the hell it was you did to the computer, the camera went out, and that's all we knew!"

"Yeah-sorry about that had to tidy up my mess." Harry said, "It's taken this long, or I would've been back sooner. I know you've got questions and frankly I understand that. I also thank you. I wasn't accosted as soon as I entered town, so I assume you've told no one."

"Scott insisted" Allison said, smiling at her boyfriend, and then glaring at Harry. He had NOT enamoured himself there at ALL. This was a very great shame.

He looked at her a moment, then sighed, "Look some stuff I cannot by law tell you. But I can tell you this. I have an energetic connection with computing systems. This means, in times of very great need I can with my mind access a computer, and by doing so it turns to a pure crystal form."

"Yeah we stashed that," Stiles said, "Didn't know how to explain it, so we hid it."

"Thank you, seriously from the bottom of my heart and I'm sure Tempe would say the same, only more Tempe like."

"Like, she would say…where the FUCK did you run off to!"

Harry froze, "Oh fuck"

"Oh yes, that's coming, now Harry bloody…Noir! Come here and hug me at ONCE!"

He grinned and the men turned and jaws dropped, dressed in a rather sassy outfit that fitted like a glove and made her eyes shine on her face was the girl from the web cam. Not scared she was a billion times hotter than she had been scared, and they had to admit – that was saying something.

She was indeed gorgeous, but that wasn't 'It' with her, there was something extra, something that made her stand out even against lookers like Lydia and even Allison for Scott.

Harry turned, standing half way and managed to hold his arms out, catching the incoming missile as she took to the air, long, more slender than before but ever so more defined legs wrapped tightly around him and she got well and truly stuck in. There were a lot of cleared throats a few minutes later when her hands began to wander.

"Are they ever coming up for air" Allison said wide eyed, "My lungs would hurt by now."

Harry laughed, breaking off the kiss and looking back, "You obviously need to learn to regulate your breathing while you kiss Allison." He said dryly.

Allison went red, lapsing into silence. "Come and meet the…possible gang" Harry said, "I'm not doing a good job of making a first impression."

"No," Tempe said shocked, "You really ain't" she looked at them, "Huh, if they don't know you're made of awesome already I'd be highly suspicious of why that ain't so." She said looking at Allison unerringly, brown met startling blue and the two women seemed to weigh each other.

Then she did the same to Lydia, finding the intelligence, but none of the fire that Allison had in spades. She knew which her favorite to get Harry already was. She flopped down onto the bench seat, graceless and yet somehow all the same landing perfectly poised.

She pulled Harry down next to her, swung her legs onto his lap and purred as she cuddled into his chest "No – wait a sec, I'm mad at you."

"You are, you always had a funny way of showing that" Harry said amused. "Because I would swear you're hugging me right now."

"I ain't stopping either," she shot back with a dimpled smile, "But I'm still pissed. You left before I even had a chance to thank you."

"Pfft, not required," Harry said airily, "I told you, you need, you call, I come – it's that simple."

"Now ain't that just awesome" she said turning and lifting a brow at Allison, "odd that."

Allison wasn't sure why she was being singled out, but she shifted closer to Scott in a clear bit of body language.

Tempe just smirked, and then chuckled. She looked at Harry, then she looked at Scott, then she snuggled back into Harry. Her intent could not be clearer. To her there just was no competition.

"So – what happened, why did you need him," Scott asked finally.

"Some sicko stalker kidnapped me. He wanted to get all hitched," she said with a shudder, "And have a wedding night" she added with in fact a slightly less extreme shudder oddly enough. Like the thought of marriage terrified her more than being raped to death.

"Are you…famous" Lydia asked, "Only you don't look familiar."

"You were on the wrong part of the movie business then" Tempe said with wry amusement.

"Oh" Allison said getting it first, and drawing Harry's gaze rather suddenly. She felt it like a physical force for a moment, and found herself moving away from Scott until it had passed. Tempe didn't miss a single second of that interaction, and seemed oddly amused by it.

"So…" she said finally. "You really doing the school thing…don't you have like ten degree's now?"

"How the hell did you know that?" Harry asked shocked.

"You keep an eye on me, I keep an eye on you." She said simply, "and boy do I ever keep an eye on you, Mr Cenotaph, don't even think for a second I don't know what you went and did that very night either!"

Harry chuckled, "Can't get anything past you, but who on Earth told you all that."

"Funny thing about business men, they like to come to our parties. Looking to get laid with a real goer I shouldn't wonder, no one had a chance with me of course, but that don't mean I couldn't get them to talk all the same."

"And you asked about me?"

"Dud," she said simply, "After you texted him after … it happened, well, he warmed back up a bit. We still talk, thank god, though it ain't the same of course. But then it wouldn't be." She said going quiet for a moment, "Either way, he got why I did it too, he just hated the way I did it. He knew I still wanted to know about you and he kept me somewhat up to date, while not really telling me enough, until I learned the name Cenotaph that is!"

"Sneaky" he said admiringly.

"I've heard of that" Lydia said, "It's the oldest, largest company in the entire world, it's scope literally worldwide, older than this country and a licensed company for longer than some others had laws."

"He owns it"

"Tempe" Harry admonished her gently, "I wasn't exactly going to tell the world about that."

She shrugged, "You're awesome, the entire world should know, and you don't feel right!"

"Tempe" he said a warning tone.

"Why don't you feel right!" she said sitting up and glaring at him, "Why are you hiding it again!"

"I have to, this place is riddled with lay lines, and all so I can hide here, and if I let it out…bad things could happen."

"No" she said firmly, "They're natural right? Part of the Earth, yeah?"

"Yes"

"So are you, part of something bigger if'n you ask me, why then would you hurt them, or them you?"

"I always loved the way your mind worked," he said with a soft smile on his face.

"Urh…what are you two talking about" Allison asked.

"Ask me that again when you wake up" Tempe said, "I'll leave you my number, the work one I never change."

Allison frowned, "Wake up."

"Yep"

"Tempe"

"Shut it, now – school, for reals?"

Harry sighed, "They're making me do it. I had to make some concessions to get into the country you know. Dual nationality means I have a lot of freedoms, to do that I had to make a deal. I come here, I pass out, and I'm all…norm'ed, as far as they are concerned."

"But you ain't normal, not even slightly…I LIKE that about you Luv."

"Yes, and we all here know I'm weird," Harry said.

"Oh you can say that again," Allison snarked, and not in a way he and Tony did to each other.

"Wow, what did you do to her; didn't you call the next day like I taught ya?"

Harry laughed, "No I've not laid a finger on Allison, I just came across…wrong my first day and got right up her nose I think."

"Indeed he did, I think trying to buy my boyfriend was a big part of that."

Tempe looked at her sharply, "I think not" she said firmly, "He might be stupid rich but he grew up HARD little girl." She said the warmth leaving her expression and her tone suddenly becoming a whole lot more cultured. She turned to Harry, "What Happened."

"I over paid for a REALLY good sandwich, which I'll admit I tricked in a pretty wicked way into making Scott give me. But I paid up fair."

"How much is over pay?"

"Three grand or there abouts,"

Tempe snorted a laugh, "Dumb ass"

"Ohhh, they're making you into an American! Its arse and you have a lovely one."

"Thanks Luv, but back to the point, Harry would never try to buy your boy…you maybe, but not a bloke and usually women are the ones willing to pay to get Harry…no – sorry you've got the wrong end of the stick. I suggest you let go of that preconception and try to see what I see."

Allison looked at her, "Other than 'awesome'" she said taking off Tempe's usual accent that was rather missing currently. "What do you see?"

Scott looked at Stiles who shrugged, and then looked at Lydia who was smirking. No help there then!

"I say awesome to save time really, because what I see is too numerous to really list. I see warmth, I see a man that needs to be loved, and to love. I see a hero and power, dear god do I see power, in all ways imaginable, some I'm only just starting to learn about. I see a man that's never let me down; even when I let him down so hard he bounced. I see a man that walked into a mad man's home and took me out of it, free clear and without a mark on me, while he was about to get a jump on the wedding night! I see all of that, and I see a man that I'm honestly blessed to have in my life, especially given what I've done to him."

He hugged her tight enough that her back creaked, then relaxed, "Soppy bitch"

Tempe smirked, "Am I right?" she said her accent back in place like it had never disappeared into a cultured upper class English root accent.

"Well, I suppose maybe I made a snap judgement" Allison allowed.

"In fairness I was not at my best that day. I'd been playing a very different game with Tony and, well Pepper too, and I forgot to re-latch my brain into the real world. Misconceptions were bound to happen. Fresh start?" he asked the entire group.

"I think we can do that," Scott said for them all, sparing his girlfriend a glance to make sure she agreed. "Frankly I like that you went – wherever it was to save your friend, or…whatever she is to you. Urh…Tempe was it."

She glared, "Temperance, and only that, nothing else" she said her tone frosty. "Only one man in the world dares call me Tempe, and I'm sat on his lap."

"Right, right – sorry" Scott said back peddling.

"Now worries cutie" Tempe said back to her usual warm bubbly self.

"I know right!" Harry said, "First time I saw that I realized I was truly favoured."

"Of course you are….you're made of awesome, you bleed fantastic, and your heart is made of gorgeous, and your skin of a gem called fanastica."

Harry laughed, "You could go to a man's head."

"Which brings me back to my original point; if you're not here under anything but sufferance – you can skip – right?"

"I suppose"

"Good, because frankly if we don't go somewhere private soon, I'm just going to get going here and now – and don't think I won't"

"Oh no," Harry said standing her with her in his arms, "I know you would." He said then carried her in a run off the grounds.

"He is insanely strong" Lydia said wide eyed, "That girl was no light weight and he just ran off with her laughing like mad in his arms like it was nothing. I know it's not very PC, but is it just me or does that make you feel all…girly."

"Uh huh" Allison admitted, forgetting like Lydia, that they weren't alone.

"Urh – right here sweetheart," Scott said with a small smile.

"Of course you are, I knew that," Allison said, "Just making note that's all." She hedged marvellously, to Lydia's growing admiration – and amusement. Allison may look like butter wouldn't melt, but this was a girl that knew how to handle a man, and manipulate them if needed be.

That was not the sweet innocent image she put forth. She was glad in a way; she didn't think she could stay friends with someone quite that pearly white in reality. Also, that Tempe girl had rather fixated on Allison, which made Lydia wonder why her, and not Lydia herself. In all reality she knew Allison was more classically beautiful, but she'd bet she was nastier.

It seemed like this Tempe would like that about Lydia, but she'd barely registered that she'd been there. So what did she see in Allison and about Allison that Lydia was missing. She considered herself a good observer, it's all she was able to do around Jackson, and she'd gotten good at it, but suddenly she was realizing she was missing something about Allison. First that sweet innocence that was proving more and more to be a false face she showed the world, and what else was there to see?

"Well shit" Stiles said, "I'm sorry but he's a lucky SOB, there I've said it, let the lambasting ensue"

Allison and Lydia looked at each other, "No…I think we agree" Lydia said, again directly to Stiles, and the fact she agreed – even better. Then Lydia smirked, "Honestly what would make a porn star look so damn happy do you think?"

Stiles paled "I so did not need that image in my head." He said morosely.

Lydia laughed, marking one up on an imaginary scoreboard.
