Chapter 8
A moment later there was a knock on the door, Yoshi said it was alright to come in and with that the boy who they all wanted to meet had arrived. Harry was wearing gold robes with a badge on his right shoulder the symbol of the school and underneath it said Class- A. The boy had a striking resemblance between his parents with the characteristics of the Blacks, his bottle green eyes, along with his cheek bones made him look attractive in the eyes of the British guest, Minerva noticed this along with the fact that his hair was relatively tamed when compared to his father bird's nest, his might have been a bit unruly but it looked tamed with several uneven cut bangs almost reaching his eyes.
Harry was wearing an expressionless face while taking notice of the guest in the room, he noticed that both his uncles were in the room along with the representatives from Hogwarts. Mentally thanking his training in the Mental arts from his dad he held his expressionless face before looking back at his headmaster. Giving him a respectful bow as it was a custom at the school "you summoned me headmaster is there a problem" he asked in a business like voice while putting his hands behind his back.
The representatives were struck when they saw the boy's mannerism, clearly his knew family already taught him his station. Yoshi let out a grunt "it will depend on your definition of a problem Mr. Potter. You see we have the headmaster of Hogwarts school with two of his staff members with us and they would like a word with you and your family" he said while motioning toward the three of them.
Hagrid was extremely happy when he saw the boy "Harry why the las' time I saw you, you was only a baby," he said not knowing that the boy was not really caring. "Yeh look a lot like yet dad, but yeh've got yet mom's eyes."
Hagrid finished his monologue and started to move toward him but was caught off guard by the sudden appearance of the boy having his wand in his right hand. He was in defensive position ready to attack if the man tried anything, the man simply looked horrified as the boy looked ready to curse him.
Jack spoke up and went to stand next to his nephew as the look on his face became hard. He knew that Harry was wrestling with the memories of what happened that night. "I should have warned you that if you try to approach him the way you did then he would have attacked you", he said trying to the startled man.
He turned to look at the boy who still had his wand trained on the keeper "it's alright Hadrian they will not harm you" he said trying to get him to settle down. Reluctantly Harry put his wand back in its holster and walked to stand next to Arcturus.
Albus watched as the two conversed with one another before the boy looked at Arata "headmaster if I may ask what is this about? Professor Sakai was lecturing us about the animagus transformation, he did not look very happy about me leaving".
Arata knew perfectly well how strict the Class A teachers were as they did not tolerate any slackers or disturbances when it came to their lessons. Resigning himself he quickly wrote a pass for the boy to give his professor to explain why he had to miss out on the lecture he answered the question. Minerva was surprised as the process to becoming an animagus was exceedingly difficult but was brought out when she heard the man talk, "to answer your question it would appear that Albus here thinks that you should be transferred to Hogwarts" he said getting right to the point
Harry looked at the other headmaster with a blank stare "why would I want to go to Hogwarts" he asked hoping the man would get to the point.
Albus and Minerva were completely shocked the young man just asked why he should attend their school, finding himself Albus spoke "Harry" he started off, but Jack cleared his throat and gave a strong glare. "I mean Mr. Potter Hogwarts is one of the best magical schools around the world and the teachers are among the best in their respective fields.
He expected the boy to jump for joy and agree immediately, instead he was met with an uninterested expressionless face. The two were staring at one another neither looking away; Albus wanted to read the boy's mind but couldn't as the Captain of the ICW agency was in the room and so was Arcturus Black. Seeing that he was not going to get anything out of the boy he spoke once again "I'm not sure if your aware of this Mr. Potter but your name has been in the book of admittance since the day you were born. After all your parents went to Hogwarts and were some of the best students around" he finished expecting to see the child happy.
"Is that all you wanted to say professor" he said in a bored tone that didn't go unnoticed by the other two guest.
I beg your pardon. I thought you would be happy at the opportunity to attend the school where your parents graduated" he said with a frown.
Harry was bored and if not a little annoyed, so he spoke up "If that's all you have to say then I am not interested in attending school over there" he said bluntly. I prefer the education here as it provides a good challenge for me, where I am pushed to my limits in both theory and practical. Also, I don't like you using the memory of parents to get me to go over there" his face was expressionless but his eyes flashed green showing the fire in them.
Albus was completely shocked to the point where he couldn't even speak, Harry had no wish to attend Hogwarts. This was bad he needed the boy to be at Hogwarts; he would have to change tactics. Mentally thinking of a way to get the boy to change his mind he didn't notice that Minerva chose to speak.
"Surely, Mr. Potter you would want to attend our school as we have amazing opportunities, when it comes to helping our students develop their magical skills." Minerva tried, finding it hard to believe that son of her two favorite students didn't want to attend school in Britain.
"Given by your stern visage and your regalia I'm assuming that your Professor Minerva McGonagall" she gave him a nod. "I know about you you're the head of Gryffindor house as well as the transfigurations teacher. You hold the title of Sorceress, thanks to your animagus project! I remember reading your thesis for it and your thesis on transfiguring a hydra's hide into metallic weapons almost as strong as goblin metals for your master's degree."
This boy had continued to surprise her, he read both her thesis's and by the sound of it he enjoyed them "thank you Mr. Potter. Are you perhaps interested in Transfigurations?"
"I find the subject interesting and very useful professor" he said honestly. "Now if you excuse me I have to get back to class" he made his way to leave when Albus stopped him.
"Mr. Potter are you sure you do not wish to attend school with us, we have so much to offer you?" he asked trying again. The boy read Minerva mastery and sorcerers papers surely this would be enough to convince him.
"I'm content with my decision" was all he said before exiting the room. The three abroad staff members were shocked the boy had declined the invitation and just left.
The adults continued talking, well it was more of Albus doing the talking, he was trying to get the two lords to change their minds. But they were adamant about not transferring the boy to Hogwarts, much to the Albus's annoyance. Dumbledore was about to give up, so he tried one more time.
"Please you three see sense going to Hogwarts, would be good for him, he can make friends there, learn how to be a great wizard, and be among those that will be of great assets. Albus said trying to keep his frustration in check, "I am positive that if we can show him our curriculum then he might change his mind."
Arata had enough of the old man's prattle and put his foot down "listen to me Albus because I'm only going to say this once. The boy wants to stay here and based on what I've seen out of him he is on his way to becoming a great wizard. Now get out of my school."
Albus gave the man a frustrated look "you are making a mistake by keeping him here" he said firmly.
"Mistakes" Arata scoffed at the fool "you made plenty of those, when it came to Grindelwald" that made Albus pale at the mention of his old lover. "It took you two decades to get off your boney old ass before you decided to do something about him. When people were literally begging you deal with him, you just sat back and ate your sweet. Maybe if you had dealt with him one of my sisters might still be alive today."
That was it as Albus left the room along with Minerva and Hagrid right behind him. "Fucking manipulative old goat" Arata said pissed at the goat.
Jack looked at them critically "you know he's going to fight this right. He is still the Supreme Mugwump meaning that he will either do something directly or indirectly".
Arcturus looked at his former student with a smirk "he might be the Supreme Mugwump for now, but if he tries something we have ways making him squeal and to lower his influence should we need too. He said it with a sadistic smile as he had a lot of information on the old man and was ready to use it.
Jack nodded and talked with them all again before he and Arcturus went back to the manor.

Hadrian made his way back to transfigurations class thinking back to what happened at the meeting! Part of him wanted to curse the bastards for coming here, the other part wanted to just kill Dumbledore where he was, but he would never hear the end of it; he would have to be patient. Arriving at the classroom he knocked on the door to request admittance, hearing a gruff noise he opened the door and walked in the class. The professor was not looking happy and the students were just staring at him, he gave Professor Sakai who looked it over accepting the note he looked back at Hadrian.
"授業は残り15分です。席に着くポッターさん", he said in a cold voice. Professor Arata was one of the harshest teachers in the school and did not take kindly to being interrupted during class. (There is fifteen minutes left of class. Take your seat Mr. Potter). Not needing to be told twice Harry immediately went to the second row in and took his seat by the window. Professor continued with his lecture about the animagus, when he was done he decided to ask the students some questions (Harry).
"ポッターさん" Harry stood up from his seat expecting this "動物もどきの遺伝的存在だと教えてください" staring at him intently. (Mr. Potter tell me is being an animagus genetic?)
「答えはイエスであり、教授ではありません。親が動物もどきである場合、子供は自分の形を達成する可能性が高くなることが指摘されています。それは、望むなら誰でも動物もどきになることができるということです。」("The answer is yes and no professor. It has been noted that if a parent is an animagus the child will have a better chance of achieving his or her own form. That said anyone can become an animagus if they want to.")
The professor gave him a nod and asked another question「なぜ人は形を作るのがとても難しいのですか、そして人は複数を持つことができますか？」("Why is it so difficult for a person to achieve a form and can a person have more than one?")
Harry replied "動物もどきの形は魔法の核から来ているので達成するのは難しいです。そこにつながっている人はあまりいません。最後に、彼らはその理論をテストしているので、それは不明です." (The animagus form is hard to achieve because it is coming from the magical core. Not many people are connected to theirs. Lastly, it is unknown as they are testing that theory.)
Professor gave him a critical look before giving a nod and asking his last question "人が彼らの形を達成するとき、彼らはその生き物の特徴を獲得しますか？そして、彼らは何ですか？" (When one achieves their form do they gain the traits of that creature? And what are they?)
"はい、彼らは彼らが変身する動物の特徴を獲得します。わかりにくいので人によって異なります。" (Yes, they acquire the traits of the animals they transform into. It varies from person to person as it will be hard to tell.)
The man nodded with a smirk on his face and told him to return to his seat. With that done he wrapped up the last few minutes of class when the bell rung telling them class was over. He requested a roll of parchment on what are the variables when achieving an animagus form and that it was due next class, then left. The students started discussing the homework as they were filing out of the room.
Since it was the last class for the day they were all free to go home, Hadrian gathered his things and was about to leave when someone tapped him on the shoulder. He looked to see who it was, and it turned out to be Miwa Kawada one of his two only friends. Like him she was in her school attire but the female version albeit only a few inches shorter than him, she had light blue eyes with long brown hair which she usually kept in a high ponytail and a bang that almost reached her right eye. The two have known each other since the first day of classes and instantly began a rivalry with one another but they also became the best of friends as they continued to push each other.
Like him she was at the top of her classes and was a lightning elemental. Her father was the Commander of the ICW Japanese branch, while her mother worked as the Head of the Department of Magical Cooperation.
"So Phantom-kun" she started off in English with the name she had given him, because of his ability to disappear and reappear in different places. When it came to disappearing, Harry was the best in his year hence the nickname "why did the headmaster want to see you?"
"I'll tell you on our way to the Petrels" he said as he threw is bag over his shoulder. "Mind if I borrow your notes from today's lecture" asking as they were walking the halls to the main entrance.
She handed him the notes she had for today and gave him a look. Harry started explaining what the meeting was about, how Dumbledore and his entourage came here to have him transferred to Hogwarts. The old man was trying to advertise that his school could even compare to there's about the courses that they had to offer. Then told her how he just left the room, much to her amusement.
As they made there way to the courtyard he saw that his sister was sitting under the trees talking to her friends. When she saw him, she said goodbye to them and skipped to him "hey bro, anything interesting happen today" asking with a mischievous smile. Like him she was also in class A although she was ranked 7th out of the 16 students in her class. In her brother case he was ranked number 1 among the 18 students in his class.
"You were listening in weren't you" she gave a cheeky smile as he had a feeling she was listening through their link. He just rubbed her head "I'm going to have to start blocking you from listening" he said in a mock of seriousness.
"Oh, come on it was funny and besides you would have told me anyway" she retorted with a smile.
"Yea, whatever Emily" se said giving a light chuckle. Looking back to Miwa who also had a smile on her face "so Storm slasher-chan can you come over today, or do you have to get home?" That was the nickname he had given her because the girl was dangerous with blades and can cut about anyone if they pissed her off. While he might be better with a wand, they were about even when it came to the ways of swords. The students who did go against her with blades could be seen sporting various cuts around their bodies.
"No, I can come today" she said with her eyes twinkling with mirth at her nickname "my dad is working late, and mom said I could go as long as I have my homework done when I get home."
"Cool" was all he said as they made there way to the big birds, which they boarded to go back to the mainland of Japan. Emily chose to ride with her brother and got on first followed by Harry. Miwa told her ride to follow Emily and Hadrian's Petrel and with that they were off, it didn't take long to get to the main island where they landed at the drop off location. Dismounting it took them ten minutes to get to the manor as it wasn't far, they were still in the magic equivalent part of Japan, so it wasn't much of a walk.
Entering the home, they saw Jack, Arcturus, and Cassiopeia conversing on the couch; Byakko was sleeping next to the fire. The adults noticed that the kids had just arrived and after greetings were over, the kids went to go head to the library to finish their essays. Arcturus called to his nephew "Hadrian stay, we would like a word with you" he said in a businesslike manner.
Noticing the tone in his uncle's voice he sent the other's along and told them that he join them when he could. With them out of the room Hadrian took a seat at one of the couches, Jack got up to go talk to his daughter for a while. "I must say, Hadrian you handled the situation rather, well today!" he began. "I could tell you wanted to curse them, but you held it in. Most impressive, you made me proud" he said giving the boy a smile.
Hadrian smiled back before turning his expression into that of a serious one "do you think he will try something" asking him in a mixture of seriousness and concern.
"I am unsure but knowing him as well as I do he will try something directly or indirectly. However, should he try something we have a lot of… contingencies at our disposal" he said cryptically. Hadrian seemed to relax a little as he had a vague idea of what he was talking about.
Turning his head to look at his aunt who just finished taking a potion to help her align with the time. "So, Aunt Cassie how are the sales for the crystals this year" hoping to steer the conversation into something new.
Looking at him she gave him what seemed like smile "sales are skyrocketing right now, at the moment we have shops here, Britain, China, Africa, Australia, New York, and in South America. We will be opening new shops in other locations probably by next month." While Cassie didn't like muggles, she couldn't deny that the crystal ideas were a big hit.
The boy simply chuckled as his invention became a big hit, hopefully the next product will be equally as profitable. Him and Emily spent time making new inventions and had plans for future stores that they wanted to build in the future. "That's a relief as I wasn't sure if they would sell!"
"Well when Alex saw how useful they were it was only a matter of reconfiguring them for other purposes" Arcturus spoke. The pride in his voice was not loss on any of them, just as Harry was about to speak Byakko woke up from his nap and made his way over to his partner. Harry scratched him on his head the way the god liked it and settled next to him.
"Me and Emily have been working on something new, for some time now" he said still scratching his familiar. "And a few more business ventures that may prove great, but we wanted your opinions first".
Cassiopeia raised an eyebrow idly wondering what the boy and his sister could be thinking, coming to a decision "we will talk about it after dinner".
Harry gave her a nod and went to go join the girls in the library, climbing the stairs with Byakko trailing him, he ran into Jack who had just left the library. "Hello uncle are the girls still working?"
"Yes," he said with a smile on his face "I must say that I was a little pissed today at seeing Dumbledore and his staff, but that potion of yours worked well" praising him.
Hadrian revered at the praise "so are you staying for dinner today? Me and Emily want to show you something." Jack nodded and told him they will speak after dinner. The two parted and Harry continued to the library, where he found the girls sitting at one of the tables. He strided next to them taking a seat next to Miwa who had just completed her herbology essay, taking out his own work he began in earnest. While Byakko went to go sit on the couch Harry was doing his homework and helping Emily on a few of her assignments, while doing his own. He told Emily about the crystals and the good news he received from Cassie; he is telling her that they were going to unveil their latest product.
After three hours of homework in Harry and Miwa case essays and reviewing for a test in charms next week, were they finally done. Harry asked if she wanted to stay for dinner but declined saying that she had to go home. Grabbing her bag, they all went to the dining room (except Miwa who used the floo to go home). Emily sat in between her dad and Arcturus, while Harry sat next to Cassie. Tonight's dinner consisted of Katsukarē, Breaded Cutlet, and Katsudon, everyone chatted, and well done meat for Byakko everyone enjoyed their meals that night. Once dinner was over they went into the living room to hear what the kids had to say about their new business ventures.
Emily summoned one of the house elves and he bring their newest product that was in the lab. The elf returned with a stainless steel box and handed it to Harry before popping away "ladies and gentlemen" she started off a bit dramatic "me and Harry are proud to present our latest product". Harry opened the box presented them with what seemed like a group of steel watches. The adults did not look impressed at all, when they saw that Arcturus was about to say something Harry stepped in.
"You might be thinking what is so special about this watch; well I'll tell you. My adorable sister here" he indicated to her "had an idea on how we can help people stay in contact with each other without having to resort to the floo or the crystals. This got the adults attentions as magic and muggle technology never worked together as there was to much interference and they were polar opposites.
"As for a demonstration I'm going to need one of you to come up and put one on". Jack stood up and volunteered and put the watch on his left wrist "okay now what?"
"You will need to go into the dining room and wait for Emily to call you. We made sure that only the person wearing the watches can here the beeping" he finished saying, Jack went into the dining room. Giving her a nod to begin she turned the face plate to the right and sent a beep to the other watch.
"Daddy are you there, can you hear me"
"Yes, honey I'm here" he confirmed. "I must say these work well!
"You don't feel any strains or any problems when communicating with me".
"No, everything is fine", he said satisfying her.
"It works" she said while bouncing on her feet, Harry to was pleased as they had numerous failures in the past two months. Now it seemed it was well worth it; he walked over to her and spoke into the watch.
"Alright, come back in the room" was all he said as Jack returned to his seat. The two Blacks seemed skeptical about this as magic and technology never got along, but they were intrigued as to what other things it be used for.
Arcturus spoke up "I must say that I am intrigued, but I like to know how you two made this possible" wanting to know how this was possible.
Harry motioned for Emily to explain as this was mainly her idea, taking a deep breath she took a step forward "a few months back while we were in the muggle world I found a comic book about wrist communicators and I though that maybe we can turn this into a reality. I was unsure if it would even work, so I asked Harry what he thought, according to him his mother created a spell that made magic work on muggle appliances. While that provided an initial start, we began thinking maybe we can take it further" she showed them the different array of runes on the inside of the watch and could tell that they were impressed.
"These runes were added so that we could add in a few more features to it: other than being s communicator, it can also judge how much magic you have left. It will glow telling you how much magic you have left 100% is blue, black is 75%, 50% is yellow, 25% is red. It works as a storage unit so you can put up to nine things in it. It has a concealment charm on it, so it can become invisible, and lastly an anti-theft charm".
The adults shared a look as if they were judging the kids invention, after some time in silence they appeared to reach a verdict.
"The invention truly amazing although before we agree to patent it there are a few things we like to know first" Arcturus said in a business tone. "For starters what is the limit of how many people we can have on there? Next is it parent or guardian controlled? Last how can you make sure that it would not work for someone else?"
"All excellent questions, we thought about those and came to an agreement, to your first question: it can hold up to seven people, but it is separate. Your second question it is controlled by the parents and there is a tracking charm on it so the parent can always find their kids. As for your last question the watch only works when it is synchronized with its owners magical signature".
"I like it but there is something I want to ask first; is it fire and waterproof?" he asked them. Emily stepped in "we were thinking that King Ragnok and his people can offer some assistance with that. At Gringotts's they do more than just watch our money, they have departments for warder and curse breakers. If they like it they might help us."
"I believe it goes without saying that you to have made something that will become truly valuable and profitable for the masses. The ICW agents will be able to synchronize with each other when there on there assignments" Cassie said with a smile on her face.
Harry and Emily shared a smile at a job well done, there watches met the adults expectations. Now it was time to implement their next business venture, with any luck they will agree to them.
"Our next venture" Harry started "is that we want open some new places in Diagon Alley and possibly other places. We wanted to open a Magic Mixer! This will provide a place where people can sing, listen to music, and provide good food."
"It could be profitable and if it is accepted then we can open up different branches all across the world" Arcturus was thinking that this could be beneficial. "Do you two have any other stores you wish to open?"
This time it was the sister turn to respond "the next place we would like to open up is a Luxurious Spa. We can have private VIP room, massages, hot tubs, juice bars, steam rooms, etc" she took a breath. "Also, we can give discounts to frequent customers, I'm pretty sure most people will get a kick out of having a place where they can relax after a long day".
The three adults talked about the children's stores, after a couple of minutes of debating did they finally reach a verdict. Cassiopeia got up to speak "we applaud your newest product and we have agreed to allow your new businesses to be created".
Harry let out a deep breath, while Emily jumped to her father hugging him tight and thanking him profusely. Jack put Emily down and looked from her to Harry "if you to leave me the plans and the watches then I will make sure that Ragnok and Alex distribute them. I'm almost certain that Ragnok will like to add the features you wanted and don't worry about the new business we'll get them setup".
Arcturus stood up "I will go with you as I have somethings to do back in Britain! Leave the businesses to me" he said firmly. The younger man gave him a nod, saying that they will leave at noon tomorrow.
"I will be staying here" Cassiopeia declared "I just got back, and I want to relax a little! Besides, I will be able to keep and eye on these two" indicating to her nephew and pseudo niece. With that done the siblings left the devices, the instruction manual, and other plans with the adults while they went upstairs to go to bed.

At Hogwarts Albus was in a right state! The blasted boy refused to come to Hogwarts, if that was not bad enough he had to contend with Lords Black and Stevenson. Hagrid was sobbing as he couldn't believe that the little baby he held in his many years ago pulled his wand out on him and refused to go to school here. Minerva was beside herself as she felt caught between a rock and hard place her two favorite students son refused to come to Hogwarts! She also felt like she betrayed not only them but her friend Dorea as well. Were if she were here right now, then there might be the chance that she would not be so forgiving.
Minerva and Dorea went to school together, though they were in separate houses they never fought. The former might have been older than her friend but even then that did not matter to them. If Minerva could remember properly she was present at her wedding to Charlus and was present when James was born. When he started school, she knew that he was a talented wizard and could have become great, but he rather spend his time playing quidditch, pranks and breaking some rules. That said the boy showed a tremendous aptitude for Transfiguration, something that she acknowledged on a frequent basis. Yes, she was aware of how he acted outside of class and often let him slide on a few things, but that didn't mean that she was going to be to lenient with him. When he was in seventh year he seemed to have matured and made him head boy, much to her surprise James really did grow up.
As for Lily words could not describe how impressed she was with the girl. Lily was consistently at the top of her classes often favoring Charms and Potions; she was kind but had a fiery temper when pushed too far. When she was at school she was friends with Severus and the two seemed very close even before school officially stated. However, the two seemed to deteriorate as they were sorted into different houses, it didn't help that James and his friends often caused problems with Severus. That only added fuel to the fire as they stopped talking at the end of fifth year after a final row. Minerva felt a little guilty for playing a part in it as she failed to keep James and his friends in line.
That night when she heard of there demise she was positively heartbroken as her favorite students died at Voldemort hands. When Albus told her that he would be leaving their son with Petunia and her family she was very upset and tried to protest. It proved useless as Albus was content with his decision and just left the baby there with a letter. But now nearly a decade after that night, she found the boy in Japan attending another school. Minerva could tell that the boy was happy there as he seemed content with his decision to stay. It did not help that Arcturus and Jack were there as they seemed crossed at her for what they allowed Dumbledore to do. That said she still wanted the boy to attend school here; she partly blamed herself while putting the most of it on Albus.
"This is bad Albus" Minerva said sadly while still being miffed at the man. "I warned you about putting the boy with those muggles. Why did you not listen to me when I told you?"
Albus looked at the woman who did not looked please at him "I had hoped that Petunia would grow out of her jealousy toward her sister. Placing Harry there was the best choice as this way he would have been protected" he said in his best grandfather voice, but it wasn't the complete truth. "But now we must focus on getting Harry to come to Hogwarts hopefully Jack will be able to see reason that we are the best" he concluded.
Minerva narrowed her eyes at the man "you put us in this situation Albus and now not only are the Stevenson's pissed but so are the Black's. And what was that business about you stealing the rights of magical guardianship from Jack?"
Giving her a long sigh "I was trying to do what was best for everyone, as I truly believed that Jack and his wife could not be trusted with young Harry. You of all know how dangerous the Blacks are and Lord Stevenson is the captain of the ICW. That type of job is not best for a child t grow up in" he said with a hint of finality. Just as she was about to speak again Hagrid cut in.
"Come now Minerva I'm pretty sure professor Dumbledore had his reasons" he said after wiping his face and turning his head toward his boss. "Is there anyway to get lil Harry here" pleadingly asking.
"I will do what I can" he said to the keeper, it would take a great deal of favors and money to convince people to see things his way. He was Albus Dumbledore for crying out loud and he knew best, and no one should question him. He remembered that the Brazilian, Russian, and Iceland representatives of the ICW were advocating for students to be sent back to the lands they were born in for there educations. They could only leave after they are too their OWL's, but by then hopefully the boy will be back under his control.
Albus dismissed the both of them with only Minerva who was still mad at him. This would take a lot of time as it was essential that the boy come to Hogwarts so he can mold him into a weapon of the light.

Later that day Arcturus and Jack were in the commanders office! They were going to show Alex what the kids have come up with and hopefully be the first to see how well their new device worked. At the moment they were sitting on the couch waiting for the commander to get back from his meeting with Lieutenant Burnett. Jack did not envy the commander at the moment as Shelby was currently pissed at him for missing the cadets training schedule and her birthday.
Even though he was the Commander he would always try and avoid making that woman angry, if memory served right she was a demon with a wand back in school and shuddered as he saw her use of spells increase. When the door opened they saw that the leader was looking drastically pale, Jack had to stifle a laugh at seeing his friends face. However, Arcturus was laughing as he remembered when a woman was angry, he was just glad it wasn't directed at him this time.
Jack stood up from his seat to look at his friend with a smile on his face "she reamed you out?"
"She reamed me out" he confirmed. Jack let out a chuckle at this, before composing himself.
"Well we I have something that might make you feel better. A little invention created by my daughter and her brother" this was indeed good news for Alex. He remembered when the kids created the crystals as they turned out to be useful for monitoring criminals.
"Before I go on. King Ragnok will be needed also!" he said firmly. Alex went to where is crystal was and placed a call to the goblin king. The viewing screen formed up and Ragnok's face appeared.
"Commander Taymore is there something you need?" he asked
"Ragnok" he said with a bow "would it be possible for you to come to my office? Jack and Arcturus have something that you might be interested in".
Ragnok thought for a moment before giving his answer "alright give me a minute and I'll come through" with that the screen went off.
The next thing they new the king came through the flames and greeted them formally, the occupants replied in the same manner. Ragnok took a seat on one of the couches then spoke "is there a reason as to why I am here" he asked in a business tone.
Arcturus confirmed and spoke about how Hadrian and Emily newest invention, even giving him and Alex a demonstration on how it worked. Needless, to say they were both very impressed with what the kids have come up with. Ragnok was even more happy when he mentioned that the two wanted his help in distributing them along with making improvements of their own.
Ragnok was initially leery of wizarding kind as goblins and wizards did not have the best relationship. However, that day when he met the Potter heir and his family his opinion improved as he noticed that not all wizard were prejudice. The boy was honorable and treated them with respect, something that many of his kind hardly received at all. He could already tell that the boy will be the one to bring the magical world back into balance.
What confirmed that was the crystals which were presented to him years ago. The invention was truly something special as it provided many things not counting the improvements the staff at Gringotts's added. That product had filled him not only with hope but with a lot of galleons, now there might be a few more things to come.
"I must say that I like these watches" he said with a smile still admiring the object. "I can only imagine how long it took to create something as magnificent as this. You are right though my warder and curse breakers will be able to get the job done in about three weeks at most. Of course, our standard cut applies to these and don't worry I will make it clear to them about a secrecy oath" he said with a smile on his face while looking at them.
Jack signed the paperwork to have it patented, so no one will steal their ideas. Once that was done he told the goblin if he could have some properties built as he told him about the new places that they wanted to open some new places and possibly a few branches outside of the country. Ragnok was positively bouncing in his seat as there will be some changes coming in the future "those two really will make us very rich" was all he said.
Ragnok agreed to find some open spaces so that they can have the industries made in time. With that he got up and headed back to Gringotts's to file the necessary paperwork's, leaving the humans to their discussions.

It was now mid-July as with school over the students were free to go home and relax for the summer. When the results came out Harry stood at 1st place and Emily ended up with being put in 3rd much to her amazement as she did much better than last year. Today was especially good as his best friend Blaise Zabini was coming over for a few weeks with his mother Cariana Zabini.
The two met when they were eight over the Christmas break and got along famously. The two have been as close as brothers often playing around in the courtyard on their brooms or just going into town where they can go check out the sites. Harry was not the sociable type, so it was always Blaise dragging him from one place to another. It also, helped that they would often spar in muggle combat with one another. While Harry was highly skilled in muggle combat, Blaise proved to be a quick learner in the art although he could never beat Harry and always had a good laugh afterwards. The Zabini's were of the Most Nobles Houses in Magical Britain and long time allies of the House of Potters in the political sphere they were members of the grey faction.
At 3 o'clock the Zabini's came through the fireplace and were greeted by Severus and Cassiopeia who was sitting on the couch waiting for the ICW meeting to start. Severus was familiar with Cariana and new about the rumors about the demises about her husbands. When the adults were done greeting each other Severus told Blaise that Harry and Emily were outside in the back. Blaise went out back and saw that Emily was flying on a broom trying out new moves, to him she was much livelier than her brother was and went out to say hello.
"How you are doing shorty" he called out to her. That seemed to make her stop as she looked down to see that it was him who was calling her. She descended and gave him a hug before kicking him in the shin for calling her short. He winced at the pain and started rubbing where she kicked "merlin woman what's with all the violence, that hurt".
Emily was happy at his discomfort as only her brother could get away with calling her short. "I told you what would happen if you called me short again" she gave him a cheeky grin. Blaise simply rolled his eyes before looking back at her "so where's my antisocial brother at the conference is about to start" he said while looking around.
She just shrugged "I don't know, he's probably around somewhere" was all she said as she had no clue to where her brother was. While they were walking back to the manor Blaise was talking about the newest editions to the international Dueling Circuits. After the release of the crystals the ICW wanted to broaden the international duels to suit many dueling varieties now it was not just people dueling with there wands but with swords.
"It's truly great now the duels will be…" he was cut off when something jumped on him knocking him on the grass. Towering over him was a medium sized white tiger and immediately assumed it was Byakko "alright Byakko you got me now get off" he said.
"Sorry kid I'm right here" Blaise turned to his left to see that Byakko was right next to him, completely flabbergasted he looked back at the tiger on him and saw it's dreaded green eyes. Realizing that his friend made the connection the tiger jumped off and morphed back into Hadrian who was smirking, while helping his friend up.
So many questions were running through their minds as Harry was an animagus, Blaise was the first to recover "when did you become an animagus, you almost scared the daylight out of me" he said in a mixture of amazement, anger, and shock. "I'll tell you guys after the conference, also this is the first time I found out that I could become one" he replied heading back inside.
Now, that everyone was seated on the couch they watched the meeting to see what was happening. The kids were bored as the meeting progressed it discussed about the decrease in criminal activities and about how things were holding up in their individual sectors. Unfortunately, they were still unable to find Fenrir Greyback but managed to capture members of his pack. So at least there was that, when they were entering the end of the meeting the representative from the Russian ministry spoke up talking abut how people should be sent back to the countries they were born in for their OWL's, however they can continue to take the courses if they were already in school. This was met by the other representatives who were either agreeing or opposing to the idea. Harry himself was nervous as he liked it here in Japan and didn't want to go to Hogwarts for a variety of reasons.
They saw Albus shoot out a cannon from his wand to quiet the people down. Once, everyone was calm he said that it should put it to a vote it was a narrow miss but Albus and many others agreed to have the kids sent back. Cutting of the screen off the members in the room were not happy and a few swears were thrown however that was little in comparison as Harry was royally pissed. He now had to attend Hogwarts, it took a few minutes for Byakko, and Severus to calm him down as the latter noticed that Harry's hands were on fire, storm clouds were forming outside, and lightning was surging from them. Severus immediately knew it was Hadrian and tried to calm him down.
When he managed to calm him down enough he spoke "it seems that Albus has gotten what he wanted, meddling old fool". The adults were of the same opinion as they had a feeling Dumbledore had a hand in this. Cassiopeia was sure her brother saw this and was not pleased with this either. She was sure that he would look into this further to see just how far the goat interfered this time.
"I had a feeling I would have to go to Hogwarts" Harry spoke up wearing an expressionless face, but his eyes were blazing fire indicating he was not happy "I just didn't expect it to be this soon".
Severus stepped in and placed an arm on his shoulder "while this does look to be the case, we have a while before you officially start school. I'll place a call to headmaster Yoshi and Arcturus" he said trying to make the boy feel better. "You might have to go back to Britain, but it doesn't mean you have to take the courses there. Knowing those two they'll try to fight this and will find some loopholes."
Harry while may not be happy knew he would have to deal with the old man sooner or later "well at least I got Blaise to keep me company and I will be able to keep into mental contact with Emily. Also, there is something I have to show you" he said to the man who just raised an eyebrow. With that Harry transformed into his animagus form and let out a loud roar.
The adults were take back by this, but none other than Severus who was feeling a sense of shock coupled with amazement. He stepped toward his took a knee and looked him in the eyes; the same eyes as what he has in his human form. "When did this happen" he asked him calmly. Harry transformed back into a human to look back at his father who was now standing at full height "it happened earlier today as I was meditating outside. I was trying to let my magical core guide my actions and then the next thing I know I'm a tiger" he said truthfully as he was still boggled by this development.
"Incredible" was all Severus said as he was proud of the fact that his son was an animagus, a powerful one at that. While he was still in thought Cassiopeia spoke up "alright you know that you will need to register your form correct" she asked him, trying to hide her smile but the occupants could see it.
He gave her a nod then reply "I'm aware that I of what the law says but the problem is that I don't want to register with the ministry as it will cause problems" he said firmly.
"Then why not try with the ICW" she said with a smirk "if you register with them I can have my brother get the license for you without any trouble and it can remain confidential. Charlus did it for James and Sirius, though I doubt that my idiot nephew knows".
"Let's do it, my distinguished feature is my green eyes" he said in happy voice. Cassiopeia gave her nephew a hug as words could not express how proud she was of him after that she sent the kids out of the room.
When the kids were gone the adults asked the house elves for some Firewhiskey, Albus and the Russian representative did not know what they just released. This will be bad mostly for Dumbledore as he did not know that a storm was coming his way.
A/N: One of Harry's forms will be a white tiger as it represents strength and fierceness, as for why made him friends with Blaise is because I didn't really like how Ron acted in some instances. I don't plan on Harry doing the courses at Hogwarts as the story is about Harry growing into his own person, so I will be adding some courses of my own. Don't worry I will temper Severus to a degree as he has to be seen as a jerk to Harry and loyal to Dumbledore. As for Emily she as you already know is a mentalist; linked to Harry but I will be making her a water type elemental. To my readers what is the best way to ruin your enemies plans?
Just to clarify a few things I do intend to punish the Dursley's for what they did to Hadrian. I will let you all decide which one dies Vernon or Petunia! I will not say how either of them will die but I can say this it won' be through the Veil or Dementors. As for Dudley that overweight asshole he is still a child and his parents encouraged him to act and behave the way he did.
As for that pink monstrosity Delores Umbitch I plan on hurting her during Sirius trial, while I won't kill her then I will do it later on in the story! I never did like that women and I felt that she got off to easy.
Here's a preview: Arcturus hires two dueling masters for Harry as he will still be taking the Japanese courses. As we all know Hogwarts doesn't have any classes for them which is stupid in my opinion. Harry meets Daphne Greengrass and Tracy Davis for the first time on the train.
