"Are you okay to stay with them while I go for another Wolf run?", Hope asked Lizzie.
"Yeah they are asleep and shouldn't wake up. Go run we'll be waiting for you to come back.", Lizzie said to Hope with a smile on her face.
"Thank you, love you three.", Hope said before she shifted and ran out the door.
"Love you too.", Lizzie said as she got up to close the door.
Hope returned an hour or so later, when she came home she noticed that Lizzie wasn't in the living room and neither were the twins. Figuring Lizzie moved into their bedroom to sleep she decided to go check on them.
"Babe, are you three okay?", Hope asked as she opened the door but didn't see Lizzie or tha babies in their room. "Lizzie?", Hope said out loud thinking maybe she was outside in the back with the babies. When she couldn't find Lizzie or the babies anywhere she started to panic.
"Hope is everything okay?", Caroline asked when she picked up her phone.
"Did Lizzie happen to come to you and forget to leave a note?", Hope asked her mother-in-law.
"No, Hope what's going on?", Caroline asked Hope.
"I went out for another Wolf run, when I came back Lizzie and the twins were gone. I thought maybe she came to you or something. You haven't heard anything from her?", Hope asked Caroline with panic in her voice.
"I haven't since I left you two earlier. Have you tried calling her cell?", Caroline asked Hope. "Maybe she took the babies for a drive?", Caroline asked her daughter-in-law.
"No the car is still here and her phone is on the nightstand.", Hope said to Caroline. "Mom, what if someone took them?", Hope asked Caroline with fear in her voice.
"We'll figure this out. Try a locator spell. I'll call everyone and we'll be at the house shortly.", Caroline said to Hope.
"I tried one before I called you. Nothing worked.", Hope said to Caroline.
"Well be there shortly. I'll call Freya. She'll come as well. I'll also see if Bonnie can help us.", Caroline said before she hung up the phone. A few minutes later and everyone was at Hope's house trying to figure out who could have taken Lizzie and the twins.
"Hope, have you tried a locator spell with your blood? Didn't you give Lizzie your blood so she could heal after giving birth?", Freya asked her niece.
"I did, I didn't think it would still be in her system. Otherwise I would have tried it.", Hope said to her aunt.
"Let's try that and see what happens.", Freya said as they began the locator spell.
"Why are there three dots showing up? I never gave the babies my blood. I gave Lizzie my blood after she gave birth.", Hope asked her family.
"Didn't you give Lizzie your blood once before? When the monsters started showing up?", Caroline asked Hope.
"I did, but that doesn't make sense for the babies to have it. It would have been out of her system by the time she got pregnant. Right?", Hope asked her family.
"Shit.", Bonnie said as she looked over at Freya who knew where she was going with this.
"Anyone wanna fill me in? You all look like you know what's going on but me.", Hope said to them.
"Hope, I think the babies are Tribrids like you. If I'm right your blood was still in Lizzie's system when she got pregnant. Which means she passed your blood onto the babies. She's a witch and their father is a werewolf and they had magical vampire blood in their systems. So airgo they are Tribrids.", Bonnie said to everyone out loud.
"Wait, what, that can happen? I thought they would have to die with Hope's blood in their system. It can happen if they are being grown in someone's body? I'm confused as hell right now.", Caroline said to everyone in the room.
"That doesn't surprise me. With everything that I've been through in my life this makes more sense then it should.", Hope said to her family.
"So then we have more Tribrids in the family.", Alaric said to his family.
"Seems that way. But we need to get them home. It looks like they are in the woods. Wait isn't that the old Crescent Pack's place? I remember my mom bringing me there when I was little.", Hope said to her family.
"It is, they haven't run that land in years. New wolves took over about the time you three were in school.", Alaric said to them.
"Alright I'll take down the wolves with Aunt Freya and Aunt Keelin. Everyone else get my family out of there.", Hope said as they all left the house.
"I was wondering when you were going to show up.", someone said to Hope as she showed herself.
"Who are you and what do you want with my family?", Hope asked the woman.
"They are my grandbabies. After my son got the witch pregnant someone killed him. Know anything about that?", the woman said to Hope.
"Nope, again who are you?", Hope asked with an attitude.
"I'm just taking what's rightfully mine. They are my blood. I'm Keria the alpha of this pack.", Keria said to Hope.
"Great another alpha with an ego the size of this state. Look my mother was an alpha so my birthright is to be an Alpha but I have no desire to be one. I just want my family back so let's get this over with.", Hope said to Keria.
"I don't care about your birthright. I only care that my grandbabies are raised with their people.", Keria said to Hope.
"News flash they are being raised by their people. I don't have time to explain to you that I'm their mother just as much as Lizzie is.", Hope said as her Keelin and Keria turned into their wolves.
"Where's Lizzie?", Josie asked her parents as they were looking around the cabin to find Lizzie.
"She has to be around here somewhere. Nora you and Caroline grab the babies and bring them to the car. We'll find Lizzie.", Alaric said to Nora and Caroline.
"Dad I still can't see her.", Josie said to Alaric as they were looking everywhere for Lizzie.
"Maybe she's under a cloaking spell.", Alaric said to his daughter.
"Then why would she show up on the locator spell? Wouldn't the cloaking spell make her not seen from everything?", Josie asked her father.
"Maybe because she has Hope's blood in her system still?", Alaric said to Josie.
"Oh maybe, how do we lift the cloaking spell?", Josie asked Alaric.
"I can help with that.", Bonnie said as she grabbed Josie's hand and started chanting.
"I see her.", Josie said as she ran over to Lizzie who was tied down onto a chair.
"Where are the babies?", Lizzie asked Josie as Josie was untying her.
"Mom and Aunt Nora have them in the car. They are safe, now let's get you out of here.", Josie said as her and Bonnie held Lizzie up because she was weak.
"Where's Hope?", Lizzie asked her family.
"She's with Aunt Freya and Keelin fighting off the other wolves.", Josie said to her sister as she helped her into the car.
"Alaric we need help.", Freya said to Alaric as her and Keeling were holding up a very beaten up Hope.
"What the hell happened?", Alaric asked as he picked Hope up and headed to the car.
"Three wolves jumped her. She'll heal but it'll take time.", Freya said to Alaric.
"Are you two okay?", Alaric asked as he placed Hope into the car.
"I'll be fine, and Keelin will heal.", Freya said to her family as they all climbed into the two cars and headed back to the girls' house.
"Why isn't Hope waking up?", Lizzie asked as she watched Hope lying on the couch.
"She will sweetie, she took a pretty good beating. It'll take some time for her healing powers to kick in. Are you alright though?", Caroline said to her daughter.
"I'm okay, just tired and sore. The babies are okay though?", Lizzie asked her family.
"They are happily fed and sleeping.", Freya said to Lizzie with a small smile on her face.
"Thank you.", Lizzie said to her family.
"You're welcome, we need to get you and Hope to bed to rest.", Caroline said to her daughter as her and Bonnie helped Lizzie into bed as Alaric picked Hope up and placed her in bed too.
"Get some sleep we'll be here when you wake up.", Alaric said to his daughter as they left the girls to rest. A few hours later and Hope woke up in a panic.
"Lizzie!", Hope yelled as she woke up.
"Hey, I'm right here.", Lizzie said as she tried to calm Hope down.
"Are you okay? Are the twins okay?", Hope asked as she was breathing heavy.
"We're okay. I'll heal, the babies weren't touched.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Take my blood, it'll heal you faster.", Hope said as she went to bite her wrist.
"Baby, I'm okay. Nothing major is wrong, I'm just sore. Mind telling me how you found me though? I'm pretty sure they used a cloaking spell on me.", Lizzie said then asked Hope.
"We did a locator spell with my blood because it was still in your system apparently. So uh the twins are tribrids.", Hope said to Lizzie with a small smile on her face.
"I want to be surprised about that, but with the world we live in I feel like that's to be expected. Though one question, how?", Lizzie said to Hope.
"You apparently had my blood in your system still from the first time I gave it to you and Josie. You got pregnant by a werewolf and passed my blood onto the babies. According to my Aunt and yours.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"Huh, well at least you aren't the only tribrid anymore.", Lizzie said which got Hope and herself to giggle. "Are you okay though? I'm sure having us missing brought up some bad memories and feelings.", Lizzie asked Hope.
"I was scared that I lost the three of you. But once we found you I was okay, I just wanted you three safe.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"We are thanks to you and our family.", Lizzie said with a smile on her face.
"I did promise them that you three were always going to be safe with me.", Hope said to Lizzie with a smile of her own.
"You did, and we are. I love you.", Lizzie said to Hope as she kissed her lips.
"I love you too.", Hope said after their kiss broke.
"Knock knock, babies are looking for their mommies.", Caroline said as she knocked and walked in holding Hayley and Freya behind her holding Eli as they walked into the room.
"Hand them over.", Hope said with a smile on her face as she grabbed Hayley from Caroline and kissed her before handing her to Lizzie as she took Eli from Freya and held him.
"They protected me today. When the evil witch came to grab us, they were in the same bassinet, they held hands and shit went flying. Didn't do much for us to get away but they at least tried.", Lizzie said to everyone in the room as she looked at her kids with a smile on her face.
"The house was clean when I came home.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"Weird because they literally threw everything at her. I got knocked in the head after that so I'm not too sure what happened. Maybe she had someone clean up after to clean up her tracks.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Looks like they want to protect Mommy just as much as their Mama.", Caroline said to her daughters' with a smile on her face.
"That's my girl and my boy.", Hope said with a smile on her face.
"They might be hungry soon. They wouldn't eat much from their bottles.", Freya said to her nieces'.
"Do you want to pump or have them breastfeed?", Hope asked Lizzie.
"Definitely pump, my ribs hurt too much to try and breastfeed right now.", Lizzie said to Hope as Hope looked at her with concern in her eyes. "I'm okay baby, I promise. Just sore nothing broken.", Lizzie said to Hope as she passed Hayley to her as Caroline got the breast pump for Lizzie.
"If you say so. I still think you should take my blood.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"If I'm still really sore by tomorrow I'll take your blood.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Fine, I'll take that.", Hope said as Caroline and Freya left them to their privacy.
"Should they have your blood?", Lizzie asked Hope fearing that maybe they hurt the babies as well.
"They are perfectly fine. Josie said they found them in the house in bassinets. She didn't want them hurt. She just wanted them to be raised with their pack. But she didn't realize they are already with their pack.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"That they are.", Lizzie said as she began to pump as she looked at Hope with love in her eyes as Hope was talking to the babies.
"What?", Hope asked when she looked up at Lizzie who was smiling at her while watching her with the babies.
"Nothing, I just love when you interact with them.", Lizzie said to Hope which got Hope to smile back at her.
"I finally understand why my Dad wanted to be better for me. Every time I look at them, I just want to make sure they never see the bad side of me.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"They won't, but even if they do, they'll still love you. Just like I still love you even though I've seen what you can do. The difference is your dad never regretted the things he did. You do, you feel guilty whenever someone innocent gets either hurt or killed. You are more like your mother then your father. You have a good heart, baby.", Lizzie said to Hope.
"Sometimes though, when it comes to you three, I would kill without second guessing it. Which scares me.", Hope said to Lizzie.
"A little secret I feel the same. Would we ever do it, probably not on purpose. Stop thinking about it though. Just be here with the three of us.", Lizzie said to Hope as the babies were getting restless.
"I think they are hungry.", Hope said to Lizzie as the twins started to fuss.
"I guess Mama and I need to feed you two.", Lizzie said to the twins as she handed a bottle over to Hope as she took Hayley from her to feed her.
