8. announcement

hi all, this is just an announcement addressing the chapters 7/8 problem many of you are encountering.

the previous ch7 was more of an author's note that in retrospect is unneeded, so i deleted it. ch8 is now ch7 and in terms of actual content, there isn't anything you guys have missed. i'll be deleting this chapter a couple hours before i post the next chapter to outsource any latency problems or malfunctions the site may encounter, so you can expect ch8 to be the next update.
