Chapter IX

Luna hadn't been able to find a good opportunity to talk to Rei until the two were sucked through the black portal into some alternative dimension with those buses. However she did get the opportunity, although very brief, we had a monster to deal with.
When Rei finally transformed into Sailor Mars, I threw my tiara at the monster as he was distracted by the new senshi. I know attacking your enemy while their back is turned is considered dishonourable, but when your enemy is trying to destroy the whole world I believe honour goes out the window.
"YOU!" Rei exclaimed, shocked.
I gave her a little salute. "The cavalry's here!" I answered as I turned to the black portal behind me.
Sailor Mercury, Tuxedo Kamen, and Jadeite stepped out.
"YOU!" Rei shouted in a low growl, her eyes focused on the blonde man.
"He was under mind control from Queen Beryl, you can't set him on fire," I ordered grabbing her arm before she could attack.
"I think it would be best if you two took some time apart," I said in a calming voice "Mamoru, take Sailor Mars back home. Luna go with them," I instructed. "I feel as though you need to do a lot more explaining."
Luna nodded. "Hai," she agreed. "I had been unable to get Rei-chan alone until just now. I haven't been able to really explain anything." Luna casted a suspicious glance at Jadeite. "Are you sure we can trust him though?" she asked.
I held up the Moon Wand, with the Silver Crystal attached. "Yes," I answered with a knowing smirk.
Luna's eyes bugged out and her jaw dropped, it was very humorous.
"Unless of course, you doubt the powers of this item?" I asked sarcastically.
Luna's eyes and mouth snapped shut and she shook her head.
"That's what I thought. Jadeite, Sailor Mercury, and I will take the buses back, and make sure all the passengers are alright," I paused for a moment, then continued. "Then... I guess we all meet up tomorrow afternoon? We can talk about exactly what the enemy is up to," I looked at Jadeite as I finished that part.
"I hope I live that long," he said, as he looked nervously at the raven-haired girl wh was glaring daggers at him, he turned his gaze back towards me, a steely determined expression on his face. "I am eternally grateful to be granted even the smallest chance to get even a small sliver of revenge against Beryl for what she has done to not only myself, but to you and my comrades as well."
I nodded. If I had my way, I'd get the rest of Mamoru's Shitennou back from Beryl's clutches.
In order to keep things business-like we were all in uniform, Luna sat on the table in the middle of us all.
"So it seems Sailor Moon really is the Moon Princess," the cat began. "And that Tuxedo Kamen is the Earth Prince," she added, and sent a look at the man.
"Well, my 'mission' was to find and protect the Moon Princess with 'the others'," I stated, before pointing at myself. "Well, not only have I found her, I AM her. And I'm very serious about her protection. There's just the matter of those 'others'."
"We need to save Zoisite, Nephrite and Kunzite from Beryl." Jadeite said. "As well as find Jupiter and Venus at the very least."
"So are there other, outer planets?" Ami asked. "Do they have representative Senshi as well?"
We all nodded in answer.
"Pluto was not reincarnated by Queen Serenity's power when Beryl attacked," Jadeite said. "As the Senshi of the outer most planet, she was in very little danger from Beryl, and because she was guardian of the Gates of Time, she took her duties very seriously and refused to be removed. So she might still be there, I believe."
"I've heard that Uranus and Neptune were very close, and they followed Jupiter's example in being extremely protective of me," I said, and sighrd. "Even from things I didn't need protecting from."
"Like me," Mamoru said, with a smirk running across his featured.
"I most certainly did need protecting from you!" I said, and playfully threw a pillow in his direction, before clapping my hands twice. "Now, how about we get back to business at hand, shall we?" I requested.
"Please" came Luna's weak reply.
"So!" I began, "We need to find Venus, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, and we need to free Zoisite, Nephite, and Kunzite from Beryl," I said firmly. "And probably kill Beryl too,"
"Well, I still have to report to her about my latest failure to gather energy," Jadeite said. "Maybe-"
I held up my hand, "I better not hear you finish that sentence with 'kill her then'," I warned. "You are not expendable, hell, no one is expendable okay?" I said looking around at everyone, they all nodded in agreement, "And to try and kill Beryl while in her home terf, surrounded by her minions, is a plan that borders on the imbecilic."
Jadeite sighed. "As you wish, Princess," he deferred. "Then I shall seek out the other Shitennou, and find a way to bring them here so that you may save them as I was saved," he said with a nod.
I nodded back. "Okay, sounds like a plan," I then turned my attention to Rei, "Mars, see if you can ask the fire who the other Senshi are? I think you're most likely to find them quickly."
Rei nodded in agreement. "I can do that," she said.
"Once they're found, Luna, Mercury, I want you two together to approach them," I said once she'd nodded in appreciation to Rei and turned to the other girl and the cat.
"M-me?" Ami stuttered.
"Hai" I said firmly. "You. Because This will kill two birds with one stone. It will force you out of your comfort zone, and you're really the best bet to remember all the important details that Luna will most likely forget."
"Like what?" Ami asked, confused. "I don't remember my previous life, and Luna does, however screwed up Beryl's spell."
"Details like being a princess yourselves as well, not just my bodyguards. Then there's the opportunity to take down a psychotic bitch that has styled herself as a queen."
"Right," Ami answered, her face soft but resolved.
"And what will you do?" Luna asked curiously.
"I'm gonna heal the Shitennou when Jadeite brings them to me," I began counting off my fingers, "continue fighting the monsters that will keep coming." I continued.
Jadeite nodded in agreement when I glanced at him to be sure of that statement.
"Keep up with my studies, and restore the Moon Kingdom when I have spare time," I finished counting. "Looks like our schedule's pretty full guys,"
"We'll still gonna have to figure out were the rest of the Shitennou," Mamoru added. "Jadeite living at Mars' was just insanely good luck."
"So, we've got a game plan now," I said. "We just need a way to contact each other. Mars to Mercury and Luna on the whereabouts of the other Senshi, Jadeite the rest of us about the Shitennou, and the rest of us in case of emergency."
Luna jumped and preformed that little back-flip she does to give us a new gadget, this time they were communicators.
"These are not regular phones," she warned. "They are strictly for Shenshi and Shitennou business only."
"Hai hai," I agreed, and picked up the one that had a crescent moon over the screen, ready to put our plan into office.
