Here is the next chapter!

Okay, Sorry for not posting this yesterday. it became so long than what I originally thought, and I even have to cut it so that there are some left for the next chapter to this one.

About the reviews, I saw that there are a few of you who don't want Grayfia to become a part of Zen's harem, but there is actually a reason why I did that. Anyway, let me answer it for you.

Tatsumaki Ryura: Sorry for not writing it in the AN on the last chapter. I'm a bit clumsy and I forgot about it, so I apologize for that. for the reason why she is part of Zen's harem, I made it like she had a past with Zen that made her one of the people, if not, the main reason why Zen was emotionless until he met Kuroka and the others. about what is the past of the two? well, it will be revealed in the later chapters.

For both avatargon and rama alif's reviews: I'm sorry, but before I can consider that, can you please tell me a reason first to do that, because my plan is still not final, and I'm always accepting everyone's opinions while rejecting some of it, if that one is final, so please review.

DraconixVargas: Thanks for the positive review, my friend. and I'll be honest to you. It's been so hard for me to combine the Hueco Mundo to the DxD universe, but I somehow managed to get the gist of it, and I hope it will fit correctly. And, Here is your next chapter.

Tyrant Overlord Killidia: What you just told me is the gist of Issei's harem. and thank you for understanding about me adding Grayfia to the harem. As for Sirzechs, I'm planning on adding an OC as his wife, but that's in the later chapters. Sirzechs and Grayfia's relationship at this time is near to being a fiancee but not at the same time. they are on the verge of getting married, but Grayfia prolonged their marriage for the reason of waiting on a certain someone. Who could that be, I guess? Anyway, thanks for constantly reviewing at me, my friend. it really motivates me for writing this, you know.

Disclaimer: I don't own Highschool DxD or the elements of the other animes I used in this fanfic. They are all owned by their respective owners. I only own the OCs and my own plots.

With that finished, Let's go to the story.

(3RD PERSON P.O.V)

He isn't even surprised right now.

It is now Six and a half hour before Seven and the first thing he saw is the cat girl residing living within his house, now gripping his chest while snuggling on it with a cat smile plastered on her face.

Yes. It was just the same scene he almost had everyday, if not for Kuroka giving him a death hug, unlike the past days where she only snuggled up to him, along with the reason that he didn't have the need of breathing in order to live, or else he would be gasping for breath right now.

He tried breaking out of her grasps but,

"Mmhm, Just a few hours more..." Moaned Kuroka as her grip tightened even more.

He just let out a small chuckle on his mouth as he patted her head, trying to make her grip loosened a bit.

As a response, Kuroka purred on him, in which Zen found it cute, along with her gripping even tighter than before. At this rate, she was going to break his back. Zen thought.

"Come on, I have to make a breakfast for us, and go see if Kali had woken up. Not to mention, I still have a school to attend, so can you let go of me for now?" Zen said to Kuroka, knowing that she now had woken up, if not, half asleep.

Kuroka frowned as she opened one of her eye, glaring at Zen who was still showing a small smile to her.

After shutting her eye once more, she then let out a small sigh of resignation.

"Okay." Was all Kuroka said, letting go of his chest as she stretched her body on the bed, her kimono, almost failing its job. It already barely covered her chest and from the way where her posture is, it was almost spilling out of her clothes right now. Zen sensed a but coming from her. And...

"But, let me snuggle up to you again after you come back. Okay, nya?" Yep, there was it, and she wanted to snuggle to his chest again after he come back from school. Is snuggling to his chest really felt that good? He wanted to ask her, but it's best not to pry on a woman's secrets.

"Okay. In exchange, you must transform back on your cat form before I arrived." Said Zen, as he opened the door. Kuroka just gave him a nod as an answer.

"Oh, and also, Make some feast for me will ya, Zen-chi?" Kuroka pleaded to Zen after jumping right on his back, wrapping her arms around his neck. Zen staggered a bit because of the force, but still understand what was her in intentions, and grabbed her knees, carrying her in his back.

He just sweatdropped when he heard her calling him with a weird honorific.

"Okay, but can't you walk down the stairs by yourself?"

"Nah, I'm still exhausted from what you did to me last night, nya~."

"You're just lazy of walking down the stairs. Don't try to accuse me on everything." Zen just stared at her, deadpanning at her antics, along with her cat smile still on her face.

"You know myself a bit well, despite with us just meeting a few days ago. And because of you saying that I am your responsibility that made me this, you knyow." Retorted Kuroka, her smile not even wavering a bit.

Zen didn't respond and just let out a small chuckle, still carrying Kuroka on his back as they descended through the stairs.

As he entered the living room, he saw that Kalawarner was still asleep, wtih her still on the couch together with his blouse on her chest. It seems that she was too exhausted working along with the fallen angels in the town.

Just how far did they push her that she didn't even woke up on Issei's small shouts last night, and his interaction with Kuroka just a few minutes ago? Maybe he could get his answer if he ask Sona about the intentions of the fallen angels. He know that she probably had a few theories about what their intentions were here and there, and while he also had some, he wanted to hear hers first before going to a conclusion.

As he arrived at the sofa, he started to set down Kuroka, in which she pouted when she felt Zen letting her go out of his grasps.

As Zen was sitting her down, he felt like Kuroka suddenly disappeared, only to feel a weight on his head, along with him feeling some two things wagging in the back of his head.

"My head is not a bed, you know."

"I don't know about that, nya. If feels comfortable, if you ask me. Besides, there is someone currently occupying the sofa, so this will be where I sleep for the time being, nya."

"*sigh* just do what you want." Resigned Zen, as he let out a small sigh on his lips.

Kuroka just chuckled a bit at this scene. Although there wasn't that much of reaction to him, he liked teasing Zen aside from her showing off her body to him, which got her frustrated because of how little Zen's reaction to her was.

After that, Zen just proceeded on making breakfast, not caring Kuroka on top of his head. He thought that she must be dozing off right now, so he paid her no mind.

But for Kuroka, it was hard for her to doze off, since she is basically seeing and smelling the delicious looking aromatic food right in front of her eyes.

Her already wagging two tails were now even wagging further, making Zen a bit uncomfortable, worried if she fall because of it, while Kuroka decided to just take her nap time later after she had eaten what Zen was making right now.

As for what Kalawarner is doing right now, she is now flying so high in her dreams ever since she smelled the food, and all that be seen as a change in her state was the dreamy smile plastered on her face, with a bit of drool falling from it.

After a total of 27 minutes, Zen then finished cooking the dish, and served it in the round table right beside the sofa where Kalawarner was sleeping.

Since he promised to Kuroka that he will make her a treat, he gave her a Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce. It was a dish that he once found it the internet that had some good reviews about it. He got interested when he saw the reviews of the netizens and tried to make it for Kuroka, wanting to see if she liked this dish or not.

If she liked it, then he will try to make it for her sometimes whenever he felt like it. The only problem for him after he gave this dish to her is, whenever she will ask for him to make it for her. Ever since that time when he drove away her pursuers, it was getting harder for him to not comply on her requests, giving him a pouting face sometimes, or that beautiful smile of hers when she liked what he gave to her. All in all, He is going to regret doing this just for her sake, or maybe not.

As for his own breakfast, he just made a simple seasoned fried egg, together with a toasted sliced bread and a mug of coffee, just his usual breakfast.

Kuroka, after jumping down from Zen's head to transform back to her human form, rose an eyebrow after seeing Zen's breakfast, since what he made for her seems like a luxurious one, while his was just as simple as what she could see to him in every breakfast. It feels unusual for her because this was the first time he truly obliged on her request.

She just stared at him, why is he being nice so suddenly, as she planned on asking him why the sudden change of attitude, but decided to just ask him later as she starts to eat her food.

After taking a first bite, Her eyes widened at how delicious the dish is. The salmon easily melts right into her mouth and the sour cream Dill Sauce is subtly seasoned with horseradish that doesn't overpower the delicate salmon flavor.

Then, Her hands didn't stop moving as the plate was empty. She can only pout at how fast she ate the dish and didn't even recognize it.

Zen, after seeing her plate completely clean, gave out a small chuckle as he stopped eating while taking her plate away from her. Kuroka, seeing her plate taken away, stared at Zen as he walked away from her.

After a few seconds passed, Zen came back holding a with two plates on it. Kuroka wondered what was it until she smelled its fragrance.

'T-This is...!'

After seeing her eyes widen for the second time, Zen then gave another chuckle as he set down the tray, with two more of the salmon dish on it.

"Well, thankfully, I made 2 more of it, and since Kali doesn't have any signs of waking up, You can also eat hers, for it will spoil before she wakes up." Said Zen, making Kuroka smile as she stared at the two plates on the dish.

"Can I really eat this, nya!? Are you sure, nya!?" Kuroka Asks, as she prepare to eat the plates in the tray.

"Of course. Who do you think the person I made that for and why I didn't I eat mine?" Replied Zen as he went back to his seat, now drinking his coffee.

Kuroka, after hearing that, was going to start and tuck in the fishes, but then remembered what Zen last said.

"Wait, you mean you gave yours to me? But why, nya?" Kuroka tilted her head as she asked Zen a question.

Zen, deciding whether to say it to her or not, just stared at his coffee, lost in his thoughts for a few moments.

Then, he just decided to tell it to her. He owes her that much, after all.

"It's my way of thanking you." Said Zen, staring at her eyes as he gave her a small smile.

Just like what he expected in their first meeting, her golden eyes was too alluring for him. It was the most beautiful eyes he had ever seen as of now, aside from the person he loved, who had a deep blue sea eyes that was once full of light, if only she was alive right now.

As for Kuroka, she stopped eating as she also stared at Zen. Why is he thanking her right now? She didn't do anything for him that was worth thanking. Hell, all she did was just doze off within his house, while multiplying his housework. Was he thanking her for doing all of that? Probably not.

"You're probably wondering right now why I'm suddenly thanking you, right?" Kuroka just gave him a nod. "What I meant is, thank you for being with me, for staying with me. Although it's true that you irritate me almost everytime, if not for the school, it somehow made this dull house a bit lively than before, and it always makes me a bit excited when I think that there was someone waiting for me in the house. That's why I did this for you, as a thank you for that." Admitted Zen, not battering an eye on her, his smile still plastered on his face.

Kuroka just stared at him, this time though rose an eyebrow, as her smile slowly turned into a smirk.

That stayed in a few minutes before Kuroka spoke again.

"Why don't you just admit that you love me, Zen-chi? Or is my guess about you being a Tsundere true, nya?" Kuroka stood up as she leaned in the table, her face just a few centimeters away from Zen's.

He just gave her a deadpanned look and chopped her head, making her groan a bit.

"I'm not, and thanks for ruining the mood, by the way." Was all Zen said as he drank again his coffee.

Though, he can't help but show a smile on his face. Yep, this was good for the best. Her teasing and her pranks within the house, although he won't admit it right in front of her, he actually enjoyed it, since it brightens up the mood.

The both then just ate without uttering a single word, with Kuroka pouting at him for suddenly chppoing her head. Who the hell chops someone's head after thanking them? Well, he was currently sitting right in front of him, but still...

"Well, don't think about it too much. It's just me spouting nonsense." Said Zen as he took Kuroka's plates along with his and washed it as Kuroka went to the mat beside the couch to watch some cartoons in the TV.

But, he knew that what he said to her wasn't nonsense, and he hoped that Kuroka would only take that as a joke, since he still wasn't prepared to be with someone,

For the reason that he still hadn't recovered enough from his last one. It broke him really hard that he really had to do some thinking about it, after all.

After that, Zen went to the bathroom to take a shower, which ended quickly. He then went upstairs to take another new set if uniform, since one of his blouse was currently being used by Kalawarner, and he just don't want to take it away from her, with that smile on her face, looking comfortable on it.

As he was about to go out of the door, he saw Kuroka now sleeping in a cat-like manner in the floor and He just can't stop making a smile on his face.

After staring at her for a few seconds, he went out of the door and locked it on the outside, as he then walked towards the intersection where he will meet with his brother-like brunette.

o-o

"Ow. That's a loud one." Exclaimed Issei, frowning as he breaked a bone on his right shoulder after he finished the other one.

"Don't be a crybaby. What we did yesterday isn't even a warm-up, so don't complain." Replied Zen.

They were now talking to each other after meeting at the same intersection, with them now nearing in the gates of their school.

"Huh!? Y-You mean what we are going to do starting now will be harder than yesterday!?" Asked Issei, with Zen only giving him a nod as he also breaked some of his fingers.

Just by seeing him nod gave Issei a shiver in his spine, frightened on what will happen to him after this.

Zen, after seeing his shiver a bit, decided to tell him what will happen to him after their training. "Don't worry. From the time we finish our training, you can beat almost everyone, except for the factions leaders and the Gods who are within the top 10 strongest rankings."

"Really?" Issei, although hearing that it will all be worth it, can't help but feel worried.

"Yeah. That I can assure you." Said Zen as he bumped a fist in his left shoulder softly, giving him a reassuring smile.

It also made Issei smile, but inside he was even more worried since he doesn't know what he will truly become, after being trained by one of the strongest beings in the universe. Although Zen didn't say it to him, Issei was sure that this man walking on side by side was one of them, if the form he saw on his 'world' had any indication.

"Umm, can I ask how long our training before I become that strong?" Asked Issei as he rose a hand just the height of his shoulders.

"Hmm, if we're going to rush and give you a hellish training, then I'd say roughly 5 years." Issei just widened his eyes as he stopped in his tracks. "But if we go on a normal pace like yesterday, then I think about 10 years, I think." At this point, Issei's jaw fell as his shoulders slump at how long before he reached that state.

'5 years of threshold, no, fivefold of that not-even-a-warm-up spar, I can't imagine something like that...' thought Issei as he felt shiver from his spine.

After that, the school gates are now in front of them as he entered through it, trying to leave Issei on the school grounds, but stopped when he heard Issei ask him something.

"Can I even become as strong as you?"

Zen then rose an eyebrow at his question, after also stopping on his tracks. Although he liked being an inspiration for someone who wants to become strong in order to protect, he hated being compared to that person, since it will hinder them in their way.

Deciding to talk to him for a bit more, Zen went to his side as he now stood right in front of Issei.

"You know that I'm not just a normal 'human', right?" Asked Zen as Issei gave him a one nod, his stare falling to the ground.

"Then, don't try to compare yourself to me. That will just hinder you from getting stronger. Trust me, I know it from experience." Said Zen as he patted a hand on his left shoulder, making Issei look at him.

"Don't just compare yourself to me. If you really want to get stronger as soon as possible, then you have to aim higher than that."

Issei, after comprehending what Zen said, realized what was the meaning behind those words.

'Your motivation isn't enough. You need something higher than that if you want to succeed.'

Issei just gave him a determined smile as he stared at him face-to-face.

"Yeah, I understand. I realized that just by being equal to you isn't enough. After you finished training me, I will show you that I will be stronger than you! Just watch me!" Exclaimed Issei, now standing confidently.

Zen also can't help but give him a smile, as he took his hand away from his shoulder.

"Although i am happy to see that you two are bonding to each other very well, could you please do it on somewhere else? You're attracting some attention here, you know." Sona said as she stood right beside them, this left foot tapping the ground continuously as she folded her arms on her chest.

Zen looked at their surrounding and saw that there was so many students watching them both right now. There were some of the the girls who are now blushing while whispering to each other.

'Uh oh...' Zen already felt something was floating within the school grounds right now.

And just like what he expected, the girls' whispers that was inaudible at first, starts to get louder as they get nearer to the school building.

While Zen just sweatdropped at their antics, Issei shouted at them, saying that they weren't in that kind of relationship as he went to meet his fellow perverts.

Zen just let out a sigh, hopefully he can make Issei tone that down, even for just a little bit.

As Issei separated away from him, Zen just went to his classroom, never minding the gossips he was hearing on his surroundings.

o-o

"So you wanted to ask me what are the intentions of the fallen angels in the church, huh?"

"Yeah. I also have some theories here and there, but for some reason, I can't think of any conclusions why did they do that."

It was recess right now, but instead of going to the rooftop after buying a snack on the cafeteria, he went to the SC room, meeting Tsubaki along the way. Like what he thought yesterday, he was going to ask Sona if she know something about the fallen's intentions, since they were the one who governs this town.

That, and he wanted to get closer to the both somehow after their 'date'. Although he won't admit it openly, he was pretty much excited to it, since it had been a long time after his last one, and that was a few centuries ago.

Yep, he was excited to the point where he complied to Kuroka's request this morning and made her something that he planned to give it to her tonight.

But that didn't mean he wasn't thankful on her. That was just the half of the reason and he was considering of taking her out when he felt the time is right.

Back to the topic, Sona was now thinking Zen's questions as she fixed her glasses while Tsubaki then gave them a cup of tea before going behind Sona's back, as usual.

"Also, from what I know, Azazel is interested in researching sacred gears right now, but he's not the kind of person who will kill someone just because that person is a threat to their race." Added Zen, as Sona slowly nodded at his statement.

"Hmm, if what you just said is right, then the only thing I can think of is..."

"So you think the fallen angels here have gone rogue?" Asked Zen, after taking a sip of Tsubaki's tea and he had to admit it, it was good enough to top up to his standards.

"Yeah. It is also known that Azazel doesn't have any interests of going into another war, since he was the first one to retreat in the Last Great War in the Underworld." Nodded Sona, as she gave him her own reasoning of why the fallen angels in the church killed a sacred gear user; Issei.

"Also, if this will answer your questions a little, Our scouts found out that there is a nun coming to the church in this town."

Zen then rose an eyebrow at Sona. "I can guess that this nun isn't a normal one, from the way you said it and how it got your attention, right?"

Sona just showed a small smile at him. "Yeah, she is also a sacred gear user and from the way our scouts said to me, she is pretty oblivious of the fallen angels within the church." She then went to take a sip on her tea.

Zen only nodded at her, now lost in his thoughts of why did a nun suddenly came in this town. It has been a years that the church had no priests on it, and they now sent a nun at this time? It was too strange to be called a coincidence. For Zen, it felt like this was planned properly, with one of the two heiress governing this town becoming a pawn to this stage.

He frowned at who was the person behind all of this. Normally, He can pretty much guess who it was, but he still don't have the information that he wanted. He just hoped that he can somehow take care of it when the time comes.

"So, did that answered your questions?" Asked Sona, after a few minutes of silence passed.

"No, but I feel like there is someone behind all of this. That, and the nun you said to me is probably the center of this case. It's way too strange for it to be called a coincidence." Replied Zen as he closed his eyes, still frowning.

Sona felt like Zen was still hiding something, but decided not to pry on it further. She somehow know that he still hadn't figure out what was it and just ask him when she felt he got what he know.

"Speaking of fallen angels, We know that there is some fallen angel aura within your house. Can you tell us who was that, Zen?" Asked Tsubaki, who was silent the whole time.

Although she wasn't showing it, She was pouting on the inside for always being left out in the conversation.

Zen, widening his eyes a bit at how did they know, since the barrier he erected to ward off Kuroka's pursuers was still active. He can't help but rose an eyebrow before asking them a question.

"Not that I mind that you know I had a fallen angel residing in my house, Can I ask how did you know about it?" Sona and Tsubaki stared at each other before answering what Zen said to them.

"As I said earlier, Our scouts are always patrolling within the Kuoh, so that we are always updated on what is happening and that we can always be prepared if something dangerous happen." Said Sona as Zen just nodded at them, satisfied at their explanation, but he knew that was only a part of what they're going to say.

"Then, our scouts' patrol last night told us that they saw you carrying a blue haired woman would had a fallen angel's aura, along with Hyoudou Issei walking towards your house." Continued Tsubaki, making Zen gave them both another nod.

He was always wondering why they know almost anything within this town, so that was it. They let those scouts they were talking about roam around the town to check if there was something wrong or something changed.

'Those scouts must be someone they can communicate with telepathy, if the scouts always roam everyday around the town which means... A familiar, I guess?' Thought Zen as he guessed what was the identity of their scouts.

"Well, to answer your question, that fallen angel I was carrying is a long acquaintance of mine. About why she was working with the other rogue angels, I don't know." Revealed Zen, glancing at his reflection at the tea, staring on it seriously.

Sona rose an eyebrow at this, while Tsubaki frowned from the word 'acquaintance'. Is she getting another rival for capturing this man's heart? Only time will tell.

But, little did she know, that there was already someone who took a headstart and is now making her way to his heart.

"And why did you hid her in your house? You know that she is one of the rogue fallen angels that are trying something within this town, right?" Frowned Sona. She was feeling a bit upset on the reason that he hid the fallen angel away from the danger, since she knew that he know the fallen angels will be planning something soon that will make him move.

But, she also knew that wasn't the real reason why she was upset to him. Just why was she feeling like this? She didn't even know herself and decided to shrug it off for the time being.

"Yeah, I know. But, something is telling me from the way she did after she saw me saving Issei." Defended Zen.

"And care to tell us what happened?" Asked Sona.

"She lost consciousness, probably in exhaustion after she apologized in Issei, in which he forgive her."

"But that doesn't mean we can trust her."

"That might be true in your case, but I've known about her ever since she was a kid. That's why I trust her, even if you don't." Stated Zen, staring Sona right in her eyes.

At things like this, she really hated Zen for staring at her with those serious eyes of his. It's totally mesmerizing her everytime she stares with that crimson eyes of his, only to lose her focus and thus, losing their argument.

"*sigh* If you really trust her that much, then I don't have a choice but to trust you too." Sighed Sona, closing her eyes as she accepted her defeat. Although in their debate to each other, she always emerge victorious, but in things like this, she can't help but lose to this man in front of her.

"Thanks for understanding me." Zen then gave her a small smile as she feigned to fix her glasses, trying to hide the red tint on her face from Zen.

And Of course it worked, if Zen just went and drank his tea he looked away to the window on his side had any indication.

"So, Are you planning on asking her after wakes up?" Asked Tsubaki, while Sona was trying to keep herself together as she also drank her tea served by Tsubaki.

"Yeah, that's what I'm planning of. She would probably wake up after I arrive at home, so I'll go direct to the point." Replied Zen.

Tsubaki just nodded at that statement, followed by Sona who stopped blushing afterwards and went to change topic.

"Enough of that topic, I felt Hyoudou Issei's aura change drastically just from a few nights of being a devil. Are you by any chance, doing something to him like, training?"

He widened his eyes a bit when she recognized the changes on Issei's aura. The aura that was just like that of a docile devil, not showing that he was a threat, changed to tthat of a fiery flame, ready to burn everything on its way. He just let out a small sigh for that.

"*sigh* Yeah. I'm training him along with the cat girl I've been taking care of these past few days."

Sona then remembered something that he wanted to ask to Zen. "Oh, right. How is the cat? Is she behaving properly or is it what I am thinking right now?"

"Probably the one you are thinking right now. Although it feels peaceful just by being within her presence, thanks to her senjutsu, All she did is just goofing off and making my work in the house harder than ever." Sona and Tsubaki only sweatdropped as they try to imagine Zen having trouble on houseworks.

"But, even though she always irritates me and always teases me when she felt like it, she made that house livelier than before, and I'm forever thankful for her on that." He added, showing a smile on his face as he faced the two once again.

"Though, I won't admit it in front of her. If I told her that, then I won't ever hear the end of it." He added, as Sona and Tsubaki couldn't help but chuckle at that. But for the cat to make him do that, the two just had a newfound respect for the cat girl.

But, that doesn't mean they were going to give him to her. If a fight she wants, then they'll accept. The road to success is a bumpy one, after all.

After that, Zen just told them what were the progress of the two in his training. The two were surprised that Issei managed to push Zen away, even for just one time, while activating the third liberation of his boosted gear at the same time, which made Sona frown at letting go of such a good piece, much to Zen's interest, not usually seeing her frowning in that solemn face of hers.

But, they were surprised even more when they heard that Kuroka was using senjutsu in the whole time of their training and didn't even enter her berserk state, much less show any signs of going berserk.

He then said to them that this solidifies that she didn't berserk and killed her master in order to save her only sister in the world. Sona didn't gave way and told him that it doesn't change the fact she killed one of the important figures in the Underworld, only for Zen to ask her something, as he gave her a stare, so serious that Sona felt some goosebumps on it.

"If you were in Kuroka's position, where your sister is going to experimented by someone important in Underworld with a chance that she will be killed, and you have the power to stop that from happening. tell me the truth, Sona. Would you do it if the only means stopping that kind of madman is by killing him?" Sona can only stay silent along with Tsubaki after Zen said this to them.

Sona then went to apologize to Zen for talking bad at someone who did something that was bad in other people's eyes in order to save her family, only for Zen to say to her in a kind manner, showing that he wasn't angry at her, to apologize in the person herself after her charges are lifted off from her shoulders.

Sona only nodded at that, as Zen starts to go away from them before Sona stopped him.

"Wait. Where are you going? If you're going to the classroom, then let us go together. Just wait for a few minutes as I give this paperwork a finishing touch." Asked Sona, as she went to take a last look at the medium stack of papers on her table.

He just gave them a smile before going off for a bit. "Sorry. I'm going to the bathroom first, so you can go in the classroom first. I'll be going right behind you."

After he took off, A few moments of silence passed on the office as they went to finish what they were going to do before Tsubaki decided to break it.

"Kaichou."

"Hmm? What?"

"Do you remember what we talked about last night?"

Sona was then flustered as Tsubaki brought out that topic, the emotions she was hiding when Zen was present now going out full burst, with her blushing furiously as she starts to stutter a bit at her words.

"A-About s-sharing him? Y-You already got my answer last night, you know."

Yep. They talked about their feelings for Zen last night, much to Sona's embarrassment. She can only be thankful for the fact that only her best friend aside from Rias, Tsubaki was the sole present at the time.

In summary, they both agree to share with him after he got over his 'depression state' and starts to accept other people in his heart. And if there was someone who also had feelings for the said man, in which the two knows that there was, they will try to ask that person if she wanted to share him with the others, and hoped that those people will agree.

"I know that, but it seems there's another one, if not, two of them going after Zen." Said Tsubaki, as she fixed his glasses from the side.

"You're right. From the way he defended Kuroka and from the way he said that the fallen one lost her consciousness just from seeing him, it seems that those two had some feelings to him." Replied Sona, as she put her hand below her chin.

"So, what's the plan, Kaichou?"

Sona just gave her a smile. "Of course, we do it like what we planned."

As a response, Tsubaki also gave her a smile as they started to lock up, going to their classroom, meeting Zen along the way as they went together.

Then, as usual, school went smoothly. (AN: Yeah, I know I'm pretty much skipping it when it comes to school, but please understand.)

o-o

Issei was relief a bit right now because their school was half-day for a few weeks, thanks for the upcoming tests.

"Don't feel relieved just yet. That means we can start our training a bit earlier than usual, and for you to study, that's it." Said Zen, breaking Issei out of his thoughts, which was full of Oppai here, Oppai there, if his dreamy smile had any indication. It made Zen let out a small sigh at this sight.

'Looks like toning down his perverseness, even for just a little bit is going to be a long one, huh...' thought Zen.

As for Issei, after hearing what Zen said, made something like an anime tears on his eyes as he extended out his hand like he was about to grab something, screaming "No!!! My Oppai Dreamland!!!!!", while running away in the process.

Zen only sweatdropped at the scene, as it then turned into a tick on the side of his head, causing him to chase Issei in order to stop his antics again, only to be stopped when Issei bumped with someone.

"Kyaa!" Exclaimed the girl bumped by Issei.

After seeing this, Zen went to their side immediately to help both the girl and Issei from standing up.

After dusting himself off, Issei then went to see who was the person he bumped to, only to see a nun wearing a long green clothes with a white veil covering her head down to her hair, which was colored blonde, on the ground, as she gave him a full view of her white panties.

"WHOOOAAA!!! Heaven is opening up in fro-*cough*" was all Issei said after seeing that marvellous sight (for him, at least) before Zen cut him off by chopping, not his head this time but his neck, stopping him from uttering the last words of his sentence.

Zen then gave Issei a glare, which pretty much shut him up, as Issei then went to help the girl to stand up.

"*cough* Sorry for bumping into you. Are you alright?" Asked Issei, fixing his voice first, since Zen didn't hold back from that chop. He was now thankful that he was a devil now, because if he was not, then that would have pretty much killed him, or he would be clutching his neck right now, as he rolled to the ground.

"Ah, Yes! I'm sorry for bumping to you too! It's because I wasn't looking in the way that I bumped into you..." Apologized the girl as she gave the both of them a bow.

"No, no need for you to apologize. It's because this 'idiot' here wasn't the one looking in his way, that's why." Said Zen, pointing a finger at Issei, as the girl then dusted herself off as she fixed her posture, now facing them both.

Zen then went to study her appearance. She was an ear shorter than Issei, and a head shorter than himself. She looked like that of a sixteen years old girl.

She was wearing a dark green nun clothes with a bit of light blue accents that showed out some of the shapes of her curves, together with her C-cup bust, and a white veil covering her head, and almost of her blonde hair, along with her bright green eyes that showed too much of innocence within those eyes.

She was also wearing a rings on both if her middle fingers, which pretty much showed that she was a nun, and Zen then realized her instantly, from the way Sona told him that there was a nun coming in this town.

'So this is the nun that came in this town, huh? And those rings on both of her hands, if I'm not wrong, her sacred gear is...' thought Zen, as he realized her sacred gear.

Twilight Healing.

A sacred gear that was capable of healing any kinds of wounds of any of the races, whether it was a devil being healed, angel, fallen angel, human, etc.

It was something similar to his self-regeneration ability, although a bit slower, for his was almost instant.

The girl then replied to them, snapping him out of his thoughts, as Issei sagged his shoulders down after hearing what Zen just said to him.

"Is that so.." the girl then realized something. "Oh, right! Where are my manners? My name is Asia Argento, the nun who was appointed to the church in this town. May I ask what are your names?" Introduced the girl, or Asia, as she once again, bowed while asking for the name of the two men in front of her.

Deciding not to let her wait any further, Issei quickly introduced himself to her. "I'm Hyoudou Issei, a resident in this town. Nice to meet you, Asia!" Said Issei, as he extended his hand towards her, in which she shook with both of her hands.

"Yes! Nice to meet you too, Issei-san!" Replied Asia, with a smile on her face, making Issei blush a bit.

'Wow, she is so cute! And her hands, it's so soft.. if only she wasn't a nun, though...' Thought Issei, as he got depressed after a thought about her being a nun passed through his head.

'Reality really sucks, sometimes...' He added, crying anime tears once again as he shooked her hands, making Zen sweatdrop, while Asia just tilted her head to her side.

"Umm, is there something wrong about him?" Asked Asia to Zen.

"No, don't mind him. It's just that... Reality hit him too hard that's it." Replied Zen, waving his hands as he tried to let her shrug it off.

"Is that so... Is there something I can help to him, even just a little?" Asked Asia again, making Issei cry more anime tears on his eyes.

"*sob* an innocent *sob* and a kind *sob* girl, *sob* to think that *sob* it exists in this world *sob*..." Said Issei, acting like he was sobbing in between his words.

Zen only sweatdropped at his brother-like friend once again, as he then remembered that he didn't introduced himself to her.

"Oh. and by the way, I'm Murasaki Zen, also a resident in this town, like Issei. Nice to meet you." Zen introduced himself to Asia.

"Yes! Nice to meet you too, Zen-san!" Said Asia, breaking out of Issei's hands, much to his displeasure and shooked Zen's hands like nothing happened.

This made Issei glare at Zen as he made a bit of "Tch!" In his mouth as he turned away from them, crossing his arms on his chest.

'This guy...' Deadpanned Zen, as he shooked Asia's hand. Though, She can't see his face as she gave him her smile, closing her eyes in the process.

After that, he broke off from her hands as Issei then turned back to them, still giving a glare to Zen. It made him not able to take it anymore and glare back at Issei, his eyes glowing blue for a few moments, which made Issei limp his shoulders in fear. Although he know he took it pretty far, to the point of using his Mystic Eyes, but it made Issei shut up completely, so it's a 'V' for him, at least.

They then heard Asia's stomach growl loudly, much to her embarrassment, and it made her blush for doing something unladylike.

She expected them both to laugh at her, but they shrugged it off with just a short, small chuckle.

"Well, since I'm also new to this town, let's have Issei guide to where we can have our lunch." Said Zen, as he gave a small smile to both Issei and Asia.

Issei aside, he can't help but have a feeling that he can open up to the nun pretty easily as long as he doesn't tell her who he really is, since it will probably scare her, from the way he saw her innocence in their short time of talking had any indication.

Issei, after hearing what Zen said to them, straightened his back as he said to them.

"Well, if you really need me that much to show you to the town, then I don't have a choice, ain't I?" Issei then showed a large grin, that made Zen only stare at him, while Asia had a face full of expectations to the man now grinning in front of her.

'Just how in the old man's name, is she so innocent that she looks so cute!?' Thought Issei and surprisingly, Zen at the same time.

Just like that, Issei went to lead their way, with Zen and Asia following right behind him. They then passed into a fast food restaurant, where she just stared at the limited edition of hamburger, as her stomach growled once again.

This made Zen and Issei stop at their tracks as they went to see what she was staring at.

"Do you want to eat that?" Asked Zen, which made Asia blush a little as nods at him.

"U-Umm, to be honest, I didn't eat foods l-like the one in this restaurant, so if p-possible, I want to taste s-some of it while I can.." Replied Asia, as she cutely, let her pointing fingers touch at each other, staring at it.

Upon seeing this, Zen gave Issei a hundred yen and told him to go by some of it silently, in which Issei obliged to it.

But before he could go to buy it, Zen mouthed some words towards Issei, which he widened his eyes at realization as Zen smoothly winked at him.

'You can go and take the credit.' was what he could understand to what Issei muttered to him voicelessly.

After 2 minutes passed, Issei then came back to them with Asia still staring at her fingers, too shy to look at them, but that disappeared when Issei handed her the same burger she saw at the picture.

"T-This is...!" Asia widened her eyes after seeing what Issei just gave her.

"Here. You're hungry, right? Hurry up and take it." Said Issei, still extending to her the burger, in which she just stared at it, like something was stopping her from grabbing it.

"B-But-" Asia was going to protest, only for Zen to cut her off.

"Come on, Issei went to buy this just for you, so don't waste it." Said Zen, giving her a small smile as Issei urged her to take it away from his hand.

"T-Then, if you don't mind..." Was all she said as she the burger away from Issei's hands and started to eat it right away.

This made Zen and Issei chuckle again at how she ate the burger, as they went to walk to the park, to find a bench to sit down to.

While Zen was trying to eat his burger, Asia munched down her burger, which left some bits of sauce on the side of her mouth.

Issei, noticing this wtih Zen at the same time, took a handkerchief and wiped it off by himself.

"Here, let me take that off from your face." Said Issei, as he wiped off the bits of sauce on Asia's face.

"T-Thank you... Issei-san.." Said Asia, blushing a bit on what Issei just did to her. It had been a long time since someone showed kindness towards her and she appreciated Issei for that.

"You must have liked that much if you left your burger in that state, huh.." Said Zen, as he chuckled a bit after seeing her burger, which was now half with some small bites on the sides and big one in the middle.

"S-Sorry.." blushed Asia, shy that she did an unladylike thing again.

"No, Don't apologize. I'm just happy that you liked it." Said Zen, as he patted her head through the veil softly, before hearing a child boy crying softly.

After hearing this, they then went to look where was that, as they saw the small boy in the sidewalk, crying with a small open wound on his knee.

Asia then reached his hand to pat the child's head, the way Zen patted her head, as she the child a gentle smile. "Don't cry, little one. Everything's going to be fine, okay?" She then extended her other hand to the child's knee, her rings starting to glow in greenish light.

Right now, Zen was sure what was her sacred gear, but he still didn't know what was the reason why she was sent here in the first place.

As Zen was lost in his thoughts, Issei was feeling something towards Asia, like he was at peace, or something. All he can say was that it felt good to him, as he recognized that something was glowing on her hands.

'Her rings... they're glowing..' thought Issei as he was mesmerized at awe on what was happening right now.

After a few seconds passed, the wound in the boys knee was totally healed, making the boy widen his eyes when he saw there was nothing wrong in his knee.

"There, all better." Said Asia, as she clapped her hands together, still showing the boy her gentle smile.

"Here, you can also have this, so don't cry anymore, okay?" Added Asia as she gave her halfway eaten burger to the boy, who took it as he smiled.

The boy then nodded as he stood up, testing his knee if it still hurt. "Thank you! Onee-chan, Onii-chans!" Said the boy as he ran away from from them.

Asia then stood up as she faced both Issei and Zen. "Sorry. I moved out of habit. I must have surprised you, didn't I?" She simply smiled at the both of them.

"Not that we mind you helping that kid, but can you tell us what was that?" Asked Issei to Asia. Zen didn't need to ask since he already knew what was that, and the only reason why he didn't say anything is because there is probably some reason of her using that in normal people, and why she was sent here.

"It's a long story, so do you want to hear it?" Asked Asia, getting nods from both Issei and Zen.

"What you just saw... is a wonderful power granted to me by God." She smiled as her gaze fell down to the ground, a flash of sadness went through those bright green eyes of hers. "Yes... A wonderful...power."

"What do you mean by that, Asia-chan?" Asked Issei, tilting his head a bit, as he rose an eyebrow.

Asia then didn't said anything until after she sat down again on the bench.

"I was abandoned by my parents when I was born, the church told me they found me crying in front of the church in a small European town. That's where I grew up for my first few years of my life." She then smiled as she looked up at the sky. "When I was eight, I found an animal that was severely wounded, and it was close to dying."

Zen know what was going to happen next, but decided not to say anything, and let her say it by herself.

"The older nuns said that all they can do is take care of it until its final moments, saying that it is best when it goes to our Heavenly Father, he will be happier." She then turned her gaze to the two men who was listening to her, and gave them both a smile.

"That night, I went right beside the animal and prayed. I prayed as hard as I can." She held out her hands in a praying manner. "After that, I extended out my hand to the animal's body, so that the holy spirits can touch it, until a miracle happened right in front of them." She smiled as she remembered that time when she heard the animal let out a voice of happiness again.

"These rings suddenly appeared on my fingers as they gave out a faint glow. That's when the elder nuns told me and found out how blessed I truly was." She said as her rings emitted a faint, greenish glow, and then disappeared.

"A few months later, I was then taken to one of the largest churches in Italy, where I was asked to heal illness and wounds of Christians coming from all over the world." She then showed a smile. "I was so happy that power could help so many people."

'Asia...' Issei thought, while Zen only frowned and still, didn't say anything. He felt that there was something bad he was going to hear from this girl. While the old man was kind, behind that lunatic facade of his, Fate simply, is not that kind, after all.

"Then, two years ago, I encountered a man who was fatally wounded. He was near in the church, asking and begging for help." She then clutched her clothes at this point. "I took pity on him and healed him, saving his life in the process."

"It turns out that the man I came across with and healed was... a devil." Issei couldn't help but widen his eyes at shock at this part, while Zen's frown got even darker as he heard her spoke her past to them, a people she just met and she was openly saying it to them, even though this will make her remind some bad memories.

She was, truly an innocent girl, indeed.

"After I healed him, two of the Templars in station were killed and several more we're injured in trying to stop him."

"I can still remember the exact same words they said to me after they realized that was the one who healed that man; 'She can heal devils!', 'She's a witch!', 'A witch that heals devil's!' they say."

Issei, not able to take it anymore, went to hug the fragile, innocent girl in her shoulders as she starts to cry in his chest. 'She is such an innocent girl, and she was dragged in this world without her knowing... Even though she deserved more than what she had gone through...' Issei thought as she rubbed her back, her son not stopping.

"I was then branded as a heretic because of how I have a power to heal devils. Since that day, I was moving from one fallen angel care to another. But, I never stopped praying to God, even after all of these trials." She then smiled as she stared at Issei's face, her eyes still having leftover tears on it. "I will always devote all of myself to Him." She added.

At this point, Zen turned his back from them, not letting them see his current state right now. His right eye was now glowing blue, courtesy of the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, but his left eye was a different story. Instead of a glowing blue, or the normal crimson one, It was now a yellow Iris with a black sclera around the Iris.

His power was still sealed tight, but some of it slipped out of the seal due to the sudden influx of his emotions, and he was long beyond angry, he was furious right now, almost ready to enter 'that' form and just kill everything that made this girl suffer. An innocent girl like her, suffering with no one trying to extend a hand from her, he can only try and bear withit and try let this all out, somehow. And no, not when they are training, or else, he might accidentally kill them.

'That's right. Kill them. Kill them for letting this innocent girl suffer from something she didn't know! Now! Hurry up and unleash me! Go bathe with their blood and slaughter everything on your way! Now, NOW!!' Someone shouted inside Zen's head, and this voice was so familiar to him. He used this voice just a few hours ago, after all.

It was his demonic side that was screaming within his head, trying to take over Zen's body, only for it to be a pointless one. But, since he himself was the embodiment of instinct, it was getting harder for him to ignore what his demonic voice said to him, since it was very alluring to him and he really hated to admit this one. Yes, he really hated it, more than when he his being called a 'monster'.

That voice... It was basically he himself telling him to become 'that' kind of monster once again, the monster that was once feared by the old man above, and...

The monster that was once called 'The harbinger of death'.

'Ashborne...huh...' Thought Zen towards the demonic voice inside his head.

The voice then didn't say anything, as Zen just pushed it back away, together with that thought.

Back to the topic, he was then troubled about her devotion to the old man. It was so strong that maybe when she realized that He was no more, even Zen didn't know if Asia could even recover.

'I'm sorry, Asia but...your prayers didn't reach him, nor it will...' Thought Zen, as he can only grit his teeth silently.

"Don't worry." He said as he turned back to them again, seeing Issei still hugging Asia as she calmed herself down, somehow.

At hearing Zen speak, She turned her head to look at him, as he extended his left hand patting her head, while closing his left eye, not wanting them to look at it.

"I'm sure the old man above heard your prayers. I'm sure..." After saying this, he immediately felt guilty for deceiving this innocent girl, from praying a good that was long no more. Even more, when he saw her face smile at him after saying that.

"Are you sure?" Asked Asia, with a voice full of hope and it made Zen's heart, if he even have one, sank even further after seeing her face and hearing that voice.

But still, he had to do it, for the sake of this girl's sanity. "Yeah, I'm sure of that..." Zen then gave a genuine smile as he proceeded to ruffle her head.

Asia, after hearing that, couldn't help but also show a smile, with Issei also showing a smile towards her.

Zen then realized that he still didn't take a bite to his hamburger. Then he saw Asia gave hers to the boy before he ran away.

Smiling a little, he gave his burger to Asia. "Here, take this." Said Zen, extending his burger towards her as he opened his left eye, now turned back to normal.

"E-Eh? N-No way! There's no way I could take what you were going to eat..." Asia tried to decline, but her stomach then growled, making her blush as she grabbed her stomach, trying to stop it from growling.

At this sight, Zen and Issei gave her a chuckle as Zen then took her hand placed the a burger on it and said. "Here. You don't need to be shy about it, you know. Since you give kindness to others try to accept other's kindness, too. Besides, even if you're refusing, your stomach says otherwise." Zen then patted her head softly as she gave them a smile, with tears now starting to fall from her eyes once again.

"T-Thank you v-very much. I-It has been a long t-time...since someone had been...this n-nice to me, so..." Said Asia, having sobs between them. This made Issei hug her again as she again cried on his chest, with Zen just staring at her with a frown on his face.

After that, they escorted Asia towards the church as she ate the burger Zen gave to her, until they arrived at the front of the church.

As they were standing in front of it, Issei felt something tingling inside his body, getting goosebumps at the same time.

'Why am I having this feeling?' Issei thought.

While he was thinking what was the reason, Issei was then snapped out of his thoughts when Asia thanked them both.

"Thank you for accompanying me here, and also...For hearing my story. It made me a bit better for letting that out, but you probably think that I am a crazy person right now, with me...saying devils and some, right?" Thanked Asia, as she then showed a sad smile, thinking that these two person will also stay away from after this.

But then, she felt like God has given her His Grace after hearing what Zen and Issei said to her.

"No. Although we didn't said it, we are also aware of that part of world, you know." Issei said, making Asia widen her eyes at realization.

"And, what they said to you in the church, about you being a witch, just ignore that." Added Zen, as he gave her a smile. "There's no way you can be that kind of person. After all, we saw it right in front of our eyes, that you helped someone asking for help, you know."

Asia was then about to cry once again, but she stopped it by wiping it off before it fell again. She felt she had cried enough.

"U-Umm, Can you please visit the church, sometimes?" Asked Asia as she was about to enter the church.

Issei, before he could say anything, Zen cut him off as he said to her. "We'll try, if we found some free time." Issei then just smiled and didn't said anything.

After that, Asia nodded at understanding, as she went inside, her back now facing them both.

Issei and Zen also went to go away from the church, only for Zen to stop in his tracks, his Mystic Eyes activating suddenly. Issei only gave him a questioning look as he also stopped in his tracks. He was going to ask Zen what was wrong, but then realized that there was, after he saw Zen's eyes glowing blue.

Issei then saw something in Zen's face that surprised him, Zen's eyes now widened at shock like, he saw something he didn't expected. That's when he decided to ask Zen what was it.

"Zen, why are suddenly surprised?" Asked Issei, as he walked towards Zen.

Zen, hearing Issei's voice took him back to reality as he then saw Issei looking at him in concern.

"No. Nothing's wrong, Issei. Sorry for worrying you." Spoke Zen, but Issei still looked at him in concern as he turned and continued to walk away, with Zen following him.

Zen, deciding to tell Issei what his Mystic Eyes let him saw, calling him as he, once again, stopped on his tracks.

"Issei."

"Hmm, What?"

"...About your contract this coming night, I suggest you to be careful entering through the door." Said Zen, as he stared at Issei with his eyes full of seriousness that Issei flinch a bit.

"What do you mean by that, Zen?" Issei rose an eyebrow at his statement.

"...I'm sorry, but... I can't tell you anything about it. All I can say is that there will be something unexpected that will happen in that time." Stated Zen, not letting Issei ask about it any further.

Issei then recognized this and decided to not pry to it any further. Turning his back towards Zen as they continued to walk away from the church.

"Okay." Was all Issei said to him as they walk away.

Deciding to not ponder about it any further, Issei then asked Zen another question.

"Hey, Zen."

"Hmm, What is it?"

"What is that tingling feeling I felt when we were in the front of the church? I also felt it when I hugged Asia, but..."

"Ah, That is your instincts as a devil when you're in a potential danger. it basically tells you to get away from the places like church, since that is a holy place, which makes you weaker, you know."

"Okay... but what about the one I felt towards Asia?"

"Probably the cross the was wearing in her chest.. That's also a holy weapon, so another one harmful to you." At this statement, Issei only nodded at understanding of what Zen said to him.

The both then stopped at the intersection, where they will go on their own ways. Issei was going to the school to meet his master, Rias and get his other contract. While Zen was going to his home, to see if Kalawarner had woken up and asked her what was the intention of her fellow fallen angels residing in the church.

But before Issei could walk away, Zen said something to him.

"Oh, right. Issei."

"What is it, Zen?"

"After you're finished on your contract, don't go to my house. We have no training for this night, so take it as your rest time." After Issei heard this, He gave a large smile to him. Was it really that torturous his training is?

"Really!?" Shouted Issei, making Zen sweatdrop a little at how happy his face was making right now.

"*sigh* Yeah. I'm only giving this opportunity once, so enjoy it as you can. Tomorrow night, our training will be twofold, so prepare yourself." Issei just cried anime tears as he gave a weak nod, walking towards the school while Zen went to his house.

Although Zen wants his peaceful life a little bit longer, he knew that it was now his time to take a step back to that world, and all of what's left to his peaceful life will be gone in an instant after this coming night.

Well, maybe leaving at least one thing, or two, and it was living inside his house right now, and he was forever grateful to them. That he was sure about.

o-o

And, it was what he was expecting the whole time after the school dismissed.

As Zen opened the door, The first thing he saw in the living room was Kalawarner, sitting on the sofa, his blouse that she used as a blanket neatly folded on her side, watching cartoons together with Kuroka. Although the latter one was currently in her cat form, sleeping on Kalawarner's lap.

"I see you have already wake up, Kali." Zen then made his presence known, making Kalawarner turn her head towards the entrance with wide eyes and saw him. The man who made her fall, the man she admired ever since she was a kid, and the man she loved all of this time.

"Zen!" Shouted Kalawarner, running towards Zen as she hugged him so tight that he almost felt his bones creaking, waking Kuroka on her nap as she fell on the mat, after letting out a surprised meow.

"Are you okay?" Asked Zen to the cat who fell on the mat.

She then went to stretch herself, before saying something to Kalawarner, only for it to fell deaf on her ears.

"Nyaa~. Geez, Nice way of waking me up. And No, I'm not fine. My body still aches from here to there, nya." Replied Kuroka as she rolled her body on the mat after stretching it.

Kalawarner, realizing that she lost the furry feeling on her lap, went to look where did it go. After seeing it rolling on the mat, in which she somehow found it amusing, apologized as she broke her embrace to Zen.

"Oh, Sorry. It was in the spur of the moment that I forgot you." Apologized Kalawarner as she went back to the sofa, picking up Kuroka along the way, as she lay her down again on her lap.

"Haaaahh. Your laps feel good, Kali.it feels like I'm in heaven when I'm sleeping on it." Said Kuroka as she stared at Zen, who was also staring at her, with a cat smirk on her face.

Zen didn't understand why she was staring at her, so he rose an eyebrow to it.

"Is that so? I'm happy that you liked my lap that much." Replied Kalawarner, making Zen wonder when did they get so close when they only met just this day.

"When did you both got this close?" Asked Zen, as he put down his bag on the sofa, just beside the folded blouse as he made his way to the short L part of the sofa to sit down. With everything that happened right this day, along with the fact that his demonic side somehow slipped out of the seal, he really needs to have a rest right now.

It was also part of the reason why he told Zen that they had no training today. He was too stressed right now that if they trained, his other side might take over and kill accidentally one of the people he was currently training on.

"Well, this cat, Kuroka, was it?" Kuroka gave her a nod. "She prepared me a simple dish after I woke up, and explained what did happened after I passed out." Explained Kalawarner.

"After that, we introduced ourselves to each other and then went to have some 'girl talk' as we watch cartoons. Then, you arrived. The end." Added Kuroka, as she then ended the explanation, making both Kalawarner and Zen sweatdrop.

He then realized something along the lines of what Kalawarner said to him, as he rose an eyebrow, while widening his eyes for a little bit. "Wait, she made you a dish?"

"Yeah, is there something wrong about that?"

"..." He stayed silent for a few seconds before speaking again. "Can you tell me what dish did she made to you?"

"She made me a Garlic Egg Fried Rice. It was pretty good, if you ever ask me." Said Kalawarner, giving a smile towards Kuroka, as Kalawarner rubbed her fur smoothly, making Kuroka let out a satisfied meow.

At this point, he widened his eyes completely towards Kuroka, still not believing that she did something out of her Lazy state.

"Really? Are you sure the person who cooked a food for you had a mesmerizing gold eyes, beautiful black hair with an ornately detailed hairband?" Asked Zen, pointing a finger at Kuroka.

Kalawarner couldn't help but let out a chuckle, while Kuroka had a tick on her forehead, and it weren't for the fact that she was now on her Nekomata form, Both Zen and Kalawarner could have seen her face blushing furiously at how Zen described her, even complimenting some of her features.

"Hey! I know I am lazy, but I can make a decent food if I wanted to, FYI, nya!" Shouted Kuroka, as she raised a hand...err...paw, pointing it towards Zen.

Although Zen knew she was angry right now, he couldn't help but also let out a chuckle, like what Kalawarner was doing right now, making Kuroka just pout for becoming a victim of teasing. The thing that she must be the one doing, was now being done at her.

She just stayed silent as she turned her head away from them, making both Zen and Kalawarner chuckle a bit more, much to her embarrassment.

After a few seconds of chuckling, both of them now finally stopped as Zen spoke to Kuroka, but didn't give him a response.

"Sorry, Sorry. I just can't help it, you know. You, making a food to someone you didn't even know. I just can't imagine it."

"..." She didn't spoke anything, still had her head turned away from them as she closed her eyes, not giving a care about what he will say to her. She was expecting to be complimented by him, but she didn't expect him to make fun of her.

Of course, Kalawarner know about Kuroka's feelings towards Zen, that's what their 'girl talk' was about after all, but she couldn't help herself but chuckle and she felt a bit guilty for doing it right now.

"I know that I took it a bit far, but... Thank you.. for looking after Kali for me." Kuroka then widened her eyes as she turned her head towards Zen, who was now crouching down to her height as he patted a hand on her head.

"That's why, as an apology, as well as a thanks, I will make the dish I made this morning, so okay?" Kuroka, at this point, couldn't help but let a drool fall on her mouth as she remembered the bliss she felt when she tasted that fish dish he made just for her.

After thinking about it for a few seconds, She responded.

"...Okay. I forgive you." Kuroka now had a red tint plastered on her cat cheeks, left unseen by both Kalawarner and Zen.

Zen, as usual, just gave her a smile as he sat down on the mat completely, while Kalawarner also smiled at her, as she then continued to rub Kuroka's fur softly, making the said cat smile as she let out another satisfied meow.

After he sat down completely, he then decided to go direct to the point and ask Kalawarner, like what he said to Sona and Tsubaki this morning.

"Hey, Kali?"

"Hmm? What is it, Zen?" Said Kalawarner, looking at Zen as she rubbed Kuroka's fur.

"Can you tell me about something?" Asked Zen, his eyes now serious as he stared at her.

"About what, Zen?" Kalawarner, after hearing the seriousness beneath his voice, along with his eyes, also went to take this serious. It was unusual for Zen to ask her something, even more when he is looking serious about it.

After hearing that, Zen's Mystic Eyes of Death Perception activated by itself, making his crimson eyes turn into a sky blue color, with a violet ring around the pupil. This made both Kalawarner, who already knew this eyes of his ever since when she was till a kid, and Kuroka, who already saw his true form within his world, fliched a little bit as Zen then spoke to Kalawarner.

"It's about the intentions of the fallen angels within this town."

That's the end of the chapter!

*sigh* So, did you enjoyed reading this chapter? for me, I enjoyed writing it. especially, On Asia's part.

At first, I wondered why did the author of the DxD Asia's personality like this, but after writing this part, I finally realized why. Her innocent personality, along with the fact that she became the little sister of the ORC, except for Koneko, I think It's pretty fun writing it, if you ask me.

And yes, I said Zen's name before he got his own name in this chapter, and I want to ask you how was it? it's also the name I've been using as my IGN, so I can't help but use it as the name of the true form of my OC. Anyway, review if you liked it or not.

So, we're getting closer to the conclusion of the Asia arc, and how will Rias react after realizing Zen was also part of the supernatural world? How will Zen's double date turn out? Will Zen also get a familiar? How about, how he will face the certain Phoenix visiting in the school, meeting the Grey-haired Maid in the process? Stay tuned for the next chapters if you want to know.

Last one, Please review so I can update the next chapter faster, please? Although my work now has been piled up, but I'll try to work it out so, please?

With that finished, I'll see you on the next chapter...
