"Alright, she bought it, plan's in motion." Meghan said, pocketing her phone as we pulled into HQ's underground parking garage.

"I'm surprised she did buy it" I admitted. "Usually she'd see right passed that." She shrugged, getting out of our pickup, and grabbing the bags from the bed. I don't know why she wanted to prank Taina by making her think we got actual blood, but I went along with it anyway. I shut the engine off, and stepped out of the truck, helping with the stuff.

"You would think" she said, pressing the 'up' button on the elevator. The doors opened almost instantly, and we found ourselves running into Eliza and Shuhrat.

"Where were you guys?" Eliza asked me.

"Taina asked if Meghan and I could pick up some extra decorations." I summed up. Eliza nodded, peering into the bag.

"Nice" she smiled upon seeing the bag's contents. "Remember; Overboard is the key here." I nodded.

"I know. Probably why Meghan wanted to prank Taina and Gus." Eliza looked at me with knit eyebrows.

"What prank?" she asked.

"She made Taina believe the fake blood we got is actually real blood" I told her. Her eyes widened, but I saw her holding back laughter.

"Oh, she's gonna be pissed when she finds out" Eliza chuckled. I smirked, nodding.

"Yeah, I'll say."

"Eliza! You coming!?" We both turn and see Shuhrat standing by Eliza's Chevrolet Volt, motioning for her to hurry up.

"Gotta run. More decor is to be gotten" She smirked. I nodded as she ran off, turning around after a quick second. "Remember! The more the better!" she called.

"Someone's in the spooky season mood" Meghan noted, assuming position next to me. I nodded.

"Bit too much, maybe" I say, stepping into the elevator. Not a minute later, we entered the indoor training room, only to be greeted by a ticked Gus and a frozen-in-fear looking Taina. "Maybe we went too far?" I whisper to Meghan.

"Agreed" she whispered back.

"You two better have a decent explanation for this." Gus said, folding his arms.

"It was just a joke. The blood is fake…" I trailed off, taking in the room. "What happened in here? Texas Chainsaw Massacre?"

"Not important!" Taina shouted. "Do you guys know how scared I was? How was I going to explain to Six that the fake blood in here wouldn't clean up right, and tell her because it's real!"

"I'm sorry, Taina, it was my fault. I just wanted to joke around a bit." Meghan said. Taina sighed.

"It's alright, idiota. I just wanted you to know how scared I was."

"Wait. You, of all people, were scared?" I smirked. Taina turned to me, death in her eyes.

"Trust me, idiota: there was a lot more at stake" she said in a mildly threatening tone.

"Fair enough." I said, lifting our bag. "Seeing how Halloween is tomorrow, wanna decorate?" We all then pitched in to decorate the inside and outside training areas. The outside area we made into a pretty creepy-looking cemetery, and the inside we turned into a haunted house of sorts. Complete with the fake blood, it looked very real.

"Looks good" Gus confirmed, framing the training course with his fingers.

"Totally" Meghan agreed. "100% over the top"

"Just like Eliza wanted" I chuckled.

"Yeah, she has a festive side to her" Taina agreed.

"Not a bad thing though" Meghan stepped in.

"Totally not" Taina nodded. "She has a pretty playful personality"

"Anyone else think that Shuhraat has something to do with that?" Gus asked. I chuckled, while Taina's eyes went wide.

"...I didn't think of that. Now that you mention it, it seems like that could very well be the case." Taina shrugged, leaning against a wall in the training room.

"Seemed to have the same effect for you and Gus" I shrugged. Gus chuckled.

"Trust me, monsieur, she still can and will knock you senseless." I nervously chuckle, catching a glimpse of Taina's murder face.

"Good to know" I say, quicky making my way over to Meghan. "Well, if we're all set, then Meghan and I will be on our way. We have to get a workout in." I mentioned. Meghan nodded.

"We need one. Sorry we couldn't hang out much longer." Taina laughed, getting up off the wall.

"You two are perfectly fine. Go. Get you're workout in. We'll see you at dinner". We nodded, promptly making our leave. On the way to the gym, Meghan stopped me.

"I'm only gonna warn you once: Don't get on Taina's bad side" I put my hands up in surrender.

"Trust me, babe-" I planted a kiss on her cheek. "-I would never intentionally tick her off" Meghan smiled.

"Good"
