*Prayer of the Refugee - Rise Against Plays*
The camera cut in, focusing on the stage. The pyro went off in a now typical display of excellence. The fans were ecstatic for another episode of Turmoil. The camera soon cut to focus on the commentator's table where Kendrick and Patrick were waiting.
"Good evening everyone and welcome to Tuesday Night Turmoil. I'm Patrick Alston."
"And I'm Kendrick West."
"Now Kendrick, last week gave us the announcement that Evan Windsor would be dropping out of the Extinction Match so he could face The Hunt, and that led to Kokonoe scheduling a match between JD and Carmine Io for the open spot."
"Very true, but JD is still recovering from a minor injury he sustained last week when facing Los Muertos Ingratos with AKECHI. It's going to be an uphill fight for him tonight."
"It'll be interesting to see how he holds up tonight. We've also got a tag match with Nolan Clancy and Southern Pride facing Hazama Clover and The Golden Guns in our main event tonight."
"We've got plenty in store for tonight, so stick around. However we hav-" Kendrick was cut off as another person walked into the camera shot, pulling up a chair next to the other commentators. It was King Lokesh who was dressed very casually, he was also receiving an extra headset from an attendant.
"Don't mind me, I just wanna see what's gonna happen tonight from up close," said Lokesh, focusing his vision towards the stage as the other commentators sat down as music began to play for one of the competitors of the match.

General Brooks made his way out onto the stage and crossed his arms. He soon continued on his way to the ring.
"The following match is scheduled for ONE FALL! Introducing first, from Ciel Violet, Switzerland, weighing in at 331 pounds, "The Stoneheart" General Brooks."
"General Brooks coming off a no contest finish to his match with Evan Windsor in what was a preview for the Extinction Match. King, since you're here, mind telling us your thoughts on General Brooks?" Kendrick asked.
"He's tough. Tough like a brick wall. Beating him is not a simple task. Someone like me, or in this case Nishikawa, needs to take advantage of his main weakness, speed," Lokesh said.
"But we've seen General do some quick moves and athletic feats not befitting a man of his size," said Patrick.
"So? That doesn't necessarily mean that he can move fast," said Lokesh.
General entered the ring now and did his crossed arms pose towards one of the cameras as his music faded.
*Gale/Reppu II from BlazBlue Chronophantasma Plays*
Hibiki Nishikawa made his way out to the stage. He stuck his arm in front and parallel to his body as he ran down the ramp towards the ring. He slid into the ring and asked for a microphone and received one from a ring attendant.
"HELLO EVERYONE! MY NAME IS HIBIKI NISHIKAWA AND I BRING JUSTICE! FOR! ALL!"
As Nishikawa readied himself for the match, someone on commentary had something to say.
"I swear to all the Greek gods, he's the loudest person I've met. He's good in the ring, but he needs to not yell so much," said Lokesh.
"That's not exactly wrong, but it's not really nice to say that," said Patrick, even though Lokesh stopped listening.
Nishikawa was now ready as the bell sounded and the match officially got underway. He and General locked up into a collar and elbow tie up, Nishikawa managing to stand firm and not get overpowered by the larger man. He even managed to take General down with a headlock takedown, flipping 'The Stoneheart' into a seated position with it. Nishikawa got up quickly and gave General a hard Soccer Kick to the back. General felt the force of the kick, but held firm as he began to get up. Nishikawa saw this and looked the larger man in the eyes before sitting down facing away from the man, telling him to return the favor. General stood there confused for a second before he backed himself up, bounced himself off the ropes, and struck Nishikawa with a Soccer Kick of his own. This time Nishikawa held himself firm, though General's kick was far, far stronger than his, and it took him longer to get up as a result. Once Nishikawa was on his feet, General grabbed him and whipped him towards the ropes. Nishikawa rebounded off the ropes and General tossed him high into the air with a Back Body Drop, falling down back first onto the mat with force. Nishikawa felt the air get pushed out of his lungs with that one. General looked down at Nishikawa and crossed his arms.
"General Brooks taking control right now in the early stages with that Back Body Drop, absolute force to launch Nishikawa that high," said Kendrick in amazement.
"Hmm… Interesting. Very interesting," said Lokesh with a more subdued level of awe. He also was writing down notes into a notepad he seemed to have had on his person.
"Penny for your thoughts Lokesh?" Patrick asked.
"Oh no, it's nothing. I'm just thinking about strategy for the Extinction Match. This match is crucial to how I make my gameplan for then."
As General looked down at his now quieted opponent, he leaned in just a bit too close. This meant that Nishikawa was able to surprise him with a kick right into the jaw. With 'The Stoneheart' stumbling back from the kick, Nishikawa kipped himself up back onto his feet and hit a hard kick right into General's chest. The larger man didn't go down easily though and Nishikawa took it upon himself to keep hitting until he did. He rebounded off the ropes and hit General in the left leg with a dropkick, causing him to lose his footing and fall to one knee. Nishikawa popped back up and grabbed General with a side headlock before falling back to DDT him. Nishikawa decided to forego going for a pin attempt, wisely figuring that General wouldn't be put down easily, instead he grabbed General's right arm and applied a Triangle Armbar.
"Bold choice going for the arm here. Personally, I'd go for a leglock of some kind, but maybe Nishikawa's got a strategy I'm not considering right now. It's just that while this armbar is effective, it's usually the strategy of not letting the larger gut have strength in his legs that works. Unorthodox, very unorthodox," Lokesh rambled out.
"True enough, but yeah like you said, Nishikawa probably has a strategy for targeting the arm instead of the legs," said Patrick. Nishikawa kept his grip frim, really applying pressure to General's arm. After some struggling, General managed to work himself into a position where he could stand up. He got his free arm underneath Nishikawa's back and went for lifting him to Powerbomb him back down. However, Nishikawa, ever the aware veteran, immediately broke the hold to prevent this. The way he released the hold allowed him to end up right on his feet which he took advantage of by hitting another stiff kick into General's chest. 'The Stoneheart' held firm though and grabbed Nishikawa by both shoulders before suplexing him, tossing his opponent across the ring with a lot of force. Nishikawa landed back first near one of the corners which General followed in pursuit towards. He stood at Nishikawa's side before leaping and landing a double stomp onto his stomach. You could see the air leave his body from the impact of over 300 pounds land all into the stomach. General dragged Nishikawa away from the corner and to the center of the ring. He began to run the ropes, rebounding off them a couple times and leaping over Nishikawa before rebounding one final time and hitting a splash onto him, making sure to hook the leg for a pin attempt.

2..Kick Out.
General got off of Nishikawa upon the kick out, he still had more he needed to do to put him away. He decided to drag the smaller man up onto his feet as he proceeded to lift him onto his shoulders into a Fireman's Carry. It was clear that he was looking to hit Groundshaker, his Sit-Out Fireman's Carry Powerbomb.
"General is looking for Groundshaker! He's trying to really put this one away and soon," said Kendrick.
"It might not be the killing blow so to speak, but it'll get the job done quicker if it connects," said Patrick in agreement with his usual broadcast partner.
"Retirement must have dulled your attention to detail Patrick. Look at Nishikawa's right hand, he's got it on the top rope," Lokesh said with the tone of someone who knew what to look for from his opponents. Sure enough, Nishikawa had his right hand on the top rope, gripping it hard while General was none the wiser as it was behind the back of his head with the way he had been holding his opponent. General tried to force Nishikawa up into the motion for the Powerbomb part of the move, but found that he somehow didn't budge. As he looked to his right, he saw Nishikawa's right hand gripping the top rope which had given Nishikawa time to work his way out of the Fireman's Carry by pulling himself off of the man's shoulders using the ropes, leaving him on the apron. Nishikawa turned himself around and leapt up to grab General's right arm into another Triangle Armbar, this time hanging it over the top rope for additional leverage to the move.
"Wow, excellent counter by Nishikawa to apply more damage to that right arm of General Brooks," said Kendrick.
"I called it the second I saw his hand on the rope," said Lokesh.
"You must really focus on details then don't you Lokesh?" Patrick asked.
"When you wrestle the way I do, it really only helps you. Every little thing in there requires your full attention. I know that, and if I know that, then someone with as much experience as Nishikawa has to know that, and he definitely knows how to find those details and hide the fact that he knows those details from his opponents."
"That's… actually really insightful into what you do Lokesh. Thanks for that," said Kendrick with extreme sincerity. The referee, seeing that Nishikawa wasn't releasing the hold, began to apply the 5 count with Nishikawa releasing at the count of 3. Nishikawa climbed onto the ring apron and elbowed General, who had been leaning on the top rope, back. General stumbled back as Nishikawa ran towards the corner and ascended to the top rope. He leapt off, hoping to nail General with a Diving Axe Handle, but General instinctively hit Nishikawa with a Lariat with his right arm. It took Nishikawa down, but left a lot of pain shooting through his right arm. He took quite a bit of time to recover from the pain before he closed in on Nishikawa and lifted him up onto his feet. General then went low and drove his shoulder into Nishikawa's stomach as he pushed him into the corner quickly. General then laid Nishikawa on his back on top of the second rope before delivering a couple Knee Lifts into his back and finishing with a Leaping Elbow Drop using his left arm. He dragged Nishikawa a bit out from the corner, but still close enough for what he was going to do next. General walked to the middle of the ring before he ran in and leapt over Nishikawa and onto the middle rope before falling back with another Elbow Drop, this time with his right arm which caused more recoil when he connected the blow into Nishikawa's chest. General took some more time to recover from the pain once again shooting through his arm, but eventually he made his way into a cover on the prone Nishikawa, hooking both legs so as to avoid a rope break.

2..Kick Out.
It would be no secret to anyone that Nishikawa was able to kick out thanks to General not being able to make an immediate cover. General got off of Nishikawa and dragged him into the center of the ring before dragging him onto his feet. He then went to lift his smaller opponent onto his shoulders into the Fireman's Carry position again, but it took longer than normal due to the damage on his right arm.
"General's looking for Groundshaker again! Can he hit it this time?" Kendrick asked. The answer to that question looked for a moment like it would be a resounding yes, but Nishikawa managed to wriggle himself down off of General's shoulders. The way he did this had him climb down the front of General so he could force General down into a Small Package pin.
1..
2..Kick Out.
It took Nishikawa a bit to actually get General's shoulders down with the pin, which allowed General to figure out what was happening and kick out in time. Both men got up from the pin as quick as they physically could. Nishikawa did so first, but General grabbed him into position for a Belly-To-Belly Suplex, which he hit with minimal difficulty. Nishikawa took the landing hard, but through an extreme amount of adrenaline managed to get up right away. General didn't see this happen as Nishikawa was able to nail a hard Leaping Enzuigiri right to the back of General's head. That sent the big man down to one knee, but he recovered quickly and got right up, turned around, grabbed Nishikawa into a front facelock and lifted him high into the air before dropping him down with a picture perfect Vertical Suplex. Nishikawa still was feeling the adrenaline in his veins now as he hit a hard kick into General's stomach before grabbing him into a front facelock and lifted him up into a vertical position with surprising ease. He even held him there before he sent him back down with a Sit-Out Side Slam, or as this move is better known as, Shouten Kai. Nishikawa draped the remainder of his body onto General for a fairly weak cover, but he was getting exhausted.
1..
2..Kick Out.
"Nishikawa hitting a Shouten Kai. Even if it didn't put General away, that's impressive nonetheless," said Patrick.
"Such strength I will agree is very impressive. Even more so given that he stalled before delivering the actual move. Perhaps Nishikawa is now the one with the advantage," Lokesh said, following off of Patrick's thoughts.
"I mean, he and General look worn out from this match so far, one of them has to stay down sooner or later. It's only a matter of time right?" Kendrick asked.
"That's about accurate yes, though that Japanese Puroresu background of Nishikawa seems like something that would give him the edge here. They do like to nail each other with their best and give it right back for over thirty minutes on a consistent basis. I wouldn't be surprised if Nishikawa just wins through pure attrition because of that honestly," said Lokesh. Nishikawa and General both had taken a good bit of time to get back up again after General kicked out of the Shouten Kai*. Once both men returned to their feet, Nishikawa nailed a hard elbow to General's jaw. 'The Stoneheart' took it with a surprising lack of reaction, so Nishikawa hit him again. General didn't react much this time either. He went to try and elbow Nishikawa back, but realized he was going to use his right arm out of instinct, which gave Nishikawa plenty of time to grab his arm and pull it down hard, which Nishikawa made worse by kneeing the elbow joint at the same time. This distracted General enough that Nishikawa was able to hit an Enzuigiri on him which did finally get the larger man to start reacting to his strikes again. General was stunned from that kick, which gave Nishikawa ample time to lift him onto his shoulders into a Fireman's Carry before quickly bringing him back down and delivering a hard kick to General's head. General fell down to the mat from the force of that one.
"He hit the Revenger! This one's all over folks!" Kendrick said with excitement.
"Absolutely. No way General gets up from that," said Patrick in agreement. Nishikawa covered General, hooking both legs for a pin.

3.
The bell rang to signify that the match had ended. The crowd began to cheer as a result of the great performance of both men. Nishikawa rolled off of General and put his right arm into the same position he does for his entrance, though instead doing so from on his back.
"Here is your winner. Hibiki Nishikawa!"
"Hibiki Nishikawa takes care of General Brooks in an excellent match from start to finish," said Kendrick.
"Agreed. They are formidable opponents. Both have shown that tonight. I'll have to factor this into my strategy," said Lokesh.
"Even so, this does mean that Hibiki Nishikawa is going to be taking a good amount of momentum into the Extinction Match. You, General, and whoever else is joining you will need to understand that he's now the man to beat," Patrick said, directing the second part of that statement to Lokesh.
Nishikawa got up and celebrated a bit more while General slowly made his way to the back. Before long though Nishikawa exited the ring, catching up to General and doing what seemed like thanking him for the match as they both proceeded to the back. The camera then cut out.
The camera cut back in somewhere in Pittsburgh. The camera was following Evan Windsor who seemed a bit anxious about everything. Take a wild guess why. He looked down at a piece of paper with what looked like instructions on it that said to go to a specific part of the city, with an address given on it. Windsor found what seemed to be the only place that the address could have referred to. From the outside it looked like a fairly run down looking outdoor storage room. Taking a deep breath, he knocked on the door slowly.
"Please, do come in," said a muffled voice from the other side of the door. Windsor did as instructed and entered the room, which seemed to be pitch black for some reason, he literally couldn't see a thing inside it. He closed the door behind him.
A singular light turned on in the room from the ceiling, like a spotlight almost. Windsor had to take a second to let his eyes adjust. Once they did, he saw a low wooden table, two brown leather seats, and a brown, yellow, and black carpet underneath it all. In the chair that faced towards him was a certain man who loved entertainment. It was Ascher Grey, dressed in a classy looking dark brown suit that seemed reminiscent of the 1920s in it's style.
"Please, take a seat Mr. Windsor," Ascher said, his voice actually sounding like it was being pumped through a 1950s radio filter. He set two short glasses down on the table and pulled out a bottle from under the table. Windsor did as requested and sat down in the only other chair. Ascher began to pour out a pale brown liquid from the bottle into the two glasses, sliding one towards Windsor.
"Care for some scotch? I managed to find a nice import for us to enjoy."
"I don't want to ask for more than I'm about to-" Windsor was cut off.
"Oh no. I insist. This is high quality stuff. Plus I don't like to be the only one drinking, or drinking alone for that matter." Ascher took a sip from his scotch as Windsor decided to do the same. Ascher continued after seeing Windsor drink. "Excellent. That should loosen you up a tad. You needn't be so nervous about this conversation. I already told you I'd hear what you had to ask from your email."
Windsor looked at Ascher for a second before speaking, "Well first, I'd like to ask why go through all this trouble? The scotch, the private location. Actually why do you even have a place like this in Pittsburgh of all places? That's a really odd choice."
"Firstly, I have many places set up like this all over the continent. They're for business related to other things I do for money. Here," he said reaching into his suit jacket before pulling out something and handing it to Windsor before continuing, "my card. The private location was simply because it felt like a better environment to discuss matters with you in, especially given thos Hunt fellows liking to pop up wherever they so please. This is a good deterrent for them finding you. As for the scotch, well like I said, you seemed nervous. Plus, I couldn't exactly bring this into the arena, which is also why we're meeting here." Windsor eyed the card as it said stuff like "Ascher Grey. Member of the Golden Ace Guild. Host of Aces High Radio*. Professional Wrestler." Whatever the hell those middle two things were, he didn't really get it.
"Riiiiight," Windsor said with a raised eyebrow as he took another sip of his scotch. "Anyway, I wanted to ask you if you'd help me face The Hunt at Edge of Extinction? You're one of the few people left who I could really ask given the short notice."
Ascher took another sip of his drink as he pondered the suggestion. He seemed to really be considering it too.
"That sounds lovely. It would be entertaining to join you…" he said. Windsor smiled at this only for it to drop with what Ascher said. "IF you are able to defeat me. This time next week, you and I shall do battle. Win and I'll join your side. You can probably guess what losing means."
"It means I'll be left with one fewer person to ask for help with only two weeks left before the pay-per-view," Windsor surmised.
"CORRECT!" Ascher said loudly before continuing in his normal tone. "But let's save the animosity for next week and enjoy the scotch tonight," he said, pouring more into both cups. The camera cut out as both men clinked their glasses together.
The camera cut back to inside the arena.
"Well, that should be interesting to see what comes of Evan Windsor vs. Ascher Grey next week. For now though we've got another matchup related to the Extinction Match," said Kendrick.
"That's right. Next, we've got 'The Blood Angel' Carmine Io facing off against 'The Jersey Devil' JD for the now vacant spot in the Extinction Match. So let's get to it," said Patrick.
*Destructive Goodwill from Guilty Gear Xrd Plays*
A wall of flames erupted on the stage before JD walked right through them. He seemed to be in good shape after being forcibly removed from the match due to sustained damage to his back. He snapped his fingers and the flames dispelled themselves. He continued on towards the ring.
"The following contest is for entry into the Extinction Match and is scheduled for ONE FALL! Introducing first, from Lakewood Township, New Jersey, weighing in at 212 pounds, "The Jersey Devil" JD."
"JD coming into this match off a loss last week to Los Muertos Ingratos. He didn't take the pin, but he was hurt enough that it left AKECHI on his own at the end," said Kendrick.
"The medical team here at S7W have cleared him for tonight, apparently it wasn't too serious that he couldn't compete, but I've seen this kind of thing before. JD's going to be working at a disadvantage tonight," said Patrick.
"I've not gotten the opportunity to actually wrestle JD so this'll be a good way to plan for him if he wins," said Lokesh. "Though if his back is hurt, I'd guess that Carmine would go out of his way to target it. Actually, that's a fact that he'd do that. We all know he's a bit of a prick."
JD entered the ring and leaned back in a corner, waiting for his opponent.
*All These Things I Hate - Bullet For My Valentine Plays*
Carmine Io now made his way onto the stage as the crowd booed the hell out of him. They chanted at him, derogatively yelling "Edgelord" at him again. Carmine flipped off the audience as he kept going towards the ring.
"And introducing his opponent, from Columbus, Ohio, weighing in at 203 pounds. "The Blood Angel" Carmine Io."
"Carmine Io came up on the losing end the last time we saw him, coming up short against Rhys Hoskins," said Kendrick.
"This really is his last chance for getting near the Heavyweight Championship. If he loses tonight, it's going to be a long time before he can challenge for it again," said Patrick.
"He's a lucky bastard that's for sure. If he wins this tonight though, at least I know I can beat him. I've done it before, I'll do it again," Lokesh said.
Carmine entered the ring and placed his hand over his face as he always had, keeping one eye visible as he leaned back while standing and smirked. He then turned and got in JD's face, firing off some harsh words his way. The referee came in and separated them into their respective corners. Carmine removed his hoodie while JD removed his jacket and tank top, revealing a lot of kinesio tape on his middle to lower back, a clear result from last week's encounter with Los Muertos Ingratos.
The bell rang and Carmine immediately rolled out to ringside, a decision which the fans gave noticeable amounts of boos towards. Carmine nonchalantly flipped them off while JD looked on from the ring. Carmine rolled back into the ring where he looked to make a move, charging at JD, but he was just messing with him as he ran past him, sliding out of the ring while JD gave him a look that screamed, "Could you take this seriously?" Carmine stood there at ringside while JD stared back as they gestured for the other to leave from where they were standing and fight the other. Carmine saw that JD wasn't relenting from his spot, so he turned around and began to walk around ringside, as he turned a corner, he failed to see JD running and rebounding off the ropes. When he did see JD, it was too late as he had dived through the ropes to nail an elbow right in Carmine's jaw, which also sent him right into the barricade.
"Carmine really should've seen that one coming," said Kendrick.
"You really can only waste so much time before your opponent either lets you get counted out or follows you to attack," said Patrick in agreement. JD grabbed Carmine and tossed him back into the ring, entering in right after him. Carmine had rolled onto his feet, but wasn't prepared for JD attacking him with a Flying Forearm. Carmine and JD both popped back up very quickly and both ran towards the ropes in opposite directions, both rebounding off the ropes. When they reached each other again, Carmine had leapt up for a Meteora, but missed as JD had gone to slide underneath the move, meaning Carmine landed hard on his knees. JD had turned himself around with the slide and got up quickly, capitalizing on Carmine missing his move by nailing a dropkick to the back. JD took hold of Carmine and worked him into a Bow and Arrow submission, but he couldn't even keep Carmine in the hold for long as Carmine quickly flipped himself over, putting JD in a pin. However, JD kicked out before there was any need for the referee to count it. Both men got up to their feet again and locked up this time, trying to push each other back. It soon became clear that JD's back was definitely not doing him any favors as Carmine began to push him into a corner. The referee soon started to apply the 5 count, but Carmine backed off to stop the count before he went for a chop to JD's chest. JD ducked under it, letting Carmine instead chop the top turnbuckle before the 'Jersey Devil' grabbed him around the waist from behind, pushing him into the corner hard before rolling him up backwards with an O'Connor Roll for a quick pin.
1..Kick Out.
Carmine kicked out, having realized very quickly what had happened. Both he and JD got up before locking up again. This time JD took control by grabbing Carmine into a front facelock, only for Carmine to react quickly again and push him towards the ropes. JD rebounded off the ropes and ducked under Carmine who leapt over him. Rebounding again, JD leapt over Carmine, who had dropped down this time. Rebounding one last time, JD got caught and flipped into a Hip Toss from Carmine, landing on his injured back while Carmine smirked in amusement as JD struggled to fight through the pain from his weakened back.
"And there it is, I was waiting for when Carmine would go for the back," said Kendrick.
"To be fair, as I'm sure Patrick can attest to, that's something anyone would do in a match. Tape on any area of the body almost always means it's hurt to some degree going in and if it's hurt, that tape may as well be a target painted on that part of the body," said Lokesh.
"Oh definitely, back when I wrestled, that was always something you looked out for. Carmine is definitely using that to his advantage, it's not like he's got anything stopping him from doing so," said Patrick. JD got up and chopped Carmine hard across his chest. Carmine had been so focused on relishing in his opponent's pain that he forgot to actually keep attacking him. Carmine was left unprepared as JD grabbed him and hit him with a Jawbreaker. 'The Blood Angel' fell back after the move onto his back, but JD wasn't going for anything just yet, instead waiting for Carmine to start getting up. Once he did, JD ran towards the ropes, leaping onto them and leaping off them to nail a now standing Carmine with a Springboard Crossbody. JD rolled off him and got right back up to back up a few steps before running in and hitting Carmine's side with a Sliding Dropkick. JD dragged Carmine up to his feet and set him up into position for an STO, or more accurately, to lift him into position for The Advocate. Unfortunately for him, Carmine reacted enough that he blocked the move, elbowing JD with a few back elbows to stop him, then leapt and dropped JD with a Jumping DDT. Carmine looked at the tape on his opponent's back and decided to rip it all off before putting him in a Boston Crab submission.
"The tape was definitely helping JD before, that's gone now," said Patrick.
"The tape was what was keeping it together, any damage to the back from here on is going to be much worse. It doesn't heal the pain, but it does keep it from getting worse, and JD's lost that safety net. Bad, very bad for him," said Lokesh.
"So basically what you're saying is things are going downhill for JD right now?" Kendrick asked rhetorically. JD was struggling in the hold, it clearly taking its toll on his back, but he managed to crawl himself to the ropes to force Carmine to break the hold. Carmine waited until the count of 4 to break the hold before dragging JD back into the ring and hitting a Knee Drop onto the back. Carmine dragged JD up and whipped him towards the ropes before following right after before he could rebound off them, kneeing him in the gut. He then lifted JD so that he was hanging off the top rope. Carmine ran to the other side of the ring and rebounded off the ropes, he was looking to Knee Lift JD in the chest to force him to land back first at ringside. However, JD recovered enough to stop Carmine by sliding backwards so he could stand on the apron and elbow Carmine directly in the jaw. JD leapt onto the top rope before he leapt off it to take Carmine down with a Springboard Blockbuster. JD dragged Carmine up and got him into position again for The Advocate. This time he was able to lift Carmine up and plant him down straight onto his back, successfully hitting The Advocate. JD covered Carmine for a pin attempt.
1..
2..Kick Out.
JD was going to stay on the offensive, dragging Carmine up and tried to lift him by the legs into position for Deadly Sin, but his back gave out a bit, so he couldn't properly lift him up, instead falling onto one knee. JD got back up and decided to just Irish Whip Carmine into a corner, chasing in right after and nailing him with a Clothesline in the chest before grabbing him into a side headlock and attempting a Running Bulldog out of the corner, but Carmine got his wits about him and managed to force JD off him by countering the leap JD was doing to force Carmine down with the Bulldog into a Backbreaker. Carmine rolled JD onto his stomach and kneed him in the head when he tried to get up. Carmine dragged JD closer to a corner, whereby he then climbed to the middle rope before leaping off and nailing JD's back with a Diving Knee Drop. Carmine rolled JD onto his back and covered him with just his foot, a clear lack of respect from him.
1..
2..Kick Out.
"I think the only reason JD took so long to kick out was because of his back," said Kendrick.
"I can relate to that happening during matches I've had in the past. Carmine would've been better off just covering him normally, he might've won if he did that," said Lokesh.
"You're asking Carmine to not be cocky? That's like telling blood to not be red," said Patrick, which got a laugh from both Kendrick and Lokesh. Carmine grinded the heel of his boot into JD's chest for having the audacity to kick out. He then dragged JD up and tossed him over the top rope, but kept him on the apron. He kneed JD in the stomach before climbing onto the second rope, bending down to grip JD around his waist before flipping over and planting JD down onto the ringside mat with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb. Carmine reentered the ring and ordered the referee to start counting.
"Well, that's one way to try and win this match, that Sunset Flip Bomb probably would keep a lot of men down the way Carmine hit it," said Patrick.
"As much as I despise him, he really is talented enough to back up his cockiness," said Kendrick.
"Still though, I have my doubts as to whether that will be the end of this one. JD seems to be a tough one to keep down easy," said Lokesh.
The referee had been counting and was now at the count of 8. JD was only now starting to stir.
9.
10.
11. JD, groggy as he was, started to actually get on his feet.
12.
13.
14. JD tried to enter the ring, but stumbled down onto one knee.
15.
16.
17. JD now rolled into the ring to beat the count.
Carmine dragged JD up upon seeing him reenter the ring, but JD pushed him away as he got to his feet. Incensed, Carmine rushed back in to Clothesline JD, but 'The Jersey Devil' ducked it, causing Carmine to collide with the ropes which JD immediately took advantage of by hooking both of Carmine's arms behind him and hitting him with a Tiger Suplex, bridging into a pin attempt.

Carmine didn't kick out, but he would've kicked out in time if it wasn't for the fact that JD's back gave out during the bridge. Both Carmine and JD got up and JD nailed his enemy with a hard elbow before grabbing him and dragging him to a corner. JD lifted Carmine onto the top turnbuckle, making sure he faced away from the ring. JD climbed into a seated position on the top turnbuckle behind Carmine, making sure his legs were hooked on the ropes before what he had planned next. JD gripped Carmine by the waist and basically German Suplexed him off the top rope, but kept himself hooked on the ropes so he didn't have to worry about his back when Carmine hit the mat.
"That's a smart move from JD, a Spider Suplex a la Togi Makabe. Using it so his back doesn't hit the ground when he hits the Suplex. Outstanding move," said Patrick. JD pulled himself back up into a seated position on the top turnbuckle, but started to perch himself on it as he was about to go for a dive onto Carmine. Carmine was lying on his back after the suplex which left him wide open for JD to dive off the top rope for a picture perfect Frog Splash onto him. JD hit Carmine with the splash hard enough that he bounced off of 'The Blood Angel' and had to scramble back onto him to pin him properly.

2..Kick Out.
JD rolled off of Carmine when he kicked out. Both men took their sweet time to get up, though that's not surprising, they'd basically been going all out on each move this match. Both men eventually got up and they both pushed the other back before they both stepped back in and nailed the other with a hard elbow to the jaw. JD shrugged his off just a bit more though as he grabbed Carmine and tossed him towards the ropes before launching him up into the air off the rebound. Carmine must've been psychic or something though as he countered the launch into a Meteora onto JD. Carmine ran back towards the ropes, expecting, and correctly so, for JD to get up quickly. He rebounded off the ropes and leapt up on JD's shoulders, quickly powering him down to hit another Sunset Flip Powerbomb. JD's back was searing in pain by this point. This being Carmine though, he was going to be sadistic about this as he rolled JD onto his stomach and then climbed to the top rope. Carmine dove off and nailed JD in the back with an elbow drop. He got up and climbed back to the top rope and did a Frog Splash of his own onto JD's back. Carmine got up again and ascended to the top rope again.
"Carmine, this is going too far," said Kendrick.
"He's clearly done, this is unnecessary, just pin him," said Patrick.
"JD can't even stand, this is a new low for Carmine, and I already had low expectations of him to begin with," said Lokesh. Carmine leapt off the top rope and hit a Diving Knee Drop once again to JD's back, then he ascended to the top rope again, facing backwards this time before leaping off and hitting JD's back with a Moonsault. He climbed onto the top rope and stood up before leaping off, being sure to backflip in midair before planting both feet directly into JD's back, or otherwise known as…
"Carmine hits the Blood Angel on JD. Please let that be the end, this is getting hard to watch," said Kendrick. Carmine, mercifully, did choose to end it there, rolling JD onto his back and covering him.

The bell rang to bring it to a merciful end. Carmine stood up and laughed as he celebrated.
"Here is your winner and fi-" Carmine snatched the microphone from the announcer and began to speak.
"I know that you don't want me wasting your precious showtime Kokonoe, so I'll make this quick. You've been giving other people MY rightful chances for the Heavyweight Championship and that pisses me off. So I'll make this clear, I'm winning that Extinction Match, I'm going to use whatever I get from it to get that title, and then I'm going to burn this promotion to the ground until it's nothing but worthless ashes." He tossed down the mic and left the ring.
"How entitled can you be? Well, if you're Carmine Io, the answer is extremely entitled," said Kendrick.
"Tell me about it, and I have to fight him again now. Joy," said Lokesh sarcastically.
"Nonetheless, the final entrants in the Extinction Match at Edge of Extinction are King Lokesh, General Brooks, Hibiki Nishikawa, and Carmine Io," said Patrick.
"Yes that seems to be the case. Well, I'm gonna leave, I've seen what I came for. You both take care now and thanks for having me," said Lokesh who left the set.
"Thanks for joining us. It was actually refreshing to have someone else here to work with, no offense Patrick."
"None taken Kendrick. Now we've still got more on Tuesday Night Turmoil next, but first, we unfortunately have to break away from the show for a commercial break, but stick around, we've still got more to come tonight." The camera then cut out.
The commercials passed by, wasting everyone's time to show things no one actually gives a shit about.
The camera cut back in on the stage where music began to play.
*Howlin' For You - The Black Keys Plays*
Tracey Pearson walked out onto the stage and down the ramp. He was dressed in some jeans and sneakers with a baseball style jersey on with his last name written across the front. The jersey was black and yellow, just like the jersey for the local Pittsburgh Pirates. He had a microphone in hand.
"Tracey Pearson wasn't scheduled for a match tonight, but I guess he must have something to say given that he's holding a microphone," said Kendrick.
"Absolutely. I'm sure it's got something to do with his match against Rhys Hoskins at Edge of Extinction as well," said Patrick.
Pearson entered the ring and did his taunt for the cameras before his music faded out so he could speak.
"Alright. So there's a few things I want to say before we get to Edge of Extinction and it all relates to my match against Rhys Hoskins," he started. The crowd booed at the mention of Hoskins' name. "Wow, would've thought you'd be nicer on him. Anyway, this has been a good stretch for me and sure, I haven't been able to be on television consistently. That's fine though, everyone who's been paying attention knows that I'm on a roll. I've got a statement of a win over Gordeau Pierce and before that I had that classic against Adrienne Huxley. What's Hoskins got? A win over a guy who he only ended up facing because he lost a tag match? Cool. That's what he did last time before that. Hoskins doesn't really phase me actually. I don't think he actually has it in him to beat me unless things get extreme. And another thing-" Pearson was cut off as the target of his ire decided to make himself known.
*21st Century Schizoid Man - King Crimson Plays*
Rhys Hoskins entered out in shorts, sneakers, and a t-shirt. He didn't even see the need to go down the ramp, instead asking for a microphone as he sat down on the stage, leaning back as he did so. Eventually he got a mic and he decided he was going to defend himself.
"Pearson. I get it. In fact you've said it loud enough for the dumbass yinzers* here tonight to understand that you don't think highly of me. Thing is, your opinion couldn't be any less important to me. Same goes for the so called fans who don't know a damn thing about what I do to be the best in S7W. You better believe that in a couple of weeks, I'm going to lay you out and there's nothing you can do to stop me." Hoskins got up and turned around to leave but…
"Those are some bold words coming from a guy who couldn't be bothered to at least come down to the ring and look me eye to eye when he makes a statement about how he'll beat me," Pearson said with spite in his voice to Hoskins. Hoskins turned back around and started walking to the ring. "Ooooo. He's mad because I told him the truth. You're only coming into the ring because I hurt your ego. I'm right aren't I?" Hoskins entered the ring and glared right at Pearson. He spoke into his mic.
"I'm really going to enjoy making you suffer at Edge of Extinction Pearson. I really am. Because of that, I'm going to make you scream for mercy," Hoskins said this with complete seriousness and in a much lower tone. It was almost horrifying how quickly he shifted in tone, it actually even managed to unnerve Pearson a bit, not that he showed it.
"Except you don't have your safety net. This isn't going to be a No DQ match. As I said, I don't think you can beat me without those circumstances in place. If I recall correctly as well, last time you and I were in the ring, you lost to me and General and you took that anger out on your partner that night a couple weeks after the fact. You and Carmine lost and you basically did the same thing albeit you were more in the right in that case. Again. You're not beating me in a normal match."
Hoskins chuckled before speaking in a very casual tone. "Oh. That's funny that you mention that match. You mean the first main event of Turmoil where you let General do most of the work while you got the pin at the end, and not even on me? You must have low standards for what you call actually beating me." His tone shifted back to the serious one. "As for Carmine and Vanderfleet. Me facing them in a No DQ match was a mercy to them. Had it been a normal match, they wouldn't have had the chance to use weapons to try and stop me. You won't get that mercy. I'm going to show you the purest form of pain, pain you won't be able to stop by just cracking a chair onto my chest."
"That threat must be like your 'mystery partner' from a few weeks ago because you've yet to actually show any of us any proof that it's true. The way I see it…" Pearson tapped his fist lightly onto Hoskins' cheek. "It's going to take just one good punch to take you down." Hoskins smirked at that before grabbing Pearson's fist and pulling him in to nail him with the microphone. That stunned Pearson enough for Hoskins to leap on the middle rope and knee him right in the face to hit the Hyde Effect on him. That put Pearson down by which Hoskins grabbed his mic off the ground and spoke seriously again, crouching down and looking down at his soon to be opponent.
"And the way I see it, it'll take just one good knee strike to your head to take YOU down. Rest assured, I will make sure that you're left beaten from what I do to you. And you WILL be screaming." Hoskins tossed the mic down and exited the ring as Pearson started to sit up while his music played. Both men stared each other down before the camera cut out.
The camera cut back in at the interview area with Celica waiting, microphone in hand.
"Well, I'm curious to see how that matchup will turn out between Rhys Hoskins and Tracey Pearson, but now, please welcome my guest. Preston Drake." Preston Drake walked into the frame. "Now Preston, you've requested this time to talk for why exactly?" Preston spoke with a very clear British accent and a fairly deep pitch to it.
"Well you see Miss Mercury, I felt as though letting the audience know what I have in mind for my time in S7W would be the best way to explain… Well… Let's call this my mission statement for S7W. You see, I've been looking for some new rivals to do battle with as well as perhaps renew an old rivalry as well. Most of all though, I sought to face the so fabled 'Lesser Trinity of New Japan'. You know them all as AKECHI, Hibiki Nishikawa, and Hazama Clover."
"I'm not sure I follow what you mean," Celica said, unsure of what the Brit was talking about.
"Ah well, there's this old idea that there's always three men of a generation in New Japan that are above the rest, like Chono, Mutoh, Hashimoto, or Okada, Omega, Naito. Those trios. Those three, AKECHI, Nishikawa, and Clover were christened as the 'Lesser Trinity' thanks to their skill being overshadowed by three even better wrestlers than them, but still greats in their own right. I was sadly never able to face them thanks to being a junior heavyweight. However, when Miss Kokonoe gave me an offer to join S7W, I took it because I knew that I'd get to finally, PROPERLY, fight them like I wanted to in Japan," said Preston with a lot of determination in his voice.
"You mentioned an old rivalry that you wanted to renew here, may I ask who that person is?" Celica asked inquisitively.
"Ah yes, well you already know them, or her more specifically. She knows exactly why I'm out to get her though. Even a so-called god like her can't run forever. Isn't that right Adrienne? Soon, you'll have to fight me one on one. And I can't wait for when that day comes. I take my leave." Drake walked off the set as the camera cut out.
The camera cut back in at the commentary desk where Patrick and Kendrick were waiting.
"Well, curious to wonder what Preston Drake could have against Adrienne Huxley, but that's not important right now. We've got a main event for everyone to watch," said Kendrick.
"That's right, as we said earlier, tonight's main event… Wait a minute…" Patrick checked his notes. "SHIT! WE FORGOT TO SAY WHAT THE MAIN EVENT WAS!"
"Goddammit! I knew we forgot something. Ok, let's just check what the main event is…" Kendrick checked his notes to see what the match scheduled happened to be. "Alright so it's Hazama Clover and The Golden Guns facing Nolan Clancy and Southern Pride in tag team action. How'd we let THAT slip our notice?" Kendrick asked his colleague.
"OH, you know what? It's because of King Lokesh joining us before we could read off tonight's matches at the start of the show, he distracted us."
"Got it, it's all his fault."
"Completely his fault. Anyway, let's get to this main event."
*Country Song - Seether Plays*
Southern Pride made their way out first, both Braxton Miller and Trevor Forsyth did their little flex taunt before their music cut out.
*Sunday Rain - Foo Fighters Plays*
Nolan Clancy made his way out, detonator device in hand, S7W World Heavyweight Championship slung over his shoulder. He walked in between both his partners and pushed the button on his device, setting off pyro from behind all of them which looked amazing on camera. All three men then proceeded on their way to the ring.
"The following contest is a 6-Man Tag Team Match and is scheduled for ONE FALL! Introducing first, the team of Braxton Miller and Trevor Forsyth, Southern Pride, and the S7W World Heavyweight Champion 'The Detonator' Nolan Clancy."
"Patrick, this tag preview is going to be a clash between the champions and their challengers. Who would you say has the edge for this match?" Kendrick asked his broadcast partner.
"I mean, Clancy not only has a win over Clover in singles and tag action, but he's also the champion with a lot of momentum on his side. Not only that, but the Golden Guns aren't a well seasoned team like Southern Pride, even if they ARE the ones who have the tag belts and Southern Pride are simply challenging for them."
All three men entered the ring with Southern Pride doing their taunt while Clancy pressed the button on his detonator to set off pyro above the ring. Southern Pride removed their jackets, Clancy removed his t-shirt as his music faded out.
*Loose Change - Royal Blood Plays*
Dario Pastrnak and Stephan Kriggs made their way out, their tag belts slung over their shoulders. They pointed a single figer gun each down towards the ring before, 'firing' the gun. They both continued towards the ring.
"And introducing their opponents, they are the S7W Tag Team Champions, Dario Pastrnak and Stephan Kriggs, The Golden Guns."
"There doesn't seem to be much team spirit between the Golden Guns and Hazama Clover," said Kendrick.
"I assume you're referring to the fact that Clover isn't entering with them. You have any theories as to why?" Patrick asked.
"Probably to do with that match Kriggs and Clancy had a couple weeks back. Remember, Clover stopped Dario from interfering near the end of the match which helped Clancy get the win. That's gotta be part of it at least."
Dario and Kriggs entered the ring and directed their finger guns taunt towards one of the cameras as they got ready for their partner to enter.
*Gluttony Fang II from BlazBlue Chronophantasma Plays*
Hazama Clover made his way out as he did his hand on the chin taunt before he continued towards the ring.
"And introducing their partner. From Virginia Beach, Virginia, weighing in at 237 pounds, Hazama Clover."
"Clover looks ready for this match, probably looking for a win so he can get some momentum heading into Edge of Extinction," said Kendrick.
"It's kind of a necessity for him at this point, he and his former student, Adrienne Huxley, lost to Clancy and the debuting Preston Drake last week. Having momentum this close to the pay-per-view is crucial," said Patrick.
Clover entered the ring and 'played' his metaphorical violin to the hook of his theme for the crowd before he removed his jacket, tie, dress shirt, and tearaway slacks. He readied himself in the corner, intent on facing down Clancy to start tonight. Clancy nodded as he let Southern Pride start on the apron. The Golden Guns began to bicker with Clover to let one of them start, but were ignored, so they begrudgingly went onto the apron.
The bell rang and both Clancy and Clover locked up with Clover taking control and doing a standing switch to move behind the champion. He pushed Clancy away, lightly swiping his hand over his hair, messing it up a bit. Clancy turned around and chuckled a bit as Clover smirked and shrugged at him. Clancy's smile dropped quickly as he then gave Clover a stiff slap to the face. Clover reacted to it well enough, keeping his smirk on his face as he turned back to the champion. He then looked for a slap of his own, but stopped short of making contact, which Clancy didn't flinch at, but Clover did turn his palm down and patted Clancy on the shoulder as he chuckled to himself and then nailed a hard elbow into Clancy's face. He nailed another elbow, then another, to force Clancy onto the ropes. Clover backed away for a clean break before the ref's count began. Clancy went right off the ropes going for another lockup, but got caught into a front facelock by Clover, who then quickly snapped him up and planted him with a very quick Snap Suplex. Clover brought 'The Detonator' back up and decided to hook his arms behind him before suplexing him again with a Tiger Suplex that he bridged into for a pin attempt.
1..Kick Out.
Clover and Clancy both got up from the pin and began to nail the other with elbows at the same time, almost like Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens would with punches. Clancy looked to gain the advantage when he hit Clover with the hardest elbow he possibly could. He ran back to the ropes and rebounded off them, going for a move that would have required him to grab Clover, but he couldn't as Clover went low and dropkicked Clancy's left leg out from under him. Clancy fell to the mat, clutching his leg which was still a bit hurting from last week. Clover moved in and stomped on his left thigh before dragging him near his corner and applying a Heel Hook to his left leg.
"Clover is keeping Clancy in check by working the left leg. He must have assumed that Clancy wasn't at 100% from last week," said Patrick.
"If that's the case, then Clover is giving himself something to work with heading into Edge of Extinction," said Kendrick. Clover reached one arm up for a tag which was met by Dario who decided to make his presence known, stomping down on Clancy's chest repeatedly while he was stuck in the hold. Clover broke the hold, leaving things in Dario's hands for now. As Clover got up he mouthed to Dario, "Work his leg." When he got onto the apron, Clover told the same to Kriggs for when he entered the match. Both Dario and Kriggs rolled their eyes in response, but they decided that they should humor Clover at least. Dario dragged Clancy into the center of the ring and hit an Elbow Drop on the left leg of Clancy. Dario then decided to gloat a bit before grabbing Clancy by the head, who countered this into a Small Package pin.

2..Kick Out.
Dario kicked out in a panic as he nearly lost the match right then and there. Kriggs looked at him from the apron and gave his partner a sarcastic thumbs up. Dario rolled his eyes as he got up, not seeing that Clancy had also gotten up by this point. He turned around and was given a hard slap courtesy of the heavyweight champion who then grabbed Dario and hit him with a Powerslam*. Dario rolled onto his feet and got caught into Clancy's next attack, which was a standard Backbreaker. Clancy brought him up to his feet before grabbing him by the wrist and Irish Whipping him to the ropes, which he followed right after to drive his knee into Dario's stomach before taking him down again via a Hip Toss. Clancy dragged Dario to his team's corner before he tagged in Braxton Miller. Clancy held Dario in place from behind as he let Miller nail several hard chops across Dario's chest. Clancy pushed Dario towards Miller who then immediately tossed Dario overhead with a Released Belly to Belly Suplex.
"Clancy managed to take control and set Braxton Miller up in a good spot to keep that control," said Kendrick.
"It's a good position to be put in, but let's see if Miller can stay in control," said Patrick. Miller dragged Dario up to his feet before lifting him up and planting him back down with a Spinebuster. Dario was dragged up once more for the purpose of being tossed towards the ropes and being launched up and caught by Miller before being thrown back with a Fallaway Slam. Stephan Kriggs entered the ring and dragged his partner towards their corner before getting back onto the apron to tag himself into the match.
"And Stephan Kriggs now entering the match to stop his partner from sustaining any more damage," said Kendrick. Braxton Miller looked like he was going to go and lock up with Kriggs, but decided instead that he wasn't going to give him the satisfaction and decided to tag in the other half of Southern Pride, Trevor Forsyth. Kriggs had a smile on his face that dropped the second Forsyth entered. He glanced at Clover, who was still on the apron but hopped off of it. He mouthed to Kriggs, "He is YOUR challenger. I am not softening him up for you.*" Kriggs heaved a heavy sigh as he turned back to Forsyth who had run at him and knocked him down with a Shoulder Tackle. Kriggs fell down, but grabbed the bottom rope, telling Forsyth to back off so he could get up, which the referee seconded as it was technically a rope break, albeit not one from a submission. Kriggs got up and told Forsyth to back off so he could prepare, getting a lot of boos in the process. He flipped off the crowd before properly being ready. Kriggs ran at Forsyth and hit him with as hard of a Clothesline as he could, but Forsyth barely budged. Forsyth then grabbed Kriggs and lifted him into position for a Vertical Suplex, but Kriggs slipped down behind the larger man and went low to Chop Block him behind the knee. Forsyth did feel that and he went down to one knee, whereby Kriggs ran from behind and hit Forsyth with a Bulldog to take him down, face first, onto the mat. Kriggs then backed up again and hit Forsyth in the head with a Sliding Dropkick. He got up to his feet and basked in the boos of the crowd.
"He may be scum of the Earth, but he is probably the best counter based wrestler in the world today," said Patrick.
"Plus, he's arguably the fastest wrestler on the roster, which more than makes up for the fact that he's basically made of glass when he gets hit," said Kendrick. Kriggs realized that the only way he would be able to properly damage Forsyth was to keep him on the ground as much as possible so he made sure to knee him as hard as he could in the head before the large could get back to his feet. Kriggs got onto the middle rope and went for a Diving Elbow Drop, which connected. Kriggs covered Forsyth for a pin attempt.
1..
2..Kick Out.
Kriggs got launched a bit up from the kick out, which really did not give him good faith that he could beat Forsyth on his own. He grabbed at Forsyth's arm and tried to work him into position for a DDT, but Forsyth reversed that, lifting Kriggs up and slamming him down with a Sidewalk Slam. He grabbed Kriggs by the waist and deadlifted him back up before slamming him down with a Belly-To-Belly. Forsyth called for Miller to enter the ring as he turned Kriggs over and applied a Sharpshooter to him while Miller put him in a Crossface at the same time. It wasn't going to win the match, but it was going to definitely put Kriggs in a lot of pain. Dario had recovered by this point to which he entered the ring to break Miller's hold. However, Clover entered behind and told him to focus on the legal man, Forsyth, lest Kriggs tap out. Dario nodded as he understood Clover's strategy here. He and Clover both went over to Forsyth and they began chopping the large man in the chest several times. Forsyth didn't budge despite the pain so Clover told Dario to back away before he finally broke the hold by kicking Forsyth right in the head.
"Oh that's a good save to get Kriggs out of at least one of the holds," said Kendrick.
"And smart of Clover to go for the legal man in Forsyth so that in case Kriggs tapped after stopping one of the holds, it wouldn't result in the match ending," said Patrick.
"That is a play I remember Southern Pride using to great effect back on the indies, baiting the opposing team into taking out the non-legal man first, but you have to wake up pretty early in the morning to pull a move like that on a veteran like Hazama Clover and succeed." Nolan Clancy decided to finally reinsert himself into this match by attacking Dario with an elbow to the back of the head before turning him around and planting him with an Exploder Suplex. He and Clover then began to exchange elbows to the head whilst Kriggs slowly tried to pry his way out of Miller's Crossface, Forsyth and Dario were just laying on the mat at this point. Kriggs did manage to break free of the hold and he got up and planted Miller with a Spinebuster. Clancy tried to take down Clover with a DDT, but Clover pushed him away. Clancy turned to Kriggs who he grabbed and planted with another Exploder Suplex. He and Clover both then retreated to their corners and stuck their hands out for the hot tag as both Kriggs and Forsyth crawled to their corners. Both men made the tags, making Clancy and Clover the legal men in the match again. Both men collided with each other and again began to just nail the other with elbows.
"Again with the exchanges of elbows. These two are gonna break their arms as much as they've done this tonight," said Kendrick.
"Nah, it's all in good fun, and in proving who's tougher. I wouldn't be surprised if we see stuff like this between them in their championship match in a couple weeks," said Patrick. Both men hit one final elbow before stopping. Clancy went and tried to put Clover in position for the Blast Protocol, only for Clover to push him away. Clover ran and leapt up at Clancy, planting him with a Leaping DDT. Clancy got right back up though and hit Clover with an Exploder Suplex to complete hitting all three of his opponents with it. He grabbed Clover and brought him up before planting him down again with a Facebuster. He waited for Clover to get up before kicking him in the stomach and then lifting him into position for a Powerbomb. He sent Clover down with force with a Sit-Out Powerbomb that he kept hold of for a pin attempt.
1..
2..Kick Out.
Clover kicked out, but Clancy wasn't finished yet. He brought Clover up and then lifted him onto his shoulders in a Fireman's Carry. He then planted Clover with a Death Valley Driver. Clancy then just waited for Clover to get back up to hit him with the Blast Protocol. As Clover got up, he moved in, but Clover pushed Clancy away and towards his corner, which resulted in Miller, who had been waiting in the corner by this point, to get tagged in. Miller entered the ring, figuring he might as well finish what Clancy started at this point. Miller went in and chopped Clover across the chest before going for a no nonsense punch to the head. Clover caught it though, to Miller's shock, and he began to twist the arm before dragging him around the ring before flipping over his back and planting him back first with the Cloverfield. Clancy entered the ring, attempting to stop Clover from going for his finisher, but Dario and Kriggs also entered the ring and took him down with a Two-Man Hip Toss. Dario grabbed Clancy into a Full Nelson while Kriggs waited and then Superkicked Clancy, followed by a Dragon Suplex to Clancy from Dario, otherwise known as…
"The Golden Guns with the Golden Bullet to Clancy! That might keep him out of this match for a while!" Kendrick said. Forsyth tried to stop the Golden Guns from this, but didn't make it in time. The Golden Guns though saw him coming and they hit him with Superkicks in stereo. Clover glanced over to his partners and nodded in approval as they got Clancy and Forsyth out of the ring. Clover went for the stomps to Miller's head, but he had enough time to recover to roll away. Clover was not amused and he grabbed Miller and hit him with a German Suplex. He then brought him up again and crossed Miller's arms, hitting him with a Straightjacket Suplex. He then brought Miller up again and crossed the arms again, hitting him with a Straightjacket DDT. Clover then did his right arm only version of his pose.
"Clover's going to end this if he can hit those stomps," said Patrick, knowingly. Sure enough, Clover hit the stomps, about ten stomps before bringing Miller onto his knees, walking past him, and then running back and superkicking him in the back of the head. Clover rolled him over and covered him.

The bell rang to end the match as the Golden Guns reentered the ring to celebrate with Clover. Clover brushed them off as he exited the ring and grabbed the championship belts from ringside, handing the tag belts to Dario and Kriggs while he kept a hold of the heavyweight one.
"Here are your winners. Stephan Kriggs and Dario Pastrnak, The Golden Guns, and Hazama Clover."
"Well, Clover and the Golden Guns pulling out a win tonight. Less issues than I expected from them honestly," said Kendrick.
"Clover believes in winning above all else, he wouldn't sacrifice a match out of spite. The Guns are absolutely the same way judging by this match's result," said Patrick.
Clover walked over to Clancy and he let the champion look up at him before Clover laid the belt in front of the "Detonator". The two stared down at each other before Clancy said to Clover, "You didn't beat me to win and you know it." Clover smirked before he answered back, "True, but things will not go as smoothly as before for you." He walked off while the Golden Guns kept celebrating in the ring. Forsyth glared at the tag champions from outside the ring, seething in anger.
"Nonetheless, this has been another great show for us. I'm Kendrick West, and for my broadcast partner, Patrick Alston, we'll see you next time on Turmoil."
The final shot of the episode saw Clover walking off before it cut to Clancy glaring at him from ringside. Then the camera cut out.
Note Points
*I would like to preface that the Shouten Kai is basically Nishikawa's signature. Well, one of several, just like one of the men I based his style on, Hirooki Goto.
*It's related to a different story I'm doing, wholly unrelated to wrestling, but Ascher is part of that story so I thought it'd be a nice touch. Don't read into it much, it seriously isn't relevant to the actual course of S7W in any way.
*Common term for referring to a longtime resident of Pittsburgh, sometimes used as an insult like it is here.
*The one like Randy Orton does, not the Braun Strowman over the shoulder one.
*Clover didn't enjoy being teamed with the Golden Guns, so he decided to have some fun at their expense despite teaming with them.
