Pinkie's age is around 19. Season 9: 23. After 6 years, 29.

Fluttershy's 20 or 21. But I'd say 20. Season 9: 24. After 6 years: 30.

Rainbow Dash's 20 for a while. Season 4: 21. Season 9: 24. After 6 years: 30.

Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle are 7 years old. Season 9: 11. After 6 years: 17.

Human Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle age around 11 years. 12 by the end of MLP EG. After 6 years: 18.

Human Twilight: 18 years. End of series: 19 years. After 6 years: 25.
