F3: Hello everyone and welcome back. Things appear to be getting interesting as Ozpin has revealed himself and why he needs AMLTs help. RWBY is the property of Rooster Teeth and Monty Oum (R.I.P). Also Team SPIR, Melanie Tora, and Ophelia Sorrel are owned by me while Senka Linwood is owned by MountainKing312 and Diana Mirai, Akane Shidou is owned by Decode9. With that said Let's Get Started.

Volume 3-18: AMLT's Battle.

Roman was currently looking around without getting himself spotted by anyone as he made his way to his destination. Even though he didn't particularly like this idea he couldn't risk having his girls get hurt or worse killed because of something he knew he could avoid.

He stealthly went about as he made his way to the storage area of the arena. Once he got into the storage area he noticed plenty of supplies were getting moved mainly food supplies for the festival that are being transported down below. He carefully looked around and noticed a supply ship had just finished unloading its supplies.

Roman smirked as he carefully and stealthly got into the empty supply ship. The lift closed sealing whatever was left inside as it began to head back to its origin.

"This had better work." Roman whispered as he for now had to do was wait till he arrived at his destination.

It didn't take him long till he arrived as he could feel the supply ship slow down as it came to a complete stop but as the hanger door opened. However instead of being met with any workers their were actually robotic arms and their were a lot of them. He casually stepped out of the airship as the robotic arms got to work loading in more supplies.

This made him curious as he went to check out the cockpit to see if their was a pilot but to his surprise their wasn't any just the controls of the ships.

"A controlled autopilot. That's something you don't see everyday." He said to himself.

He began looking around the ship seeing that it was all being controlled without any humans on board which did creep him out a little but he proceed onward.

"This has to be a big ship. Must be one of the main ships." He said as he began to look around.

After about ten minutes looking around the ship he noticed a strange door that said rescrited area.

"Hm wonder what this area is?" Roman questioned as he took something out of his trench coat and pulled out a decoding device and attached it to the door electrical pad. Almost in seconds the door was unlocked as the door opened.

What he saw immediately made him worry. There were at least thirty if not forty robotic soldiers that were all combat ready but they were currently in shutdown so they weren't any threat at least not yet anyway.

"Talk about having time on your hands general." He said as he closed the door and walked away. After about ten minutes of looking further he eventually found the main controls for the ship and just like the rest of the ship was being controlled automatically.

"Guess I should hang here for a while." He said as he took a seat in the cockpit.

However his scroll buzzed meaning that someone was calling him.

He groaned as he answered it "Yeah. What do you want?"

"I take it your on the ship." Cocos voice rang out.

"Yes I am." Roman said.

"Good. Now all you have to do is wait. You know what'll happen if you disobey me." She threatened.

Roman took in a breath "You know... you'll never susceed in whatever plan you have." He said.

"We will see Roman. It'll be glorious chaos once this is all over and I'll have you to thank for it." Coco said.

Before he could retort the line went dead. He knew whatever plan she had wasn't going to be good for anyone.

Meanwhile back at the arena the crowd was getting hyped as the next match was getting set as Team AMLT had arrived on the battlefield.

"Ladies and gentleman thank you for your patiancts but now let us begin with the next match of the first round." Port announced as the crowed cheered.

"First up. From Haven Academy Team Amulet!" Oobleck announced.

"Looks the the crowd is really hyped up for this match." Akane replied.

"Yeah but look at our opponents." Senka added.

The group looked across the battlefield and there opponents looked ready to battle.

The first girl is seventeen years old wearing a black and white sleeveless zip up crop top with the lower half being white while the top half where her chest is black. Near the neck is a red cross that keeps her hoodie intact. She hads light gray hair with her left eye being gold and her right eye being red. She wears a black skirt with gold trimming along with black stockings. Connected to her left stocking is a small brown pouch. She wears black arm warmers with silver crosses on the top along with four white diamonds on the bottom with a silver streak going up them.

Under the hoodie is a pair of light gray panther ears. In her hand is what appears to be a multi barreled pistol but modified with a magazine of a machine gun.

The second girl is about the same age but looked like she was ripped out of a ninja story. She has dark pink hair with a small off centered ponytail with dark pink eyes as well. She wears a long red scarf around her neck. Her outfit is a black sports bra with a small opening revealing the center of her cleveage with a fishnet underneath it.

She wears a black skirt with red hip guards on each side along with a single red wrist guard on her right arm. She wears long black stockings with a red ribbon attached to them that also has three kunais. She is currently holding a long curved dagger with a rounded guard with spikes on it along with a hook at the end of the blade.

The other girl next to her is about one year older than the team. She has long blonde hair which is tied into an off centered ponytail tied with a red bow. She also has dark red eyes. Around her neck is a red scarf just like the other girl. She wears a black backless dress complete with a frilled skirt that reaches above the knees. In the center of her dress is a blue ribbon. On her wrists are black fingerless gloves.

In her right hand appears to be a long bladed katar like weapon.

The four person is around seventeen years of age with long flowing light red hair with soul piercing red eyes. She wears a dark red tank top that exposes the stomach with a bright yellow ribbon in the center and a match dark red skirt that only reach to her mid thighs with blue highlights on the pleats with a black belt around the skirt with a silver circular buckle. Under the tank top is a small blue belt that wraps just under her breast.

On her arms are detached sleeves that are open at the upper arms but attached by a black strap and buckle. Her leg wear consists of grey over the knee socks and dark red boots that match her tank top.

However a most distinctive feature is a pair of bat wings sticking out of her back with a red undercoat on the wings. In her hand seemed like a double bladed halberd.

She a seductive look to her face as she examined Akane and her team.

"They look very cute but which one should I pick." The bat faunus said only to recieve a smack to the back of her head from the blonde.

"Easy their Lacy. We wait for Poppi's orders." The blonde simply stated.

"Oh your so mean Vixie. I can't ever have any fun." Lacy replied as she pouted.

The dark pink haired girl only stared at her "Wait for orders." The dark pink haired girl stated.

"Marina, Vixie stop picking on Lacy." Poppi replied as the two immediately stopped.

"And from Atlas Academy. Team PRRS (Polaris)." Port announced the team.

"So that's team PRRS huh. They seem pretty tough." Akane replied.

"As long as we stick to our strategy we'll be fine." Senka said as she readied her sword.

Meanwhile at the festival they were brodcasting the match as Star, Pepper, and Iona looked on.

"Another Atlas team. This'll be good." Star said.

"Looks like it. What do you think Iona?" Pepper asked but didn't get a response immediately.

"Um... Iona." Pepper said again as he looked at her teammate and that Iona was holding a harsh glare at the other team more importantly two of their members. Vixie, and Marina.

"Hey you okay partner you're starting to creep me out a little here." Star said but Iona kept her gaze on the two.

"Those two. They're going to have a hard time keeping up with them." Iona replied as if she knew the two.

Back at the arena the two teams were waiting for the match to start.

"And now for the battlefield." Oobleck announced as the dials began to rotate. The first dial stopped on a picture of a tree and the second dial a picture of a tear drop. On Poppis side appeared a large forest area while Akane's side had a large pool area with a old pirate ship in it.

The buzzer rang out for the signal to start the match. Almost immediately Poppi and her team retreated to the forest.

"And it looks like Team PRRS plan on using the forest to their advantage. Clever move." Oobleck replied.

"After them but be careful." Akane said as her and her team chased after their opposition.

The entered the forest part of the arena trying to find their opponents. Melanie kept her ears opened trying to hear them about but so far wasn't getting nothing. However it didn't last long as a kunai landed in front of them and it had a tag attached it but it was fizzling like someone lit the tag.

"Everyone back!" Diana shouted as the group got away from the kunai as it exploded into an icy explosion.

That left the group open for Poppi who suddenly appeared behind them as took in a large breath letting out a deafening screech. Melanie tried to cover her ears from the screech trying to ignore the loud noise.

Diana took her gun as if morphed into its shotgun mode as she fired an ice dust at Poppi in which she had to dodge to avoid it making the screeching noise stop.

However above them Lacy nose dived into Senka with her twin bladed halberd ready as Senka blocked the attack but Lacy quickly tansitioned as she launched quick attacks at Senka some of them actually getting through and hitting Senkas aura. Akane assisted Senka as she intercepted the attack as her arm guard suddenly became a rounded shield blocking the attack allowing Senka to follow up with a slash attack at Lacys aura across the chest.

After recovering from the screech Melanie pointed her handgun at Poppi and began firing at the cat faunus but Poppi was just too quick for her to catch. However something caught her attention as she glanced to her left and noticed Vixie had charged in at her with her katar at the ready as proceeded to land multiple hits on the faunus before delivering a swift heel kick to her skull knocking Melanie backwards.

Seeing that her gun wasn't working as much Diana decided to switch to her glaive she calls Leiptr even though it looks almost like a spear or a lance with a arrow shapped head. She charged at Poppi trying to attack the cat girl. Poppi dodged the attack before delivering an elbow strike to Dianas face stunning the girl then sweeped her off her feet with a simple leg sweep knocking off more of Dianas aura.

However that didn't stop Diana as she quickly returned the favor as she hooked her spear on Poppis leg and with a simple pull knocked Poppi off her feet allowing Diana to get up first before stabbing her spear into the ground creating an icy floor underneath them.

Senka and Akane teamed up on Lacy who was surprisingly okay dealing with them both at the same time despite it being two against one. She blocked Senkas next swing before sidestepping Akanes thrust as she then kicked Senka in the gut before jumping backward and into a tree nearby.

"Oh am I being a little too rough on you? You can't learn if I go easy on you." Lacy said almost seductively blowing them a gentle kiss.

"Okay I can tell that she's really skilled." Senka replied.

"Yeah guess that halberd ain't for show." Akane said.

A rustle in the nearby bushes caught Senka's attention as another kunai was thrown at them.

However this time Senka was ready for it as she caught it mid flight and using it momentum sent it right back where it came from forcing Marina to jump out of the bushes so that she wasn't hit by her own weapon.

"Yeah not falling for that a second time." Senka replied as Marina joined Lacy next to her.

"Looks like they learn quick. Let's have some fun with them." Lacy said licking her lips.

"Focus on fight. Not your urges." Marina said with a stoic look causing Lacy to groan.

"Ugh... fine. You never let me have fun anyway." Lacy said as she readied her halberd as she hovered in the air with her wings.

Meanwhile Melanie and Diana were still dealing with Poppi and Vixie as the four clashed. Diana and Vixie's weapons clashed as they tried to push against one another as Melanie fired her handgun at Poppi only to get the same result as Poppi was dodging nearly every bullet.

"C'mon you think bullets are going to hit me. Gotta do better than that." Poppi teased as she jumped from tree to tree. However what Poppi didn't know was that Melanie was already running scenerios in her head in which tree Poppi would land on next cause that seemed to what she was doing.

She was right and almost immediately as Poppi jumped from the branch to another one Melanie fired at the branch causing it to fall in which Poppi only flailed in the air. Seeing this opportunity Melanie rushed at Poppi grabbed her by her left leg and slammed Poppi into the ground making her lose some of her aura as a white aura flickered trying to retain itself.

Poppi got up as she wasn't expecting that to even happen. Having enough with the struggle Vixie pushed off of Diana as she backflipped into the air and activated her semblance. Suddenly instead of their being one of her now their were suddenly four of her.

"Ready for more?" The four of them said all at once.

Diana smirked a little as if not even worried as she brought out her gun again but this she pressed a blue button on it as it morphed into a small handheld minigun.

"Oh I'm more than ready." Diana replied as she pulled the trigger firing rapid fire shots at the clones and possibily the real one. The four clone dodged but where quickly taken out cause everytime she'd hit one they would disappear in a puff of smoke. After getting rid of the three fakes she managed to hit the real one dead center with her minigun hiting her several times knocking down a lot of her aura.

She her friend in trouble Poppi used her semblance again launching another screeching sound at Diana causing her to stop which gave Vixie the time to pull back. Senka and Akane quickly joined their team followed by Lacy and Marina.

"We've got to get them out of this forest. We're at a disadvantage here but without any sunlight I can't..." Diana thought but then she got an idea as she looked upward toward the trees before looking at Akane.

"Akane I got an idea. I'm going to make a hole in the trees and when I do use your semblance to blind them." Diana replied.

"You sure that'll work?" Akane questioned.

"That's all I have at the moment." Diana said as she morphed her gun into what looks like a bomb launcher.

"Can we finish them now?" Lacy smiled as her halberd split in two and acted as bladed tonfas.

Diana pointed her weapon at the four as if wanting to shoot at them but then smirked as she changed her target to the trees and fired launching a bomb into the air. Once the bomb hit the top of the tree it exploded making a large hole in the tree line enough for the sun to break through while also causing a fire in the process.

"Okay what was the point of that? You made a skylight." Vixie said not particularily impressed.

"Yeah. She did." Akane replied with a smirk as she activated her semblance causing a bright flash of light to encompass the area around them blinding the four of them.

"Now run for it!" Akane ordered as the four of them ran toward the entrance of the forest.

Recovering from being blinded Poppi wasn't happy that they've been tricked as she was fuming.

"Let's get em girls!" Poppi ordered as they followed after Akane and her team.

Once they've managed to get out of the forest area and back onto the battlefield itself where the water area was still their behind them.

And right behind them Poppi and her team appeared and they weren't very happy.

"You're going to pay for that little stunt!" Poppi shouted.

"Oh so sorry about that. We just had to find a way to get you out of the forest." Akane said sarcastically. Poppi then realized what just happened. They were not only tricked into leaving the one place that gave them an advantage but now with the fire they can't go back in which leaves them out in the open.

"Looks like you've lost your advantage." Melanie replied as she then morphed her handgun. The grip came upward as a pole extended outward a little as the top of the gun detached from trigger extending outward more. The bottom of the gun pushed foward as then a curved blade ignited as it looks now like a scythe like weapon as Melanie twirled it around her.

She could swear that she heard someone in the crowd squealing very loudly about her weapon.

"Now let's get serious." Melanie replied.

=RWBY=

Meanwhile in another part of the collaseum Coco had slipped away a moment so that she could make sure that her plan was going to work. She pulled out her scroll and called a particular number.

"I thought you would be here right now." Coco replied.

"Their were some complications but were back on track. My men and I should be their by tomorrow so don't worry." Adam said on the other end.

"You better cause this is the only time that this plan will work. So you better not be late." Coco said angrily as she hung up on him as she let out a frustrating sigh.

"Having trouble my dear." A familiar voice replied as Tyrian appeared next to her.

"Just making sure our plan is going as planned but Adam along with his men should be here by tomorrow. Roman is in place on the ship so the only thing we can do is wait." Coco replied.

"Why can't we just kill them ourselves? It'll be much easier that way." Tyrian said.

"Yes that would and it would attract plenty of grimm but don't forget why we're are really here. The prize for this tournament is what we're really after along with the fall maiden powers." Coco replied.

Tyrian only growled "And what do you want me to do?" He questioned.

"Make sure everything is running smoothly and keep me informed." Coco said.

"As you wish my dear." Tyrian said as he quickly left so that no one would see him as Coco walked back to her team as if nothing has happened.

=RWBY=

Back at the arena Team AMLT was dealing with Team PRRS. So far PRRS was down to only two members with Vixie and Marina left while three members remained on Akane's team with Akane, Melanie and Diana left with Senka the only one being eliminated.

Diana morphed her gun into a blaster as she fired her weapon at two girls but it proved to be ineffective as the two nibbly dodged the shots. Vixie used her semblance again to create clones of herself but Marina did the same thing having the same semblance as her sister creating four clones of herself.

"Inherited semblance. That's going to be a problem." Akane replied as now their were eight of them and only two of them were really but the problem was that they were moving at incredible speed.

"Which one of them is the real one?" Diana questioned as she brought out her glaive again trying to figure out which one was which.

Akane brought her gun and fired at the clones only for the shot to go past it.

"Argh! This is annoying!" Akane shouted getting annoyed at the two. Suddenly two blurs speed across them slashing each of them knocking down more of their aura.

"You may have eliminated two of our comrades." Vixie replied.

"But now you must deal with us." Marina added.

"The ninjas of Atlas!" The both said in unison as they attacked again slicing more of their aura again and again.

Diana tried slashing at the blurs but was unsuccessful. Everytime Melanie got hit it seems like energy was being drawn into her body.

"How will Team AMLT pull themselves out of this predictament." Oobleck replied.

"Only time will tell." Port added as they watched the battle unfold. This time the two blurs converged on Diana and slashed at her knocking down the rest of her aura eliminated her from the match.

"If this keeps up we're going to be eliminated next." Akane added as she blocked an attack from one but got hit by the other.

Melanie however checked how much aura she had left as she had about twenty percent left which was more than enough for her.

"Alright let's give this a shot." Melanie replied.

"You sure you want to use that? The last time you did that you're body overheated." Akane replied.

"I know but it's better than being eliminated." Melanie said as her body began to heat up.

Vixie and Marina attacked again but this time Melanie was ready. Her body than began to glow as she left out a feral growl as she crossed her arms than she pushed her arms outward unleashing a massive shockwave attack hitting everything and everyone with Akane luckily getting out of the way before the blast.

Thanks to Melanie's semblance she was able to hit all the clones and the real versions of the two as they were blasted backward leaving them open to a counterattack.

Taking the opportunity Akane launched her counterattack as her sword ignited with electricity running through it as she slashed at the first person she saw which was Vixie delivering an overhead slash at her with enough force to send her crashing to the ground with a hard thud as her aura finally broke.

Trying to avenge her partner Marina recovered and went for an attack on Akane but was quickly intercepted by Melanie as she slid to below her delivering a kick to her chin sending her upward. Akane then followed up by gathering sunlight into her hands forming a small ball of light before throwing said ball at Marina as it exploded on contact as it let out a bright light like the sun itself.

Once the light faded Marina fell to the ground with a thud as her aura finally broke causing herself to be eliminated.

"And that is the match. This winners are Team AMLT! An impressive display in the face adversity." Port commented.

Marina got up from her position as she went to check on Vixie as Poppi and Lacy quickly joined them each showing wear and tear from the battle.

"That was an impressive battle you girls gave us. You'll need it for what lies ahead." Poppi replied as the four of them walked off the stage.

"Give it up for Team AMLT as they move on to the doubles round." Oobleck replied as the crowd cheered for them.

"Let's get going. We don't want to stay too long out here." Akane said as her and the rest of her team walked off the arena as the arena reset for the next match.

=RWBY=

Star was glad that Akane and her team made it to the next round as she was wanting to have a chance of facing them in the double round but then she had to decide who was going to be a good choice to send into the doubles round.

Hours would soon tick by as the tournament continued on. Team RWBY had managed to make it to the next round as so did JNPR but it wasn't easy for them as Star noticed Pyrrha wasn't acting like her normal self during the first round almost as if something was bothering her.

She was surprised that Cinder and company made it through but just barely as a last minute attempt by Neo got them through the next round. Sun and his team got through as well even despite Neptune's fear of water since the one stage was the pirate ship arena again.

At the end of the day a good variety of different teams had made it through the tournament. Star only wondered how the doubles round was going to look as her and the rest of her team minus Rina enjoyed the festival to the fullest.

F3: And that is the end of the teams round of the tournament. The doubles round will be coming up next and wonder who Star and company will be facing next.
