The door cracked open and the kids poured inside the room. The predominant feature of this room was the grand piano sitting in the middle. There were chairs lined on the wall facing the piano and a cold fireplace hiding in the corner.

Lyn hopped on the piano without thinking twice. She knew how to play one or two things, and she needed to calm her mind. She began playing a high-pitched tune that Rosalina taught her on their fifth adventure. It began to calm her, but of course, someone appeared.

"That's very beautiful," a brunette spirit with bangs covering her eyes said. "What is it called?"

"Oh, er, Luma," Lyn stuttered.

"I don't think I've heard it before," the spirit said. "Would you teach me?"

"We don't have time!" Alice raged.

"Sure," Lyn ignored Alice.

"I'm Aria," said the spirit.

"I'm Lyn," said Lyn. "And this is Marc, Peter, Laura, and you might already know Alice."

"I'm pretty sure Alice killed me," Aria said.

"Yeah, that's true," Alice didn't even try to defend herself.

"Alright, let's just start," Lyn was still flustered by the fact that they were teamed up with a murderer. She played the first few notes of the song. "Can you repeat those?"

Aria began to play, but messed up on the second to last note. Lyn was about to play the notes again, but then the piano began to vibrate. The piano wires began to move on their own and it's lid opened to reveal sharp teeth.

"Hey there, boy, it's been a while," Aria said in a cutesy voice while petting the piano.

"Excuse me, what is going on here?" Lyn asked.

"This is Snuggles, my pet piano."

"You have a pet piano? And you named it SNUGGLES?" Lyn looked at Snuggles, who looked about the opposite of his name.

"Hey, I named him when I was four."

"You've had this piano since you were four?"

"... Yeah…"

Aria played through the song beautifully, even better than Lyn ever did. In exchange for teaching her that song, Lyn got to learn a song from Aria that she wrote herself. After the girls played for a few hours, the others were bored to sleep, and Alice was pacing aimlessly around.

"Do you need help with anything else?" Aria asked.

"We're trying to escape this place alive right now," Lyn yawned. "Wanna help a friend?"

"Sure!"

"Are we finally going?" Alice asked impatiently.

"Yeah, I guess so," Lyn said. "Wake up the others."
