Doody's POV

The boys and I were driving to Frenchy's house, until we heard Sonny started to sing a little intoxicated, "I SAW A DEAD SKUNK ON THE HIGHWAY, AND I WAS GOING CRAZY FROM THE SMELL!" Then I joined in, "CAUSE THE WIND WAS BLOWIN' MY WAY!" And Putzie joined in, "IT SMELLED JUST LIKE THE HALLS OF OLD RYDELL! AND IF YOU'VE GOTTA USE THE TOILET, AND LATER ON YOU START TO SCRATCH LIKE HELL!" They sung.

We made it to Frenchy's house and Kenickie yells, "WILL YA SHUT UP YOU VULTURES"

Danny sighs chickening out, "Ehhh, I changed my mind. Let's get out of here..."

Sonny asked, "What do you mean?"

"What do you mean what I mean?" Danny asked him.

And Sonny asked, "Hey Putzie, why don't you call her?"

"Let's get out of here," Danny says urging.

Putzie stood up on the car shouting at the window, "Sandy! Oh Sandy! Wherefore art thou Sandy!" Kenickie and Danny dragged him down, telling him to shut up.

Then we saw Rizzo climbing down.

"Hey, look, there's Rizzo." Sonny said pointing at Rizzo.

"Hey, Rizzo, you're doing that without a net!" I yelled as Kenickie, Putzie, Sonny and I got out of the car.

"Swell bunch you are, rushing to help a lady." Rizzo said walking over to us.

"Lady? I don't see a lady!" I joked.

Actually She's no lady at all! But Kenickie likes her and I see him as big bro, so…whatever!

"Shut up!" I heard Kenickie yelled at me.

"Alright..." I said.

"Shut up!" Kenickie yelled.

"What's up, Kenick?" Rizzo asked him.

"One guess." Kenickie told her.

"You got a lot to offer a girl." Rizzo says.

"Yeah. You know it." Kenickie replied.

"What you say, Zuk?" Rizzo asked him.

"You're looking good, Rizz." Danny told her.

"Eat your heart out." Rizzo said smiling.

"Well, sloppy seconds ain't my style." Danny told her.

Oooh, burn! Then he jumps out of the car.

"Where are you going, to flog your log?" Rizzo asks.

Then he turns to us.

"Well, it's better than hangin' around with you dorks." Danny said.

"Hey Danny." Putzie and I said.

But Danny turned to leave, poor guy!

"Your, uh, chariot, my lady." Kenickie said opening the door for Rizzo. "You boys coming?" He asked.

We looked at each other and grinned.

"Yeah!" Sonny said as we got in the car.

"Putzie, take a last sip of your beer and that is the one for tonight." Kenickie said.

I chuckled at Putzie rolled his eyes.

"Fine." He grumbled.

We were gonna drive off, but we fell forward.

"Hey!" I yelled.

"What are you doing!?" Sonny asked.

"Ok! So, what do you guys think this is a gang bang?" Rizzo asked turning to us.

"You wish!" Sonny yelled as we laughed.

"Hey! Hit the pavement!" Kenickie yelled.

Then I made kissing noise.

"Hey. You gotta be kiddin'?" Putzie asked.

"I said now!" Kenickie yelled again.

"Alright, alright!" I yelled giving up.

"Move it!" Kenickie yelled.

"Remember us in your will." I told him as we jumped out of the car.

"Your will alright." Putzie said.

Then Kenickie drove off with Rizzo.

"Jeez." I heard Putzie mutter quietly.

Great! Now we have to walk!

"When a guy picks a chick over his buddies, something gotta be wrong!" Sonny yelled after Kenickie.

"You said it!" Putzie yelled.

"C'mon, guys. Let's go for a slice of pizza." Sonny suggested.

"Yeah," I said as we turned around to walk to the pizza place.

"And then can we go to Frosty?" Putzie asked.

We chuckled at him.

"Of course little buddy." I replied, ruffling his hair.

We saw Danny walking over to us.

"Hey fellas, sorry I walked out on ya." Danny said.

"Yeah you should be." Sonny said.

I bumps his shoulder.

"It's ok Danny." Putzie said smiling at him. "Hey um, why did ya chicken out?"

"I don't think she don't ever wanna see me ever again." Danny said.

"Well you should've given her a chance." Putzie told him. "Try talking her again tomorrow." He added.

He just nods his head.

"Yeah, you're right Putz." He said. "Thanks Putz." Patting his back.

"No problem Danny." He said patting his back.

Danny chuckled at him.

"Give me that beer." Danny said taking the beer from him. "That's enough for you." He added.

"Then how come Doody get to drink his?" Putzie asked.

Then Sonny took mine beer.

"Hey!" I yelled.

Putzie smirked at me.

"Now how does it feel to have your best friend are so overly protective of ya?" Putzie asked smirking.

I glared at him.

"Man this ain't fair!" I cried out.

They laughed and Danny draped his arm around Putzie and put him in a headlock making him laugh and he tried to get out of his grip.

"Aw Zuko!" He yelled.

Danny chuckled at him.

"Get use to it brother." Danny said to him.

"Aw man!" He cried out.

We walked all the way to get some pizza.

"Where's Kenickie?" Danny asked us.

"He abandon us for a chick." Sonny said.

We chuckled at him.

"He's with Rizzo." Putzie told him as he smiled.

"Figures." Danny said.

We laughed.

"Yeah, can you believe it?" Sonny asked.

"Aw Sonny, you know Kenickie loves his bros before Rizzo." Danny told him as we laughed and Sonny rolls his eyes.

We snickered.

"But why Rizzo?" He asked.

I patted his back.

"Hey, I know what she did was stupid and awful…" Danny started.

We stopped walking.

"She probably set you up back at the bonfire." I said.

He looked over at us.

"Yeah, we're sorry we laughed." Sonny told Danny.

"Yeah, we think she's cute." Putzie said smiling.

"A lot cuter than the chicks you dated." I said and he smiled at us.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah." Sonny said. "I mean, she's cute."

"Very cute." Putzie said.

"Yeah...again, we're so sorry." I stated. "We shouldn't have laughed."

He lets out a sigh.

"Ehh, don't worry about it." He said.

"But she is your future wife." Putzie said. "I mean it."

Danny smiled.

"Fellas…" He started.

"Danny." Putzie said, again giving Danny the puppy dog eyes.

Danny lets out a sigh.

"I'll try to talk to her and explain myself." He said.

We smiled.

"Good." Sonny said. "Because you're a great guy." He added as we walked again.

"Thanks boys." He said smiling at us as he draped his arm around Putzie.
