Katherine's pov:
"Mrs salvatore how wonderful to see you again" I knew that getting close to the parents will make me closer to stefan and I desperately want to be with stefan. I will be with stefan.
"Great to see you to, katherine. Have you saw stefan recently?"

Once in ready for the day me and stefan start to help Jeremy with packing.

"Either elena comes or I'm not going."

I end the call and head back inside.
Jeremy went to bed and elena was combing through her hair at her vanity table. I was looking at her through the window.
"Is something wrong?" She asks breaking me out of my thoughts

She turns to me.
"Stefan, I know your lying." Damn how did this girl know me so well.
She puts her comb down and lays next me on the bed.
She sits up against the headboard looking at me waiting for me to explain.
"My mother called me today." She nodded.
"She wants me to go to dinner there next week."
"Ok"
"I told I wasnt going unless she invited you."
"Stefan." She stared straight in front of her now.
"Elena please go with me? I know what they going to try and do."
She looked at me confused.
"They're going to try and get me and katherine together."
"Why do your parents like to control your life?"
"I dont know, but I dont want to be with katherine."
"I know that"
She rests on her elbows now looking at me with love.
My hands skins across her stomach and wraps around her waist as I turn on my stomach to look at her.
"Will you go with me?"
"Of course, if you want me to."

I'm sitting on the couch after getting off the phone from my mother. Shes invited us all round for dinner next week. I know her real intention to try and get katherine and stefan together. But stefan is so in live right now I just hope elena realises that.

"Bon, what's the matter?"

"I know that your stressed right now with everything going on with your parents and your brother but I need to tell you something."

"What is it?"
"I'm pregnant, Damon."
My eyes shoot open I cant believe it I'm going to be a dad. I'm completely speechless.

"I love you bonnie bennet and I love this child already." I kiss her with so much love. Tears spill out onto her cheeks as I begin to wipe them away.
"Oh and do t worry about the dinner everything will be fine." She assures me. I wrap her in my hug.
Elena pov:
It's been a week and the dinner is looming. When I woke up this morning I had to run to the bathroom and throw up, I felt so nauseous. I was thankful stefan wasnt there he would worry to much and insist I see a doctor, but i cant afford that right now.
After half and hour of throwing up I finally get ready for work. I pull my hair into a ponytail and head into the diner stefan had to go back to work early.
"Morning caroline."
"Morning... hey are you ok? You look a little pale."
"I'm fine care."
"Hmmm. Ok as long as your sure." I nod and begin todays tasks.
As I was cleaning the tables the smell of food had gotten to me. I stood up straight and had to run to the bathrooms. I was throwing up again.
What was wrong with me?
When I came out of the bathrooms I was holding onto my stomach. Care noticed and she rushed to my side.
"Elena, what's wrong?"
"I think I might have a sickness bug. I've been feeling nauseous the past couple of days."
"God, your not pregnant are you?" She jokes but then the realisation hits me I haven't had my period in 3 weeks what if I am?
Care stops laughing when she sees the look on my face.
"Your not are you?"
"I... I dont know"
"You should take a test just in case."
I nod.
Me and caroline both got off work and went to the store to buy some pregnancy tests.
We went back to my place and took the tests and had to wait 3 minutes.
"God care what if I am?"
She looked at me with concern.
"I cant afford a baby care and me and stefan are still in the early parts of our relationship." I begin to cry and I cant help but feel so lost.
"We were so careful."
"Hey, hey listen to me everything is going to be ok. "
I start to look at her tears flowing down my hot cheeks.
"You have stefan who isnt going to leave you hes not like jake."
My heart stings and my body tenses at his name.
"Jake cheated on you and broke your heart I understand that but stefan is different."
"I'm scared."
"I know sweetie but stefan isnt like jake." I nodded I cant compare stefan to jake ever.
She gave me a hug.
"Ready?" I nodded and turned each of the tests.
