"Are you sure this is a good idea?" I asked, worried about my friend's requests.

"Yeah! C'mon, you already someone! I need some pointers as well!" She claims with excitement.

I don't believe that for a second.

"*Sigh* alright then..." I gave in as she got ready to fight.

This might come as a surprise, BUT, Margarita the Sentret, is in-fact:

A huge Pokemon fan.

It wasn't even subtle! After I woke up that day, she's been bombarding me with these questions, you'd think she was interrogating me!

After answering her questions and getting her curiosity satisfied, another curiosity plagued her mind...

After spending scavenging a few stores (Maggy didn't seem to have a problem with that, to my surprise) and making sure/realizing that our supplies will last for a few weeks (also to my surprise).

After having spent a whole day securing our survival for a good while, we were just stuck with nothing to do.

On the next day, we spent it all sneaking into a movie and watching a movie, after securing out food against thieves.

And now here we are... the next day and she asked for a spar of all things...

I suppose it was about time for training, It was only a matter of time before other Elementals tried their luck with us.

So here we are! In the middle of a park, in a very empty part, hopefully, people won't be dumb enough to just walk into a Pokemon fight.

I can tell it can be quite dangerous, and the survival of a human would be questioned.

"Ok, so now what?" I asked as she stares at me expectantly.

"I don't know, I thought you'd know already" She answers immediately.

"Um, no? It was an actual street fight, pretty sure no rules were applied there" I stated drily.

"Well I don't know how to fight, so you're gonna have to cut me some slack"

"I-fine, we'll start with the simplest move, even you can't screw this up"

"HEY!" Maggy yells indignantly.

This training was going to take a while, so I'll explain some things.

Ever since the announcement of Elementals being in fact, still humans, many people tried to rectify their mistake by trying to find and bring back some of the family members that were kicked out, but this brought one problem.

We all looked the same when we transform,

And with no way to tell the real one from an imposter, some were nervous to try their luck to find them.

Some were successful and are living with their families, Others never found them for different reasons, some found the wrong guy that happened to share the same species.

Of course, some tried to go back when that info became public and the mass searches were ongoing...

They either found someone taking advantage of their species by "blending" as a family member, Others...

Well... Others were never given the choice to come back by their own families...

Why didn't I tried to go back? Simple... The threat of that weapon being aimed at me by my own family might off hit me harder than I'd admit...

"Argh!"

*Thud*

"You ok there?" I asked Maggy after I delivered a mean-looking tackle.

"I am... fine... Ow..." Complained Maggy as she slowly got up. "Man, this is rougher than I thought..."

"Tell me about it..." I muttered to myself.

"I don't understand, how are you so fast?" She asked me as she stretched out the pain.

"I... am not sure?" I slowly answer, actually, when did I become this fast?

"What do you mean: "You're not sure?" There must be a reason! Unless…" She trails off as she thinks.

"I GOT IT!" She screams in realization scaring the light out fo me.

"Geez! Could you scream any louder? I don't think the neighborhood heard you…" I complained as I jumped back.

"Sorry, but still! I think I figured it out!" She yelled with excitement.

"Really? then please enlighten me, Oh loud one." I drily stated as I kept grooming the dirt off my body.

"Haha, stop patronizing me! I just figured out that your ability is Speed Boost! You have any idea of the means?!" Scream Maggy getting more excited by the minute.

"That I go faster?" I asked with sarcasm.

"What? No! Well, yes-but actually-Argh! It means you have a hidden ability!"

I can feel the excitement in her eyes and I feel stalked…

"Alright, but why is this important?"

"Because you have a clear advantage over me and I don't like it!" She claimed as she pouted.

"What are you? 10 years old? You know no one will care about what you can do in a fight…" I stated with an eyebrow risen in skepticism…

"Ugh, fine…. Kill-joy… So! Now what?" she asked me as we started walking around the park looking for something to do.

"That is a good question, isn't it? Hmm? What's that?" I wondered as we heard the sound of glass shattering.

The next thing we see is a Nuzleaf running away from a man with a big bag on his shoulders.

It barely took a few seconds before we realized that the man got rob on his store, and even then, the Nuzleaf was already gone because it was using [Quick Attack]s.

"Oh… Damn… I didn't expect that…" I muttered in surprise.

"Did-Did a store just got robbed right in front of us?" Asked Maggy incredulously.

"It appears so, yes"

"Are… we gonna do something about it?"

"Like what?" I raised an eyebrow at her.

"Chase him down?" She answered looking at me in confusion.

"Look, first of all, the guy is long gone, so even if we could give chase it no longer matters how fast we go after him, second of all, that guy had a green scarf wrapped around his arm," I explained to Maggy.

"Huh? What does that have to do with anything?" She asked in confusion.

I looked around looking for another grass type around our perimeters and find a Servine wearing the same scarf but this time on his neck.

I nudged my head at the elemental and Maggy looks at him for a few seconds.

"Ok… that's weird but why is that specific scarf is the problem?" She

"I saw a couple of elementals with that scarf already and I don't like them, don't trust them if you will…" I explained nervously.

"Uh… don't you think you're being a little over the top with your theory?"

"Maggy, What other reason could they be wearing the exact scarf?" I asked incredulously.

"I mean, Yeah that's but don't you think that's going maybe a little too far?" She questions as she tries to make herself smaller.

"Let's just avoid those guys, If I'm right, there'll be too many of them for us to deal with…" I ordered as I started walking away.

"Uh… ok… what about we sneak into the movies again?"

"…Sure, It's not like we have anything better to do for now…"

"I call dips on the movie!" Maggy Yells excitedly

"You always choose the movie…" I said in a deadpan voice.

"Well, you don't even choose one! so it's my choice!" She retorts back.

"*Hmph*… Whatever floats your float then" I said shaking my head.

I guess I'm going to the movies again… I wonder if we can get away with getting in the same way we did at first…

"Ugh, Why are we here?" Complained Isabelle as she and Maria entered the ominous warehouse as they get watched over by some elementals, some of them with actual weapons that they can barely fit in their hands.

"Isabelle… We have no food and we can't live like that…" Complained Maria as she weakly made her way inside the warehouse.

"Maria, C'mon this place is giving me the creeps"

"Not now bell!" Snarled Maria at Bell as she bared her fangs in a nasty scowl, clearly tired of her constant whining.

This last two week has been harsh on the poor Zorua…

Having struggled to get enough food on her own and the general incompetence of Bell to get anything that isn't cloths and luxurious accessories (mostly by willingly ignoring the food for said accessories).

Now Maria got into a breaking point. She was hungry, tired, and was sharing her part of the food to Bell because she has to eat as well.

Now desperate, she willing to negotiate with a band of thugs for something as basic as food.

How the mighty have fallen…

"Isabelle, please, I need you to cooperate with me for once!" desperately thought Maria as the got close to the leader of these thugs and most likely criminals.

"Stop!" yelled a Cacturneas they glared at the newcomers. "State your business!"

Maria was startled by how aggressive the elemental was to her but swallows some spit to calm her nerves and proceeds to talk.

"I-I am here to speak with you leader to work a deal with your boss" Professionally stated the Zorua.

"Really? Hah! Fine… Wait right here…" Says the guard as he gets inside the warehouse, leaving the two foxes outside as they get stared at by the other guards.

"Maria, I still don't like this…" Confessed Bell as she was getting nervous at the looks they were getting from the watchful eyes.

"Bell! Just- I don't know… Ignore them or something, We need this!" Maria shushes Bell as she, too, was getting nervous from being watched.

A minute later Cacturne comes out and addresses the foxes.

"He's willing to meet you, but no funny business… or else…" The guard threatens as his spikes come out of his arms.

"N-Noted…" Nervously affirmed the illusion fox.

As both girls made their way inside the warehouse they see many grass types working and examinating many valuable trinkets.

Some of them are just loafing around and eating everything they can eat, unless a fight was involved, in which they fought with no sense of self-preservation at all.

"Now I'm starting to agree with Isabelle, but It's too late to turn back…" Thought Maria with dread as she realized the deal she was about to make, or more accurately, with who.

They reach a secluded section of the warehouse, one more elegantly decorated, and inside they see the leader of this band of thugs.

"Ah~ Here you are!" Said a suave voice as they see its owner.

Before the friends stood a Serperior, Huge yet graceful, along with a smug yet charismatic grin adorning his face.

"I've been told you girls wanted to see me, and a deal too! I'd admit that I'm intrigued, but that would be a lie," Said the royal snake as he uncoils and stands on his full height, easily overtowering both foxes several times put together.

Both girls were stunned by the height of this elemental and had their mouth open in disbelieve. As he reaches his full height, he moves the light in the roof with his vines and fixes the lights on the table in front of the foxes

"I know exactly why you two are here… Oh! Where are my manners? You may call me William… now…" He confidently declares as he coils again and "sits" in front of them, at the other side of the table.

"I believe you girls are willing to work for me?" Questioned Williams as his green eyes shining with greed….
