But he needed to figure out a plan...
People often forgot that Mineta was actually quite intellegent... even Mineta himself often didn't demonstrate it... but now, he had a reason to apply himself...
The first step when one takes power... is to get rid of the rival claiments...
He grinned as he went to the LoV headquarters located in Kurogiri's Bar...

The Purple-Haired Mini-Aizawa rolled his eyes and said dryly "For the last time Mineta... I don't Have a Hypno-Fetish"
Mineta shook his head and said "Oh no, it's not that... I just want to talk... Purplenette to Purplenette"
Shinso didn't notice the feeling of his Quirk being drained and transfered to Mineta... and if Shinso did notice he'd likely just chalk it up to exaustion...
