Hello again...
happy beginning of autumn and spring (in the southern hemisphere) before you read the chapter I would like to give you some news. I know you won't be interested, but this is something very important to me. Due to my illness and my disability of not being able to walk correctly I have to start losing weight to avoid increasing the medication and also an overdose of weight since that would make my leg bend more and that would prevent me from being able to walk. With all this I mean that I will not be able to publish this series more often but that does not mean that I will not be able to publish my new story (since the chapters are written) for now I am going to publish some of the chapters that I have already written. with nothing more to say I'll let you read the story
The school dance part 3
Pedro couldn't believe what Felipe had just done. He never imagined that he would go this far with his new friendship with Nico. When Felipe finished reading the little mini poem some people were silent and surprised because they did not know who Lila was. but they also wondered who was the owner of that mysterious notebook. Felipe had observed everything from the moment Nico started dancing with Lila to the astonished face he made when he heard one of the poems he had written for Lila and he walked away from her to avoid embarrassing himself in front of the entire school.
"I think these words don't tell me who owns this notebook" said Felipe with a confused voice "but without a doubt this boy is in love"
"Fucking idiot!" Pedro spoke with great anger while still being supported by Nigel
Pretending that he did not know the notebook, Felipe looked at the name that was written on the small box where you put your information (Name, surname, school subject, etc.) to discover who was the owner of that notebook.
"I think there is a name here" answered Felipe "the owner of this notebook is called….
"Ahhh!" Nico yelled angrily tackling Felipe before he mentioned his name
"Owww…" all the young people said when they saw Nico's action
Unable to control his impulses of anger, Nico began to hit Felipe in the face, forgetting the presence of the others. Pedro kept trying to get away from Nigel but the Cockatoo made fun of the fight between the canary and the Macaw
"Let go of me Nigel!" shouted Pedro
"Why should I do it?" Nigel replied in a mocking tone "this is fun Hahaha ..."
"Very funny right?" spoke a semi-aggressive voice that froze Nigel. The young Cockatoo turned to look at Director Chris closely.
"Director Chris" greeted Nigel releasing the obese cardinal from his arms
Pedro immediately entered the fight and began to beat Felipe to defend his friend, but Nico became concerned about the cardinal's action and continued to beat the macaw on his own.
"Damn Nico!" Rafael said angrily when he saw the fight of his friend who released Eva and ran to the stage to defend his friend.
"Rafael wait?" Eva tried to call him again but the Toucan had left her in the middle of the track with the word in her beak (mouth).
"Let's help her" Kipo suggested with Blu when they saw the fight of his Canary friend
"That's all you have, weakling" asked Felipe, drawing a little blood from his beak and forming an evil smile to mock the canary's blows.
"Fuck off!" Nico responded more angrily preparing to hit the macaw's face once more.
"Nico get hold of yourself!" Pedro caught the attention of his friend. Showing for the first time that she wouldn't be willing to fight him again.
"You are a fucking liar Pedro!" Nico replied looking at Pedro with more anger and wanting to hit him
"I am not part of this" clarified the cardinal
"I thought you were my friend" Nico shed tears of pain and anger showing his sensitive side
"Yes, I'am your friend"
"So how do you explain this?" Nico takes the notebook he had lost
"Felipe planned all this to humiliate you and so that we would stop talking," answered his friend's question.
"So how did he know I was looking for the notebook?" the canary asked again
"I already told you" Pedro repeated again "I didn't find your notebook"
"What a liar you are"
For the first time Pedro is not willing to fight with Nico and left the canary as a sign that he did not want to fight with his new friend again. Nico clenched his fists in preparation for another rematch against Pedro
"Enough Nico!" Rafael spoke with his friends calling the attention of his friend "you will not solve anything with violence
"Rafael, leave me alone," Nico replied in a cold voice, still looking at the cardinal seriously.
"He's right Nicky" Felipe answered in a mocking tone "you're not going to solve anything fighting and writing pathetic poems"
"Enough Felipe!" Pedro stopped him "you will only provoke more fights"
"Now you're sensitive like him" Felipe looks at Nico "how pathetic"
"I will show you who is sensitive"
"Stop fighting guys!" Director Chris interrupted the conversation and looked at Nico and Pedro "I thought they had resolved their differences"
"I also believed the same" Nico replied with a cold voice
"And that's how it was" Pedro clarified in a sincere voice "because I didn't steal your notebook Nico was Felipe" he confessed to the director and his friend
"Felipe, is it true?" Asked director Chris
Felipe was being threatened with the gaze of Pedro and director Chris. He looked around to see if his friends supported him and realized that they were nowhere to be seen. Because of Felipe's fear, Chris realized that Pedro was not lying
"Well thanks to your show and that of your other friends" Chris looks at Nico and Pedro "we have to pay the DJ so that he doesn't report us"
"I only told the truth" Felipe defended himself
"You were humiliating Nico" Pedro corrected "that's different"
"It's not my fault that he's in love"
"Enough!" Chris stopped the conversation "Felipe, you will stay to clean the gym once the party is over and you will have a three-day suspension plus a punishment cleaning the kitchen dishes for two weeks.
"But….
"That is the final decision" clarified the hummingbird "you will stay in the office with your friends until the event ends"
With nothing more to say Felipe went with the director Chris to his office along with his friends who were also punished while the teacher Martha together with Richard put the music back on while the DJ recovered from the unexpected attack he received with the help of the nurse. .
"The fight show is over," Martha said into the microphone.
"Let's keep enjoying this dance," Richard said, putting the music back on.
Without anyone looking at him Nico took the notebook and began to tear the pages where he had written and drawn things related to the secret romance he felt for Lila but from a distance Lila looked at Nico shedding tears of humiliation and shame although Felipe did not name the name Nico's Lila realized that he was secretly in love with her. How would Lila react to that?
"Hey. Why that face?" Nathaniel asked interrupting Lila's thoughts.
"I think Nico likes me" Lila replied watching Nico's action from afar
"And you hardly realize it?"
"What do you mean by that Nath?" Lila looks at her friend
"It's so obvious Lila" replied the hybrid macaw "she looks at you with a lover's eyes from the first day of school I invite you to skate on your birthday and dance"
"I never thought a boy would like me
"And why wouldn't Nico want to be with you? You're funny, kind, generous and shy like him."
"But I don't know if I feel the same for him" confessed Lila
"Think about it more calmly Lila. You just found out you have a suitor" Nath calmed her friend
Nathaniel's words were too wise for Lila not to have the courage to speak to Nico. Everything had happened so fast and the best thing was that Lila and Nico were separated for a while. Without looking back, Lila turned around along with Nathaniel. Nico watched from afar as Lila left the stage, he didn't have the courage to tell her everything that had happened. The action was too fast that she did not have time to tell her her feelings and all thanks to Felipe. Pedro looked at the change of mood of his friend; if only he could have stopped Felipe Lila he would not know it
"Nico, I'm very sorry ..." Pedro was interrupted by the strangled voice of the canary
"My life is ruined" Nico spoke in a sad voice
"She is not ruined", Pedro corrected, "She is just scared by what happened" by that he meant Lila
"He sure won't want to talk to me anymore" Nico sees that Lila was not in sight of the dance
"Don't say that, I saw how I looked at you myself," she encouraged her friend, "she likes you Nico"
"Why did you attack Felipe?" Nico asked looking the cardinal face to face.
"Because I knew what he was trying to do," replied the cardinal, "he convinced me to be part of it, but I said no. I tried to take the notebook but...
"I think you've done too much of a show already," Kipo said in a serious voice, interrupting the cardinal's narration with Blu and Rafael.
"Hey, I don't want to have problems and much less with you," replied Pedro with a trembling voice and moving away from the three birds
"Your jokes went too far friend" Rafael spoke in the same tone as the pink spatula
Pedro was about to get what he deserved for what happened, but Nico did not expect his friends to be able to fight, but it was not Pedro's fault that caused his humiliation. His sincerity and honesty showed that Pedro had changed and all thanks to the great kindness of Nico.
"Guys ... easy guys, he's not part of this," Nico spoke up, getting in the middle of his friends to avoid another fight.
"But Felipe said ..." Rafael was interrupted by his friend
"Nothing he said is real" Nico sighed "but the poem and the name is mine"
"Nico, I'm very sorry" the cardinal spoke again, apologizing to his friend with a sincere voice "you are an excellent person and you taught me that I can be more than a bully despite everything I said about you, you trusted me and I broke your confidence with this but I'm very sorry brother ""
Pedro's words were so sincere that Blu, Rafael and Kipo fell silent, not imagining that the obese and bully cardinal was sensitive and generous.
"It's okay Pedro, I forgive you" Nico replied showing a small smile at the cardinal
"Friends?" Pedro approaches his wing (hand) to wave it with Nico's wing, showing that he wanted to form a true friendship.
"Friends" Nico accepted the grip of the wing. Starting a new friendship with the cardinal
While Nico and Pedro arranged things to continue with the Show, Eva looked from afar at Rafael who was talking and supporting his friends. The Toucan woman sighed when she looked at Rafael very happy and began to doubt that they could become more than companions of the same artistic class.
"What's up Eva?" Pablo asked looking at her best friend with concern.
"Nothing Pablo" answered Eva with a false voice
"I saw what happened" commented the military man Guacamayo "but don't bother me with him; I myself understand Rafael's action"
"Because what are you saying?" Eva looks at Pablo face to face
"If something happened to my friends I would stop doing what I do to defend and support them"
"Would you do the same for me?"
"Of course if Eva" answered the silly question of her best friend "we are friends right?"
"Of course if Pablo" Eva gives her friend with green feathers a hug
"So will you give it another chance?" I ask again breaking the hug
"Maybe"
While Pablo and Eva talked, Jewel and Roberto were away from everyone talking about what happened.
"Well this was not the way I would like to remember my first high school dance," Jewel said after the entire wrestling show ended.
"Me neither" replied Roberto "but hey, if you wait for something with great anxiety it can end up being a disaster"
"Well, it wasn't all a disaster" Jewel looks at Roberto with a big smile "because you were with me"
Both friends kept looking into each other's eyes from inside. Roberto blushed and wished he could take Jewel's wing and tell her his true feelings. Their moment of silence was interrupted when Nico spoke again into the microphone.
"Forgive us for what happened friends" he apologized to everyone "but do not be disappointed because we will put the rhythm back on this wonderful party!"
"Wuuujuuuu" everyone celebrated
"Don't just stand there, it's time to dance!" Pedro returned to encourage his companions
(The song is called: Rock in Jail by Elvis Presley we all know this song and don't lie. We all dance to this song sometime in our life)
When the music began to play some boys began to dance in a group since the rhythm was very good to share with everyone. Jaqueline and her friends began to dance together with Blue, Nathaniel and Kipo but apparently Lila was not enjoying the dance as she continued thinking about what happened with Nico. Rafael felt a bit sorry for having left Eva on the dance floor from afar he looked at her talking to the same Green Macaw that had invited her to dance his thoughts were interrupted by Kipo
"Hey why are you stopping?" Kipo asked looking at his Toucan friend who wasn't joining the party.
"I don't think this is a good time to dance," Rafael responded with little spirit.
"It's because you don't have anyone to dance with, friend" Kipo encouraged his friend "go with her and ask her for this piece"
"But with what happened, I don't think she wants to" replied Rafael, losing hope with Eva.
Blu looked at the sad face of his best friend, maybe he did not agree to talk to one of Jewel's accomplices but if his friend was happy with her he would accept it after all, Rafael was his best friend. Forgetting the dance, Blu approached Eva and started calling her.
"Hey, your girl Tucan" Blu caught Eva's attention aloud
"Blue, what are you doing?" Rafael asked but the noise of the music prevented the macaw from hearing him (or maybe not)
"What do you want loser?" Eva asked in the same tone that Jewel spoke every time she looked at Blu closely.
"You are Eva, right?"
"Yes?"
"Here my friend" Blu points out to Rafael that he was at a distance from him and Eva "he wants to apologize for leaving you on the track"
When Rafael watches Blue's silly action, he gets close to him, but inside he is surprised as Blu was always shy when talking to someone, mainly women.
"But it's not his fault that he supports his friends" Blu continued talking to Eva "Rafael is a good boy but he's very shy because he doesn't know how to ask a girl to dance"
"That's not true" Rafael replied, interrupting Blue's conversation with Eva.
"If not, do you invite her to dance with you?" Blu challenged his friend and walked away from her, leaving Eva and Rafael alone again. Once Blu left, Rafael was the first to speak
"Eva I….
"You left me alone in the middle of the dance so you could defend your friends" Eva interrupted with a semi-strong voice.
"I know but…
"I forgive you"
"Than?" Rafael said, unable to believe Eva's words
"I told you I forgave you" she repeated again "not all boys tend to defend their friends" Eva shows the Toucan a tender smile
"Eva, would you like to dance with me?" Rafael asked bringing her wing closer to Eva's. He blushes like a tomato
"I was hoping you would ask me" Eva immediately took the wing (hand) of her long-beaked friend
Both toucans held both wings (hands) and began to dance to the beat of the music while Blu and Kipo watched them from afar as they danced with their friends. Now that Pedro had moved away from bad influences, he decided to establish a true friendship with Nico since he was the only child who understood the reasons for his aggression in front of others.
"This song is very good" Nico confessed while resisting the urge to dance.
"Nobody can resist Elvis Presley" replied Pedro naming the singer of the song that was playing
"So you're really going to stop talking to Felipe?" the canary asked his new friend again
"Yes and you were right that fool is an idiot" commented the cardinal
"Then this will be the beginning of a true friendship"
"Without a doubt, friend," Pedro replied, slamming his fist against Nico's.
"Where is the red feathered boy who blocked me?" the DJ asked after recovering from the hit he received
"Thank God he woke up," Nico celebrated when he saw that the DJ was in good health
"You won't sue us for what happened, will you?" asked Pedro
"No ... no ... of course not" replied the DJ in a calm voice "I'll only charge you double."
"WHAT!" both birds said at the same time. When they heard the DJ bribe
While Nico and Pedro continued to control the music, the Blue Sky High School teachers continued to dance and have fun with the other students like Richard and Martha who danced together like the best of friends they were.
"Like the old days, huh, Ricky?" Martha danced with the emperor penguin
"I still remember that wonderful day," Richard replied, still dancing with the peacock woman.
Some young men made fun of the female peacock and the emperor penguin, as their actions showed signs of a possibly lost or perhaps hidden romance.
"Does it seem suspicious to you that Martha and Richard see each other with bright eyes?" Roberto asked Jewel while they danced together
"Without a doubt, they are both secretly in love," Jewel replied while holding Roberto's wings.
"Yes they are" replied Roberto looking at Jewel "hey, would you like to go to a more private place?"
"Of course I do", agreed Jewel "also this sound is too strong for me"
And we come to the end of the chapter dear readers. I hope you liked the songs. I was thinking of putting on new songs but the party was related to old music. What will happen to Roberto and Jewel?
