Phase 9: Lucifer's Massive Ball

*Location: The Girls' Apartment

*(2 PM) 1 Month after Arrival

(The Future Slayer enters the Apartment after his trip to the firing range (For the 8th time that week), he noticed what was on the television and hopped over the couch and sat across from Vaggie, who seemed…Upset about something. He proceeded to converse with her.)

DoomGuy:"Hey…Dammit, the New season already started? What'd I miss so far?"

Vaggie:"Hey, not much. Pedro just confessed his feelings to Maria and the two kissed…Like they're in love."

(Vaggie spoke mostly in a blank and apathetic tone.)

DoomGuy:"You ok? You were really hoping for the two to get together and I figured you'd be happy?"

Vaggie:"Yeah, I'm fine…"

DoomGuy:"Alright, I'll bite, what's the matter?"

Vaggie:"Nothing."

(Vaggie says in a more irritated tone, nearly returning to her original self.)

DoomGuy:"Really?"

Vaggie:"Yeah, everything's fine!"

DoomGuy:"It's not and I can tell…Spill it like guts."

(Vaggie gave him a confused look.)

DoomGuy:"It's uh…Saying I mentally made since that's the only thing I've been spilling for the past-Just say it!"

Vaggie:"(Sighs)…There's this girl I like…"

DoomGuy:"Go on…"

Vaggie:"And I thought we were starting to develop something, something beautiful…"

DoomGuy:"…Why not tell her how you feel?"

Vaggie:"Because she's into some…guy…"

DoomGuy:"…What if the guy's not into her?"

Vaggie:"Why wouldn't he be? She's amazing, kind, smart, an amazing singer…He'd be a fool to waste such an opportunity with such an astonishing person…"

DoomGuy:"Well, regardless of who she's into…She still cares about you too…A LOT…In fact last night she called out YOUR name…Point is…Never say never…"

(Vaggie looked at him and smiled, feeling like he actually did consider her feelings in this. He then got up and walked away, and she continued to smile as he left the room.

However the Doomguy was stopped when Charlie barged into the living room with a letter she was excited about.)

Charlie:"Guys, check it out! My Dad's throwing a huge ball and a ton of people are going!.

Vaggie:"Cool, when is it?"

Charlie:"Tomorrow night, he said he already has the perfect dress planned for me."

Doomguy:"I don't have to wear a suit, do I?"

*The next night, at the big Ball

(The Marine stretches the collar of his dress shirt, it was covered by an Olive green jacket and he wore toy devil horns to blend in.)

Doomguy:"Why couldn't I wear my uniform again?"

Vaggie:"Because I'm 85% convinced you never take that thing off and it probably smells like a corpse in a jungle gym in there."

Doomguy:"And…?"

Vaggie:"AND I don't want Hell's upper class throwing up because you shower with that thing like it's your skin."

Doomguy:"I mean…What IS skin if it ain't armor?"

Vaggie:"Dios mío, you really are insane."

(The Slayer responded in a sarcastic tone.)

Doomguy:"Hi, my name's…Well I guess I never did tell you guys my name, did I?"

Vaggie:"Honestly, I wonder if you actually DO have a name."

Doomguy:"It's actually a funny story-"

(As we cut to Charlie getting ready for the ball, as Razzle and Dazzle flew around preparing her hair and lint rolling her dress, she just stared at her reflection in the mirror as she sighed heavily and pondered what she would do if the Man met the Devil. She thought about running away from this, avoiding the Ball…But she always knew her parents were the sort to "Make things happen" regardless if you want them to. Besides, she knew that she had to end this hatred that flows through the man's heart, maybe she could turn him around before it consumes him…Maybe. But before she could even ponder another thought, a well dressed green fellow with Eldritch themed attire revealed himself to be present by knocking on the already open door, he had sharp yellowish green teeth and his dress hat had eyes on it. Charlie recognized the boy and spoke in an upset tone as she asked "Why are you in my dressing room, Sev?" and the two proceeded to converse.)

Sev:"Just wanted to see how my Ex was doing…So, did you bring a date?"

Charlie:"I did actually!"

Sev:"Is it old X-eyed?"

(Charlie frowned as she began to think heavily to herself, Sev prevented this train of thought when he slithered up and resumed.)

Sev:"Don't tell me she left you? You always were the 'over-friendly' type."

Charlie:"Did YOU bring a date?"

Sev:"I'm off the market for now, too many dames and I just feel like I need to stretch my legs as me, ya know?…Well, you probably don't but-"

Charlie:"I'll have you know my Date is downstairs and very large!"

(Sev kept his smug grin as he asked "So you SLEPT with him? You? I don't believe you!" As Charlie began to stand and argue "Not what I meant, you notice the big guy in the green Tux, that's my Boyfriend!" As she crosses her arms and smiles with confidence, of course the Ex proceeded to mock her as he replied "So if I ask him if you two are dating? He'll say yes?" Charlie paused and opened her eyes wide as she realized something to herself, He never did claim to see her the same way she saw him. Sev laughed as he left the room and simply said "Can't wait to meet him, bet he'll be happy to share his experience of the relationship!" As he was out of sight. Charlie began to panic in her own mind as she pondered what to do next, but before she could do anything, Razzle flew forth and informed Charlotte the party was about to begin.)

Vaggie:"Really? That's actually an interesting story as to why you have that name."

Doomguy:"Yep, Great, Great Grandpa Billy really did leave a mark on the world, at least to those who knew what happened to it, apparently it's Confidential stuff…Since I shared, can I take this thing off now?"

Vaggie:"No, you're not gonna strip in front of total strangers."

Doomguy:"But this stupid suit's giving me a rash."

Vaggie:"Really?"

Doomguy:"I mean not really but it still feels extra uncomfor-"

Vaggie:"Shh…It's starting."

(The crowd is silent as they focused their attention towards the top of a stairwell, there a man that looked eerily similar to Charlie stepped up to the top of the flight as he stood there and smiled. The Marine analyzed the man as he focused his attention to his attire, he wore mostly white with Apple and Snake themed apparel, his teeth were sharp and his voice was that of a man whose voice was quite attention grabbing [Markiplier basically] and he widened his grin as he spoke.)

Lucifer:"Hello everybody, my name is Lucifer and welcome to… my MASSIVE Ball!"

(He descended down the stairs as he began to sing. It was almost like a demented Hellish version of "Pure Imagination" from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory.)

[I was thinking about rewriting the Lyrics for the song into a Hell theme and considered posting it because it would fit with Hazbin Hotel's musical themes and perfectly hit Vivzie's description of Lucifer but I'm just too lazy to do it right now… sorry. Although I might do it someday during an update.]

After he gave the big finish of his rendition of the classic tune, he approached some old friends of his, Vaggie remembered the pattern of these types of bashes and knew Charlie was coming down the stairs next, she turns to the Brute as she explains what to do.)

Vaggie:"Now, once she comes out, compliment her…A lot."

Doomguy:"It's funny that you're giving dating advice to the same guy who's giving you asking out advice."

Vaggie:"That's because it just happened for you, no offense but I just don't see what she sees in you, I mean I get the muscles and the nice personality and even the chiseled features but…I have a different taste."

Doomguy:"You're into Women, I get it, nothing you need to worry about, everyone has the right to like what they love."

Vaggie:"Well aside from a few good people, you're literally the only person to say that to me."

Doomguy:"Honestly I'm not even that attracted to her, she obviously cares about you and you about her, I can't even imagine why she'd want to be in a relationship with a man who doesn't have the same ffffff-"

(Doomguy is interrupted when Charlie comes out in a pinkish-pearly white princess dress with flames that sparkled on the side of its ends and a black thorned crown with a single flame dancing atop the front spike as the whole thing complimented her figure and complexion.)

Doomguy:"Wowsers…"

Vaggie:"No kidding…"

(Charlie Descends down the stairs as a fiery blaze trails behind her, she reaches the bottom step and approaches her friends with a big smile. Both of them just stared, astonished at the beauty this woman emitted just by standing there alone, she frowned as she assumed the worst and attempted to explain her situation.)

Charlie:"Yeah I know, I look like a mess, but the hairstylist was busy and I didn't have enough time to find the curlers and-"

Doomguy:"You look like a Goddess that armies would turn oceans red for."

Vaggie:"He's right Hon, you look unbelievably gorgeous."

Charlie:"Thanks guys."

(Charlie walks away to speak with her father, Leaving the Doomguy and Vaggie to stand there with their jaws to the floor. The Slayer broke the silence as he began to ask Vaggie a personal question.)

Doomguy:"Ok…How mad would you be if I wanted to date her now?"

Vaggie:"More Jealous than mad…But who'd blame you, look at her…And the words you picked were perfect! You must've really been a hit with the ladies back home."

Doomguy:"No…I never really got interested in relationships…"

Vaggie:"Well heed my advice big guy. Don't waste this opportunity!"

Doomguy:"I won't…Oh God…Is that Shrimp!? I had nothing but MREs for the past…Apparently however long it takes to forget where you are!"

(He rushes over and picks up handfuls of shrimp as he begins to enjoy the best meal he has had since his time in Hell. Of course Vaggie tries to stop him from making a fool of himself in front of everyone and as you'd expect, It wasn't that successful of an attempt.

Charlie stands from the distance seeing the two converse in an argumentative fashion as he spoke with a mouth full of shrimp and Vaggie with a stern attitude to the situation. The whole thing just couldn't help but make her laugh, which was immediately silenced when a certain Ex-boyfriend returned to her and spoke.)

Sev:"So that's him is it? I think I'll go introduce myself to him!"

(As he began to walk away from the worried Charlie and towards the starving Slayer. Charlie's nerves grew more and more restless as she feared the countless outcomes of this interaction, her mind would return to the worst case scenarios no matter how hard she would try to focus on anything else. The Ex-boyfriend approaches the Future Slayer and introduces himself accordingly as he bowed and said "Greetings, I am Seviathon Von Eldritch, I come from one of the most infamous overlords in Hell, that blonde girl over says she's your date. Is this true by chance?" The Marine just stands there eating shrimp, staring at Seviathon as he just remained silent. Vaggie crossed her arms and gave a stern expression as she remembered this man and the relationship he shared with Charlie, she also remembers that he wasn't that great of an individual. The Man gulps his shrimp and says "So what if I am?" as he takes another handful of the food, Seviathon was actually caught off guard by this response. Maintaining his cool and keeping his smile, he simply said "So you're dating the princess of Hell? Don't you think she might be a little out of your league?" The Doomguy finishes another handful of shrimp as he scoffs and retorts "Please, I'm closer to her league than you." Causing the smile on Sev's face to completely vanish, Vaggie held her mouth as she giggled at this. At first Seviathon seemed insulted and disappointed by this reveal and turn of events, but he eventually develops a wicked smile and walks away as he says "Just making sure" before walking by Charlie. Once he was within earshot of her, he stopped and placed his hand on her shoulder as he simply stated "You've got a nice guy there, let's hope nothing happens to him." before resuming his walk and leaving the massive room. Charlie pondered what kind of sick meaning that comment could've meant, but her focus was then grabbed by the Marine and her best friend as they approached and asked if she was well, she confirmed with a simple "Yeah, I'm fine" but her expression and tone showed it all, she was bother by Sev's subtle comment. She couldn't explore it any further since her father approached the three and greeted himself, Vaggie was worried as to how the Slayer would react upon meeting the man who murdered his rabbit, but the Marine just…Stood there, like he was seeing something that just annoyed him more than anything. This position of his never changed even as the conversation continued right before him.)

Lucifer:"My goodness baby girl! Who's your tall and thuggish looking friend?"

Doomguy:"…"

Lucifer:"Not much of a talker is he? That's OK, I have plenty of friends who don't talk, like Tim! You remember Uncle Tim, right Charlie? Your friend here would love him, he's this tiny cube that speaks in hieroglyphs and-"

Charlie:"Yeah-Hey Dad, Whyyyy don't you go get us some punch!"

Lucifer:"Charlie, you don't GET punch, you give them…LIKE THIS!"

(He says as he turns around and sucker punches a Demon. He busts out laughing as Vaggie groans at the pun and Charlie chuckles nervously.)

Charlie:"Yeah, he-he…That was funny, HEY! Why don't we go get some beverages?"

Lucifer:"Wait…"

(Everyone paused as they waited for Lucifer to explain what made him freeze in thought.)

Lucifer:"Nope! Can't make a pun out of that, Well Played Darling! C'mon, let's go get something fruity!"

(Charlie leaves with her dad next to her, Vaggie then turns to the Doomguy and explains.)

Vaggie:"Sorry he…He likes to make puns."

Doomguy:"I can tell."

Vaggie:"You were not wrong about the discipline thing though, I'm impressed you didn't rip his head off then and there."

Doomguy:"That's because it ain't him."

Vaggie:"…What?"

Doomguy:"That's not the man who murdered my Daisy!"

Vaggie:"Bu- You said it was the Devil!"

Doomguy:"It was, He looked Human and laughed like a lunatic, the Demons obeyed him and feared him. He wore a suit and tie and there was just something that you could tell was off about him…Like he was wearing a mask that didn't fit. He even said so himself, He claimed himself as Satan…It's hard to forget that fucker's presence after all he's done."

Vaggie:"Well- if HE'S the Devil…Then who's the guy with Charlie?"

(She states while gesturing to the Father and Daughter during their conversation, one the father was enjoying heavily enough to the point where he was laughing.)

Doomguy:"I don't know…But something's off…"

(Meanwhile, Charlie was speaking with her father and the two other aristocrats he included into their conversation. While the conversation was mostly about boring posh stuff she never could get interested in, she noticed her brutish boyfriend's gaze at her father and decided to get answers from him herself, she pulled him aside and spoke to her about something in particular as the following conversation began.)

Lucifer:"What's the matter dear, is there something on my face."

Charlie:"Hey Dad, can I ask you something in particular?"

Lucifer:"Sure my little tea-pot, if it means you'll let daddy speak to the fools that I'm about to strike gold with."

Charlie:"Did you ever kill an animal?"

Lucifer:"Depends, what's an animal?"

Charlie:"You know, small fuzzy creatures like…let's say a rabbit?"

Lucifer:"Why would I kill one of those? They taste Terrible!"

Charlie:"Did you ever kill one to spite someone maybe or even as revenge?"

Lucifer:"Is someone saying I killed a pet of theirs or something? Why are you so specific in your line of questioning?"

(Charlie turns her head and stares at the Marine as he heads to a Balcony, she couldn't help but ask a more straight forward question this time as she turned to her father.)

Charlie:"Just…If you DID do something to really hurt someone…And I asked you for the truth…You'd tell me… right…?"

(Lucifer just stands there staring at Charlie, eventually he smiles and speaks as he confirms "Of course not! Why would I drag my personal business to my family and make it yours?" Charlie felt annoyed, confused and most importantly, unsure as to why her father would keep such secrets, what would he have to hide from her.)

(Vaggie was scanning the room for anything to distract her from the monotonous boredom that was becoming her evening, she then grows anxious as she notices some goons in Tuxes heading towards the balcony where the Marine was. She approached Charlie and her father at a speedy pace and spoke to her in an urgent yet calm tone, so as to not draw any attention to the situation.)

Vaggie:"Hey Hun, we have to go to the Balcony!"

Charlie:"Hold on Vaggie, I need to know something while I still have the chance-"

Vaggie:"We HAVE to, Now!"

(As Vaggie grabs Charlie's arm and begins to drag her upstairs and towards the balcony, all the while Charlie was asking "Vaggie, what's going on?" Vaggie then stops and releases Charlie as she faces her and explains "I saw some guys heading to the Balcony with guns. I think they want to 'deal' with the big guy." causing Charlie's eyes to widen with worry, she then joins Vaggie as the two speed walk towards their destination.)

*Meanwhile, on the Balcony

(The Marine stood there staring at the Satanic marked moon in the night sky as he rested his arms on the porcelain railing, he then spoke in a mutter to himself "Where are you?…I know that guy's a fraud, I saw that look you gave…the energy you gave off…I'll find you…Then I'm gonna make you pay!" As he then stood upright and took a deep breath. He turns around to head back to the ballroom and enjoy (Or at least attempt to enjoy) the party that was proceeding during his absence, unfortunately he also turns to see 4 Demons standing before him, each carrying a classic World War era pistol. The Slayer realized their reasons for being there gripped his fists tightly as he then spoke to the hit squad "I don't care why you guys are here, but if you don't let me through or walk away from this…I'll rip and tear your arms off." prompting the thugs to respond by raising their weapons at the Hero and taking their safeties off, sounding multiple yet subtle metallic clicks in the process.

In a near sprint, Charlie and Vaggie reached the glass doors that lead to the Balcony but they were too late, the Slayer had already thrown one of the thugs through the glass doors, shattering them and breaking most of the Demon's bones. The Demon fired his pistol multiple times at his attacker but to no avail, the Marine was faster, stronger…And more importantly, Angrier than his opponent. The Future Slayer broke the Thugs arm and ripped the Pistol from his hand as he used it to end the Hitman's life, causing the remaining one to panic as he aimed his pistol at Vaggie and screamed "If you want this bitch to live, don't step any closer!" in hopes of discouraging the brute from doing anything else. Of course this actually has the opposite effect and the Slayer charges the man with swinging arms. The Slayer eventually threw the thug into the ballroom, causing everyone in the massive indoor area to turn their heads to the crashing sound of the assassin landing down the stairs, the Marine charged him and began wailing away against his poorly blocked head. After a good minute of skull crunching via knuckles, the Brute grabbed him and held him up by his throat and threatened him with a raised fist while beginning to interrogate him, "Who sent you to kill me!?" he shouted at the Thug as he was gasping for air. The Thug managed to get a grip and hold himself steady enough to breath, he then laughed as he claimed "What're you gonna do if I don't say?" in a humorous manner. The Marine released the goon and let him slide to the ground, he then placed his heavy foot on the Thug's shoulder as he leaned in and mumbled "I told you I'd Rip and Tear your arms off!" before grabbing his arms and pulling hard, he kept this tension of strength until a loud fleshy ripping sound was emitted by the man's arms, the only rival of such a visceral sound was his screams of pain as his arms were torn completely off.

After writhing around in pain for a few seconds, the Slayer threw the arms to the side, and forced him against the wall by his throat and held his fist back in a cocked motion, the man eventually blurted "Wai-wait-wait!…It was him…Seviathon Von Eldritch!" The Slayer turns to look at the Exboyfriend with a huge grin on his face, he then said "I always figured you were a douchebag, but now it's clear you're also a fucking coward!" as he releases the man, who slumped to the ground and began to lean forward. The Slayer then decked him in the temple, knocking him out cold as he finally fell to the ground. The Brute then stomped angrily down the stairs and towards Seviathon as he grabbed him by his dress shirt and leaned in with burning eyes, he mumbled in a barbaric and volatile manner towards the Aristocrats face "You've got 5 seconds to explain what your problem is before I cave your head in with your own damn Teeth!" but the Boy just laughed, as if this was some sort of sick joke. He then explained as he stated "Do you even know who I am, I am Seviathon Von-motherfucking-Eldritch! I am heir to one of the richest families in the Underworld! Touching me is practically a crime of its own, so if you really know what's good for-" and is interrupted by the Marine punching him, sending him flying across the room. The Upperclassman finally stopped sliding and got up as he was holding his face from the blow, he then looked up to notice the Slayer charging at him with rage pouring from his face. He raised his hand as a portal beneath the Marine opened and Tentacles spawned from the floor and restrained the Brute mid-charge, he was raised into the air the Tendrils spread and gripped to prevent him from breaking loose. Charlie tries to defuse the situation as she begs Seviathon "Sev, please don't do this! Let him go!" causing him to look at her and chuckle as he asks "What if Don't?!" and is answered by the Tuxedoed Marine as he shouts "RIP AND TEAR!" as he manages to grab one of the tentacles and rip it in half with his bare hands. He then proceeds to literally punch the Tentacles, causing them to release him one by one as he brutally wails on them, eventually they drop him and he once again rushes the Rich Boy despite the Princess' protests. He was about to lunge and punch the Wealthy man but was stopped when another set of Tentacles gripped his arm and held him down. He turns to see who stopped him and it was a similar looking female Demon, her hairs were tentacles and she was seething with rage and sharp teeth as she says the following "If you threaten my brother again, I'll make you and that Hussy of a bitch over there suffer for i-" as SHE is then knocked out by Vaggie, who shakes her hand from the hard knuckle on face collision as she mutters "Don't you DARE call that beautiful woman a hussy again you Perra manipuladora!". The Slayer stood and shook the tentacles off of his wrist. He then looked up at Vaggie and gave her a thumbs up as he said "Nice Shot!" in a chuckling manner, Vaggie smiles and notices the commotion grabbing the attention of someone important.

A familiar and attractive voice questioned the situation with "What's going on!? What could you two POSSIBLY be fighting about?-" as a hand was placed on the Marine's back shoulder, prompting him to swing around and punch the Devil square in the jaw. The whole crowd either gasped or were wide eyed and silent as they waited with baited breath for whatever was to happen next. The Devil was still standing and his head was tilted and turned from the blow, he was calm as he slowly corrected his head and placed his hand over the spot that suffered the hook. As he continued to feel the pain in his face, he began to chuckle a little…Then gradually more until he reached a full blown laughing fit. He finally ceased his barrage of "Hahas" and snapped his fingers, causing his hat to float from the ground it was knocked down to, dust itself and returned to the spot atop his head as he began to converse with the Man who punched him.)

Lucifer:"That actually hurt! Nicely done big fellow, you MUST tell me your name!"

(The Marine leans in and gutturally speaks to the Father of his girlfriend.)

Doomguy:"…DOOM!"

Lucifer:"HA! I like this guy! Bon-Bon, your friend MUST join us for dinner!"

Charlie:"Uh…Dad?"

Vaggie:"Are you ok, Mr. Magne?"

Lucifer:"Of course, It's been so long since I felt a genuinely good punch like that, THIS was a nice change of pace-DO IT AGAIN!"

(As the Slayer immediately swung his fist against Lucifer's face again, he maintained his posture and stood there laughing as he held his face once more.)

Lucifer:"Ha-HA, You see!? THAT had some HATE behind it! Seriously, young man, I have no idea what developed this hatred of yours but you MUST let me treat you to dinner, are you my Daughter's date by chance?"

(The Green Suited Man turns back to see Charlie standing there, she was unsure of what emotion to be feeling at the moment but eventually a smile confirmed her happiness. The Marine in turn smiles at himself as he turns back, straightens his face and asks "So what if I am?" Lucifer laughed at this and began to explain his happiness for such a response, he reveals "And you take what you WANT, I love this guy! Know this my large Impish friend…You are officially one of my favorite people down here." As he walks away from the Behemoth of the man. The Party continued with the Marine being told to wait in a specific room until the guests leave so no more fights can transpire, The Von Eldritch siblings confronted Lucifer about his protection of the Brute, but he waved them away and threatened them with informing their parents about their attempted assassination of the man and brawl in the ballroom, they reluctantly stepped down out of fear of their parents punishment for risking the spotlessness that is the Von Eldritch name.)

*Later the night at the Dining hall of the fancy mansion

(The Family and friends dine in a well kept and medieval-ish dining room that stretched for what seemed like a mile. One end of the massive dining table had the King and Queen of Hell enjoying their meals with the Violent guess sitting close to them. Vaggie and Charlie were at the opposing far end of the Dining table seats, to ensure that Lilith and Lucifer would get to know the green fellow personally and without any risk of interruptions, the room wasn't long enough to prevent them from hearing the conversation, just long enough so distractions would be barely noticed unless they were loud or deliberate. The Marine tried to enjoy the meal the family's servants made for the occasion but it just didn't feel right, he felt as if this was a facade being portrayed by the Fallen Angel, as if this was to lower his guard. Thankfully his hunch was correct as his attention was ripped away by one of the butlers closing in and trying to stab the Slayer in his throat. His intuition kicked in and like all the fights before him, it was practically a one sided beat down, the Butler was on the floor in bleeding pain after the Marine stopped the help's swinging hand and ripped it from his grip as he lunged and tackled the Service to the ground proceeded to stab him several times. Lucifer just laughed as he stood up and approached the Slayer, he applauded his hands during the Slayer's brutal shank fest and spoke to the Brute as he came near the Man. "Marvelous show, just Marvelous indeed! So how DID a Human get here without dying?" The Devil says as he removes the toy horns from the brute's head and tosses them aside like the cheap plastic it was made of. Charlie spat out her drink and went into a coughing fit while Vaggie stood from her seat as she questioned Lucifer's knowledge in the following conversation.)

Vaggie:"You knew?!"

Lucifer:"Oh please Vaggie, I know Humans and Demons like the back of my hand, I spent enough time with both to tell the difference. Besides that, your disguise was literally plastic horns, I'm surprised no one else figured it out. So… where DOES this hatred stem from?"

(The Slayer's breathing was slowing as he was calming himself from the brutal beating, he then stood and hesitated before he finally spoke.)

Doomguy:"…I've always had it, but if you want to know why I have so much of it for Demons, they killed my pet Daisy!"

Lucifer:"Was she a rabbit by chance?"

Doomguy:"How do you know that!?"

(Slayer says as he grips his fists and leans towards Lucifer's smug face.)

Lucifer:"My daughter asked me some odd questions earlier about rabbits and revenge, you can't be too surprised if I connected the dots myself. I WISH I was the Demon who eviscerated your little bunny, but unfortunately I'm not. It's a shame too, I would've LOVED to have seen what chaos you wreck across just to find me, but maybe I can help you…Do you have any idea which Demon it was that did the deed?"

(The Slayer notices Charlie and Vaggie still in the room, then asks to talk privately with the well dressed overlord. The Devil says "Of course!" as he snaps his fingers and a giant glass wall slams itself into the room, separating the two from the rest of the conversation.)

Lucifer:"So Spill it my violent green fellow, who is it that did in your Sweet Little Dead Bunny?"

(The Marine hesitated to speak further but he did eventually blurt out his words and told his story.)

Doomguy:"…You did…I saw the Devil in the form of a Human, rip the head off of my Daisy…Then jam it on to a pike."

(Both Lilith and Lucifer lose their smiles and look at each other for a minute before turning their attention back to the green man. Lucifer sighed as he walked away, he then stopped at the balcony's window as he stared out into the Satanic Moon and asked "Can you promise me something, to keep a secret?" as he turns to the Slayer. Lilith stands from her seat as she tells the Doomguy the following story "You see, a long time ago I fell in love with a man that had a beautiful vision of what could be…"

As she continued the explanation, Vaggie and Charlie were trying their hardest to hear what was being said, read the lips and their pattern, even just guessing what could be said within the amount of time they talked, Anything to help them understand what was being shared between the Marine and the Demonic royalty during their conversation. But tragically to no avail, after around 5 minutes of explanation, the glass wall raised from the ground it cut into and the Slayer approached the girls with a confused and sorrowful look. Lucifer then explained "You should all go back home, the servants will clean the mess and the party is already over…We'll chat sometime if you kids want though, this was a lovely little get together." as the Doomguy just began to walk towards the door, Charlie and Vaggie rushed to their friend as Charlie asked "Are…Are you ok?" but the Marine didn't respond, it's as if he was burdened with something he didn't realize, worst of all…He couldn't even LOOK at Charlie, it's like he learned something about her father that reminded him of his immense hatred for the Demons and their leader. Vaggie then took charge as she asked the Future Slayer a simple yet straightforward "What did you guys talk about?" The Brute just stood there, but it wasn't long until he finally spoke an answer, it was short but told all…He said "I didn't…I couldn't tell him…" The Girls looked at each other, then back at the Man as he explained "I told him some Imp killed Daisy and that I just…Had to find and kill that bastard…He told me he'd find him for me but…I don't-…" Charlie comforted him with a hug as she shared sympathy and stated "Don't worry…I know it was really tough…But…I appreciate you letting him…You know…Continue to exist…C'mon, let's just head home and watch a cheesy action movie, your pick even." as she smiled to assure the Marine of his 'good deed' but he just stood there staring blankly at the ground, he eventually nodded and the three left the room and eventually the mansion to return home.

But Lucifer and Lilith stood on the night balcony as they conversed further about their secret conversation with the Madman. Lucifer said while staring out into the vastness of Hell's massive city and its bright lights "I told you we should've told her about him." But Lilith just simply turns to her Husband and places her hand on his face as she retorts "We'll tell her the full story someday but…Not today, I can see something between the two that I did not expect to see between such individuals. I don't want to jeopardize it because of…" Lilith refused to speak further, as if she was holding back from cursing. Lucifer comforted his wife as he placed his arms around her and said "Then we'll allow them their time…But we definitely need to tell her before you know who comes and does it for us." as the two look out into the night sky and just simply enjoy the other's presence.
