Juno's daughter, Bellona is raised by Legoshi & Haru. Bellona is her father's opposite but close to her rabbit sister, causing her to doubt she is a real wolf.

INT. School cafeteria - breakfast

Haru and Legoshi are eating breakfast at a long table. Els is at the far end with her nose in a book.

Haru
(to Legoshi)
I still don't know if you are sensitive or stupid!

From the far end of the table, Els speaks without looking up from her book.

Els
(slightly impatient)
He's sensitive!

Els runs off in a panic.

Haru
Where did that come from?

Legoshi
I did her a...you might call it a favor, a while ago. And then, she attacked me with a pair of scissors. Maybe she feels like she needs to make it up to me.

Haru
You did her a favor and she attacked you?! Why?

Legoshi
It wasn't really her fault. She thought I was going to devour her.

Haru
(wryly)
Oh, so I do have some competition!

EXT. School garden - mid afternoon

Legoshi
I was also thinking about us, longer term.

Haru
Longer term?

Legoshi
You know. Family.

Haru
(slightly alarmed)
Family? Aren't we a little too young to be planning a family?

Legoshi
Not now, but maybe someday.

EXT. School Garden

Juno is standing in a dance pose, one arm raised above her head.

Juno (V.O.)
You know, you should have tried out for Bill's part. You are far more graceful than he is.

Legoshi is crossing to Juno from behind and follows her instructions.

Juno
Arms open. As you approach, slide your right hand up my forearm until we clasp hands. Now walk around so our arm twist around each other and you wind up behind me again. Lay your cheek on my left shoulder and bring your left arm around me, across and down until you hand rests...

She places his left hand on her right thigh.

Juno (CONT'D.)
...here.

Over BLACK

Haru (V.O.)
Legoshi!

EXT. Els's dorm, front steps

Els and Jack stand facing one another, a formal distance apart.

Els
Well...thanks. Good night.

Els leans across to give Jack a kiss on the cheek, then all but runs into the dorm.

Ellen (V.O.)
You kissed him! I saw you!

Els (V.O.)
It's not like that! I was just thanking him for walking me home safe.

Ellen (V.O.)
Safe?! With a carnivore? Alone? After dark? You can't trust them!

INT. Drama club storeroom, afternoon

Kai
With Ellen and Sheila running this show instead of Louis, I've got a real shot of making the cut. I want to try again.

Dom
Well, we all wish you good luck but I'd be lying if I didn't say a small part of me hopes you don't get a role.

Kai takes a moment to sort out what Dom just said.

Kai
There's a compliment in there somewhere, isn't there.

I'll take it.

INT. Drama club storeroom, afternoon

Legoshi and Bill rush at each other, shoving ear to ear.

Bill
Do you remember what happened last time we fought?

Legoshi
(low growl in Bill's ear)
Ask yourself, have you ever had to fight like your life depends on it or are you just some punk who picks on animals smaller than himself?

Legoshi pushes away to be face to face with Bill. Legoshi's eyes flare red.

Legoshi (CONT'D.)
Can you call up the beast in you?

INT. Drama club store room - Afternoon

Dom
What I'm saying, is that I'm gay.

Aoba and Kibi stare at Dom. Kai grins. Legoshi glances up, then goes back to his work. Els watches all their reactions as if daring them to tease Dom.

Kai
You mean you've got a crush on some of us.

Dom
Don't worry. I like other peacocks.
(dreamily)
And birds of paradise.

INT. School hallways

Legoshi runs toward the infirmary with an unconscious and bleeding Haru in his arms.

Legoshi
(screaming)
Help! Someone help her!

Occasionally, he passes a student or two. Their heads turn as he passes. He runs into a knot of students who get in his way. He starts to push his way through.

Legoshi
Get out of my way! And someone get help!

Student #1 (O.S.)
Is she okay?

Student #2 (O.S.)
What have you done to her?

INT. City jail - The next morning

A brown bear jail guard walks up to a large cell with a few detainees in it. He checks his clipboard.

Guard
Grey wolf, Legoshi?

Legoshi
That's me.

Guard
Y'get one phone call.

Legoshi (V.O.)
Gouhin, it's Legoshi. I need your help!

INT. City court room

Gon
I don't need a court case. You are still banned from all contact with herbivores on campus.

Legoshi
You can't do that!

Gouhin
Yes he can.

EXT. School garden - Dawn

Legoshi is holding a key ring with a single key on it.

Haru (V.O.)
The key is to the back door of the garden shop. I'll be moving in tomorrow.

INT. Hospital corridor

Gouhin
Hmph. No wonder that punk fell in love with her.

EXT. Train station - early evening

Els
I have to tell you, Jack. It's not you.

Jack
(disappointed)
Oh.

INT. Garden shop apartment kitchen

Legoshi sits at the table, opposite of Juno. Haru sits on a stool next to Legoshi.

Legoshi
Why are you here?

Juno
I'm pregnant.

Legoshi's jaw drops. Haru closes her eyes. Juno looks down at her hands.
