Legion Of Cosmic Heroes

Happy New Years to those who read/fave/follow my stories. My Original plan was a New Years One Shot but I decded to Upload this instead.

Title shows as the music starts

My broken wings dream of the sky

Demiyah looks up at the sky from the park fountain she's sitting on.

And I'll never be able to fly

Demiyah pulls her knees up to her chest.

Only if we never try

A hand reaches out to Demiyah to pul her up.

Oh my love

Demiyah looks up and sees Juniper, Jake, Percy, Steven, Adrien, Sakura, Chris, Nanoha, Ichigo, Danny, Marco, Star, Marinette, Sora, Allura, Lance, Keith, Pidge, Hunk, Shiro, Kaminari, and Kirishima. Demiyah takes the hand of Danny and they run through the park.

If I could become just one thing

The Legionaires are hanging out in the reconstructed Moon Castle.

I'd be a butterfly free soaring

A shadowed figure is shown recieving the Butterfly Miraculous.

I really miss you

A photo shows Veemon and several teenagers on a split screen.

So now finally, I'm on my way

The Legionaires are flying in the Astro Megaship Mark 3 through dimensional space.

Let's focus on the people we trust

Demiyah turns away from the Digidestined walking towards the Legionaires.

And leave all of the doubt behind us

Adrien and Sakura are training with staffs together while Chris, Demiyah, Star, and Nanoha talk spells. Steven is training his healing powers under the Rose Quartz in the infirmary. Danny, Marinette, the Paladins, Juniper, Jake, and Marco are working out. Kaminari and Kirishima are sparring. Sora and Ichigo are training with Kendo gear.

So, if your ready

Somewhere an alarm sounds in the Castle.

The Legioaires are at attention as Sailor Pluto and Clockwork give them the details for a mission.

Cause there's no time to waste

The Legionaires are running through the streets of Reefside directing an evacuation.

Demiyah is sitting in a large library with the other Legionaires.

If the sky above is only for show

A meteor shower lights up the sky as a trio of shadowed figures stand under it.

Cyber Cam, Alpha 5, Peridot, Lapis, and Jasper are working in the Command Center.

What tomorrow will bring

Demiyah runs out the door. Her parents smiling at her enthusiastic energy.

So let's spread out our wings

Danny is seen flying with Sakura, Demiyah, Jake, and a shadowed figure.

Maybe this world's an infinite dream

Helios is shown in Elysian looking at a Dream Mirror that's turned black.

And there's only hope living in me

The Crests of Courage, Hope, Friendship, Light, Miracles, and Faith swirl around Demiyah before settling on a charm necklace.

May, it not fail me now

A shadowed figure appears in front of Demiyah as she and the shadowed figure bump fists.

We'll turn this thing around

A map of known ares of the entire Universe lights up in an observatory like room. A world is shown flickering before going out.

And bring back the loving somehow

Demiyah is shown singing on a stage with her fellow Legionaires acting as the band for her.

A pair of stange coins glow as two armored figures are shown.

The Legionaires are in front of the Moon Castle.

The shot pans out to show the Voltron Lions and the friends they make on their adventures.

Chapter 8: Starshine Festival Part 3: Beetle Blast Shine Bright!:

The final day of the Starshine Festival dawned as Denki looked out his bedroom window. He had been up a little over an hour. He wasn't sure what his dreams meant but it was enough to get him up early in the morning. He looked up and saw his host family. Jason and Kat stood at his door as Jason said, "Denki, if you like today before we head to the Festival we can stop at the Lightspeed Medical Outpost. Kat and I overheard Rini's little speech. If it makes you feel better we can get a blood sample taken to be compared to me and Kat's." Denki said, "Yeah. This way I can shake these thoughts out of my head."

(At the Festival)

Len was bouncing up and down eager to have fun. He knew the Starshine Princess contest was today and that Demiyah his sister was competing. Demiyah walked up to the group in a pale pink tunic top, faded blue jeans, white socks, blue sneakers, a gold sleeveless hoodie, and a beetle hairpin. Most of the Legion baring Denki and Danny were waiting there. Because after the Starshine Princess contest the Legionaires were going to play a song on the stage to end the Festival.

Demiyah signed in for the competition when Inoue walked up. Demiyah said, "You know I'm surprised Inoue. Didn't think you'd be back for the Festival's last day." Inoue said rudely, "I just came to win the Starshine Princess contest." Demiyah said, "There's a ton of talented contenders every year. I should know. I compete every year."

Round one was a Question round. While Inoue's answers were rude and selfcentered, Demiyah's were kind and showed how much she cared for her town and loved ones. The final question was what the girls would spend the 15,000 dollar prize on. Inoue said, "Why I would go shopping of course." Demiyah said, "I would put it towards my college education. As Silver Guardian Academy's college program is pricey. I would prefer to apply for scholarships or earn the money myself than expect my parents to pay for it out of their pockets."

Round two they had to model a dress and swimsuit. Demiyah was okay with the dress. She was self concious about the swimsuit modeling. Due to Inoue's harrasment, she had little confidence in her looks. Her bathing suit was a white two piece with silver crescent moons. Demiyah nervously stepped out to show off her swimsuit. When she did, everyone went silent. Denki being the only voice she heard. "I totally forgot how damn hot she looks in white and silver." Demiyah's face was beet red in pure embarrassment, but she continued down the stage, turned around and went backstage.

The final round was a talent contest. Inoue admittedly was impressive with her spinning plate routine. Demiyah was worried the song she chose wouldn't cut it. The emcee called her name when she stepped out. She walked out and smiled sheepishly at the crowd.

Demiyah's song showed she wanted to be herself. Not what other people expected. And clearly the judges liked what they heard.

The emcee, Daggeron the Solaris Knight said, "Okay ladies, gentlemen, Androids, Magical Beings, Aliens, and all others this is it. The judges have made their choices. In third place, Kari Kamiya. Her prize is a five hundred gift card to the Reefside Mall, the third place trophy, and a Bronze circlet with a single sapphire inside." Kari went up retrieve her prize. The circlet placed on her head. "In second place, we have Vida Rocca. Her Prize is check for 4500 dollars, a silver circlet with two rubies in it, the second place trophy, and the runner up sash." Vida stepped up to claim her prize. Which made Inoue and even Lila smug as the compulsive liar entered as well. Daggeron said, "And finally in first place, this year's Starshine Princess is, DEMIYAH OLIVER!" Demiyah was shocked while Inoue and Lila screamed, "SAY WHAT?!" Daggeron said, "Miss Oliver's prize is the 15000 dollar check, the first place trophy, a designer dress from the fashion designer Edna Mode, the latest Stark Industries Laptop, the Pagent Tiara, the Starshine Princess sash, and the custom Starshine Princess Scepter made by Emily Agreste." Demiyah went up to retrieve her prize. Each of the winners were also handed a beautiful boquet of Roses. Kari had Violet, Vida had Pink, and Demiyah had Blue. Yolei and Lila ran off shrieking in fury.

After was the Starshine Parade. As the Starshine Princess, Demiyah would be riding on a float. She insisted Kari and Vida ride with her. As the float was on the last leg of the parade there was an explosion. Demiyah groaned when she saw another old enemy. Len, Hunk, and an african american boy Roland ran into the street. Demiyah while she didn't have to wear her new dress, was irritated. Len said, "Let's just handle these dorks and get back to the fun." Nukus said, "As if you could. When we were sent back to the comics, you lost your powers." Roland chuckled, "That is where you're wrong Nukus." Hunk smirked, "Ro's right. Our powers aren't connected to you. They are bonded to us." Demiyah stoo in the lead. "I say we go clasic. Ready?" Her boys replied, "Ready!" All four were glowing with a different color of energy. Len was Red, Demiyah was Blue, Roland was Green, and Hunk was White. All four held out a hand and called out, "Beetle Bonder!" The energy crackled like electricity as the Beetle Bonders from the Beetleborg Comic Books appeared. Holding them in the air the four called out, "Beetle Blast!" In four flashes of light the four main Beetleborgs appeared causing every Comic Book fan including Peter Parker and Clint Barton aka Spiderman and Hawkeye to fanboy hard.

"Red Striker!"

"Blue Stinger!"

"Green Hunter!"

"White Blaster!"

"Beetleborgs!"

The battle was intense, but even with addition of Hunk it was still a difficult battle. Len told Demiyah, "I say it's time for Mega Blue." Demiyah nodded, "Mega Blast! Thunder Stinger!" The engines on her arms and legs appeared as her beetle flight pack materialized on her back, The red eyes of her Visor turned a crisp silver as her Thunder Stinger materialized. Each of the boys had a weapon of their own. Hunk had the Inferno Blaster a canon type gun that fired plasma bolts but it only did damage to the bad guys. Len had the Charge Striker a crossbow like weapon firing lightning arrow like blasts. Roland had the Hunter Canon. A weapon similar to the Power Blaster but it only had one component as opposed to five. Demiyah said, "Alright team lock and load. Blue Stinger Ready." Len said, "Red Striekr Ready." Hunk said, "White Blaster Ready." Roland said, "Green Hunter Ready. Aim." Demiyah said, "FIRE!" Four different weapons fired at will causing Nukus to return to the Comic Book world. "Beetleborgs Back Blast!"

That night after fielding questions from reporters yet again even Peter Parker from the Daily Bugle in New York Demiyah and her current team were on stage.

Queen Rita smiled, "A fine performance children. As discussed with Demiyah one of my faithful Knight musch like Len, Roland, and Hunk. I wish to Knight Demiyah's comrades in her current mission." In turn each Legionaire was Knighted, presented the medal of honor that came with their stations, and presented their own Mystic Knight Armor/Weapon. Demiyah knowing it was a huge honor. Isshin was bawling in pride at the fact his son became a Knight to a Queen!

At the beach wooden boats were sent on the water as those with magic created balls of light and proceeded to send the balls into the air.

Before splitting up for the night, Demiyah and Denki shared their first kiss. A swirl of Pink and yellow light swirling around them. Their Soul Bond activating at long last.
