Illya was currently washing her body after she readied the bath. She just recently came home after her talk with Haru. When Illya was done, she walked into the tub and sat down to relax. As the cool water felt nice on her skin, the young girl soon let out a relaxed sigh.

Illya: "As I thought, baths are so relaxing..."

Ruby then spoke up as the Kaleidostick used one of her feathers to hold a sponge as she scrubbed herself.

Ruby: "You sound like an old geezer, Illya-chan."

Despite the apparent playful tone in Ruby's voice, Illya did send the stick a slightly annoyed look.

Illya: "What? The bath is probably one of the greatest inventions of humankind. I'm glad to born Japanese because of these moments. That, and I can watch anime."

Ruby: "You're half Japanese, right? Oh, I wonder what those four are doing now..."

It was clear to Illya that Ruby was referencing Haru and Miyu along with Amethyst and Sapphire. The mere mention of those four caused Illya to gain a slightly sad look as she held her right arm with her left hand. Ruby was also quiet as she moved into a small bowl with the warm bath water and resting a miniature towel on top of herself.

Illya: "It's night..."

Ruby: "Yes, it's night."

Illya lowered herself more in-depth into the water as she closed her eyes.

Illya: "Well, from this evening on, at least I can retake relaxing baths."

They would have continued talking, but soon, Illya heard voices right by the bath's door. One sounded like Sella, and the other one was familiar, but Illya couldn't figure out who it was.

?: "Where is Illya? In here?"

Sella: "Ah, wait! She's still bathing!"

Suddenly, Illya's mother, Irisviel, came barging into the bathroom with a happy smile.

Irisviel: "Hello, Illya-chan! I am back!"

Suffice to say, Illya was shocked at her mother's sudden intrusion and appearance as she moved so quickly that she splashed some water out of the tub.

Illya: "Ma... Mama!?"

Irisviel simply ignored her daughter's surprised look as she gave a short wave to the young girl.

Irisviel: "Yeah! I'm home, Illya!"

The mother then saw Ruby, who was staying completely still and quiet as not to reveal herself. Irisviel picked up Ruby with one of her fingers and a thumb holding one of the stick's feathers before deciding to tease her daughter.

Irisviel: "Oh? A toy? Illya, you're still a little child."

Illya: "Oh, no, that's..."

Before Illya could come up with a lie to explain Ruby, Irisviely put the stick down on the floor and began undressing.

Irisviel: "Long trips are so exhausting. When was the last time we took a bath together?"

The young girl started getting embarrassed as her mother finished getting out of her clothes and began to step into the bath.

Illya: "Eeh!? Wait, Mama!"

Irisviel: "Ah, it's cold."

Illya: "Wait!"

But Irisviel doesn't listen and has Illya move forward a bit to sit behind her daughter in the bath. Illya now had a thoroughly embarrassed blush as she sat between her mother's legs as the woman wrapped a towel around her head before letting out a content sigh.

Irisviel: "As I thought, baths are so relaxing..."

Illya: "You came back home rather suddenly, Mama."

Illya's mother took that moment to tease her again and slightly pinched her daughter's right cheek.

Irisviel: "Hmm? Is my coming home a problem for you?"

Illya: "Oh, not really..."

Irisviel: "Well, I came back an hour ago. I got a brief pause from work, so I came home. Kiritsugu is still away because of work, so he cannot come back for now."

Illya: "Is that so?"

The older woman decides to tease Illya even more as she reaches out with her hands and places them on Illya's growing chest. The young girl was still embarrassed due to her mother's antics.

Irisviel: "So, for now, let's deepen our relationship as mother and child... Did you grow a bit more?"

Illya: "Isn't this a little excessive?"

Soon, Irisviel stops teasing her daughter and simply starts a conversation.

Irisviel: "Oh, yes... While I was away, did anything strange happen?"

Illya: "Oh... nothing special..."

Irisviel: "Oh, come on! It did happen, didn't it? Something really amazing..."

The young girl was confused at first as she couldn't figure out what her mother meant, with her confusion being apparent on her face.

Irisviel: "Yes, there's that massive mansion in front of our house!"

The mention of Luvia's and Miyu's home had Illya stop being confused as she forgot about that.

Illya: "Oh, that..."

Irisviel: "Yeah, I almost hadn't noticed that. For a moment, I also thought that I got the wrong place. The scenery sure has changed..."

Illya let out a small laugh due to her mother's humor but paused when Irisviel brought up the next topic, which almost made the young girl freeze.

Irisviel: "Sella told me that one of your classmates lives there. What's her name?"

Illya: "Mi... Miyu..."

Irisviel: "Miyu-chan, eh? Is she a transfer student? Is she a friend of yours and Haru-kun?"

Illya: "... Yeah."

Irisiviel: "Tell me, what's she like?"

Illya: "Well... She's... Miyu is..."

Roughly around the same time that this conversation between mother and daughter was taking place, Haru and Miyu fought for their lives against the Berserker Heroic Spirit. Right now, Haru had his limbs covered in dense Magical Energy and used Reinforcement Magecraft to reach Miyu and grab her. He was able to move her out of the way before the giant's fist could make contact with Sapphire, who Miyu was trying to use to defend herself.

Haru: "Ok, this is going to be a tough one!"

Seeing that Haru and Miyu were already struggling against their foe made Rin concerned for them.

Rin: "Miyu! Haru!"

Miyu: "We're alright!"

Haru and Miyu quickly raised their respective sticks in sync as they fired blasts at the Berserker.

Miyu/Haru: "Shoot!"

However, when their blasts hit the spirit, they simply dispersed against its body, showing that it wasn't harmed at all from their attacks. To say that Miyu and Haru were shocked would be an understatement. However, Haru quickly grabbed Miyu and jumped backward faster than she would have so they could avoid the monster's fist as it came crashing down to the ground right where they were. The impact of its fist made a hole on the ground, along with part of the building's roof to crack around said hole.

Miyu: "What terrible strength...!"

Haru: "Yeah... and its durability is no joke either..."

Sapphire: "Avoid a direct hit at all costs, please! The physical barrier won't work if you get hit!"

Amethyst: "Also, I'm pretty sure that even the magic barrier may not hold against that thing's strength!"

Miyu: "Even if you say so..."

Haru: "The field is much smaller...!"

And that is true since the distortion just barely surrounded the building. It's so small that Miyu and Haru would not be able to safely fly in the air and keep their distance from their enemy.

Luvia: "There's no cover! Combined with his power, it's way too dangerous...!"

Rin: "Can't you at least try to confine him!?"

Sapphire: "It's impossible! Even the Magical Energy Shots didn't seem to have any effect! His body canceled out the attacks..."

Amethyst: "This doesn't seem like a skill..."

Miyu: "That's not an anti-magic shield... it's an even more advanced form of protection."

Haru: "Yeah... it's more like a conceptual law."

Rin had a look of realization at the same time as Miyu and Haru.

Rin: "It can't be... a Noble Phantasm...!?"

Sapphire: "There's no mistake. It has no exact rank, and it cancels out all our attacks... a steel armor. That's his Noble Phantasm... Miyu-sama...!"

Amethyst: "I suggest we retreat, Haru-sama!"

The mere thought of retreat made the two young children grimace.

Back to Illya and Irisviel, the young girl was describing Miyu to her mother.

Illya: "Miyu is... she's a quiet girl... she only talks when it's necessary... kind of like what Haru was like when we were younger. No, it's more like she's not accustomed to talking..."

Irisviel: "Oh?"

Illya: "Ah, but... she's exceptional in both studies and sports... she's always on top. No one can beat her, not even Haru."

Illya developed a small smile as she continues talking about her recent friend. Yet, the smile didn't match the look in her eyes.

Irisviel: "So, she can do anything?"

Illya: "Yes, she can do anything... she... can do everything by herself. We decided to do something together along with Haru, and even when I ran away... they never blamed me..."

Miyu and Haru were now constantly dodging the spirit's heavy fists with each blow cracking the ground as it tries to crush them.

Illya: "It's been like this from the beginning. Miyu didn't rely on me while Haru never needed to, but he did try."

Miyu and Haru raised their respective sticks and readied another attack.

Illya: "She always did it correctly by herself, with Haru providing excellent support. She always had that expression..."

Miyu sent a wide blast around Berserker while Haru sent a shot towards its eyes. The hope was to limit its range of vision so they could land a surprise attack.

Illya: "Miyu and Haru are great... Miyu and Haru will surely be..."

Rin sends multiple gems at its chest to help them out while one of them moves through the smoke, ready to strike.

Illya: "They will be alright by themselves..."

Miyu moves in from behind it with the Lancer card Included and used its Noble Phantasm to pierce through Berserkers heart.

The mother looked at her daughter with a smile.

Irisviel: "Do you really think so?"

Her mother's tone that questioned Illya's belief made her turn her head in confusion.

Illya: "Eh?"

Miyu canceled the Include and was about to back away, but the spirit swung its arm around to hit Miyu with its fist. It all happened in just a brief moment, which made it all the more horrifying to Miyu and Haru.

Irisviel: "After all... your expression doesn't say "It's alright" after all."

The force of Berserker's fist sent Miyu flying into a nearby wall. She coughed up blood as she fell to the ground. Haru rushed to her in a panic to make sure she was alright.

Haru: "Miyu!"

Irisviel: "Are you really not worried?"

Illya: "That's..."

Irisviel: "Wouldn't it be alright to help her, then? Why won't you?"

What seemed like steam started coming from the mortal wound that Miyu inflicted on the spirit.

Irisviel: "Are you... really afraid of your own power?"

Hearing Irisviel talk about her power, of all things, made Illya turn her head towards her mother with complete shock in her eyes, and the young girl being speechless right now. At the same time, the spirit straightened itself and let out a roar. Luvia and Rin ran to where Haru and Miyu were so they could regroup.

Luvia: "Miyu!"

Right now, the girl couldn't talk due to the damage inflicted on her, even as Sapphire was trying to heal the young girl. Rin and Haru's attention was turned towards the monster that should have been dead after being pierced by the Lancer card's spear.

Rin: "Damnit! She even pierced his heart! I can't believe it...!"

There was only one answer as to why that thing wasn't dead, and both Rin and Haru quickly came to the correct conclusion while dread filled every fiber of their being.

Haru: "I can't think of anything else...! Resurrection! That's his Noble Phantasm's actual ability!"

Rin quickly took out her Azoth Sword and cut a hole just big enough for all of them to fit through.

Rin: "Let's retreat! We can't beat him!"

The rest silently agreed as Luvia picked up Miyu in a bridal carry right before they all started running inside the building to get away from that monster. They kept running until they were close to the edge of the building. Meanwhile, Miyu turned her head to look at Haru. He saw that motion of hers and looked back at her as they continued to run away. She then looked at Amethyst before looking back at him to silently tell him something.

Haru's eyes widened as he realized she wanted to go with Plan B that the two young children discussed in private before meeting up with Rin and Luvia on top of the building. Not even Sapphire and Amethyst know what they are about to try. He briefly nodded his head in agreement with her since it was the best option they had.

Luvia: "We're lucky that we're inside a building."

Rin: "The size of his body means he can't easily follow us in here."

They eventually stop, with Luvia setting Miyu down as they prepare to leave.

Luvia: "Let's go, Sapphire!"

Sapphire: "Yes!"

Miyu and Sapphire made the Magic Circle that would allow everyone to return to their world.

Sapphire: "Formation of a reflected path, returning to the opposite dimension! Exiting from the Mirror World!"

The Magic Circle started glowing brighter, which was the signal for Miyu and Haru. The two walked away from the Magic Circle with determined expressions. Luvia was too late in noticing the two children walking away from them. And Amethyst started panicking as her master was doing something unexpected.

Sapphire: "Separating..."

Luvia: "Eh?"

Amethyst: "H-Haru-sama...!?"

The Magic Circle transported Rin and Luvia with Sapphire just now noticing that Miyu and Haru stayed behind.

Sapphire: "What? Miyu-sama!? Haru-sama!? What are you...?"

Amethyst: "What are you two doing!? You need to escape while you can!"

Miyu: "It's okay. At last... Haru and I can fight on our own."

Haru: "Yeah... I still can't believe we are about to do what you told me."

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama...!?"

Amethyst: "What are you two talking about...!?"

Miyu: "If anyone finds out... It'll be bad... So keep this a secret... ok?"

Haru: "I'm still having a hard time believing you, Miyu... but yeah, I agree with you. Amethyst... you need to keep quiet about this."

The two children both take out a Class Card with Miyu holding the Saber card while Haru was holding the Caster card.

Sapphire: "A card...?"

Amethyst: "What are you...?"

Miyu: "I don't know why I've never done this before... even Illya managed to do it."

The two friends put their respective Class Card on the ground before placing the bottom tips of their respective Kaleidosticks on top of the cards.

Miyu: "This is... how the cards are meant to be used!

They then started speaking in sync with each other.

Miyu/Haru: "Heed my words!"

Two of the same Magic Circle that Illya used before appeared beneath them.

Miyu/Haru: "My will creates your body! Your sword creates my destiny! If you heed the grail's call and obey my will and reason, then answer me!"

As they spoke in unison, the Berserk came crashing down from the ceiling in front of them.

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama! He's...!"

Amethyst: "Haru-sama!"

Miyu/Haru: "I hereby swear! That I shall be all the good in the world! That I shall defeat all evil in the world! Thou Seventh Heaven, clad in the three great words of power! Come forth from the circle of binding, Guardian of the Scales!"

The spirit started rushing towards them and raised a fist towards Miyu, trying to crush the young girl.

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama!"

Amethyst: "Hurry, Haru-sama!"

Miyu/Haru: "Install!"

A bright light shined around them as a sword blocked the Berserker's fist. It was the same golden Excalibur that Illya used before. With a swing of her new blade, Miyu sent the giant skidding away. Meanwhile, a ball of fire was sent towards the spirit, and it hit the giant's right eye, causing the eye to be severely burnt. The light around them began to die down to reveal their current state.

Miyu: "We won't retreat!"

Haru: "With all our power..."

The light disappeared to show Miyu in a battle dress roughly the same as the corrupted Saber Heroic Spirit, except it was blue and had silver armor. Although unlike the corrupted spirit from before, the dress only had a small chest piece covering Miyu's chest with her abdomen being shown. Haru, on the other hand, was wearing a non-tattered version of the robe that the corrupter Caster Heroic Spirit had. He was also holding the spirit's staff that was used to cast its powerful spells. Miyu held the sword in the direction of the Berserker while Haru kept the staff by his side.

Miyu: "Here!

Haru: "And now!"

Miyu/Haru: "We will end this fight!"

The Berserker charged at them again with its eye already healing. Miyu blocked a fist with her sword while Haru sent a wind-based spell to cut through the spirit's throat, almost managing to kill it, but the wound quickly started to heal. The monster sent another fist that went past Miyu's sword and threatened to hit her face, but Haru blocked it effortlessly with a glass-like barrier. Miyu then took the opportunity to stab the spirit through the chest with Excalibur. The force of Miyu's strike as she pushed against it caused the giant to skid through a wall and almost hitting the window of an office.

Miyu then took Excalibur out of its chest, with the spirit coughing up blood and falling to his knees. She and Haru then eyed the spirit's body with weary looks.

Sapphire: "Mi... Miyu-sama!"

Amethyst: "Haru-sama...!?"

Miyu and Haru heard Sapphire's voice coming from Excalibur while hearing Amethyst's voice from the staff. They both looked at their respective weapons with surprise.

Miyu: "Sapphire? I'm surprised you can talk even in this state."

Haru: "Indeed. Then again, I didn't know this was possible until we just Installed the cards."

Sapphire: "How did you two do this? Your clothes... your abilities... it seems like..."

Amethyst: "It looks just like what Illya-san did...?"

Miyu: "Through the card, we can obtain access to the power of a Heroic Spirit. Depending on the hero, one can copy a fraction of their power. One's own existence can be overwritten with this false summon."

Haru: "I'm pretty sure it's more complicated than that, though."

Sapphire: "In other words..."

Amethyst: "You mean...?"

Miyu: "We become the Heroic Spirit. That is the card's real power."

Haru would have spoken again, but he stopped as the Berserker started standing again. Both wounds that Miyu and Haru inflicted on it were both wholly healed.

Miyu: "That is enough talking. The enemy has recovered."

Haru: "Just how many times do we need to kill this thing?"

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama, Haru-sama, the enemy is really immortal! Winning against an enemy that can recover an infinite number of times..."

Miyu: "It's not infinite. Even if the ability is exceptional, there is sure to be a finite number of times he can revive."

Haru: "We just have to keep killing him till he stays dead. It doesn't matter how many times he can recover. We will defeat him every single time!"

Miyu runs towards the enemy while readying to slash him with Excalibur at the same time that Haru raises the staff and forms multiple Magic Circles around him. As Miyu swings her sword, the spirit raised its arm in the path of her blade. However, to the surprise of Miyu, Excalibur couldn't cut through its skin at all, unlike earlier when she killed it. Haru tried to use the same wind spell that cut the giant's throat but this time sent it towards the spirit's head. The sharp wind made contact with his head right as it sent Miyu sliding back with its arm.

Yet just like Miyu's Excalibur, no harm was done to the spirit, shocking them even further. It then moved to punch Miyu, but she dodged while gripping her sword with two hands and slashing at the giant's chest. But once again, the blade didn't even scratch the monster. The Berserker sent its other fist sideways to slam it into the young girl, but Haru made the glass-like barrier again to stop it from hurting his friend. That gave Miyu enough time to back away to where Haru was.

Miyu: "The blade can't cut him! His steel body is too strong..."

Haru: "It's not that!"

Haru grabbed Miyu and teleported them out of the way as the giant tried to crush them both. They appeared behind the pillar outside of its visual field.

Haru: "I could tell from our recent strikes. His Noble Phantasm also prevents him from being killed by the same method twice. We need to kill him differently every time."

He then teleported them again right before the monster crashed through the pillar they were hiding behind. Their position was now back to where they started.

Sapphire: "And he's caught onto our attack pattern! A monster like that... there's no way to kill him! Miyu-sama! Haru-sama! Please, I beg of you both to retreat! At another time, we surely..."

Amethyst: "Yes, please run! There's no shame in escaping to fight another day...!"

The two children didn't respond with words. Miyu's response was Excalibur giving off a familiar bright light as it gathered an intense amount of Magical Energy. In response, the Berserker started charging at them. Still, Haru was ready to intervene by using a different spell that managed to freeze the giant in place by immobilizing the space around it.

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama, why do you two go so far? Why...!?"

Amethyst: "Just what is so important that you two are fighting something you can't kill by yourselves!?"

Meanwhile, Illya was just getting ready to ask her mother what she meant from her previous words.

Illya: "Ma... Mama...? What did you just..."

Irisviel: "The key has activated 2 times already. After keeping it for 10 years, it's almost drained of Magical Energy. You used most of it... I didn't think that it could loosen so early."

Illya: "Wha... What are you talking about, Mama...?"

Irisviel: "I'm really surprised. If this keeps up, you could die..."

Hearing such a foreboding topic from her mother made Illya back away with a slightly frightened look.

Illya: "Mama... you knew? About my power...? Then tell me! What is that power? What do I..."

Her mother adopts a fake confused look and raises her hands.

Irisviel: "Who knows?"

That response stunned Illya for a moment, who then became somewhat upset.

Illya: "Wha...!? Don't play dumb so suddenly, Mama!"

Irisviel: "Well, it's like the saying, "It's meaningless if you don't realize it on your own." and also, "It is too early for that," don't you agree?"

Illya: "What the hell!?"

The mother then flattened one of her hands before hitting the top of her daughter's head with a slightly angry look.

Irisviel: "Ah, geez! Don't argue with me!"

The older Einzbern then changes her expression back to a gentle one, which gains Illya's full attention.

Irisviel: "Anyway... I'll tell you one thing... You shouldn't be afraid of your own power. It's neither good nor evil. The important thing is how you use it... your will. It doesn't matter what kind of power you have. You don't need to be afraid. It is, without a doubt, a part of you."

Illya: "Even if you say so..."

Irisviel: "It's not a problem if you don't understand right away."

Illya's mother then begins to walk out of the tub so she can start drying off.

Irisviel: "Don't think about it for now. Don't look for an answer. Just try to move on."

Illya: "Move on...?"

Irisviel looks back at Illya with a smile as her daughter looks at her questioningly.

Irisviel: "You ran away, right?"

Miyu was almost done with charging up her Noble Phantasm while Haru was still holding back the giant with his spell.

Sapphire: "Miyu-sama! Why do you refuse to retreat!? The battle today is impossible, but next time with the right preparations..."

Amethyst: "Yes, we are sure that the others can help you win, so, please...!"

Miyu: "There won't be a next time!"

Haru: "We can't let allow there to be a second time!"

Miyu: "We must finish him here and now!"

Irisviel: "You couldn't make it together, so you ran away, right? But what about Miyu-chan? What about Haru-kun?"

Haru: "We must finish him on our own!"

Irisviel: "What kind of people... are they, to you?"

Miyu/Haru: "Because next time, Illya will be forced to do it!"

Their answer surprised the two Kaleidosticks, who finally understood their reasoning. It was because they didn't want to involve Illya anymore.

Miyu: "Illya said... that she doesn't want to fight!"

Haru: "So we will finish this, so she doesn't have to fight!"

Illya: "Haru... Haru is well... you know..."

Illya was blushing as it is evident that she still had feelings for him. Her mother simply kept her smile and nodded her head.

Irisviel: "And... what about Miyu-chan?"

Illya: "Miyu... Miyu is... Miyu is... my friend!"

Illya said that with a determined look. Meanwhile, Miyu fired her Noble Phantasm at the bound giant. Excalibur's bright light engulfed the spirit and tore through the building. As the light died down, Miyu gripped her sword as she placed the tip of the blade to balance herself. The use of that Noble Phantasm really drained the girl's Magical Energy since she was panting after using it.

The building had a huge hole in it, and they could see that Excalbur's blast managed to warp a portion of the Mirror World.

Amethyst: "I...incredible...!"

Miyu: "Nnngh..."

Haru looked at Miyu, who briefly had a pained look right before the Saber Class Card was expelled from her. Sapphire was sent rolling to the end of the building but managed to stop and float upwards again. Miyu almost fell to the ground, but Haru caught her in his arms with a concerned look as his friend looked exhausted. The Saber Class Card was lying on the floor right in front of them.

Haru: "You used all of your Magical Energy. Take it easy, Miyu."

Sapphire: "The transformation canceled... Miyu-sama!?"

The Kaleidostick just noticed how tired Miyu looked right as her master called out to her.

Miyu: "Come back here, Sapphire! Refill my supply of Magical Energy!"

Sapphire: "Y-yes...!"

However, before Sapphire could move, the Berserker used one of its hands to slam the Kaleidostick to the ground and pin her. Haru and Miyu were both shocked to see that the spirit was still alive and watched as it pulled itself back into the room they were in. Steam was coming off its entire body while it glared at them with killing intent.

Sapphire: "Mi... Miyu-sama...!"

Amethyst: "Sapphire-nee-san...!?"

The giant tightened its grip on Sapphire, but Haru quickly cast a forced teleportation spell on Sapphire to free her and bring her to Miyu's side. Miyu instantly grabbed Sapphire so the stick could start recharging her master. However, both of them began to feel scared as the giant roared before fully standing up. However, before it could charge at them, Illya came jumping down from the broken roof. She was holding Ruby, who had a blade of pure Magical Energy attached to her.

As Illya came down, she swung the blade right down the middle of the giant's body, cutting right through its chest with blood coming out as Illya slid to where Miyu and Haru were. Even though they were both shocked form Illya's appearance, Haru saw a gem at the bottom of the blade of Magical Energy and realized that the jewel was the blade's source.

Miyu: "Illya..."

Illya: "Rin-san! It worked!"

The blade of Magical Energy disappeared and popped out of Ruby. Then Rin and Luvia jumped down from the roof while holding gems in their hands.

Rin: "Anfang!"

Luvia: "Zeichen!"

The two older girls tossed the gems at the giant as they landed in front of it.

Rin/Luvia: "Gleipnir!"

A purple barrier surrounded the spirit with ropes binding its limbs, completely sealing the monster's movements. It let out a roar of frustration as it struggled in trying to break its bindings.

Luvia: "We got him! Ten-Count spells affect him!"

Rin: "Ahh! Now I'm completely broke! Damn you!"

Haru and Miyu took the time to look at Illya while still being surprised at her sudden appearance. The young Einzbern kept her back towards them for a moment so that they couldn't see her face.

Miyu: "I...Illya! Why are you here?"

Haru: "Y...yeah... I thought you said you were done fighting?"

Illya: "I'm sorry."

That simple apology alone confused the other two children as they looked at Illya.

Miyu/Haru: "Eh?"

Illya: "I've been a real idiot. I didn't have any resolve... I just said I wanted to fight. And I fought, but... at some point, it just became someone else's problem for me. I felt like it was make-believe, far from reality. And so..."

Haru was about to walk up to her and let her knew she didn't need to apologize, but he froze when he heard Illya sniffle as she let out small tears.

Illya: "I didn't understand that power of mine. It happened so suddenly... I was so scared."

Miyu: "Illya..."

Haru snapped out of it, and he walked up to his crush as she wiped the tears away with one hand. He placed a hand on her with a smile on his face.

Haru: "It's okay, Illya. It was a situation that was outside of your control. There's no need for you to feel like it's your fault.

Illya: "But... I've been a real idiot! I ran away!"

Haru was then surprised as Illya turned around and moved to grab the Saber Class card before swinging Ruby towards it. Then suddenly, Haru felt his Install end with the Caster Class card falling to the ground and Amethyst returning to her normal state.

Haru: "Wha...?"

Miyu and Haru then felt Amethyst and Sapphire pull them closer towards Illya until all three Kaleidosticks were making contact with each other. Amethyst, Ruby, and Sapphire all started giving off a brilliant, beautiful shine.

Miyu: "This is..."

Haru: "Their... resonating with each other?"

Illya then gave Haru and Miyu a pure smile as she placed the Saber Class Card between the three sticks. The card simply floated between them, with the beautiful shine growing even brighter.

Illya: "Yes. We can do this. Together. Let's end this... and... let's keep moving forward! Kaleid Include!"

The three sticks shined even brighter, but the light changed colors with different colors shining above them this time. Then the Berserker broke free of the barrier holding it, but at the same time, a circle of mirrors resembling the sun appeared. Rin and Luvia watched in shock as it was a brilliant golden multicolored light. To them, it looked like a kaleidoscope. And beneath that kaleidoscope was the three children, each holding an Excalibur in their hands.

And above them were twelve more Excalibur's poised and ready as the three raised their swords at the giant.

Haru: "Let's finish this!"

Illya/Miyu: "Right!"

They swung their blades, releasing the Noble Phantasm's arc of light not only from the swords in their hands but also from the ones above them. Fifteen beams of light merged into one and slammed into the giant. When the light died down, the Berserker was gone, leaving only its Class Card on the ground in its place. Then, the three Kaleidsticks turned back to normal as the Saber Class Card fell to the ground. Haru was shocked at what they just did and turned towards Illya.

Haru: "Illya... what was that? How did we do that?"

Illya turned to look at them both with a smile.

Illya: "Ruby told me about it as I was flying on the way here."

Haru: "Oh... I see. Well... it's all over now."

Miyu: "Yes... it is."

Miyu and Haru were then surprised when Illya grabbed Haru's hand before lunging towards Miyu and hugged her two friends with a happy smile.

Illya: "I won't do that again. I won't run away ever again."

Haru simply smiled before returning the hug, wrapping his arms around them both.

Haru: "I know, Illya. We'll all stick together from now on. That's what friends are for, after all. Right, Miyu?"

Miyu: "Eh...!? Um... yes... we will."

As the three hugged while feeling relieved that they finished their task, Haru couldn't help but subtly look at Miyu. He was now thinking about how exactly Miyu knew how to use the card's real purpose. When she told him how to Install the cards, he had his doubts but went along with the idea anyway. He simply trusted her words and thought she wouldn't lie to him, which turned out to be true. But two questions stayed in his mind, and he would mentally repeat those questions for a while.

Those two questions were simple. How did Miyu know about something that even his instructor and the Clock Tower couldn't figure out? And the second question surfaced because of the first one. Who exactly was Miyu Edelfelt?
