When people think of Special Forces they usually think of the best of the best going and fighting in some middle eastern country with top of the line gear and the best training. And to a point, they were correct though not entirely. Sometimes they would fight in thick lush jungles, it's the job of Special Operation Forces to adapt and fight in these environments. Even if that means running near nonstop missions in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran and then being flown halfway across the world the next day. But they signed up for it so they got to deal with it.

In a small cargo plane, eight individuals sit doing various tasks to pass the time. The cargo hold has several large plastic and metal crates with various types of gear ranging from ammunition, spare gear, and 2 reinforced but beat to shit Land Rover defenders, and two off-road motorcycles all strapped down and waiting to be used though for now, they will have to wait. The plane had taken off only a few hours ago in the dead of night and had made but a small amount of progress on their 23-hour flight. Ruby during this time is sitting on a canvas strap chair that is attached to the fuselage. She has several after-action reports on her lap under her journal that are filled with various weapons and machine designs. Her music could be heard through her headphones if it weren't for the loud noise made by the engine. They all needed the time to relax and decompress.

Jaune is sitting near the front of the cargo bay closer to the cockpit, he has several comic books sticking out of his backpack while he sits laying his back against the wall. Though right now he is reading a book from a series called either Battlemace 42,000,000...or was it Warhammer 40,000, the rest of the team didn't care. Though he got over his motion sickness it still rears its ugly head occasionally so several empty barf bags lie next to him with his metal coffee mug keeping it down.

Weiss was trying to sleep in the cramped, noisy, and uncomfortable cargo hold. She's lying next to a crate, using her gear as a pillow. Though she just lays on her back staring at the top of the fuselage trying to capture sleep but it continued to elude her. Whether it be the loud ass Engines or the slight shaking that happens every few minutes.

Across from her sit Ren and Nora together leaning against a crate. Ren was slowly moving to unconsciousness from his meditation, while Nora eating her pancake MRE. How she managed to get one of those no one knows and fewer people know how she can eat in the cramped and bumpy cargo hold but she still does it.

Pyrrha sits closer to the ramp at the end of the plane with her phone out looking back and reminiscing about life on the stateside. She hadn't had much time to look back on previously sent letters, emails, photos, and videos, so the small day flight to their next destination was a welcomed one. Plus it didn't hurt to have some time to oneself.

Blake sat between a dark alley between a crate the rear of the second beat to shit Land Rover with her noise-canceling headphones. Being a faunus had its blessing but also its curses. The aircraft was loud for a normal human, but deafening to a person with a cat-like hearing, so she had made a small investment before leaving. Now she was free to read her ….saucey literature…. Her teammates might call it smut but to her is literary art.

And finally, there was Yang who was...well...she was passed out...underneath the second beat to shit Land Rover...with an emptied flask. She was not an alcoholic per se but she did enjoy her drink. How she managed to get Alcohol in Afghanistan is equivalent to how Nora could survive being closer than normal to a detonating explosive. It's best not to question it.

Through the incessant noise jostling and snored her music, Ruby managed to hear the sound of the satellite phone ringing. Picking it up she heard a chipper voice that was a sound for sore ears "Salutations Operator, Penny here we got a track on their movements. We only got four days once you land so have everything for Team Juliet's(JNPR) mission ready to switch planes upon arrival in Belo Horizonte. "

"Wait, we're separating?" ruby asked with some tiredness in her voice "we have to, they split the shipment ones going Through Peru the Other through Brazil Your team will cover the Brazilian side and Juliet will cover The Peru side. Juliet will land in Pucallpa and cut them off at the Border" Penny said with her keyboard clicks in the background "You'll stay the course to Manaus."

"Aight I'll tell them thanks for the heads up," Ruby said putting her head in her hand while looking out the window "No Problem Operator Rose good luck on your mission". Penny said. "Thanks" and with that Ruby hung up the phone readjusted herself in her seat and turned towards Jaune.

"Hey, Jauney cowboy!" Ruby Yelled over the engine "Better than vomit boy" Jaune said under his breath before he responded "Yeah". "Change of plans, you and your team better brush up on your Spanish" Ruby said.

The Amazon rainforest houses many a dangerous, interesting, and exotic animals that make walking through it a difficult endeavor, let alone the sheer density of the forest itself. Thus it has become a temporary safe haven for several different species of animals and illicit operations. It is here that laboratories of a nefarious nature are most common, whether it be illegal weapons or explosives or drugs. It is here that one Roman Torchwick temporarily resides with his partner Neo. Compared to the jungle that surrounds them they look like a sore thumb, Romans surprisingly still snow-white blazer and black bowler hat made him more obvious than a reflective vest in broad daylight. Though Neo was no better having, again, a still snow-white blazer with pink trimming and brown pants.

But for now, their job isn't to do the "Dirty work" but rather oversee the drug production and smuggling operations. The clearing they were in had several large rectangular buildings made out of wood and corrugated steel. It wasn't the top-notch lab in Scandinavia that Watts had but it served its purpose. The only building that stood out was the Breaking Bad-esk RV that Roman and Neo were using for residency, and his occasional meeting with the woman he reluctantly called his boss.

She was due to make an appearance here later tonight, thus the camper was made to look top-notch… and by top-notch Roman meant he made sure they still had some liquor left and all the food cartons and anything valuable was hidden. He didn't the Cinder's Street rat shitlings stealing his shit.

Mere seconds after roman had hidden the last of his valuables, the sound of two cars coming to a stop outside grabbed his attention. Their headlights would pierce through the night if it weren't for the lighting already set up

"Neo she here… earlier than expected… get to places we don't need her to go psyko again, Roman said, scrambling to get a hit blazer and hat. Neo meanwhile had begun to slip into a crawl space Neo and Roman had added to the camper. Roman got his hat on and opened the door to be met by cinder and her cronies exiting SUVs. Hit lit his cigar and placed on his sarcastic persona.

"Well if it isn't Cinder with the kids, do tell me how was your ride out to the middle of nowhere from civilization," Roman said walking towards Cinder who was wearing a red sundress, To her right was Emerald wearing a green crop top and pure white jeans, and to her left, starting to regret his decision of attire, was Mercury in his black and silver Adidas tracksuit like a discount Russian Gangster Stereotype. "Hello Roman I see the time in ISolation hasn't broken your sarcasm, unfortunately, but we have plans to discuss." she said with her normal seductive tone, "you guys go check on the product's progress" she commanded before entering the RV.

"So Roman are we still on schedule?" Cinder asked while raiding Romans Liquor bar. "Yea everything is still on schedule, but as I said earlier smuggling this amount of drugs through one point , is going to get us caught," Roman said pouring himself a glass of bourbon.

"I know that why we will be splitting the transfer," Cinder said looking out the RV window "Wai…..whaa, you didn't say anything about this in our last meeting why wasn't I told, you're breaking my heart with your mistrust, Cindy," he said with sarcasm and anger dripping off his voice.

"Plans have changed you don't need to know the plan you just need to know what I tell you and follow the order" cinder said downing the rest of her lIquor. "I'll be back in five days' time, have the shipment ready to send out by 11. You will stick to the course and rendezvous with our contact in Lima, I'll personally make my way to the Amazon with the other half. Here's the map, follow it to the T and you'll get your payment." She said as she left the RV meeting up with her cronies before entering the SUVs and leaving.

"That bitch is going to get us killed someday." That was all Roman said as she left the drug lab.

"And we got them General Ironwood'' Penny said looking up at one of the four mounted monitors on the wall, Her office was a mishmash of servers, weapon racks, and a workbench. Her desk sat in the middle of the rear wall with four monitors stacked 2 above the other two, and a tv above that.

"That's good at least we managed to plant spyware without it ending in a shootout. " Iro wood said over the phone. He was hesitant at sending Qrow in after how his last mission ended.

"Hey it was one time Jimmy, give it a rest, Alcohol is rare there but in Brazil, it is as prevalent as ever," Qrow said through the video call "besides the jungle doesn't pick favorites on concealment it at least allowed me to send you a sample of the shit." he said downing his drink.

"None the less we need to respond appropriately, Send Juliet to intercept Romans shipment leave Romeo (RWBY) to Cinder," Ozpin said with his stoic face behind his clasped hand bridge in deep thought "We cannot let this 'Ash' drug get to market."

"Don't need a reminder that shit looked nasty" Qrow said his face contorting to disgust

"According to the lab it is highly addictive though very lethal in as little as a medium dosage," Penny said bringing up the lab report on her monitor.

"Then we have to hope both teams can accomplish their mission, and destroy the product," Ironwood said his voice going grim

"Hopefully indeed Jimmy, but I have faith in them," Ozpin said, his posture becoming more relaxed

It was a dark and warm night as the plane landed in Belo Horizonte and what followed could only be described as well organized chaos. The second the plane's ramp dropped JNPR had begun carrying out half of the crates and gear to the new plane With RWBY helping out. While the rapid cargo change was happening the first plane was being refueled for its trip to Manaus. By the time the first plane was fueled the second one was almost ready to take off. The teams said their wishes and good luck before setting off in their respective 's plane landed in Manaus, Brazil, and was already on the move. They had loaded the LandRover before arrival, and in the early hours of the morning, a single plane landed, unloaded a loaded SUV and a dirt bike, and left in under 30 minutes. There was little time to spare, they needed to set up a quick forward operating base and plan the ambush in little more than a day. JNPR's plane landed in Pucallpa, Peru hours laters, arriving in the morning. JNPR wasted no time racing to a small border town to set up a forward operating base. Upon the setup communication, Ruby and Jaune began planning their attack.

Meanwhile, Cinder was making sure all the pieces of her plan were set. She had grown confident in her abilities due to her recent operations and chemical development. Not only would the new Ash drug give money to the White Fang and her new operations, but also served as an attack on larger powers. It was clever, she had created a weapon disguised as a product, and had formed a brilliant plan, the only downside was that she grew too cocky in the abilities of her subordinates. Though that confidence was about to be broken.
