There's gotta be something going around in the Queen family, more specifically with the older siblings.

Because not only did Oliver have a arrest threat, but now Thea has been caught using Vertigo; a drug that has been causing havoc across the city. And because of that, her plea agreement has been denied.

"Well, so much for the best criminal defense attorney in the city." Moria sighs. "Thea, we will handle this, I promise."

"Like you promised Walter you'd always stay faithful to him?" Thea asks back.

Walter had gone missing and Thea thinks Moria is having an affair with Malcom Merlyn.

"That's enough!" Moria exclaims.

"Don't worry, sounds like you won't have to be putting up with me much longer." Thea states and just strolls out of the room as if nothing is wrong.

"What, does she not realize how serious this is?" Moria asks. "She took drugs. She drove. She could have killed someone or herself."

"I know." Oliver replies.

"All that judge is looking for is someone to make an example of. Why does it have to be her?" Moria asks.

"Maybe it doesn't." Oliver says, getting an idea. "Listen, I have to go do something. You two going to be okay?"

Moria sighs and looks over to Peter who's down on the couch, staring down at his hands.

"I'm not the one facing prison." Moria whispers as Oliver nods and walks off.

Oliver goes on looking for the man who created Vertigo; The Count and asks the Lance family to help get Thea out of the threat.

"My father was able to get Judge Brackett to back off his hardline stance." Laurel tells the Queen siblings.

"Your father hates me." Thea states.

"No. My father hates him." Laurel nods towards Oliver.

"Look, nobody asked you to get involved." Thea replied.

"I did." Oliver informed her.

"The judge has agreed to a sentence of 500 hours of community service and two years of probation." Laurel explains. "Provisional of someone to act in loco parentis."

"Loco what?" Thea asks.

"It just means they will have someone responsible for whatever happens to you." Peter replies.

"Yes, exactly. That would be me." Laurel tells her.

"I say thanks, but no thanks." Thea states.

"Thea, you don't actually have a choice." Oliver tells her.

"Oh, actually, I do. See, I'm 18 now and I can make my own decisions. So I decide not to be your ex-girlfriends office monkey."

"Well, if you change your mind, then..." Laurel says as she gets up to leave as Oliver walks her out.

Leaving the two alone, Peter finally faces his sister.

"What re you trying to do?" Peter finally asks her.

"What are you talking about?" Thea asks him.

"You're in trouble, and big time. Driving whilst doing drugs. Even I can say Flash wouldn't do something that stupid. Laurel is getting you a chance out of it and you're throwing it away." Peter recalled what she's just done.

"Why are you getting so angry over this?" Thea asks as if that wasn't obvious.

"I get one sibling back, he gets threatened to go to jail over some milarcky about being a vigilante. And just as we get that over with, Walter is taken, and you are doing this over some stupid conspiracy!" Peter states as he gets up and storms around the room in anger. "Why didn't I say anything?"

"What was that?" Thea asks.

Peter turns to face her with a mad/dumb expression. "I've known, Thea. For years, I have known. I could have said something, but I was six. I didn't know what to say, Oliver and dad just vanished, I didn't know what it was. Over the years, it became denial. I didn't know what to say, or to do."

Thea looks down in shame, now seeing that she's not just hurting her mother with this, but her little brother.

"When Ollie and dad left, I didn't know what to do, think, I had nothing but you and Mom. And you became distant, leaving me and Mom. I was stuck with nowhere to go. If it weren't for Ned and MJ, I'd have nobody."

Thea starts to tear up and looks to her brother. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I made you feel that way."

Peter sighs and walks over before sitting back down and Thea pulls him into a hug.

"So this mean you'll take the deal?" Peter asks.

Thea chuckles and bobs her head in a positive way with a small chuckle.

"Yeah, I'm going to take it." Thea promises.

Next up came Oliver taking down The Count who was left alive, but he is going to be spending a few thousand years with Vertigo in his system.

Felicity Smoak found a book similar to what Oliver has with all the names of people that Walter found from their home.

And it belonged to their mother.

Like I said the chapters will be focused more on Peter's interactions with his family until he gets bit by the Spider.
