Scamp did not notice the dogcatcher was right behind him. He caught Scamp. "Well lookie here. No collar. It's off to the pound with your father for you." he said as he took Scamp to his truck.
Scamp was very sad. He wanted a home full of people & animals that loved him. But now he's going to the pound, full of bad animals.
Angel was wondering around town, seeing different people with their dogs, wanting to be part of their families.
Buster was at the junkyard, feeling bad for not wanting Scamp to have a family.
Lady was resting at her house with a broken leg, thinking about Scamp. Scamp's sisters also missed him too.
They all sang about families & how they're always there for you.
(Always There starts)
Always there,
To warm you in the winter.
Always there,
With shelter from the rain.
Always there,
To catch you when you're falling.
Always there to stand you up again.
Family...
By your side.
In seconds if you ask it,
Arms out wide,
To welcome you to stay.
Near enough,
To listen to your heart's song.
Always there to help you on your way.
Family.
Family.
Family.
What is a family?
Caring and devoted hearts
With endless love to share
Love that will follow you everywhere
Always there
To welcome you in winter
What is a family?
Arms out wide,
To welcome you to stay.
Right by your side
Near enough
To listen to your heart's song
Always there to help you on your way
Family.
Always there.
Family.
Family.
Family.
