Fun In The Sun - Part 3
Chapter 9 : First Day
June 20th - Lotus Blossom Resort
1:45 p.m.
The Young Ninja had arrived at the Resort, and were currently trying to take a few minutes to settle down in each of their Rooms, while for the Royal Family, Lydia and Montgomery were simply looking out from the view of the balcony.
Montgomery was wearing Black Pants, and a short sleeved shirt that resembled his Ninja Suit ( Lloyd's Season 8 Suit - The Resistance Robes, similar to how Jake had a shirt resembling Kai's Suit in Season 11 ) Only Montgomery had the gray belt around his waist, and he had the black gloves.
Lydia was actually wearing her Avatar Clothes from when she was inside of Prime Empire.
They were around the same as Lloyd's, only The Right Sleeve and the main torso part of the Jacket was Gold, and the Left Sleeve was Green, with the Pants also being Green, and her boots were Gold as well, and her face mask that went around her face was also Green, and her shirt was Yellow ( The shirt was beneath the Jacket, which was unzipped, like Lloyd's Avatar ), and her hair was let down, with it being Mid-Length with a Side Parting over her Right Shoulder and the very end of the right side bang that actually went down slightly towards her chest, and the flower clip in her hair was Forest Green, and Lydia's Jacket also had a hood, though she wasn't wearing it, and she had the face mask of her clothes as well, only she wasn't wearing it, but it was still around her neck ( Same as Lloyd's was when he wasn't wearing it )
Empress Harumi : You Green and Gold scamps okay?
Montgomery : We're fine, Mom.
Lydia was leaning forward with her arms against the railing, and she slightly turned around, and saw Lloyd stand up.
Princess Lydia : Daddy, don't even try it.
Lloyd put his arms down when he realized Lydia was warning him to avoid tickling her, and Montgomery smiled at Lydia.
Emperor Lloyd : At some point I'll get you Lydia.
Lydia then mischievously smiled, and when Lloyd turned around, she ran at her father, and as she finished talking, she jumped on his back.
Princess Lydia : And I got, You!
Lydia jumped on Lloyd's Back, and he almost fell over, and Harumi and Montgomery, and Lydia all laughed and Lloyd smiled as she stood up straight, and Lydia was smiling, as she was hanging onto Lloyd's Back.
Emperor Lloyd : Real funny, Lydia.
Princess Lydia : Oh, Come on Daddy.
Empress Harumi : For me, seeing you two playing with each other is Cute.
Lydia had her arms and claw hands around Lloyd's Shoulders and his Chest, so she could stay on his back.
Emperor Lloyd : I see you're in the Prime Empire mood, Lydia.
Princess Lydia : I just love the sweet duds I got from the game, that's all.
Montgomery : So, what are we going to do?
Princess Lydia : I wouldn't mind relaxing.
Lydia looked at her Mother, and Harumi smiled and grabbed Lydia and held her in her arms.
Empress Harumi : I could take Lydia over to the spa Lloyd, and you can do something with Montgomery.
Emperor Lloyd : Yea, why not?
Montgomery : Probably because anything you'll do, I'll do better.
Emperor Lloyd : Oh, we'll see.
Eric and Nina's Room
The Twins of Nya and Jay were looking out the window, when their parents walked into the room.
Nya : Hey Kids.
Eric and Nina : Hi, Mom.
Nya : So what are you two doing?
Nina : Nothing yet, we're not sure what we want to do.
Eric : Hey Dad, did you check it out?
Jay : Yea Eric, I went down to the Game Room, and they have Prime Empire 2 over there.
Eric and Nina : Yes!
Nya : Calm down your twins of trouble, we're not playing your favorite game just yet.
Nina : We know, we just wanted to know if it was there or not, we haven't seen our leagues for a while.
Nina was wearing a Blue T-Shirt, Black Jacket, and Brown Pants, but what her brother was wearing was completely different.
Eric was wearing his Avatar from Prime Empire 2 as well.
Eric's Avatar was similar to both his "Superstar Avatar" and what he had after the chapter "Racecar Star Alex" only his Jet-Black hair was in his bowl-cut hairstyle, and he had a Blue Face Mask as well, only it was around his neck since he wasn't wearing it, and he was wearing a Silver Hoodie, with the Right-Sleeve being Blue, and the left was Silver, and he had the Triangular Pattern on the Silver Sleeve, and the whole torso of his Silver Hoodie, and the back of it still had his Microphone symbol his "Superstar Avatar" had, only it was Light-Blue now instead of Silver, and the bottom of the Microphone and top of it ( Near the Cord and actual Microphone part ) went in Light-Blue lines above and below both of Eric's Arms, and met in the middle of his torso, making the Triangular Pattern even cooler. and his pants were Blue, and his shoes were Silver.
Eric walked away, and stood inside the room
Eric : I was just wearing my Avatar, because I like it.
Eric held Nina's hand, and the two of them sat down on the bed.
Nya : You two are Cute.
Jay : Weird to see your hair like that Eric, considering with that Avatar you usually had your hair in a Mohawk.
Eric : Chose not to use it for now.
Nina : So, what are we gonna do?
Eric : Who's to say, all I know is that I'm in the mood to do something out of this Room, so I say we go find something to do.
Nya : Okay, Eric.
The four of them leave the room and head out to find something to do for the day
Meanwhile, in The Exercise Room. . .
Richard and Morro went to the Exercise Room with Siddie's Family, and Siddie was with Lilly, Opal, and Cole near Dareth, who was trying to lift a small black dumbbell.
Dareth : Is there anything lighter than this?
Siddie : Uncle Dareth, those are one pound.
Siddie lifted a huge weight and looked at Opal and Lilly.
Lilly : Wow, Siddie.
Siddie was wearing her Black Jumper Dress, and her Pink Shirt, and Black Shoes, and she had her hair the same way it was in Prime Empire 2 ( If you've ever seen the girl who has a purple avatar, and her hair is purple and in long Pigtails, that's how Siddie's hair is, only Siddie's hair is Jet Black like Cole's )
Cole : How heavy is that Siddie?
Siddie : I think twenty pounds, I'm just like you Daddy.
Cole : Wanna try something else?
Dareth : Please.
Siddie : Okay.
Siddie dropped the weight, and it hit Dareth's foot, and he screamed and one of the windows cracked.
Lilly : Have my ears fallen off?
Siddie : Uncle Dareth.
Dareth : Sorry.
Siddie grabbed one of the weights from Cole, and put her left hand on her hip, as she raised her right hand with the weight above her and she smiled.
Siddie : Look, Mama.
Opal : You're really strong, Siddie.
Lilly : Very.
The group looked over at Richard, who was using a kettlebell, and swing it up and down, before he finished and put it on the ground.
Richard : Forty-nine... and Fifty.
Siddie : You okay, Richard?
Richard : Yea, just tired is all.
Morro : Son, you didn't need to use twenty-five pounds.
Richard : I know, I just wanted a challenge.
Siddie mischievously smiled, and had her hands on her hips as she walked over to Richard.
Siddie : Arm Wrestle?
Richard : No, I think I'd rather not only lose the battle, but lose my hand in the process.
Siddie giggled, and she jumped into her father's arms.
Lilly : Siddie, you're so Cute, you remind me of how I was at your age, only... more "Alive" I guess, I just didn't always have the Peace, or I just didn't always have the strength inside of me, and I don't mean my Powers.
Siddie : No, I understand Gramma, and believe me, I'm alive as long as I have the most Awesome Daddy ever.
Cole tickled Siddie for a minute, and she laughed as she punched his shoulder, and he stopped.
Siddie : I warned you last time if you were to start tickling me again.
Opal : Yea Cole, she almost broke your hand last time.
Siddie : Siddie Lancaster, Earth Master.
The others laughed at what Siddie said, and she smiled, and Cole kissed Siddie's Cheek, and she did the same on Cole's Lips, leaving a mark of black lipstick.
Opal : What do you think the others are doing?
Cole let Siddie, down and she walked away for a second.
Cole : Who knows.
Siddie : I know I'm probably just gonna stretch.
Just then, Siddie fired up her Earth Punch and she got in a fighting stance and mischievously smiled.
Siddie : And by stretch, I mean kick my Daddy's butt.
Cole : Oh, game on.
Opal : Cole, be careful with her.
Cole : She's only seven, how much harm can she really-
Siddie kicked in between Cole's legs, and he groaned for a few seconds.
Siddie : Like I said, Kick my Daddy's butt!
Cole cracked his knuckles, and started sparring with Siddie.
Opal : Well Lilly, you've seen the bond that those strong-hearts have with each other.
Lilly : Yea, I'm proud of Cole for who he is, he was a great boy when I raised him, and from what I've seen now, he's a great father too.
The group looked at Siddie and Cole, and Cole grabbed Siddie's arm, and she smiled.
A few tears actually left Siddie's eyes as she smiled, and Cole pulled Siddie into his arms and he stood up, and raised Siddie above him and spun around, which made her laugh.
After a minute, Siddie hugged Cole, and had her head on his left shoulder, and she spoke.
Siddie : I love you, Daddy.
Cole : I love you too, Siddie.
Meanwhile. . .
Outside, at the Pool, Charlie was there with his family, and Kaiden was at the resort also, and he was talking to Felicia.
Charlie : Hey, Mom.
Skylor : Oh hi Charlie, you doing okay?
Charlie : Yea.
Skylor : Okay, Just asking about you, since you've been in Ninjago City.
Charlie : I know, but I'm okay, and you always know where I am, you don't have to stay away from Me, just because I'm not always in the same house doesn't mean I don't love you, Mom.
Skylor : I understand Charlie, and believe me, I'm proud of who you are, it just... takes getting used to.
Charlie : I know, but I'm always coming to you, and you can do the same, The more time I can spend with you, the better Mom, I love you.
Skylor : I love you too, Charlie.
Skylor kissed her son's cheek, and Charlie smiled and sat down in his chair.
Charlie : Banana?
Skylor looked at Charlie and saw he was eating Banana Chips, and she smiled.
Skylor : Okay.
Skylor grabbed one of the chips, and ate it before she laid back in the chair, and Charlie continued eating.
Down the line of chairs near them were Nya and Eric, since Nina and Jay left to do something else, the Masters of Water went to the pool.
Eric : And that's when Kaiden gave us our Avatars.
Nya : Without that many lives, I can understand why he asked you and Nina to get his sister.
Eric : Yea.
Nya was wearing the same swimsuit that she had in Season 11, and Eric was wearing his swim shorts, and shirt
Eric's Shorts were Maroon, and there were Azure lines going down in a straight line near his pockets, and Gunmetal Gray lines going down diagonally all around the middle of his legs, and he was wearing Maroon Swimming Shirt that had Gunmetal Gray on the shoulders ( And it was Short Sleeved )
Person : Hi Eric.
Eric turned and he saw Alex smiling at him.
Alex had a One-Piece Swimsuit ( Which looked like a Leotard, which was similar to Nya's, only instead it covered her entire torso in Spandex since that was what Alex's Swimsuit was made of, and there were no leggings or sleeves to it, leaving her arms and legs completely exposed, but her swimsuit still covered all around her back, and from her chest, all the way down and around her stomach ) And it was Pastel-Blue around the top, and slightly darkened to Light-Blue ( Light-Blue was slightly darker than Pastel Blue ) around the bottom, and it actually had a small Light-Blue Tutu around her waist, and she smiled at Eric.
Eric : Hey Alex.
Princess Alex : I was hoping I would see you down here.
Eric : Yea, same here, wanted to spend the time to Relax, but I also wanted to spend time with My Girl.
Eric walked a few feet away from Alex near the stairs into the pool, and he held out his hand.
Alex saw Eric's hand and she smiled and took it as she kissed Eric's Cheek, and they got in the pool.
Just then somebody walked over to Nya.
Nya : Those two.
Queen Akita : Lovebirds as always?
Nya : Yea, though it seemed like Eric and Alex seemed to like seeing each other, and I don't mean in general.

Akita nodded, since Eric's Swimming Clothes were Maroon and Gunmetal Gray ( Mostly since the shorts did have a touch of Azure ) and Alex seemed to like those colors
Queen Akita : Fair enough.
Just then, Master Wu came over and spoke to Nya.
Master Wu : Nya.
Nya : Hi, Master Wu.
Master Wu : I can't believe the kids are doing this now?
Nya : What?
Master Wu : Their losing focus, being lazy, careless-
Nya : If anything they're recovering, or at least Lydia is, she almost got arrested for her actions as The Stormed Princess, she's lucky she didn't go to jail for resurrecting your brother.
Master Wu : That is fair, but-
Nya : But nothing Wu, they're Kids, and they deserve their Childhood, and you saw inside Lydia's Golden Heart and what happened when she paid her visit to The First Spinjitzu Master, there may never be another Darkness for somebody in Ninjago to face, and if that's the Case, there's no need for the kids to constantly be training for fighting villains, and even if there still are any villains, they know now that it's overkill if they try to take Ninjago, especially after all of those Villains, Sacrifices, and everything else, was in One Year.
Wu shook his head for a moment, and then spoke.
Master Wu : If there is any sign of the kids being too lazy or out of shape, you take care of it, they are your children, and not mine, therefore what happens to them is not on Me.
Nya : I get it, and it's not like they'll need to face Villains to keep in shape and all that, If anything they can always talk with The Commissioner... or Killow and Morro, since they hunt down the escaped criminals when they aren't working at the Prison.
Just then, Charlie stuck his legs in the water, and Alex raised her hands so they were above the water ( Which was 3 1/2 Feet deep ) and she smiled and winked at Charlie.
Princess Alex : Charlie, a little heat please?
Charlie : Okay.
Charlie used his sister's Fire Powers and warmed the water, and it "Sizzled" and Alex sighed, and enjoyed the heat, as Eric used his powers and splashed her, making her hair all wet.
Eric : That's one way to warm up an Arctic Fox.
Princess Alex : Hey, you don't mess up my hair.
Eric : I know.
Alex smiled and brought her arms out of the water and wrapped them around Eric's Neck and kissed him, as he wrapped his arms around her waist and returned the kiss, with Nya and Akita smiling at their moment.
Nya : Those two.
Just then, Eric and Alex mischievously smiled at each other and went to the edge of the pool and spoke.
Princess Alex : Mommy.
Queen Akita : Yes, Alex?
Eric : You two up for a water fight?
Nya : Well what is it?
Eric and Alex : Lovebirds against Mothers.
Nya : Alright, you two are on.
Queen Akita : Are you two sure you want to take us on, rather than choosing one of us?
Princess Alex : Oh, we're sure.
Nya : Alright.
Nya and Akita got in the pool, with Eric and Alex splashing them.
After about 5 Minutes of splashing, Akita and Nya were both near Alex, and she was near a drop towards the deep end of the pool, which was six feet and she had to tread water.
Nya : We've got you now, Princess.
Just then, Eric fired up his powers and it formed a huge wave.
Princess Alex : If you say so... Use Tsunami!
Alex ducked and Nya and Akita turned around to see a Mini-Tsunami go over them and threw them to the other side of the pool as Alex stood near Eric, and they both laughed as their mothers stared at them.
Princess Alex : We win.
Eric : Lovebirds rule, Mothers drool.
Just then, Akita spat the water out of her mouth.
Princess Alex : Literally.
Nya : Real funny you two.
Eric then held Alex's hand and walked back to the other end of the pool.
Queen Akita : Those two are never gonna stop beating us at that.
Nya : Nope, and to think that's how they won last summer.
Later. . .
Around 7:40 p.m. in the Spa of the Resort, Lydia was in there with Harumi, Misako, and Felicia ( Since Kai was doing something else, and Felicia knew Charlie was at the pool with Skylor )
Lydia was wearing a White Robe with Gold Accents, and the Towel beneath the robe that was around her body was also White and Gold, and she was getting massaged by the masseuse
The girls had watches on their wrists that were acting as Heart Monitors, so the workers could see if the girls were relaxing, and Lydia certainly was.
Worker : There's a lot of tension here Princess, when was the last time you had a massage anyway?
Princess Lydia : *Sigh* I can't remember, all I know is that this relaxing feeling is something I don't get often.
Misako : Well Lydia, with Ninjago at Peace, I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy it.
Lydia sighed, and closed her eyes as she laid back against the chair and smiled, which made Harumi smile at how much Lydia was able to relax herself as the masseuses were massaging her feet and her neck.
Worker 2 : Must say Your Highness, your neck is tense.
Empress Harumi : I'm The Empress of Ninjago, and the Mother of two royal bundles of trouble who call themselves The Green and Gold Ninja, I think I can see why.
Felicia : That, and The Princess is my Brother's Yang, so I can see how Ninjago will be if Charlie is the next Emperor.
Princess Lydia : I know he'll do great as The Emperor of Ninjago, same as I will be as The Gold Empress.
In the other room, Kai was talking to Lloyd and Montgomery.
Kai : That's the end, huh?
Emperor Lloyd : I'm hoping so, Lydia's deserved her Peace after we were lucky enough to keep her from getting arrested, but I'm sure she's gonna be fine.
Kai : Where is she now?
Montgomery : Oh, my sister's just getting pampered in there.
Emperor Lloyd : Son, she said she wanted to relax, I would say, let her.
Montgomery : I know.
The Girls were still getting their treatments, and Lydia took off her robe, and still had the towel around her body as the workers were massaging her back.
Princess Lydia : *Yawn* This is better than fighting, running, or telling people about your "Darkest Memories".
Empress Harumi : Every girl needs to be pampered once in a while Lydia, you'll be okay, and you say "Darkest Memories", well The Resistance Speech is a day nobody should forget.
Princess Lydia : They won't.
Felicia : You sure when that day comes, that you'll wanna marry my brother, It's never too late to back out, Princess.
Princess Lydia : *Giggle* I think I can handle him, Felicia, and besides I love Charlie, he asked me to be his Yang, there's nobody better than him for someone like Me.
Lydia sighed one more time and smiled as her back was being massaged, and she relaxed.
30 Minutes Later. . .
Lloyd came out of the Locker Room wearing his clothes, and Harumi got his attention.
Empress Harumi : Lloyd.
Emperor Lloyd : Yea, Rumi?
Empress Harumi : I was gonna ask you to grab Lydia.
Lloyd looked through the window into the Spa, and saw she was still wrapped in a towel, and was asleep.
Empress Harumi : I guessed she relaxed a bit too much.
Emperor Lloyd : Where's my Mom?
Felicia : Oh, she left to find Liv.
Emperor Lloyd : Alright, I'll get Lydia, and bring her back to the room, you get her clothes, and I'll meet you over there.
Empress Harumi : Okay. . .
5 Minutes Later. . .
Lloyd was carrying his daughter "Bridal Style" in his arms, and she was still in a towel, and was asleep, and he carefully opened the door to the Room, and closed it, and saw the others in there.
Montgomery : Hey Dad.
Emperor Lloyd : Hi, Montgomery.
Garmadon : I take it Lydia found this day to be relaxing.
Emperor Lloyd : Yea, too relaxing I think.
Empress Harumi : I got her clothes Lloyd, so I'll take care of Lydia, and have her go to sleep.
Lloyd handed Lydia to Harumi, and she cradled Lydia in her arms, and walked into the other room, and Lloyd smiled.
Emperor Lloyd : I guess this day worked out for her.
Montgomery : Yea, good news is that this is just day one, wait and see what tomorrow brings.
20 Minutes Later. . .
Harumi came back into the room with Lydia, asleep in her arms, and Lloyd saw she managed to get her pajamas on her without waking her up.
Empress Harumi : Spider's in the House, sleep seep, The Spider bit the Mouse, sleep deep, don't wake up or else you'll find find a Spider in your Mouth.
Harumi put Lydia in her bed, and kissed her cheek, and Lydia was smiling, as Harumi walked into her room with Lloyd, and he shut the door.
Emperor Lloyd : Surprised you didn't wake her.
Empress Harumi : She must have been very relaxed, because she was completely passed out.
Emperor Lloyd : Before you know it, those two are gonna be jumping on our bed again for us to find something fun to do.
Empress Harumi : Yea, it's just two weeks with the kids, what could go wrong?
Misako : Well, I'll leave you too it, I'll see you tomorrow Son.
Emperor Lloyd : Okay, Mom.
Misako left the room, and Harumi and Lloyd got into bed.
Emperor Lloyd : Still, you liking this Place?
Empress Harumi : Yea, it's Relaxing, and for the kids it seems to find it to be very fun, can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
Emperor Lloyd : Me too.
Lloyd and Harumi, and everybody else went to sleep that night enjoying their first day, looking forward to the next one, and the rest of their Vacation.
