A/N: Warning: This chapter deals with the topic of suicide.
Also the stuff mentioned about the spell involving the monster arm is in fact canon. For those that don't know they did release a real version of the spell book. It includes many details (taking the form of diary entry) but there are plenty of spells (and a few recipes, one section of which is mentioned in the chapter). But yeah... it's all canon. Including the spell I reference at the end.
Chapter 9: Monster Arm
It was just a normal afternoon on the way to Star's Castle.
"Bunny Rabbit Blast!" called out Star. '
Which involved fighting Ludo on the way to the castle…
That was when a very muscular monster with spike ball for hands grabbed Star.
She ended up dropping her wand because of it.
Izuku noticed that Tenya was busy fighting off several monsters, as Ochaco was struggling not to vomit because she had hit her limit.
That was when the Spike Ball monster kicked the wand away.
"Get it!" yelled Ludo.
Several of the monster all ran towards the wand.
Izuku's body moved on its own! He knew had to get the wand. Even if Ludo was an idiot the wand was still extremely powerful and the universe was at stake.
Which is why with all the monsters going after the wand he had to do his hail Mary.
"Smash!" yelled Izuku as his arm as well as his sleeves he was wearing a obliterated and the monsters was sent flying away.
All of the other fights stopped with the monster letting go of Star in shock.
"Izuku!" yelled Star grabbing her wand and running towards him.
Ludo was staring at his purple discolored arm and tried not to vomit.
"Okay… that… is just… ow…" said Ludo, "Okay… we're leaving! Probably a good idea to leave…"
He cut open a portal.
"Get well soon…" said Ludo.
"Did Ludo just wish me to get well soon?" asked Izuku who was struggling not to pass out.
"Yeah… you didn't hallucinate it." Said Star.
They brought him to Star's castle.
"We need to call Recovery Girl…" said Tenya.
"Wait… do you think it's possible to use magic on his arm?" asked Ochaco.
"I don't know…" said Star.
She looked at Izuku laying on her bed still trying not to pass out from the pain and knew she had to do something.
But that was when she got an idea.
"Wait! There might be a spell in my spell book!" said Star.
"Wait… you have a spell book?" asked Ochaco.
She went under her bed and got out a massive spell book.
"Yes, when a past queen would create a spell a lot of the time they would write it in here… but it's such a mess it's hard to find anything." Said Star opening.
"Star this is a terrible idea!" said Tenya.
Izuku was in way to much pain to argue.
"Wait! I think I found something!" said Star, "It's an ancient language though…"
He looked over at Izuku.
"Hey! You think it's a good idea to use this on you though?" asked Star.
"It's either that or call Recovery Girl… and she'll probably whack me with her cane again…" said Izuku in pain.
"Star!" scolded Tenya.
"Okay! Let's do this!" said Star, "Releaseo Demonius Infestica!"
She pointed her wand at Izuku.
"It's working…" said Izuku as it was clear that the bones in his arms were heading but then there was a flash of light when it cleared Izuku's arm had turned into in a horrifying purple and black tentacle.
Star, Izuku and Ochaco all started screaming.
However Tenya was looking at the page of the spell.
"Star! You misread the spell!" yelled Tenya.
"What do you mean!" yelled Star.
She looked at the spell and really looked at it this time.
""To be cast in the rare instance when you need to heal a broken bone AND infect the host with a demoniac tentacle virus!"" yelled Star as she read it.
She read through the part 1 instructions as it was just use how to cast the spell.
Then she got to part 2.
"One: Bone heals. Two: Virus braids itself to the host's skeletal system. Three: Healed bone "hatches" into sentient tentacle being. Four: Tentacle being turns evil, impacting negative and disparaging thoughts in host!" read Star.
All four of them looked at the tentacle and screamed.
Because that really didn't sound good.
Izuku started to cry.
"IU can fix this!" yelled Star searching through the magic book, "I can fix this!"
That was when they heard a throat clear and they turned to see Aizawa doing his checkup.
"Can you explained why Midoriya's arm is now a tentacle?" asked Aizawa.
That was when the tentacle began to knock managed things away causing more tears fall down Izuku's face.
"A tentacle he's clearly not controlling…" muttered Aizawa.
Star explained what happened and Aizawa was pinching the bridge of his nose, of course this would happen.
'Why is there a spell like that?" asked Aizawa.
"I have no idea…" said Star.
"I am giving you until the day after tomorrow to fix this." Said Aizawa, "If you cannot fix it by then I'm calling your mother."
"Yes sir…" sighed Star.
"Just make sure that his thoughts don't get too negative." He said to Ochaco and Tenya.
Once Aizawa left Star looked at Izuku.
"I am so sorry." Said Star;.
Izuku sighed as the tentacle knocked the spell book away.… he couldn't blame her really as she really did have her heart in the right place.
"I'm sure you can fix this;…" sighed Izuku.
Of course he had to deal with the tentacle all day. When he got home he explained to his mother that he fought Ludo again (eh explained that he was a stupid villain after Star's family heirloom and he was given permission to fight him outside of school) and that Star tried to fix his broken arm but that happened.
The tentacle tossed away his dinner.
"Are you sure Star can fix it?" asked Inko.
"If not her then her mother will." Sighed Izuku.
He really hoped that she wouldn't get sent to Saint Olga's if they had to call Queen Moon.
He dealt with the tentacle as best as he could and went to school the next day.
Everyone in class stared at the tentacle. Especially Mineta (who sat behind Izuku) and Sero (who sat next to him).
"I've seen enough Hentai to know where this is going." Said Mineta.
That was when the Tentacle began to grabbed Mineta and began to slam him around.
Izuku just sighed and slammed his face into his desk.
"As you can see Midoriya's arm was turned into a tentacle… the one behind it is working on a cure… but for now it's best to just ignore it." Said Aizawa, "He also can't control it… so just be aware of it today."
In between classes Star would look right the book to see if any of the other spells had a cure.
Soon enough lunch rolled around.
Star, Ochaco and Tenya all walked over to Izuku.
"I think I want to eat alone today." Sighed Izuku.
"Are you sure it's a good idea?" asked Ochaco.
"I'll be fine." Said Izuku leaving.
Izuku walking down the halls figuring out a good place to be alone when a hand touched his shoulder.
"Young Midoriya." Said the person who was All Might.
That was when the tentacle tried to attack All Might but the hero caught it.
"I take it this tentacle is the reason why you're down." Said All Might.
"Yeah." Sighed Izuku.
"How would you like to eat lunch with me." Said All Might.
Izuku looked at All Might and smiled and nodded.
They headed to the teacher's lounge unaware of the fact that Todoroki had saw them walking together.
In the cafeteria Star was looking through the various part of the book while she used a spell to feed herself.
"Diary entry… diary entry… drink recipes…" said Star.
Ochaco looked over her shoulder and saw the recipes.
"Those look good… we should try making them when it's over." Said Ochaco.
"Yeah…" said Star.
"You know I was thinking…" said Tenya.
"About what?" asked Ochaco.
"That tentacle is going to give Midoriya negative thoughts." Said Tenya.
"Yeah…" said Star.
"There is an off chance that he might act on them…" said Tenya.
"Deku would never hurt anyone." Said Ochaco.
"There is a slim chance… however I doubt if he does act on these dark impulses… it won't be us…" said Tenya.
Ochaco and Star were confused at first… then remembered a certain thing about one of their class mates.
They looked over to a nearby table where Bakugo and Kirishima were talking… or rather Kirishima was talking about something and Bakugo just glared at him.
Star picked up her book as best as she could and the three went to the table.
"Bakugo…" said Tenya, "We need to talk."
Bakugo glared at the three… however the three glared.
"Whatever." He muttered.
Back with Izuku… there needed an explanation.
He was now eating with the very thing skeletal teacher.
The truth was, he was still eating with All Might.
All Might had secrets.
The first was that he was severally injured in a villain fight six years before. He now lacked a lung and his stomach. He could now only hold his muscle bound form for three hours at a time. The other teachers, along with a few outside of school knew the secret, including Izuku.
The other major one was his quirk. It was a very special quirk that passed on to one person to another and it was called One for All. As it was passed on it would get stronger, he was the 8 the holder and he had already passed it to the 9th.
And that 9th was Izuku.
Without One for All, Izuku would be Quirkless…
IT also why he couldn't handle the quirk and it broke his bones, he wasn't used to using it.
Also All Might was the "A.M." that Izuku texted at Quest Buy. Turned out they had a deal for years but All Might never knew where the store was.
After learning about Mewni and other dimensions he was shocked to learn that a popular interdimensional store sold his merchandise.
But still the two were close… even with Izuku's fanboy love of All Might.
"I see so that explains the tentacle." Said All Might taking a sip of tea.
Izuku nodded.
"Honestly after Princess Butterfly turned Young Mineta into an elf I guess I shouldn't be surprised." Said All Might, "By way…"
"None of the girls in class want to turn him back…" said Izuku.
"I see…" said All Might.
"Yeah…" said Izuku.
"Though the whole disparaging and negative thoughts does concern me…" said All Might.
He knew Izuku didn't have a good childhood from what he could tell.
"It's fine right now… I'm more annoyed than anything." Said Izuku.
The tentacle was tossing things around.
"I think that would be normal for anyone…" said All Might staring at the tentacle.
Meanwhile in a hallways the three friends were talking with Bakugo and told him about the negative and disparaging thoughts part of it.
"Seriously?" asked Bakugo.
"We don't quite know your relationship with Midoriya but if he were to act on these thoughts we believe you would be the target." Said Iida.
"Yeah… especially conserving what happened during the battle test." Said Ochaco.
"Not to mention when you tried to attack him on the first… if he does fall under the influence he might want revenge." Said Star.
"Look I don't know you think my relationship with the nerd is, but he already looks down on me." Growled out Katsuki.
The three stared at Bakugo.
"What?" asked Ochaco.
"Do I have to fucking repeat myself?" asked Bakugo.
"You think Midoriya looks down on you…" said Iida.
"Izuku is the second most kindest, sweetest guy I know… and that's because the kindest sweetest guy I know has the personality of a stereotypical princess." Said Star.
They all noticed that Koda was not too far away from the window, he was surrounded by birds and squirrels.
"I'm going to be clemently honest… if anyone tries to hurt Koji in front of me and it wasn't part of class I will end them." Said Star.
"But the point is what makes you think Midoriya is looking down on you? While I haven't known him as long as you have, I know he would never look down on someone." asked Iida.
"You're right, you haven't known Deku as long as I have." Growled Bakugo, "So you don't know he's really like…"
The three looked at him skeptically.
"What did he help once you and you assume that he was looking down on your because you have to be the strongest?" Star sarcastically asked.
"Shut up Wand Bitch." Growled Katsuki.
The three stared at Katsuki realizing that's exactly what happened.
"You think him helping you was him looking down on you?" asked Ochaco.
"Fuck off." He muttered walking away.
As he was walking away.
"Bakugo… just please keep in mind what might happen." Said Tenya.
Bakugo just rolled his eyes as he kept walking away.
"Should we tell the teacher that Bakugo thinks that way… because that's not normal." said Ochaco.
"One problem at a time Tea Girl… one problem at a time." Said Star.
She tried to open the book while standing but it was too massive that she fell.
"Do you need help up?" asked Ochaco.
"That would nice;." Said Star.
At the end of the day, Mineta walked to Star.
"Why are you helping Midoriya before me?" asked Mineta.
"You were attacked by the tentacle…" said Kyoka answering for Star, "I think that should answer your question."
Mineta didn't respond but sighed realizing she had a point.
"Thanks." Said Star.
Kyoka nodded.
She met up with Ochaco and Tenya.
"I think Midoriya left without us." Said Tenya.
Star took out a pocket mirror (which was like her cell phone) and sent out a text to Izuku which just got a message of saying "I'm fine. I'm heading home by myself today."
The three looked at each other.
They headed back to Star's castle.
"Okay! Looks like I can't find a spell to fix it! So I'm going to have to make one." Said Star.
Tenya grabbed a house plant for her to test it on.
"Returnio Armius Normalriteacus!" said Star.
The plant was burnt to a crisp.
"Okay! It will be fine! I got all night for this!" said Star.
Tenya handed her another plant.
"Returnio Armius Normalrinny!"
This time the plant exploded.
Later that night… Izuku was sitting on his bed.
"You know… life isn't fair." Said a voice.
"I've known that since I little…" sighed Izuku.
That was when he realized hearing voices was a very bad thing and jumped when he heard the voice.
He had saw where the voice had come from…
The tentacle now had a mouth filed with teeth.
Oh yeah… it's supposed to sentient…" said Izuku.
"That's right Izuku…" said the tentacle, "And I know everything about you…"
"How can you know everything about me…" said Izuku but then went on a ramble spree, "Then again it had become a part of my body it might have a telepathic link viewing my memories and thoughts…"
However the tentacle slap Izuku in the face making him stop.
"I'm calling Star…" said Izuku.
Maybe he could convince Queen Moon not to send Star to Saint Olga's because this needed to be fixed and fixed now.
After she was just trying to help him with this one.
However the tentacle slapped the phone out of his hand.
Izuku knew he should go to her castle then.
However the tentacle attached it itself to the wall preventing from leave the room.
"Oh don't you want to hear what I have to say." Said the tentacle.
"No." said Izuku struggling the free the tentacle from the wall.
"Really?" asked the tentacle, "I mean sure your life is much better than it used to be but if it wasn't for your new little quirk you would have taken that advice."
Izuku paled when the tentacle said that.
It was something that he had buried deep within a long time ago… plus it was something that last less than an hour.
That brief period when he didn't have any hope.
"Doesn't Bakugo deserve to know how close you were… no matter how brief it was…" said the Tentacle.
Izuku was quiet.
The tentacle grinned evilly.
It had found a way to begin its plans.
At his house Bakugo got a text from Izuku.
"Meet me before school."
Bakugo looked at the text.
He remembered the warning he had gotten from the three.
He was going to prove that Izuku wasn't going to try anything under the influence of that tentacle.
The next morning with Star she had a lot of malformed hand plants all around her.
"Returnio Armius Normalrino!" she said.
That was when the test plant turned into a very normal looking arm.
That was when the doorbell rang.
She went to get it.
"Star I've come to check up on you." Said Tenya.
Then he noticed the shape she was in. her hair was disheveled and she had bags under her eyes.
"You didn't sleep last night." Said Tenya.
"Nope! But look!" she said holding up the arm plant.
The arm plant waved hi at Tenya.
"You should get cleaned up before you return to school." said Tenya.
"Righty-o!" said Star who then collapsed.
Tenya took out his phone and called Ochaco.
He had tried texting Izuku the night before and in the morning but he hadn't gotten any responses.
He still believed that Izuku had the most heroic heart he had ever seen.
But he also knew that everyone had limits.
And hopefully Izuku wouldn't hit his while the tentacle was still on him.
But right now he needed to wake up Star and get her ready for school and awake enough to fix Izuku's arm.
"Uraraka… I need some help…" said Tenya, "Star passed out."
"I'm on my way!" replied Ochaco.
Not too far away from UA, Izuku waited.
"Deku!" yelled Bakugo.
"Bakugo." Said Izuku.
That was when Bakugo knew something was very, very wrong…
He had never once called him by his family name.
He glared at the tentacle.
"What do you want?" asked Bakugo.
"Just to talk…" said Izuku.
"About what?" asked Bakugo.
"Do you remember that piece of advice you gave me that day you were attacked by the Sludge Villain?" asked Izuku.
"Advice?" asked Bakugo.
That was when he remembered.
"I you want a quirk so bad why you don't take a swan dive off the roof and wish for a quirk in the next life."
"Are you going to tell somewhat I told you?" asked Bakugo.
"No… I don't plan to tell anyone…" said Izuku.
"Then why did you bring it up?" asked Bakugo.
"I wanted you to know just how closely I went through with it." Said Izuku.
"What?" asked Bakugo, "Yeah right there is no way you'd ever go through with it."
"I was attacked the same villain before you were." Said Izuku.
Bakugo blinked in confusion.
"But a hero saved me…" said Izuku, "Afterwards… I had asked that hero if someone without a quirk could become a hero… and they told me "No"."
Bakugo pale.
"I was left without hope…" said Izuku, "And if I hadn't stumbled on that same villain attacking you probably would gone through with it."
"Stop faking with me!" yelled Bakugo, "There is no way you would listen to me!"
"When a pro-hero crushed my dreams… I had no hope left… it was gone…" said Izuku, "But thankfully the person who gave me their quirk saw me save you… I guess you're also the reason why I have this quirk…"
"Stop lying!" yelled Bakugo who was shaking,. "Stop fucking lying!"
"Why would I lie about this?" asked Izuku.
"There is no way you would listen to me! I mean you've always look down on me!" yelled Bakugo.
Izuku stared at Bakugo confused.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"You've always looked down on me!" yelled Bakugo, "Why else would keep trying to be a hero even without a quirk! That you would always do stuff and never listen to me!"
"I've never once looked down on you!" said Izuku who was still very confused, "I admire you! You're amazing! I have never once looked down on you! I always looked up to you."
"What!" yelled Bakugo.
"But knowing you would never believe me…" muttered Izuku.
He turned around.
"That's all I wanted…" said Izuku, "Like I said knowing you would believe me."
Izuku was about to leave.
"THAT'S IT!" yelled the tentacle.
Izuku looked at the tentacle.
"You just wanted to give him a piece of your mind!" yelled the Tentacle, "No violence or attacking him?"
"What the fuck!" yelled Bakugo, "That thing talks."
"I wanted to devour his bowels!" yelled the Tentacle, "But no… you have to be the hero still and not fight him…"
"What?" asked Izuku.
"That just say it wants to devour my bowels?" asked Bakugo.
"Yes!" mocked the tentacle, "And I will!"
That was when a green lighting crackled around the tentacle.
"I guess I have to do it myself." Said the tentacle.
"It can use All for One…" thought Izuku sweating and yelled out loud "Run Kacchan!"
Back at Star's castle Ochaco and Tenya were trying to get Star to wake up.
That was when Aizawa saw what they were doing.
He noticed the room
"She was awake all night trying to figure out a cure for the weird spell." Said Ochaco.
"Did she?" asked Aizawa.
"She did." Said Tenya as the hand plant did a finger gun at Aizawa.
"I have an idea on how to wake her up…" said Aizawa, "Hopefully there won't be too many affects…"
"What does that mean?" asked Ochaco.
Aizawa didn't say anything as he took out a thermos.
Back with Izuku the tentacle tried to attack Bakugo but he manage to dodge using an explosion.
However Bakugo paled at the site of the side that was completely shatter from the tentacle's attack.
"Unlike Izuku I don't have bones to worry about." Said the tentacle.
"I'm so sorry Kacchan!" cried Izuku.
"Apologize when this over!" yelled Bakugo.
The tentacle went in for another attack.
However someone had jumped in front of the tentacle and grabbed.
Bakugo's eye winded as Izuku started to cry in relief. Because the one who was there was All Might.
"Have no fear!" said All Might, "Because I am here!"
"All Might…" said the Tentacle.
"It can talk…" said All Might.
Izuku nodded.
"Well that's unexpected." Said All Might.
"You know you're very fortunate you're one of the few people who's bowels I don't plan on devouring." Said the Tentacle who then whispered to him "Not because Izuku admires you so much but because you don't have a stomach it won't be appetizing…"
The tentacle then wrapped around All Might and jabbed him in the wound.
All Might flinched as he cough up some blood.
"Don't worry! This is nothing!" said All Might trying to shrug it off.
He grabbed the tentacle and managed to unwind off him.
"I know that the quirk is much stronger in Izuku than you!" mocked the tentacle, "Let's see how long you will last.
All Might glared at the tentacle.
"Izuku!" yelled Star as she, Ochaco, Tenya and Aizawa ran over to them.
All Might smiled.
"Don't worry! I got the cure!" yelled Star.
As All Might was still in charge of the situation with the Tentacle he wrapped his arm around the tentacle.
"Do it now Princess Butterfly." Said All Might.
"Thanks!" said Star, "Returnio Armius Normalrino!" called out Star.
She pointed her wand at the tentacle which began to shrink back into a normal arm.
"You'll never get rid of me! I'm a part of you now!" yelled the Tentacle as it's voice started to get high pitched as Izuku's arm returned to normal, "You can treat the symptoms but you can never cure the virus!"
And with that his arm returned to normal… which sadly meant it returned back to being injured.
"Was that thing talking?" asked Ochaco.
"It was…" said Tenya.
Both All Might and Tenya went over to Izuku seeing his arm was still very much broken.
"WHAT THE FUCK!" yelled Bakugo.
He pointed at Star.
"That was really fucking magic isn't it?" asked Bakugo, "Because that is too weird for being a quirk."
"Yeah! It is!" said Star who seemed really hyper.
Bakugo stared at her.
"I had to give her my coffee to wake her up this morning." Explained Aizawa.
He drank weapons' grade coffee… so she was going to be pretty hyper for the rest of the day.
"Great I have to keep a secret!" yelled Bakugo.
"It's not actually a secret… " said Aizawa, "If no one in class believes it's on them…"
Bakugo's eye twitched at that.
Both All Might and Tenya helped Izuku up.
"He needs to see Recovery Girl." Said Tenya.
"Butterfly…" said Aizawa.
Star sighed and knew she had to join in seeing Recovery Girl.
She was a very short old woman who used a needle shaped cane.
Which she used to whack Star.
"Look I understand you wanting to use your magic to heal him." Said Recovery Girl, "But test it out first…"
"How am I supposed to test out bone healing spells?" asked Star.
"Use something that your mother approves of, but until you mastered such a spell don't use it." Scolded Recovery Girl.
She however looked at Izuku.
"Please limit yourself to fingers until you got your quirk under control." Said Recovery Girl, "Even if Ludo is an idiot he is still a threat… a very, very, very minor threat. But still a threat none the less."
"Yes Recovery Girl…" sighed Izuku.
Later that day… it was time to lunch.
"So you want eat lunch?" asked Star to Izuku.
She was still a little hyper too… she looked like she needed to do something.
Before he could answer Bakugo grabbed Izuku and dragged him out of the room.
Izuku sighed knowing it was to straitening things out form earlier.
"I think they need to work out things from earlier." Said Ochaco.
"Oh yeah! That makes a lot of sense!" said Star.
Bakugo dragged Izuku to outside.
"I'm sorry about earlier Kacchan… I shouldn't have let it get to me…" said Izuku he then smiled very nervously and twitched a little., "I made all that up about wanting to go through with it… yeah…"
"Don't fucking lie…" muttered Bakugo, "You're a terrible liar…"
Izuku sighed.
"What hero?" asked Bakugo.
"What?" asked Izuku.
"What hero told you that…" muttered Bakugo.
"It's not important… they apologized a long time ago… it's fine now… don't worry about." Said Izuku.
Bakugo glared at Izuku.
"Look it's fine… really…" said Izuku.
Bakugo muttered something and walked away.
"Deku… never give into any weird magical evil thing like that ever again." Muttered Bakugo.
Izuku blinked and nodded while Bakugo walked away.
However Bakugo was clearly shaking once he was out of sight.
He wanted to believe it was all a lie…
That Izuku was messing with him… and it was that tentacle.
But the fact was he knew Izuku was terrible liar… and that it was clear he almost drove someone he knew for years to suicide.
But for the time being he was going to shift the blame to the hero who told Izuku that he couldn't be a hero.
He would find that hero and make them pay.
Izuku sighed and decided he should talk to All Might.
As it turned out All Might had the same idea. After all what happened that morning he figured that Izuku would want to talk to him.
"There you are Young Midoriya." Said All Might.
Izuku nodded and they once again headed to the Teacher's Lounge to talk.
"About that injury." Said Izuku.
"It's fine… I've had worse." Said All Might.
Izuku nodded.
"So… what happened exactly…" said All Might.
Izuku explained that the tentacle managed to hit the right spots when it came to Izuku and got him to confront Bakugo.
But thankfully Izuku was still himself and it was an emotional confrontation, not a physical one so that the tentacle got angry with him and well… they saw the results.
"I see…" said All Might, "Still for something that gave you negative and disparaging thoughts you didn't give in too much… That's good…"
"Yeah…" said Izuku.
"Young Midoriya…" said All Might.
"It's not that…" said Izuku, "I'm glad I was able to hang on and not fall too much… but it's not that… it's something else…"
"What is it?" asked All Might.
"All Might… when you told me… that I couldn't be a hero… before I saved Kacchan from the Sludge vialling… I honestly considered…"
He couldn't even say it…
"Young Midoriya…" said All Might shaking.
"I know I shouldn't think about it… but…" said Izuku.
That was when All Might hugged him.
"I'm sorry I made you feel that way my boy… I didn't think…" said All Might.
"It's fine… "said Izuku, "It all worked out."
All Might sighed.
"But it's not just that… I told Kacchan that when I was under the influence…" said Izuku, "I just told him a hero told me I couldn't be a hero… I didn't say which one…"
"I see…" said All Might once he broke the hug.
"And… I think he might put together the piece and figure out it's you." Said Izuku, "And maybe take out his anger on you…"
All Might coughed up blood shock.
Due to his injuries Izuku was only barely fazed by this…
"Well… hopefully he won't figure it out… or he'll be smart enough not to fight me…" said All Might.
Izuku looked at All Might and sighed.
"It's going to evenly happen…" sighed Izuku.
All Might sighed too… after all he knew the complected relationship between the two boys.
That afternoon, Star opened up the portals for her friends so they could go home. The coffee had managed to work its way through so she was no longer hyper.
"See you guys tomorrow!" said Star, "And once again sorry about everything."
"It's fine Star." Said Izuku.
Once the portals closed Star sighed and went to her mirror.
"Call mom." Said Star.
She knew had to come clean for once.
"Hello Star…" said Queen Moon, "What did you do…"
"Okay… just so you know what I meant to do was a good thing…" said Star.
"What does that mean?" asked Queen Moon.
"Well you see… Izuku can't control his quirk… I don't know why but whenever he uses it he breaks his bones. He broke his arm really badly fighting Ludo… so I used what I thought was a bone healing spell but…" explained Star.
"It was Crescenta's bone healing and demonic tentacle virus spell." Sighed Queen Moon.
"Yeah… I wasn't paying attention…" said Star.
Queen Moon sighed.
"Don't worry! I made a spell to reverse it! So he's fine now!" said Star.
"Is there a reason why you're telling me?" asked queen Moon.
"There's no actual bone healing spell in the spell book." Said Star, "I know he should learn how to not break his bones… but he's still breaking his bones especially since he's helping me…"
Queen Moon's face soften when she said that.
"Izuku's such a nice guy and a good friend! And I want to help him…" said Star.
"Don't worry I'll send you a copy of a spell that not only heals bones but ligaments and tendons as well." Said Queen Moon.
"Really… so I'm not in trouble." Said Star.
"Not this time… considering the reasons for this." Said Queen Moon with a smile, "Just… for your sake and the sakes of everyone around you… carefully read Crescenta's chapter…"
"I saw…" said Star, "Why would you want to set a building on fire while tying your shoes!"
"I don't know Star… I don't know…" sighed Queen Moon.
Still many things had changed with that incident… Izuku and Bakugo's relationship had gotten far more complicated with certain feelings out there.
And it was clear that Queen Moon felt pride in her daughter what she was doing.
Still that whole situation was a bit of a mess… but was what was coming was an even bigger mess… because something was about to happen… and none of the students knew what was coming…
Next Time: It's time for a field trip to learn rescue training. However a very large group of villain show up with the goal of killing All Might. When the class is scattered things get complected. What will happen? Find out next time!
A/N: I am a believer in the theory that Izuku was briefly suicidal after the first conversation with All Might. Yeah... though it might be my own depression coloring my opinion...
Also once again everything said in the chapter is true about the Monster arm and there is a spell for tying shoes and setting a building on fire. There's also a spell for lighting a dark room while making everyone else uncontrollably itchy.
