This chapter will feature a confrontation with the Skrulls and Doom and other heroes will be brought into the fold.

Also, I have decided that Doom will be played by Cillian Murphy in this series, as he can capture the compelling aspects of Doom really well. Thanks to Aragorn II Elessar for the suggestion.

Power of Magic: Thanks for the review. Yep, Doom was meant to be a surprise. Yep, I took Jason catching the bullet in his mouth from 'You Don't Mess with the Zohan'.

Super Shadow 2018: Thanks for the review. Yep, Angels are needed to fight Devils. Actually, this chapter will show how powerful Doom is, and he will get a few power-ups in the future. I have cast Cillian Murphy as Doom, because he can play all the compelling aspects of Doom rather well.

Chapter 11- Back to square one

Timeline-5, California.

Jason, Ollie, Chloe, Chris, Nikolia, Ezreal, Marc, Hook, High Noon Ashe and Talos rode across the desert.

"We need to make it to San Francisco quickly." Nimue spoke back to the others.

"We will get there." Jason assured her.

"I hope so." Marc muttered.

"Hold on." Nimue said. She waved her hands in the air while chanting and a portal opened, the group galloping through.

"Handy trick." Talos commented.

"I've had practice." Nimue replied.

"Why didn't you do that earlier?" Jason demanded.

"I have to regenerate my powers." Nimue defended.

The group emerged into San Francisco, looking around.

"Where are the Skrulls?" Chloe wondered.

"Right there." Jason deadpanned as several portals opened and Skrulls emerged.

"Right on time." Marc smirked.

Ollie fired an explosive arrow at the Skrulls, sending some back before they fired their guns, forcing the group to dodge while people fled in terror.

Nimue drew Excalibur and rolled to avoid a strike before decapitating that Skrull.

Hook fired his gun, killing two while Chloe and Nikolia fought several more with Nikolia avoiding a haymaker and throwing a punch that knocked the Skrull down.

Marc smacked a Skrull out with his bo-staff before ducking under a hit and twisting the Skrull's foot, breaking it as the Skrull fell down screaming.

As more Skrulls attacked, Ollie flipped and threw a flechette, knocking the blaster out of one's hand as he flipped and kicked him out while Jason chopped off another's blaster and kicked him away by a few feet.

Nimue grabbed another Skrull by the hand and tossed him away before elbowing another down, and then swept another's feet from under him, making him crash and knock himself out too.

Ezreal shot down two more with his arcane bow. "Damn! Now I've gotta do this again!"

As Skrulls came at them, Marc threw a knife, killing one, before spinning and knocking down two with his staff while Chris flipped and kicked one away before grabbing one and tossing him to a building.

Jason ran to avoid several Skrulls and flipping back, punched one down before kneeing another and kicking a third in a spin motion.

Marc did a leap and wrapped a Skrulls head between his legs, knocking him down and rolling away, got up and kicked him out before turning around in a spin motion and taking another Skrull down.

Two more arrived and fired there weapons as he ran to avoid, the two following, before he did a flip and threw a large shuriken that divided into two, hitting their shoulders and knocking them down.

As another arrived to fire, Marc slid to another side and threw a sonic dart, hitting and knocking him out.

Nimue grabbed two Skrulls and in a spin motion, tossed them into different directions, knocking them both out before flipping to avoid gunfire and kicked the Skrulls gun down before kicking him away by many feet in a spin motion.

As another came at her, she grabbed him and flipped him down before punching another away in a spin motion.

Marc jumped off a cart and landed, surprising a pair of Skrulls. Brandishing his bo-staff, Marc smacked out the first in a spin motion and ducking to avoid the other.

Pushing the Skrull back, Marc flipped and kicked the Skrull's face, sending him flying back.

One Skrull struck as Jason backed to avoid and flipped to avoid another blow before blocking another strike with his elbow and punched him back, with Ollie flipping and kicking his chin, sending him back again, while Nimue leapt at him and punched him hard, sending him flying back.

A Skrull charged at high speed and kicked Ezreal, sending him down before landing.

He tried to stomp on Ezreal's face but he put his gauntlet in the way and pushed, sending the Skrull flying back too.

Ezreal flipped up and fired an arcane bolt but the Skrull deflected and charged Ezreal, trying to punch as Ezreal blocked and punched back harder, sending the Skrull back, but then the Skrull elbowed his cheek in a spin motion and grabbing him, tried to bite.

Then, High Noon Ashe shot the Skrull from behind, killing him.

The two exchanged nods before heading off to fight.

Chloe fired her energy rifle, killing some while Hook elbowed another Skrull in the face.

Then another, larger Skrull appeared and lifting Chloe and Hook up, tossed them away.

Ezreal, Marc and Ollie walked towards him but a blast of energy sent them flying back.

High Noon Ashe roared and charged but an invisible barrier stopped her. High Noon Ashe roared, punching the barrier, trying to shatter it, as she kept getting angrier.

Jason leapt at the Skrull and punched twice before flipping back. He kicked the Skrull twice in the face and stomped his knee.

Then, Nimue leapt up behind the Skrull and stabbed it through the brain, killing it.

Nimue then opened a portal and jumped through just as Ollie leapt through another and landed on a Skrull, stabbing it with an arrow.

The Skrull threw him off before Ezreal slammed his fists into the Skrull's head, taking it down.

Nimue gasped as she felt a powerful presence and the others noticed, looking at her with confusion.

"There is a great power nearby." Nimue revealed.

"Okay, we need to stop it." Jason said.

"Well then, let's go." Nimue said as she opened a portal…..but it didn't open!

"What?" Nimue wondered in shock as she tried to open a portal again. She tried a third time, and this time small Eldritch energy fizzled in Space but nothing happened.

"What happened, Nimue?" Marc asked. "You opened thousands of portals back in Storybrooke."

"I feel like an amateur again." Nimue muttered.

Ezreal tried to teleport with his gauntlet but nothing happened. "How is that even possible?"

Nimue closed her eyes only to receive a vision of a tall, imposing, terrifying man wearing armor and a green cape and hood, with a mask to cover his face. He was sitting on a throne.

"Oh, God, no, please not him!" She gasped in terror.

"Who is it?" Talos asked.

Nimue looked at Jason and uttered three words. "Victor Von Doom."

"We are doomed!" Ezreal joked only for everyone to glare at him so he shut up.

"Oh come on!" Jason groaned. "What the fuck is he even doing here?"

"I don't know, but we need to go!" Nimue shouted.

"I can open a portal, but you must go on without me." High Noon Ashe said.

"We're not leaving you behind." Jason affirmed.

"This is my world, and I still have a job to do. You need to get back to yours and save your reality." High Noon Ashe said.

She created a ball of glowing energy in her hands and slammed it. When the light receded, everyone except for High Noon Ashe was gone.

Earth-199999, New York, Avengers Tower.

Steve, Tony, Natasha, Bucky, Sam, Logan, Pietro, Wanda, Tommy, Wally and White Canary were sitting together, going over some recent missions when a blast of light appeared and Jason staggered out of it.

"Jay! What the hell?" Natasha jumped up and looked at Jason in shock.

"Also, what are you wearing?" Tommy asked upon noticing his clothes.

"Long story guys." Jason said, catching his breath.

Then a portal opened and Nimue, Ollie, Chloe, Marc, Chris, Nikolia, Hook and Talos ran out of it.

"What is going on?" Wally asked in confusion.

"Something crappy, I'm sure." Logan muttered.

Then, Ezreal teleported in and landed.

"Ezreal?" White Canary's eyes widened in shock and joy at seeing her old friend.

"Sara? I don't friggin believe it!" Ezreal leapt forward and hugged White Canary and she eagerly returned the hug, happy tears in her eyes.

"Jason, what is going on?" Steve asked.

"That is a bit of a long story." Jason said.

Just then a portal opened and Doctor Strange walked out, his face grim as he said. "Then let me shorten it for you."

Later.

"Well, this is new." Tommy commented as Jason and Strange finished explaining what had happened.

All of the Avengers had learnt that the Skrulls had replaced Alexia, which resulted in them meeting Nimue and later Ezreal (He and White Canary definitely had plans to catch up later), followed by them travelling to the Pulsefire and High Noon Gothic universes and then them discovering that Doom was involved.

"So Doom is behind this?" Wally asked. Strange and Jason nodded. "Why am I not surprised?"

"Why he is even backing the Skrulls is beyond even me." Nimue said.

"Doom wouldn't be working with the Skrulls unless he could benefit from it." Jason said.

"Who exactly is this Doom guy?" Chris asked.

"A powerful sorcerer and master of magic who wants…..I have no idea what he wants." Strange said.

"Do we know where the Skrulls are?" Steve asked.

"We do," Strange said. "They are on the dark side of the Moon."

"And what about Doom?" Bucky asked.

"Yeah, someone needs to fight him." Tommy agreed.

"Powerful heroes will." Strange said ominously. Everyone looked at him curiously but he didn't say anything more than that.

"And more people will come in as well." Strange continued. He opened a portal and the Earth-21 Justice League exited.

"Hey, Smallville." Chloe greeted, hugging Kal.

"Hi Chloe," Kal smiled. "I heard what happened. And we're going to help you."

"Thanks." Chloe looked over at the assembled Justice League, which consisted of Kara, Bart, John Stewart, Knight, Wonder Woman, Tess and John Jones.

And then a breach opened and Tonya Stark and Penny Parker exited, looking around.

"Hey guys!" Chris greeted as she and Nikolia walked over. "Where are the others?"

"Either off-world or unavailable," Tonya replied. "We came as soon as got the call."

Another breach opened and David, Mary Margaret, Regina and Robin Hood exited.

"We got your call just in time Strange," David greeted.

"So," Kal said, looking at everyone. "What is the plan?"

"We will need to attack their ship and get Alexia out. All will go, except for Ezreal." Strange said.

"Why not?" Ezreal asked in confusion.

Strange turned to face him. "You will have a special job. You will know in time."

"Is he always like this?" Ezreal asked.

"Like you have no idea. You get used to it through." Jason sighed.

"What time do we leave?" Penny asked.

Steve looked at everyone and said. "You have two hours. Suit up."

Unknown location.

Doom calmly walked along a narrow hallway, eventually reaching his throne.

To access the power of the being that he wanted, the blood of a powerful sorceress was needed.

Doom could have easily taken Nimue's blood, but he wanted the blood accessing this power to be special, and he had just the right one.

He had ended up on Runeterra a while ago, sometime after the defeat of Mordekaiser the Iron Revenant. That was when he met Evaine LeBlanc the Deceiver.

LeBlanc had been the one to train him in magic until he had surpassed even her, and they had even become lovers for a small time.

However, Doom's dream was more important than even her. So he had taken her blood, almost killing her, but then used his power to heal her, and then left Runeterra.

Taking out the blood of LeBlanc which he still had, Doom splashed it over the throne while chanting. The room shook as a huge shadow appeared.

The shadow slowly started surrounding Doom, about to wipe him from existence when he raised his hand and said. "Chaos King. Empower me, you will find no one of stronger mind or will than that of Doom."

Chaos King stopped abruptly, and took a shorter form, surrounding his head as he looked into it.

"Look into me and see what Doom is." Doom said to the entity.

Chaos King looked into his mind and saw many things- betrayal, death, war, and power. He saw what was a petty grudge against Reed Richards, and was amused by it.

But he also saw how the people of Latveria hailed him as their savior, and considered him a great King.

"I am more than a scientist. More than a power hungry despot Richards and the others paint me as. I am a Sorcerer!"

He saw what Doom had seen of the future. Pure death and destruction of all that existed, in all futures but one. In one possible future, everyone was saved by a great evil, and had survived. An evil that could rival Chaos King himself.

In all but one future, that evil had been defeated, and that future involved Doom!

Doom had passed the test. He would belong to Chaos King now. Making a decision, Chaos King flew into Doom through his mouth, and he felt himself empowering as the shadowy symbol of Chaos King appeared above him.

Chaos King would take him over and use him for his intentions!

Suddenly, Chaos King found himself in an empty void, where he could see nothing else.

Suddenly, two giant eyes on a giant demonic face appeared out of nowhere, glaring at Chaos King, and the entity immediately recognized what he was looking at.

Dormammu!

"Doom's mind belongs to me, you cannot have it." Dormammu snarled at him.

Then appeared a tall figure with a cape, sitting on a throne, looking down on Chaos King.

Mephisto!

"Doom's soul belongs to me, you cannot have it old friend." Mephisto smirked calmly.

Then a woman in a red dress appeared, and a red aura surrounded it as it looked at Chaos King.

The Blood Moon!

"Doom's darkest desires belong to me; you cannot use them for your own gain." The Blood Moon said.

Then appeared a yellow and black, almost animalistic creature that looked down on Chaos King too.

Parallax!

It spoke in its own tongue, but Chaos King understood what it was saying.

"The fear of Doom belongs to me, you cannot use it for your gain." it said.

Then a tiny, blonde woman appeared in front of Chaos King, but her eyes were glowing. It was a powerful entity in a human form.

The First Evil!

"The evil tendencies of Doom belong to me; you cannot use his evilness deep down for your gains." The First Evil said to Chaos King.

Chaos King realized he could not make Doom do what he wanted, considering the man had already made deals with so many other Cosmic entities for his gain, though Chaos King knew that even Doom couldn't fully comprehend what these deals meant.

But that meant he could not do what he wanted, so all he could do was listen to Doom.

Doom screamed as he felt the power of Chaos King flow into his body, empowering him as a shadowy orb appeared over him before disappearing.

The green glowing Arc Reactors on his body were replaced by the dark symbols of Chaos King. His dark green cloak turned black. The eye slits of his mask now glowed with Cosmic power.

"Now I am prepared."

And we end this chapter. A lot happened, didn't it? Now High Noon Ashe has stayed behind, our Heroes have returned to the main Timeline, and the MCU Avengers, Tonya and Penny from Earth-911111, the Smallville Justice League and the OUAT heroes have been brought into the fold and Doom gets a portion of Chaos King's power, though Chaos King is much weaker than he was previously.

First off, both Mordekaiser and LeBlanc are from League of Legends. I intend for Mordekaiser to be the main villain of his own story somewhere in Phase 3, and LeBlanc was the one to train Doom in magic in this series.

And yes, Doom made deals with other Cosmic Beings who also own some of him now. Dormammu owns his mind and Mephisto his soul.

The Blood Moon is from League of Legends and is said to be the progenitor of all lower Demons in the Multiverse, so it could be considered a Cosmic entity, though it has been weakened at this point, so not as powerful as Dormammu or Mephisto. It owns Doom's darkest desires.

Parallax here is from the Smallville Season 11 comics, and he was simply banished to his home dimension, so Doom just used some magic mojo to meet and make a deal with him.

The First Evil is from the Buffyverse and it wasn't destroyed, only greatly weakened, and it is evil in its pure form, so it should be considered a Cosmic being, albeit a weaker one compared to the others. And this story takes place during Buffy Season 7, so The First Evil would be at its most powerful.

That scene with the cosmic entities was taken from Aragorn II Elessar's story, so thank you to him.

And I know some MCU Avengers like Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye and War Machine were absent in this chapter. So let's just say Thor was off-world for reasons, Banner is still off-duty and Clint is semi-retired anyway and Rhodey had some other responsibilities.

But worry not; I do plan to involve Thor and Hulk later in the final battle for sure.

And the rest of the Rule 63 Avengers are off elsewhere.

Tonya is played by Kate Beckinsale and Penny is played by Willa Holland.

But now the final battle of this story is about to begin!
