My dad brought us to a cave somewhere where all the people that managed to escape were holding up.
"So what happened dad how did they take the South so fast"
"They came with there whole fleet, said they wanted a trade agreement"
"But you saw the attack coming that's why you radioed us"
"Yes but I was hoping for reinforcements, not a rescue"
"The north and Earth Empire are no joke, in seconds they deployed there troops all over the city"
"We put up a fight but it was over before it began"

"How though, my brother has become Kuvira's right hand man he's going to have a army with him"

"He's probably at the southern portal, they've been rounding up people that are dum enough to speak out and walking them out there"

We had placed Opal in a interrogation room and we were trying to figure out if the United Republic new.
"I'll ask you again do they know"
"I don't know" she said looking at her fingers.
"I'm done" I left the room but before I did Kuvira bursted through the door. She was mostly recovered and was eager to get back in the action.
"LISTEN HERE" she lifts Opal up by her collar bone to which she screamed.
"Your lucky that I'm engaged to your brother and Bolin still has feelings for you"
She slammed her into the table with a loud bang. To which Bataar ran in and pulled Kuvira off.
"I SUGGEST YOU START WORKING WITH US OR I SWEAR"
"KUVIRA" we both yelled pulling her off.
She calmed down for a second. Opal now terrified and crying hugged and me and refused to let go. I tried to comfort her but Kuvira got between us and shoved her away.
"DO NOT COMFORT HER"
"You needs to calm down"
"She had 10 minutes to tell us everything otherwise I take matters into my own hands"
With that she left the room and Bataar followed after. Opal was now in by the corner scarred. I got down and I sat next to her.
"Opal I'm sorry I don't what's wrong with her"
She hugged me immediately and refused to let go"
"Bolin..please please don't let her near me"
Her tears were getting absorbed by my shirt and kept her in my arms. I didn't even need to think.

Me and Asami were coming over a mountain to get a good look at the portal.
"Let's see what we're looking at"
When we came over we saw a huge base camp and a mine at the base of it. They created a quarry and people from the tribe we using water bending to mine the ice.
"Why are they mining ice"

We saw Bolin and Opal waking over to a make shift prison. You could tell she's been crying.
"What did they do to her"
"Whatever it is they'll pay for it"

"Yah but I don't see how we're going to get in"
"I'll handle that" Tonraq water-bending ice to a expose a massive cavern.
"These should run right under the base"
BOLIN POV
"I brought you some food"
"Oh steam buns, my favorite, this will totally make me forget your working for Kuvira the person who has captured almost my whole family and is going to torture me"
"Ok did I misread something because I thought we had a moment earlier"
"We didn't have a moment I was just scared and despite the fact your evil now your still cry comforting"
"Thanks I guess" I sat down next to her on the bed and reached for a steam bun but she slapped my hand.
"Uhh no, these are for me"
"You know your still my prisoner shouldn't you be listening to me"
"We both know that's not going to happen" she said with in a playful voice with a smirk on her face.

I brought in a present and gave it to her. God I hope she likes it and I hope it fits.
"A air bender Earth Empire uniform, really Bolin"
"Yup looks good doesn't it"
"To be fair I always liked the Earth Empire uniforms"
