-Cassandra pov-
Making a glee club is hard. You have to find music, get in contact with competition committees, and find students willing to sing. Right now I have Sugar, Grace, Pamela, Jasmine, Sam, and...Oh Kate!
Kate has been trying to get on Sam and graces good side though. I don't know how truly interested she is in the club. We are running tryouts now but no one really has shown. There had been so many names on the list.
Maybe it is just me...Maybe I'm the reason we have no kids. My friend trusted me enough to give me the job. Now I can't fix his stupid club. Mary and Janine have been working at the stupid as teacher since yesterday.
My mom is currently babysitting the little one. I really hope somebody shows up. I hear the door open and smile just to frown. It's just little miss Rachel.
"She's look happy to see me" I sigh and she walks over "I'm not in trouble! I'm just on break!"
"It's not you" I hold up the full list "None of the kids have come to tryout! I needed them and maybe I'm the reason they haven't come"
"How awake were you when you did that paper?" I look at her confused "Reread it"
I do and my jaw drops. I quickly grab my things and run out of the auditorium. I was half awake when I made the sheet. I run to the club room and see a bunch of student lined up.
It's not all that had signed up but it looks like enough. I turn toward Rachel with a big smile. I get my club! I didn't fail on my first real day!
"You seem to need another judge" Rachel walks to the club doors "I'll help you"
I nod and walk to the doors. This should be a piece of cake!
-Time skip-Rachel pov-
I can feel the sadness waft off of Cass. We have one more slot left. But we have already accepted the people we had. Some were there just to get out of class.
The good ones we let in. Some of them will need work but Cass has this. But now we need one more. The club doors open and a small brunette walks in.
"I..I am new here" She looks at us and looks away quickly "We were supposed to be in Lima but my mom got a cafeteria job here"
"What's your name?" The girl looks up at us confused "We need it for the paper"
"Marley" The girl accidentally hits the microphone stand over and catches it "Marley rose..I'm sorry"
"Well Marley" I give her a warm smile "Go ahead and sing!"
-Marley singing-
Some folks like to get away

"You're in!" Cassandra stands up and then runs to Marley "YOU ARE SO IN!"
"Thank you" Marley smiles shyly "I really wasn't expecting to make it"
"You have an amazing voice!" Cass looks at me with a big smile "Shes good isn't she?"
"Perfect" I smile and then walk over to them "You could have a music future Marley"
"That'd be amazing" The girl smiles wider "I'd love to be on Broadway...I just don't look too good to be there"
"You look amazing as is" I put a hand on her shoulder "You'll be one of the best up there! Besides me of course"
She chuckles and I smile wider. This girl has something special to her I just know it. She's gonna be a big star one day. But first someone needs to help her self image.
-Shelby pov-
Today I've been trying to be more of a teacher. I don't want to force Madison's hand. She really would have to fire us. I don't wanna make her do that.
I just am so used to Carmel's standards. I mean I just taught the glee club! I wasn't in charge of anything else. This is a little more of a challenge.
"Mommy?" I turn from my to the door "I..I hungry"
"Come here Santana" The girl is quickly in my arms "You're hungry huh?"
She nods and I fix myself to feed her. When she latches on I rock her in my arms. I don't have another class for the day so it's all good. Or so I thought until the door opens.
"You should really lock it before doing that" I glare at Judy who locks the classroom door "I see someone is hungry huh?"
Santana nods and keeps drinking "She came in a bit ago" Judy sits in a desk near the front "What's going on?"
"Been trying to get over almost getting Madison into a catch 22" I nod in understanding and Judy sighs "Why does life have to be so hard sometimes?"
"I don't know" I notice Santana's eyes get heavy "Want a song baby?"
She nods and I think of a small one to sing to her. I finally think of one and start to sing.

I feel Santana's breathing even out and smile. I love when they take these naps. They look so adorable. I look up at Judy who's smiling too.
She's been a lot better moods recently. I think it's cause she now has a chance to say I do. I may or may not be jealous about her time and how she's been spending it. She just is always with Cass now.
The plan was so I marry Judy. Now it feels like I'm going to end up marrying on of the others. It's not that I mind but Judy and I did start it all. It would just be right we marry each other legally.
But that's a issue for a future date. Right now I'm holding my sleeping girl. I look back up and see Judy is gone. I wonder where she went off to?
-Judy pov-
"Hello?" The person on the other end of my phone doesn't respond "You called me now answer"
"I love you" I smile as the voice comes through "How is being a real teacher?"
"You know I could just see you in your office right?" We both laugh "I take it you're busy?"
"I have our girls in here" I hear Madison let out a sigh "I could use the help"
I look back at Shelby's door "Uh yeah" What I had to say can wait "I'll be there in a minute"
We end the phone call and I head to Madison office. I should've told Shelby what I wanted to. But I can wait a bit longer. Hopefully at least.
Everything will be fine...maybe.
