Hello guys! I hope you all enjoy this chapter, please do keep voting and reviewing.
I want to make one thing clear, first of all Hades is one of my favorite Gods, because I do feel sorry for him and that probably will reflect in my writing lol, and also, Percy's first crush is 100% not who she'll end up with.

Hermes greeted Percy with a genuine if tired smile. "Persephone. I'm sorry for showing up like this-you can just call me Hermes you know."

"Thank you." Percy gave a smile in return, though she felt sicker than ever. If a God was visiting her it had to be because something big was happening, "Why are you here though?"

"Your father asked me to bring you this." he held out a sea blue envelope.

"A-" Percy hesitated, "A letter?"

"Yes. It's important."

"Is it something to do with the crazy weather lately."

"It is." Hermes nodded, looking exhausted, "My fathers favorite weapon, his symbol of power has been stolen-he's accusing your father of stealing it."

"What?" Percy's eyes widened, "But-my father wouldn't do that would he?"

"I don't believe it was him for a second-but my father's convinced himself it was your father and he's furious-he suspects that your father used a Demigod to steal it-your father's worried. If your uncle should realize you exist-"

"Then he'll blame me-but that's insane I wouldn't do that!" "

"I know Persephone. But it's about what my father believes. Be very careful. And tell my son to be careful too-"

"You could tell me yourself." Percy jumped, yelping as Luke slipped out of a window above them, the wings on his shoes flapping as he lowered himself to the ground. "Maia."

"What the f-"

"Language." Luke's eyes were on his father, his face slightly pale, but there was a hopeful gleam in his eyes, and Hermes was staring at Luke with a look of desperate longing on his face-Percy felt her heart aching for both of them. This was Luke's first time seeing his father-at least as far as he could remember. "You didn't think I'd let you come on a school trip alone when you have some creepy teacher that's probably a monster did you."

"I-" Percy flushed, "It was you who I felt watching me."

"Duh." Luke rolled his eyes before swallowing hard. "I... father-"

"I shouldn't be here." Hermes' voice was pained.

"I know." Luke swallowed hard, stepping forward slightly towards the God, "I look like you."

"You do." Hermes' expression softened. "You've grown up well Luke. I'm proud of you."

"I know." Luke nodded, his eyes shining slightly with unshed tears. "Dad I-"

"I can't stay. I should have left as soon as I gave your sister the letter."

"But-"

"I'm sorry." Hermes reached out, touching his son's cheek gently. "Never doubt that I love you Luke. And be careful." then Hermes was turning around and leaving-and Luke let out a choked little gasp, lurching forward before he stopped himself and looked away, wrapping his arms around himself.

"Luke are you okay?" Percy laid a hand on his elbow gently.

"Yeah." Luke managed a shaky smile, "Just wish I could actually talk with him, y'know."

"I do." Percy nodded. "It's not his fault though."

"I know." Luke took a deep breath, focusing on Percy. "He had a letter for you right. From your dad."

"Yeah." Percy nodded, looking down at the letter in her hand, "I should probably-"

"Miss Jackson!" Percy's head snapped to the side, eyes widening as she saw an unpleasantly familiar figure stood by the corner of the building.

She felt Luke stiffen beside her and she swallowed hard, her face pale. "Uh... yes Miss Dodds."

"Who is that?" the tone of the woman's voice made Percy want to hit her.

"I'm no one special." Luke's eyes were narrowed and his hand slipped into his pocket, undoubtedly curling around his sword.

Percy swallowed hard, her face pale as she glanced at Luke, "You should go."

"No way." Luke's voice was tight as he glared at the teacher.

Percy felt the hairs on the back of her neck standing up and she slowly turned her head, swallowing hard when she saw two other women who looked a lot like Mrs Dodds.

Well that wasn't good.

"Luke." Percy's voice was tight, and Luke glanced back, cursing under his breath as his eyes flicked around.

"Sephie you don't have a weapon." he hissed the words and Percy resisted the urge to snort.

"Tell me something I don't know."

"When I say run you run." his eyes flicked to a side door, "Get inside." his voice was barely more than a whisper but Percy shook her head.

"Luke-"

"Sephie for once in your fucking life could you just do as you're told? Get the Satyr. He might have a weapon."

"I.." Percy swallowed hard, "I swear to the Gods if you get yourself killed.."

"I won't." Luke took a breath and then called out, "Maia!" and he was flying towards Mrs Dodds, she was the closest.

The other two old ladies started running towards Percy and Percy ran towards them, rushing to the side door and opening it quickly, stumbling inside and slamming the door shut just as one of them smashed into it-and she could hear shrieking from outside of it-but she didn't pause, taking off through the museum, heart pounding in her chest as she tried to figure out which way was the fastest way to get out.

Of course by the time she'd gotten to the door on the other side of the room the back door was being smashed open, and Percy sped up, hand moving up automatically, flicking her locket open, the armor forming around her within seconds- just in time because Mrs Dodds, who seemed to have grown wings and talons now was on her-and if it wasn't for the armor her arm would be a bloody mess, as it was she was sure it would be bruised-and she was being picked up and dragged through the air-Mrs Dodds flying them further into the museum as she kicked and thrashed in the monsters grip.

See, see this was why she kept asking for her own weapon! So she wouldn't be freaking helpless!

When they reached the Greek and Roman section Percy was thrown to the ground, skidding across it, hissing in pain from the impact, though she managed to roll over and avoid Mrs Dodds claws again when she went in for an attack, though it was a narrow escape as she scrambled to her feet and backed away. "Get the hell away from me!" She almost screamed the words.

There wasn't much water around-damn it why couldn't they have had a school trip to a water park or something? Then she'd have a chance.

"Persephone Jackson, did you really think you could get away with it?"

"Get away with what?" Percy demanded incredulously, shaking her head, "With being alive?"

"Don't play dumb little girl. You've been pretending for far too long. I saw you following Hermes."

Crap. That was probably why she'd called in reinforcements then.

"I'm not playing dumb!" Percy kept backing away until she was backed against the Stele. "Listen please whatever you think-"

"We are not fools, Percy Jackson," Mrs. Dodds said. "It was only a matter of time before we found you out. Confess, and you will suffer less pain."

"I didn't ask to be born!" Percy screamed the words, suddenly furious-and she let the anger take over, overriding the fear, "I didn't ask to be born." she could feel it roaring inside of her-she wanted water, wanted to be able to use it to knock the monster out of the air but there was nothing. It was infuriating.

Then there was the sound of more wings and the two other monsters were flying into the gallery-one of them clutching Luke in her talons-and Luke was pale, face bloody and his shoulder clearly hurt-Percy felt panic rip through her as he was thrown to the ground next to her, and she surged forward, dropping to her knees next to Luke, who tried to push himself up into a sitting position-but his arm was mangled and it gave out-the only reason he didn't face plant the floor was the fact that Percy caught him. "Luke!"

"Sephie." Luke's voice was tight with pain, "They have my sword."

"Confess now and the boy will live." Mrs Dodds snarled the words, the other two monsters in the air just behind her-one of them holding Luke's sword in her talons.

Percy felt a surge of hate rip through her at the sight as she staggered to her feet.

"I haven't done anything! I swear on the River St-"

"Don't lie!" Mrs Dodds lunged and Percy dropped and rolled-and then a familiar voice came from the doorway.

"What ho, Percy!" it was Mr Brunner, throwing her a pen-she reached up into the air, the pen almost drawn to her hand, and when it hit her hand it was no longer a pen but a familiar long bronze sword. The one he used on Tournament days.

Percy had used Luke's sword before-not often but she'd used it, and she wasn't bad with it when she practiced, but this... Luke's sword had never felt right in her hand but this one did, it felt like it belonged, like it was her sword, and she was on her feet whirling as Mrs Dodds-who she realized now must be one of the Furies-and the other two were the other Furies, lunged towards her, the others following her lead, and Percy moved, swift as the tide, ducking under a blow that would have knocked the wind out of her and thrusting her blade through the throat of Fury number two as she flew over her head.

She vaporized on the spot, turning into a cloud of yellow powder, Luke's sword clattering to the ground-but Percy didn't stop, running up the steps to the Stele and pushing off the top step in a leap, pushing herself up into the air, over the top of the third Fury, bringing her blade down and spearing it through the Fury's neck, jerking downwards, slicing her in half-she heard Mrs Dodds bellow of rage as her sister disintegrated and Percy was falling.

She hit the ground hard, knees first-it jarred her painfully-she felt like her bones were rattling but she staggered to her feet, forcing back a grunt of pain as she span around, clutching the sword tightly and snatching up Luke's blade as she did, pressing on the pearl so that it slid down into it's more familiar form, "You want to go the same way as your sisters Fury?" she snarled the words, filled with righteous rage, storming forward. "You want me to kill you too. You hurt my brother. You monsters hurt my big brother! I'll kill you-" the Fury looked stunned, and Percy lunged, fully ready to kill her, but Luke's voice, shaky and weak made her falter.

"Sephie-" and she turned her head, Luke had managed to sit up, and Percy moved to his side quickly, dropping to her knees next to him.

"Luke, oh Gods Luke are you okay?"

"I'll be okay." as they spoke Mrs Dodds whirled and fled-Percy lifted her head, watching her go before she focused on Luke.

"How bad are you hurt?"

"They got my shoulder worst-and my leg. I'll be fine Sephie."

"Persephone Jackson." the voice came from Mr Brunner, who was moving towards them in his chair.

Percy tensed automatically, gripping the sword tighter.

It wasn't exactly that she thought he was a threat-no but she was on edge, terrified and her heart was still pounding.

He noticed because he paused, stopping halfway to them. "Who is your friend-you said he was your brother."

Percy didn't answer, helping Luke to his feet slowly, pulling his uninjured arm over her shoulder, "I'm sorry." she turned her head to look at Mr Brunner, "I-I can't."

"Percy-"

Then she was taking off, half dragging half carrying Luke with her, rushing past Mr Brunner, ignoring his calls.

She was probably being stupid and reckless, but all she could thing of was getting home, getting Luke home safely and telling her mom what had happened so they could figure out what to do next.

She could hear the teacher calling after them, following but she burst out of the doors into the fresh air, Luke half hanging off of her-and she ignored the shocked looks they got from her classmates, the cries of horror when they saw how bloody Luke was.

Grover leapt to his feet, a horrified look on his face, his eyes flicking to the sword that she was clinging to like a lifeline, and she heard him calling her name but she didn't stop, rushing past him and into the streets-waving down a taxi as Grover moved quickly.

"Percy wait!"

She was opening the door of the taxi, half shoving Luke into it as she turned her head back-her classmates were gathered together staring in shock, and Grover froze, a short distance away from her when she looked at him-and Mr Brunner was speeding towards them in his chair.

"Miss Jackson please!"

"I'm sorry." Percy slipped into the taxi, slamming the door shut and blurting out her address quickly.

She knew it was irrational, knew it was the panic that had flooded through her making her be so stupid-Mr Brunner and Grover would probably help-but she couldn't think. They might just try and whisk them off to camp and she needed to see her mom. They needed mom.

"Sephie breath." Luke's voice was still pained, and he was pressing a hand to his shoulder. "It's gonna be okay."

"You're hurt."

"I'll be fine." Luke promised quickly.

"They were trying to get to me-"

"Sephie it's not your fault."

"I won't let it happen again. I won't let anyone hurt you to get to me again." she slumped into his side, closing her eyes and letting out a shaky breath.

No matter what else happened she'd never just let someone get hurt defending her, not ever again.
