Chapter 10 When Extremes meet
Sean slowly woke up from his bed before stretching.
It's been a day since the whole incident with Hiroshi.
He was fully healed again after taking a shot to the abdomen to save Korra from a spear.
Getting up Sean got dressed before walking off his boat before seeing Korra sitting at the docks looking sad.
"Hey." Sean said above her making her smile.
"Morning. Feel better?" Korra asked.
"Very. Whats wrong?" Sean asked making her sigh.
"I feel guilty for ruining Asami's life." Korra said making him sit next to her.
"You didn't do that Hiroshi did." Sean said.
"I know but if I didn't push so hard to expose him..." Korra tried to say.
"Korra, You did her a favor. She was gonna learn the truth sooner or later." Sean said holding her close making her sigh.
"I know I just feel bad for her." Korra said.
"Why don't we go out for a little walk to clear your mind." Sean said making her smile lightly.
"Ok." Korra said as they stood up.
Arriving at the park they enjoyed the peace and quiet.
"Thanks for taking me here. I really needed this." Korra said.
"My pleasure. Listen, I know you feel responsible for what happened but you did the right thing by bringing Hiroshi's involvement to light." Sean said.
"I know. I just saw how happy Asami was with him and now she hates him so much." Korra said.
"He brought that on himself for being consumed with hatred. I understand his reason but he's going too far and we need to stop all three of them." Sean said.
"I know. I also feel bad Lin's being forced to step down by Tarrlok because we didn't capture him." Korra said.
"She'll get her job back soon enough." Sean said holding her close making her smile.
"Join Amon and soon we will take down the bending Government!" The Peasant yelled at a crowd making them freeze. (Sora the reason me and many people call him this is because he's worthless)
"You gotta be fucking kidding me." Sean said annoyed before he spotted the two.
"You two again! This is whats wrong with the world. People like them use their powers to oppress us!" The Peasant said before Sean grabbed him by the neck making him yelp.
"I have just about had it with you dumbass! Let this be a lesson to ya." Sean said before spinning around real fast making him scream like a girl before Sean let go as he flew into the water. "HOME RUN MOTHER FUCKER!" Sean yelled making Korra and a few bystanders laugh.

After hours in the city the two arrived back on the island on the boat.
"Sean? Thanks for cheering me up today." Korra said.
"I'd do anything for you Korra." Sean said making her smile before she pulled his mask and hood down before kissing him before they fell back on the couch. "Wait." Sean said stopping her. "You don't think we're moving too fast do you?" Sean asked making her grin.

Sean, Korra and the kids were waiting for the others to arrive at Air temple island.
"There they are." Sean said seeing them arrive.
"Welcome to air temple island. Your new home." Ikki said.
"Yes, welcome to my domain." Meelo said proudly making Sean and Korra laugh.
"Your domain? Oh don't make me laugh." Sean said.
"Well aren't you sweet, little monk child." Bolin said before Pabu ran down between Meelo's legs before running to Naga. (
"Whats that fuzzy creature?" Meelo asked.
"That is a fire ferret. An arboreal mammal common to the bamboo forests of the central Earth Kingdom." Jinora said.
"You really are a book worm." Sean said making her grin. "You almost remind me of myself when I was younger and always dug into information." Sean said making Korra giggle at the thought.
"HE'S CUTE!" Ikki yelled running to them along with Meelo while Jinora sighed.
Pabu hissed in annoyance before running away from her while Meelo landed on Naga's head pulling her ears.
"Yip-Yip. Fly sky-Bison! Fly!" Meelo said making the older people laugh.
"Thanks for sending the air acolytes to help us with the move." Mako said.
"Yes, they've been amazing. Such tireless workers." Asami said as they came carrying multiple bags in one go.
"Oh boy. Now I know you have a lot of stuff you need but is that really needed?" Sean joked making them laugh before walking up the stairs.
"It's no problem. Everyone here wants you guys to feel welcome." Korra said as they made it through the gates.
Suddenly Asami spotted Lizzie and gasped in surprise.
"Oh thats Lizzie." Sean said before Meelo rushed to her.
"Yes this is our giant crocodile that shrinks and grows." Meelo said.
"Shrinks and Grows?" Asami asked as Lizzie shrunk to a baby size before running to her and ended up on her shoulder before croaking as she nuzzled into her making her giggle.
"Lizzie got exposed to some chemicals I was working on and this is the result." Sean said.
Sean took the guys to their rooms while Ikki and Korra led Asami to hers.
"Asami, did you know Korra loves Sean?" Ikki asked making Korra freeze before looking really annoyed.
"Actually I kinda figured since..." Asami tried said before Korra dragged her into her room before slamming the doors.
"HEY!" Ikki yelled.
"Run along, Ikki!" Korra said making her growl. "Sorry about that." Korra said.
"So how is your relationship actually?" Asami asked interested making her smile at what happened 2 days ago.
"Very good actually. I may have only known him for a short time but...Love works in strange ways." Korra said before someone knocked on the door.
Ikki, I swear if you don't leave us alone..." Korra tried to say before Tenzin walked in making her freeze. "Uh, Tenzin. Come right in." Korra said.
"Good day, ladies. Asami, welcome to the island." Tenzin said as Sean walked in.
"Thank you for having me." Asami said bowing.
"Did you two need something?" Korra asked.
"Lin's replacement, Saikhan is going to be inducted as the new chief of police later. I think we should all be there." Tenzin said.
Later
"It was an honor serving under Chief Beifong for so many years, and I wish her a speedy recovery. It is with great humility that I take her place as the new chief of police." Saikhan said.
"I don't like this guy." Sean said to Korra.
"Why?" Korra asked.
"He seems like a suck up to me. The worst kind of officer you can find." Sean said.
"Republic City is facing a threat like none the world has ever seen. But there is one man who has been effective against Amon's revolution...Councilman Tarrlok." Saikhan said.
"See exactly what I mean?" Sean asked making her nod.
"That is why for all matters involving the Equalists, I will report directly to him. The Police department will lend any and all available resources to the councilman and his task force until we quell this insurgency." Saikhan said.
"Fucking idiot is just winding them up." Hendricks said.
"No shit." Sean said.
Soon enough the press left.
"Tarrlok, I don't know what you did to get Chief Saikhan in your pocket but I highly doubt it was legal." Tenzin accused making him chuckle.
"Tenzin, always the conspiracy theorist. Did you ever consider Saikhan simply recognizes my talents and wants what is best for this city?" Tarrlok questioned before Korra stepped forward. "Well, Avatar Korra, long time, no see. Now that your little pro-bending distractions are over, I look forward to you and the other Avatars joining my task force." Tarrlok said.
"Yeah right." Taylor said.
"Forget it. We said no the first time and We're saying no now." Korra said making him frown.
"That is unfortunate. But I'm sure you'll come to your senses as you have in the past." Tarrlok said.
"Don't hold your. breath, bub. You know, Tenzin's been right about you all along. You played Beifong during the finals but failed and now you're playing the new chief of police. Well I got news for you. You need us, but We don't need you. We're the Avatars." Korra said making him scoff.
"You might be an Avatar but he isn't." Tarrlok said looking at Sean making him narrow his eyes. "After all how can people look up to you if you gave up on Humanity so quickly. And another thing I know for a fact your type of Avatar can communicate with your predecessors. Have any luck with that?" Tarrlok mocked making him frown looking away. "I didn't think..." Tarrlok tried to say before Korra earth bended him in the face. "AAGH!" Tarrlok yelled before she grabbed him.
"WHY YOU!" Korra tried to say.
"Enough." Sean said stopping her. "Lets go." Sean said as they left.
Sean and Korra were on a ferry heading back to the island.
"Don't listen to him. He doesn't know what he's talking about." Korra said to Sean.
"Oh no I'm not bothered by any of that crap. That kinda connection takes years even Decades of practice to master so even if I wanted to I couldn't do it right away anyway." Sean said.
"Have you ever tried before?" Korra asked.
"A couple times since Arriving. I did get some strange flashes during the last one but it was about Aang and his old group." Sean said.
"What do you think it means?" Korra asked.
"Could be anything." Sean said.
Later
Sean and Korra were outside watching the lights of the city.
"GUYS!" Bolin yelled making them sigh.
"The guy has terrible timing." Sean said as they stood up before they arrived.
"You guys all right?" Asami asked.
"Yeah we're good." Korra said.
"You know what I think I'm sick and tired of just sitting around here all day. "I say we take the fight to the Equalists." Sean said.
"How do we do that. Beifong isn't in charge anymore." Mako said.
"We don't need his approval for shit." Sean said.
"You know he's gotta point. We've been on the defensive for a while so maybe it's time to go on the offensive for a change." Korra said.
"Ok. How are we gonna catch them? Use Naga to carry all five of us?" Asami asked making said dog whimper at the thought of carrying that many people making Korra giggle.
"It's ok Girl you don't have to." Korra said.
"You know what I got a better idea." Asami said.
Soon the group was back at the docks in the city before Asami pulled out of a garage in a four seat passenger car.
"Think this'll do?" Asami asked making them grin before Sean spotted the bike he built.
"I think I'll take that. And give it an upgrade." Sean said going into the Ghost Rider State.
"Wait what are you?" Korra tried to ask before Sean roared touching the bike before it started changing to one that fit his current form with flaming wheels.
"Oh wow." Mako said impressed as Sean got on.
"AHAHAHAHA!" Sean laughed before driving off with the others following.
While they were driving they were listening to a police Radio.
"My dad had all of these installed in his cars. Guess I know why now." Asami said before a report of escaping Equalists came on before they drove past them before Sean followed them.
Sean pulled out a chain before swinging it at two bikers turning them to ash.
Thats when he jumped on the truck before heading to the driver and pulled them over making them crash into a street light just as Sean jumped off.
"That was easy." Korra said impressed as Sean in human form dragged them out before lining them up.
Thats when Tarrlok and his task force arrived.
"Kruger, What do you think you're doing?" Tarrlok asked not amused.
"Oh, hey, Tarrlok. Nice of you to show up finally. Here, we captured the escaped convicts for you." Korra said.
"What you did was tear up the city and impede the real authorities in their pursuit of these criminals and killed some before we could question them." Tarrlok said.
"And just where were they when we caught them?" Sean asked.
"If it wasn't for Team Avatar they would have escaped." Korra said.
"Team Avatar?" Sean asked amused.
"What it sounds good." Korra said making him chuckle.
"This is your last warning. Stay out of my way." Tarrlok said.
"Or what? What are you gonna do? Kill us? Yeah you'll be the real favorite of the world for doing that." Sean mocked making him glare before leaving.
"I think you really got under his skin for that." Korra said making him grin.
Next morning
Tenzin and the others were at city hall listening to Tarrlok's new proposal.
"Republic City stands as a beacon of freedom, but the equalists are using that freedom to tear it down. The Law I have proposed would make it illegal for anyone to be a member of the Equalists or even be associated with them It also puts into effect a curfew, ensuring all non-benders are in their own homes by nightfall." Tarrlok said.
"This is going too far, Tarrlok. You can't punish all non-benders for the actions of a few." Tenzin said.
"That kind of cowardice will cause our city to fall into Amon's hands. We must pass this law. All in favor?" Tarrlok asked getting all but Tenzin to agree making him grin.
Later
The group was outside a bar talking.
"So what are the states like?" Asami asked.
"Oh the technology is highly advanced compared to Republic City. Hell, when this is over we can head back for a little vacation and you can see my home San Fransisco." Sean said.
"It would be nice to see the place again. Definitely missing the high level Technology atmosphere." Korra said.
"You should see Japan then. Their technology dwarfs ours by ten times over." Sean said before an alert came up about an Equalist rally.
"Here we go again." Mako said as they got in before Sean opened the door for Korra.
"After you." Sean said making her giggle before pulling down his mask and kissed him.
"What a gentleman." Korra said getting in as before Sean got on his bike before driving off to the source.
When they arrived however they noticed everything was dark.
"Why is the power out?" Korra asked before they parked.
Walking forward they saw a group of angry protestors.
"Wait a second, these people aren't armed or dangerous." Asami said.
"No kidding." Sean said before seeing Tarrlok talking to one of his task members.
"Tarrlok." Korra said gaining his attention. "You need to turn the power on and leave these people alone." Korra said.
"Avatar Korra, you and your playmates have no business here." Tarrlok said.
"We ain't going nowhere." Sean said.
"You don't have the right to treat these innocent people like criminals." Korra said.
"This is an equalist rally. Theres nothing innocent about it." Tarrlok said.
"They're not equalists. They're just normal people who want their rights back." Asami said.
"They are the enemy. Round up all these equalists." Tarrlok said getting his task force to start rounding them up only for two of them to get blasted by white lightning by Sean before grabbing them.
"NO YOU DON'T!" Sean yelled slamming them into one another making Tarrlok growl before waterbending Asami.
"Let go!" Asami yelled.
"Your under Arrest." Tarrlok said.
"For what? She didn't do anything." Korra said.
"She's a non bender past curfew and her father is a known equalist." Tarrlok said.
"But she turned on him since she didn't share the same beliefs." Mako said.
"Arrest them and the brothers." Tarrlok said as Mako, Korra and Bolin were also Arrested.
"TARRLOK!" Sean roared as he entered the Ghost Rider state.
"Unless you want to join your friends in prison, I suggest you stand down." Tarrlok said making him snarl.
"Sean, Listen to me. It's not worth it. Just get Tenzin." Korra said making him growl before turning human again.
"You will pay for this...With your life." Sean said making him smirk.
"Take them away." Tarrlok said getting them into police vans before driving away making Sean glare at him.
Later
Tenzin walked into the Police station just as Sean was trying to get some answers.
"Mother fuckers!" Sean yelled.
"I cam as fast as I could. Are Korra and the others all right?" Tenzin asked.
"I wouldn't know. These fuckers haven't said a damn thing." Sean said annoyed.
"I'll take care of this." Tenzin said as Saikhan walked by before seeing them and tried to walk away. "Saikhan, a word please." Tenzin said.
"Councilman Tenzin, I'm pretty swamped at the moment. Can this wait?" Saikhan asked.
"No, it cannot. Avatar Korra and her friends were wrongly arrested tonight. I want them released." Tenzin said.
"They're not going anywhere. They were interfering with police business." Saikhan said.
"You mean arresting innocent civilians who wanted their rights back mother fucker." Sean said glaring at him.
"Keep quiet or I'll..." Saikhan tried to said before Sean grabbed his neck making him gasp in shock.
"OR YOU'LL FUCKING WHAT AS I SNAP YOUR NECK!" Sean roared.
"Calm down. I'll be having words with Tarrlok first thing in the morning. Honestly you Saikhan you truly are a disgrace to Toph's department." Tenzin said as they left.
Later
Sean sat on his boat trying to clear his mind.
"FUCK!" Sean yelled kicking a table before sighing as he looked to the city.
Tarrlok was working in his office alone when the windows burst open making him look and saw Sean who clearly glared at him from behind his hood and mask.
"We need to talk." Sean said walking in.
"You obviously have something on your mind. Spit it out." Tarrlok said.
"Your proving Amon's point. Your misusing your position on non-benders like you did tonight. And I can guarantee you anything you just made things worse." Sean said said.
"Oh please. We both know this has nothing to do with that. This is about Korra...Or should I call her your girlfriend?" Tarrlok asked making him narrow his eyes.
"How did you know about that?" Sean asked since they tried to keep it in house incase any Equalist found out.
"I had my people keeping a close eye on you. An Avatar of old dating a different kind." Tarrlok said.
"Theres no rule against dating or marrying other Avatars." Sean said.
"I'd be more than willing to let her go if you would simply join me and have your people follow my orders." Tarrlok said.
"Thats why you arrested them? To get what you want?" Sean asked in disbelief.
"I need your answer." Tarrlok said making him glare.
"Fuck off. Theres no way in hell I'm following your orders or having my friends kill civilians left and right just because you say so. I'll just simply ask my dad to sort this out...And Punish you." Sean said making him stand up and faced the wall.
"You will regret that decision." Tarrlok said.
"You need to stop. Your just as bad as Amon, Hiroshi and Cinder." Sean said making him glare.
"I tried to work with you Kruger. But you made it impossible." Tarrlok said about to attack when Sean pulled his mask down and breathed white fire at him making him block with water before Sean turned the wall to him making him widen his eyes before the room was torn apart and Tarrlok stumbled outside and fell over had he not grabbed the railing.
"What was that before about me not being an Avatar?" Sean asked before slamming his foot down making the ground crumble making Tarrlok yell as he fell down before Sean jumped down creating a large impact point.
"I'll make simple. Let Korra and the others go and you live." Sean said with fire in his hand about to burn him but suddenly groaned in pain as his body started twisting in painful ways. "The hell is this!" Sean roared
"Clearly you've never heard of blood bending. You're in my way Kruger and you need to be removed." Tarrlok said.
"Korra, mentioned this...Some time ago...But she said it's impossible without a full...Moon." Sean grunted trying to fight it but this was alien to him.
"Theres a lot you don't know about me." Tarrlok said before placing some seal on his neck making him gasp as he felt his magic leave him. "You wouldn't believe what this cost me." Tarrlok said before throwing him into a wall knocking him out.
Sean suddenly woke up in the back of Tarrlok's car.
"Where the fuck are you taking me?" Sean asked.
"Somewhere even you're adoptive father and friends won't find you. I hope you said goodbye to Korra...You won't be seeing her again." Tarrlok said making Sean roar as he tried to get out but he shut the doors.
"YOU COCKSUCKER! LET ME OUT!" Sean roared as Tarrlok drove away.
Later
Sean groaned in pain as Tarrlok used his Blood bending to keep him in the air as he placed him in a metal box before closing it.
"TARRLOK! I'M GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU!" Sean roared as Tarrlok left and drove back to Republic City.
Later
Tenzin arrived at Republic City hall before seeing Tarlok being treated by a Water bender.
"What was Sean doing at City hall?" Tenzin asked.
"As I told Chief Saikhan, Kruger came to my office late last night. He was clearly angry I arrested Korra and the others. Thats when Cinder and the Equalists attacked. We tried to hold them off but she defeated both of us easily. When I awoke Kruger was already gone." Tarrlok said.
"Thats a bold move even for her."
Both looked and saw four men walking to them with one having a scared face.
"Who are you?" Tenzin asked.
"Name's Adler. I was Kruger's mentor back when he trained with the CIA. These guys are Hudson, Mason and Woods." Adler said. (The last three are from the original Black ops games since I like them better you know?)
"If Cinder's involved we need to run a thorough sweep of the City." Hudson said.
"You'll have the entire police force at your disposal." Saikhan said.
"I don't work with amateurs who are in over their heads. We'll take our forces instead. You just stay out of our way." Adler said making him frown.
Meanwhile
Lin was in her home resting when her radio turned on.
"We interrupt your regularly scheduled broadcast to bring you this special report. Late last night, equalists attacked City Hall. Subduing Councilman Tarrlok and capturing Avatar Kruger. Details are still coming in, But..." Lin shut it off before getting out of bed.
Heading to her wardrobe she saw her police uniform before putting it on before ripping off her badge.
Meanwhile
Korra and Asami were in a cell before Lin Metal Bended it open.
"Lin? What are doing?" Korra asked.
"Busting you guys out. Cinder kidnaped your boyfriend last night." Lin said shocking her.
"What?" Korra asked.
"Lets get the others." Lin said.
Meanwhile
Sean growled as he tried to bust his way out but the cage box wasn't even denting.
"AGH!" Sean said annoyed before looking at his knuckles before the bone claws came out.
"I really wish they were metal." Sean said before sitting down. "Aw fuck it what do I have to lose?" Sean asked before getting into a mediative stance before he slowly started concentrating.
Flashback 42 years ago
An older Aang stood before Toph and her officers.
"What are you doing here, Aang? I told you I have this under control." Toph said.
"Under normal circumstances I wouldn't get involved. But if what those victims said is true, we're not dealing with a normal criminal." Aang said making her sigh.
"Fine. Follow me, twinkle toes." Toph said.
"Toph, I'm 40 years old. You think you could stop with the nicknames?" Aang asked.
"She wouldn't be herself if she did that."
Both turned and saw Altair walking to them with a grin.
"Not you too? I can handle this." Toph said annoyed.
"I don't doubt it but being prepared can mean the difference between life and death." Altair said.
"Fair enough lets go." Toph said as before they entered a building seeing a man with muscle by his side eating. "It's over. You're under arrest, Yakone." Toph said.
"What is Republic City coming to? Used to be a man could enjoy his lunch in peace." Yakone said before she used metal bending to restrain him while his guards were held back. "Whats the big idea?" Yakone asked.
"We have over dozens of witnesses, Yakone. We know what you are." Aang said.
"A very dangerous individual." Altair said.
"Take him away." Toph said getting her officers to do so.
"I've beaten every trumped-up charge you yahoos have brought against me. And I'll beat this one just the same." Yakone said.
End Flashback
"Whoa. Jesus, Dad you were here in Republic City? But why didn't you have it Join the UN?" Sean asked before resuming his stance.
Meanwhile
Tenzin was in his office when Lin and the others walked in along with Reznov and Julia.
"I'll have to call you back." Tenzin said hanging up. "Lin, What are you doing here? You should be resting." Tenzin said before looking at Korra and the others. "And you should be in prison." Tenzin said.
"I busted them out." Lin said.
"Tenzin, please tell me you have some leads?" Korra asked.
"I'm sorry but nothing has come up. Taylor and the others are searching all over the city." Tenzin said.
"What about Lizzie?" Asami asked.
"She's still on the boat. He must have gone to the city using his abilities." Tenzin said.
"Then where do we start?" Bolin asked.
"My guess is the equalists are hiding underground, in the maze of tunnels beneath the city." Lin said.
"Underground. Just like my father's secret factory." Asami said looking down.
"Yeah, yeah, that makes sense. When those Chi-Blockers had me in their truck, it sounded like we drove into a tunnel." Bolin said.
"I think I know where to start looking." Mako said.
Later
Soon the group along with Taylor's was back to where Bolin was taken by the Equalists 2 months ago.
"The truck with Bolin took off down this alley." Mako said as they walked around.
"This place does smell familiar." Bolin said before Lin slammed her foot down.
"Theres a tunnel nearby." Lin said.
Taylor and his team quickly opened the tunnel up before they all rushed through.
"Lets have a look here." Sarah said using her optics before tracking tire tracks before they vanished behind a wall.
"Open it up." Adler said getting Diaz and Hendricks to do that before they rushed through.
"Silencers on." Hudson said before they found several Equalists inside.
"Drop 'em." Gideon said getting everyone to do that but injured one in the leg making him yell out in pain before Woods grabbed him.
"Where's the kid shitstain?" Woods asked.
"Go fuck yourself!"
"Tough guy huh?" Adler said stabbing him in the side killing him.
"Yikes." Korra said a little disturbed.
"CIA. Never hold back." Hendricks said before using a cart to travel the facility.
Coming to another cell they shot the guards before finding several Officers trapped.
"Amon take your bending?" Joker asked making them nod. "Let these poor saps out." Joker said getting Mason to spray some aerosol on it making the cell rust apart.
Woods slammed the last one against the wall.
"Last chance where's Kruger?" Woods asked.
"We don't have him. Cinder never attacked City hall last night none of us did. Tarrlok's lying."
"Bullshit." Woods said.
"He's telling the Truth." Taylor said monitoring his heart rate before Woods knocked him out.
"That doesn't make any sense though. Why would Tarrlok lie about Cinder attacking?" Hudson asked.
"Because he has him. He played us all." Tenzin said.
"Oh come on. Theres no way in hell that dumbass took the kid out." Woods said.
"Maybe theres something about him we don't know." Mason said.
"We'll find out soon enough." Korra said narrowing her eyes.
Meanwhile
Sean continued to connect to his father to find out what he was trying to tell him and why he was in Republic City.
Flashback 42 years ago
"Yakone has ruled Republic City's criminal empire for years. Yet he has always managed to stay out of the laws reach until now. You will hear testimony from dozens of his victims. And they will tell you Yakone has maintained his grip on the underworld by using an ability that has been illegal for decades...Blood bending." the prosecutor said.
Sokka narrowed his eyes at that remembering far too well about that ability.
"The prosecution's entire case is built upon the make-believe notion that my client is able to bloodbend at will, at any time, on any day. I remind the council that bloodbending is an extreamly rare skill, and it can only be performed during a full moon. Yet the witnesses will claim that my client used bloodbending at every other time except during a full moon. It would be a mockery of Justice to convict a man of a crime that is impossible to commit." Yakone's lawyer said.
"Nothing is impossible just very difficult." Altair said to Aang who nods.
Minutes later the council came back.
"Councilman Sokka will now deliver the Verdict."
"In my years, I have encountered people born with rare and unique bending abilities. I once bested a man with my trusty boomerang who was able to firebend with his mind. Why, even Metal bending was considered impossible for all of history, Until our esteemed chief of police, single-handedly developed the skill. The overwhelming amount of testimony and evidence had convinced this council that Yakone is one of these unique benders. And he exploited his ability to commit these heinous crimes. We find Yakone guilty of all charges and sentence him to life in prison." Sokka said banging the Gavel making Yakone's lawyer throw a paper in anger before Yakone stood up.
Only for Sokka to start groaning in pain as He blood bent him and everyone else in the room before laughing as he faced Aang and Altair who tried to stop him.
End Flashback
Sean growled feeling all of this.
Meanwhile
Everyone was back at City hall along with the other council members and Saikhan.
"Thank you all for meeting us on such short notice." Tenzin said.
"Chief." Lin said glaring at Saikhan.
"Lin." Saikhan said glaring back.
Suddenly Tarrlok walked in.
"Have you news on Kruger?" Tarrlok asked.
"Yeah." Korra said before punching him in the face shocking him. "You kidnapped him!" Korra yelled.
"I like this kid." Woods said making Adler snort in amusement.
"I am shocked you would accuse me of such an evil act. I already explained. Cinder attacked.." Tarrlok tried to say.
"Cut the shit. We found a cell down below and they said Cinder never even attacked or any of them. And we know they're telling the Truth. Our optics can monitor their heart rate." Hendricks said.
"Which means you planted the evidence." Tenzin said.
"What you are all suggesting is absurd." Tarrlok said.
"It's True!"
Everyone looked up seeing the woman who brought the Gifts to Sean and Korra before Cinder and Malefor attacked.
"I saw him putting Kruger in the back of his vehicle."
"That is absurd!" Tarrlok yelled.
"Why are you only now telling us this?" Adler asked.
"I was afraid to tell because...BECAUSE TARRLOK IS A BLOOD BENDER HE BLOOD BENT KRUGER!"
"A what? The hell is that?" Joker asked.
"THIS!" Tarrlok yelled blood bending them all making them groan before knocking them out.
Tarrlok growled before grabbing Korra's necklace and bolted.
Soon they all came about.
"Ok what the fuck was that?" Will asked.
"That was blood bending. It's an Illegal bending ability to have since my mother made that so. The strange thing though is it requires a full moon." Tenzin said.
"It's daylight outside." Woods said.
"Which is what makes it strange that he did it." Tenzin said.
"Hey! Wheres my necklace? Don't tell me he took it." Korra said looking for it.
Meanwhile
Sean continued to meditate to find out what happened in the past.
Flashback 42 years ago
Yakone laughed as he blood bent everyone before having Toph unlock his cuffs before she and all but Aang and Altair were knocked out before he was lifted off the ground.
"Yakone, you won't get away with this." Aang said making him laugh.
"Republic City is mine, Avatar. I'll be back one day to claim it." Yakone said about to toss him when Altair blasted him with white lightning making him cry out in pain before Altair used Earth bending to secure him.
"Try to claim it now." Altair said as Aang approached him before grabbing his head.
"I'm taking your bending for good." Aang said as Yakone yelled before groaning having his bending taken away. "It's over." Aang said.
"I'm afraid I'm gonna have to reconsider my original proposal for the four nations to be part of the rest of the world. If people like Yakone got their hands on high level technology. I can't risk it." Altair said making Aang sigh.
"I understand." Aang said.
"Maybe in a few more decades they'll be ready." Altair said.
End Flashback
"So thats why you were here. To see if they could join the rest of the world. You were trying to warn me about Tarrlok." Sean said before Said man walked in.
"My life is a disaster now thanks to you!" Tarrlok roared making him snort in amusement.
"Let me guess? Your little blood bending secret is out?" Sean asked making him growl. "And I know how you used blood bending without a full moon. Your Yakone's son aren't you?" Sean asked
"I was his son. But in order to win Republic city, I had to become someone else. My father failed because he tried to rule the city from it's rotten underbelly. My plan was perfect. I was to be the city's savior. But you...You ruined EVERYTHING!" Tarrlok yelled.
"It's over Tarrlok. Eventually my brother and the others are gonna come looking for me." Sean said making him chuckle. "The hell is so funny?" Sean asked.
"Oh At least I didn't lose someone I cared about today." Tarrlok said making him frown.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" Sean asked.
"Your girlfriend. Good luck regaining your faith in humanity when she's six feet under." Tarrlok said making him widen his eyes before glaring.
"Your lying. You would be hunted down for that with no escape." Sean said.
"Really? Then explain this." Tarrlok said tossing something in which he caught before widening his eyes seeing it was the necklace he gave her days ago.
"No. No." Sean said making Tarrlok chuckle.
"I made her suffer greatly. She cried out for you to save her. But you didn't come. Consider this payback for what you've taken from me." Tarrlok said making him growl.
"You know this seal on my neck has one flaw." Sean said making him frown.
"What are you talking about." Tarrlok said as Sean's bone claws came out.
"Remove the seal itself by skin or magic and it stops suppressing my powers." Sean said before growling as he started cutting it off.
"NO! NO!" Tarrlok yelled running away.
Sean grunted as he tore the seal off with his skin fully attached before he healed instantly before Sean was engulfed in a familiar shine of light.
Tarrlok was quick to rush to his vehicle before his house was destroyed as Sean appeared in his battle spirit form roaring into the air. (Zilla incase people forgot)
"Oh no!" Tarrlok yelled driving away with quick speed before Sean roared at him.
Meanwhile
Adler was in a drop ship searching the city.
"Still no sign of them." Adler said before hearing a familiar roar. "Hold up." Adler said.
Tarrlok panicked as he turned a corner to get away from Sean who appeared behind a building before seeing him and roared as he chased him.
"Oh shit. I see him!" Adler yelled.
"Where is he?" Korra asked.
"He's in his battle spirit form chasing him. He must have said something to really piss him off." Adler said.
Sean tried to grab Tarrlok in his mouth but he kept Dodging.
"NO! NO!" Tarrlok yelled in fear before Sean jumped over him before quickly breathing fire at him but he went the other way.
"Damn! Kid is tearing up the city. The fuck did he do." Woods asked.
"Korra you gotta calm him down." Gideon said.
"I can try." Korra said.
Tarrlok looked behind him seeing he was gone making him sigh in relief.
Only for Sean to come out the ground in front of him.
"NO!" Tarrlok yelled trying to turn but couldn't fast enough end the ground and his car ended up in his mouth as Sean tried to crush him. "YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME I'M IN HIS MOUTH!" Tarrlok roared in fear as Sean tried to crunch him down.
"The hell did he do to piss him off?" Reznov asked.
"We'll find out later." Taylor said.
Sean swung his mouth around trying to crush him before Tarrlok saw a power line and grabbed it before shoving it in his tooth making Sean roar in pain before Tarrlok drove out but fell high.
"AHHHH!" Tarrlok roared as he crashed.
Sean shrunk to his human size before going to Tarrlok and pulled his car in half.
"NO! NOOO!" Tarrlok yelled as Sean grabbed him and strangled him with hatred.
"You took the best thing from me." Sean said.
"I LIED! KORRA IS STILL ALIVE!" Tarrlok yelled.
"I'm not gonna fall for that." Sean said about to burn his face off.
"Sean!" Korra yelled gaining his attention as he faced her. "It's ok calm down." Korra said walking to him as he let Tarrlok go who crawled away before Sean held Korra close as she held. "It's ok. What did he do that made you so mad?" Korra asked holding his face.
"He...Said he killed you with his blood bending. Showed me this." Sean said showing her necklace making her smile before putting it back on.
"I'm ok I promise. It's ok." Korra said kissing him as he held her close.
Tarrlok however quickly used water turning it to ice to make spears and launched them at them but Sean pushed Korra out the way and took the hits and groaned in pain making Korra gasp in horror before Sean growled as he freed himself before Dashing to Tarrlok and grabbed his arms.
"What are you doing!" Tarrlok yelled in horror.
"THIS!" Sean yelled pulling them off making Tarrlok yell in pain before Sean collapsed on his back before Korra rushed to him using water bending to heal him as the others arrived.
"Hang on kid." Woods said helping him up.
"Lets get back to the island." Korra said.
"Right." Mason said as they carried him to the drop ship while Adler and Hudson secured Tarrlok for medical.
