Jungkook also wins at basketball, Jimin says Jungkook has like giant-like tendencies, and therefore, is at an advantage, but Jimin completely destroys him at air hockey, the score being 9 - 1 when Jungkook admits defeat.

After that, Jungkook suggests they head out to use the go karts next door before they close down for the night, and Jimin is about to agree when he spots a pool table out the corner of his eye. He saunters over and grabs a pool cue, and when he has Jungkook's attention, he dances as seductively, and stupidly, as he can using the pool cue.

Jungkook laughs, his cheeks turning pink. " What do you think your doing?"

" Kook," he says, voice turning sultry as he can muster and his eyelashes batting like crazy. " How do you shoot pool."

" I fucking hate you," Jungkook says, still laughing, but he's moving towards Jimin at a comically fast speed, pushing Jimin up against the table. His mouth is on Jimin's before Jimin can even register what's happening. He couldn't care less that the edge of the pool table is digging into his back; Jungkook tastes too good.

Jungkook pulls back with a smile still playing over his lips. " Wanna hear a secret?"

" Sure."

" I wanted to kiss you like that the first night we played pool."

Jimin bites on his bottom lip. " Oh, yeah?"

" Yeah. I had to make up for it now." He leans in and kisses him again, and when he pulls back, he says against Jimin's lips, " This was fun, even if you are a jackass."

Jimin laughs, but he agrees. He hasn't had this much fun in years.

( And yes, he is most definitely a jackass)

It's early in the summer when Jimin sits down on the couch in Jungkook's living room. There are left over take out boxes on the coffee table and it reeks of pizza. He tells Jungkook as much.

" Is that what you wanted to talk to me about? That my house smells like pepperoni's?"

Jimin shakes his head. " A bit more serious than that."

Jungkook clears his throat. " I'm nervous. Should I be nervous?"

He shrugs. " I dunno."

Jungkook swallows audibly. " Jimin, just spit it out." He wrings his hands together, and Jimin can tell he's honestly uncomfortable. He almost feels bad for what he's about to do.

" Jungkook, we've been seriously seeing each other for a couple of months, and it's just...something is off."

His face falls. " What are you doing." It isn't so much of a question as it is a statement, one that Jungkook clearly doesn't want to know the answer to.

Jimin is having the hardest time holding back his smirk. He's honestly just a terrible person. The smirk slips out unintentionally. " It's like, it's weird...you know?" He pauses to look at Jungkook, who's eyes are wide and searching Jimin's face frantically. Jimin bites at his bottom lip. " It's weird that we haven't been back home to visit my parents, or yours," he says slowly, watching the expression on Jungkook's face change. " Usually, by this amount of time, aren't couples in relationship supposed to have met the parents by now? Or get together if they already know each other, like we do?" The look on Jungkook's face is absurd, a mix between relief, confusion and hatred. Jimin has to take a deep breath to keep from laughing. " So, should we call them and make plans or something."

Jungkook makes a sound that vaguely sounds like choking, " Are you kidding me, Park? You're such a prick!"

He finally lets out his laughter, stomach clenching, tears welling up in his eyes. " I had to!"

" No you fucking did not!"

" No, you're right, I didn't, but the look on your face."

" The look of fucking sheer panic! Jimin, that's not funny!" But he's smiling now, too.

" I haven't introduced by parents to a new boy, since I was, like, 17. It's gonna be strange."

Jungkook slumps back into the couch, body tension releasing, " My parents are thrilled, if that's anything to go by." He adopts a higher pitched tone which is clearly supposed to be his own mums voice. " Oh, Jungkook, it's about time, good grief."

Jimin laughs. " My parents are pretty happy, too. My mum said she was relieved to see me so happy. And she was glad that it was with you, specifically. She might love you more than me, I think."

" Mhm. That seems to be the common theme. My dad said something pretty similar."

He crawls to the other side of the couch and straddles Jungkook. " Sorry for freaking you out." He bends down to kiss him up and down the side of his neck. " You're just so easy to rile up."

Jungkook snacks him hard on the ass, enough to make his thighs jiggle. " Fuck you."

" Christ. That's for sure going to leave a mark," Jimin groans sitting up.

" I hope so, that's what you get for being a dick."

Jimin laughs, nodding. He deserves it.

" Hope you don't talk like that when you meet my mum. Gotta make a good impression."

Jungkook rolls his eyes. " I met your mum when I was 14 and she's been infatuated with me since. I could hit you with my car and she'd still ask if I wanted to stay for dinner."

He snorts. " Unfortunately that's probably accurate," He reaches for another slice of pizza, now fairly cold. " So, should we call my mum? he asks, mouth full.

" I'll call her," Jungkook says, reaching for his phone on the end of the table. "She'd rather hear from me, anyway."

" Okay, enough of that."

" And she's going to be on my team even more when I tell her what you just did to me. Acting like you were gonna break up with me, you absolute dick." Jimin lunges at him, shoving a pillow in his face, Jungkook wailing hysterically. " My poor, little heart wouldn't be able to take it if you left me!" he shouts, his voice muffled from under the throw pillow.

Jimin hits him with the pillow one final time and settles back into his position on the couch. " I know. That's the only reason I'm sticking around. I don't want you to go into cardiac arrest."

Jungkook ignores him and dials Jimin's mum's number. The phone isn't on speakerphone but Jimin can hear her loud and clear, " Oh, Jungkook! How are you, sweetheart?"

He rolls his and mumbles under his breath, " She never answers the phone like that when I call her."

" Shh," Jungkook scolds, then turns his attention back to the phone,

" Sorry, Hana, it's just Jimin being a brat as usual."

" No surprise there." Jimin can hear his mum say and Jungkook laughs.

" Unbelievable," Jimin says, " It's like abuse left and right." And when he turns his attention away for just a second, Jungkook gets his feet underneath Jimin and shoves him off the couch. His dimple pops up from smiling so hard and there's no way Jimin can be angry.

Jimin climbs back onto the couch while his mum tells Jungkook a story that seems never ending and Jungkook looks over at Jimin. He whispers nearly silent to him, " Seriously, though, never scare me like that again."

He frowns. " I didn't mean to actually freak you out, Jeon."

Jungkook nods, and goes back to Hana.

But that won't do for Jimin.

He slides into Jungkook's lap and kisses up and down his jaw. Jungkook lolls his head to the side, can't stop himself. " Kook, I'm yours," he murmurs quietly enough that his mum won't be able to hear through the phone.

" Hana, I'm sorry I'm going to have to cut this short, but I have to run. We'll be there tomorrow for brunch! No, I'm fine, don't worry, okay, Love you too. Bye." He ends the call and tosses the phone to the other end of the couch, capturing Jimin's mouth in a kiss before Jimin can hear the phone hit the couch.
