Spider-Man: Look out! It's your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! Saw Yang flying on her hoverbike chasing Vulture so I swung in helping her take him off the air. We learn that it was Vulture building new equipment for Torchwick using stolen tech to help him win the gang war. He's smuggling new weapons into the city, including hijacking a Stark Cargo Plane full of Avengers equipment. With that much firepower, he'll be unstoppable, unless we stop him before that plane arrives.

Issue 7: Blowing the Torchwick

Manhattan, New Vale City

Two Torchwick Thugs are hiding under a highway loading crates of weapons into their truck. "Quick! Before the police or those Huntsmen idiots see us." A mobster said to his partner, urging him to load his crate as quickly as possible.

"Relax. We set a car on fire ten blocks away, they're distracted by that." His partner replied, loading the last of the crates into the truck.

With all of the stolen crates loaded, the thugs enter their truck and drive into the night towards their secret base. Unfortunately, they are blissfully unaware that they are being followed by a web-swinging Spider-Man and Yang driving on her hoverbike.

Torchwick's Hideout

BGM-Marvel's Spider-Man (PS4) OST-Fisk Hideout

The heroic couple tailed the truck to the city docks, which is heavily occupied by the Torchwick Gang and its co-leader, Neopolitan, who remains silent as always while sternly waiting for the truck of supplies. Thanks to the Vulture, half of the gang are wearing metallic armor enhancements, including Neo. Her high-tech armor is colored silver with glowing pink highlights, covering her shoulders, torso, ankles, and legs. She glances at two of her men and points to a nearby truck, silently ordering them to unload the supplies.

"I haven't done this kind of heavy lifting in years." said a thug, grunting while grabbing a heavy box.

"Me neither." The other thug remarks while being handed the box. "But there's a reason we've lasted this long: not many of our soldiers even know about this place." He says while putting the box down on the ground.

"Yeah. Here, I guess everyone's a big shot." His partner quipped while unloading more supplies.

Neo looks at her men unloading the supplies before walking away to take care of other business, unaware that she is being watched by her mortal enemies from a nearby rooftop. "Of course Neo would be here." Yang whispered, scowling at the sight of her long-time rival.

Spidey responds, "And it won't be long 'til Torchwick drops by with the plane. I called Yuri. She'll be here with the cavalry in just a few. In the meantime, we need to sabotage their high-tech weapons storage."

"How many?" Yang questioned.

Enhancing his lenses, Spidey pinpoints four large containers each containing weapons, "Four. I know that doesn't sound like much, but each of them are packing enough weapons to terrorize all of Manhattan." He then pinpoints Neo, watching her walk into a warehouse, "Neo's heading inside that warehouse. Probably for a quick breather. We need to make this quick and stealthy. I'll handle two, you handle two. Plant explosives. Does your stolen bracelet have a stealth mode?" He asks his wife.

"If it does, my armor will only last five minutes." Yang answered.

"Then stick to the shadows. I'll clear out the snipers. Good luck." Spidey advised, pressing the spider emblem on his chest to turn on his camouflage mode. The invisible spider leaps across the area while his wife quietly jumps down to the shadows and sneak towards a weapons container.

Spider-Man quietly zips around the pier while pinpointing the location of each sniper guarding the area from a vantage point. He fires out two flying Spider-Drones, commanding them to quietly stun the snipers with beams of electricity, knocking them out cold. Meanwhile, Spidey sneaks towards a few high-tech thugs guarding one of the weapons container as they have a conversation. "Is it true what they say about the killer? That he's some superpowered freak?" One guard asked.

"I heard he is just a man." The second guard responded.

"If that's true, Jack the Ripper was just a man. I'm telling you, there is something demonic about anyone who could do that to a human being." The first guard remarked.

Then, Spidey web-pulls one of the guards to the ground, knocking him out with a punch before webbing him. He then quickly pulls the second guard onto a shipping container, pinning him there with his webbing. He then web-pulls on the back of the weapons container, opening it to reveal all the stored high-tech weapons.

'That's the kind of heavy artillery you see in a combat zone. I can't let it hit the streets.' Spidey said in his mind, launching an Explosive Spider-Tracer on the weapons but waits to detonate it as he plans to destroy all storage containers at once.

With Yang, she hides behind cover while closing in on the second weapons container that's being guarded by some mobsters. A mobster angrily paces himself while saying, "I lost THREE MEN to that Chaoskiller. If someone doesn't get him soon-."

"Patience, man. I hear we're making progress, especially once the boss returns with the Stark plane." Another guard assured him.

Quickly, Yang sneaks up behind a guard and uses her cybernetic arm to stun him with electricity before knocking out the remaining guards. She uses her metal arm to effortlessly rip open a large hole in the container, finding the weapons inside. 'The only way to make sure those weapons don't hurt anyone is to wreck 'em. Luckily I'm good at that.' She quips, launching several small sticky grenades from her gauntlet and planting them within the container.

BGM-Spider-Man 3 (Game) OST-Arsenic Candy #1

The heroes are halfway done and hurry to sabotage the remaining weapons. As both heroes have just finished planting bombs on their respective containers, Spidey senses something large coming from above, "Spider-Sense tingling." He quickly contacts Yang, "Honey, you there?"

'Yup.' Yang responded.

"I think the plane is arriving in camouflage mode." Spidey proclaimed.

'Looks like. I'm seeing Neo walking out of the warehouse right now.' Yang remarks, noticing the silent enforcer walking out of the warehouse and towards the end of the docks.

Standing alongside several minions, Neo smiles patiently as she spots a cargo plane descending to the docks while it deactivates its advanced cloaking tech. Once the plane landed, the hatch door opens for three armored thugs and their boss, the Maggia don feared throughout the city as Roman Torchwick. And like his subordinates, Torchwick is wearing new advanced armor, which is colored silver with orange highlights and covers his shoulders, arms, hands, torso, ankles, and legs. He stills wields his cane weapon, Melodic Cudgel, which is now powered by Black ISO-8 that sits atop of it.

"OH is it so good to be back!" Torchwick smiled, announcing his presence while walking down from the stolen plane. "Good job holding the fort while I was gone, Neo. Seems everything is in order." He said, approaching his partner.

"How did it go up there, boss?" One of his soldiers asked.

"Wonderfully, thank you for asking! We made quite a haul. Vulture's tech did not disappointment, though I will admit I had my doubts." Torchwick replied.

"You sure you ain't worried 'bout Stark noticing you stole his plane?" Another thug asked his boss.

"We deployed a decoy drone to throw off the plane's ground control. Stark won't realize that he has been outsmarted 'til it's too late. Nonetheless, hurry and unload the cargo so we may WIN this war and I finally claim the title of Kingpin from Fisk's corpse!" Torchwick declared.

'They're about to unload the cargo. Detonate the explosives?' Yang asked the webslinger.

"In a second. Yuri, are you in position?" Spidey responded, contacting the police captain.

'Nearly there. Just give us the signal and we'll barge in.' Watanabe answered.

"Oh, I'll give you a signal alright." Spidey quipped, preparing to activate the charges.

BGM-Spider-Man: Web of Shadows OST-Kingpin Henchmen (Red Suit)

Simultaneously, both Spidey and Yang trigger their explosives. Just as Torchwick's goons are unloading the plane, they were abruptly interrupted by the massive explosions of each stolen weapon containers around the docks, much to the shock of Torchwick and Neo. "What the hell was that?!" shouted Torchwick.

Faintly, the crime boss hears police sirens from the distance as a swarm of police cars barge into his hidden hideout. Captain Watanabe quickly runs out of her car with her gun, leading a team of officers and Huntsmen as they confront the criminals. "FREEZE! Put your hands in the air! I mean it, 'cause I've been in a VERY bad mood lately!" Yuri threatens the criminals.

"How did they find me?" Torchwick murmured with an annoyed look on his face. "Whatever! KILL THEM!" He orders his men to start fighting the police, as Yuri and her forces return fire with everything they have.

While his men hold off the police, Torchwick plans to bail to the stolen plane containing vast amounts of high-tech weapons. He rushes towards the open hatch, but before he made it inside, he was caught by a webline to his back and fiercely yank onto a large shipping container. "Where're you running, Torchie? The party's over here." quipped Spider-Man, turning off his camouflage to confront the crime boss.

Torchwick growls, "I should've known YOU were behind this, bug!" He points his cane and begins firing powerful rapidfire energy beams at the webslinger.

"Be glad it's me ruining your night and not Punisher!" quipped Spidey, dodging his bullet barrage while flipping from container to container.

Neo scowls at the sight of Spider-Man and plans to intercept, but was caught off-guard by a devastating punch that sends her flying across the area before quickly using her new jet boots to stop herself. She glares at her assailant, who happens to be her old rival Yang. "Long time no beatdown. Today's the day I finally make you sing for me." She quipped, smirking while cracking her fists.

Smirking herself, Neo uses her jet boots to dash at incredible speeds to deliver quick barrage of kicks at Yang, who uses her gauntlets to deflect all of her attacks. Yang counters with a quick punch, which is immediately blocked by Neo and her new energy umbrella. Yang quickly slides under her legs to attack her back, but Neo swiftly back-dashes away from her explosive fist. Yang recoils herself in hot pursuit, just as Neo immediately dashes back at her. Neo prepares to stab the huntress with her umbrella, but Yang smiles as she swiftly slides under the criminal and immediately recoils herself to finally deliver a powerful explosive punch that smacks Neo onto a container. Yang dashes to deliver another incredible punch through Neo, only to shatter an illusion thanks to her Semblance.

"Still hiding behind your illusions? Face it! Torchwick hired a GUTLESS COWARD to be his partner!" Yang taunts her, before she was brutally kicked across the ground by an enraged Neo flying out of nowhere.

"While cowards hide, I web!" quipped Spidey, webbing the shocked enforcer and throws her onto Torchwick, knocking both of them down. As both criminals are on their knees, Spidey confronts them alongside Yang. "Save yourselves the embarrassment and give up. The police have you and your men surrounded, and I just remotely reactivated the plane's security system. You're officially grounded, just like your pal Vulture!" Spidey mocked the criminals.

Torchwick smirks deviously, "I still have a few tricks left to keep me on the air." He stabs the ground with his ISO-cane, unleashing a devastating wave of cosmic energy that forces Spidey to grab Yang and zip them to the comfort of the air. He stands up and quickly launches an energy grenade at a Neo illusion, who suddenly appears behind the retreating couple and smacks the grenade right at them. The grenade explodes, knocking down the heroes while inflicting a temporary malfunction on their gadgets and weapons.

"Our tech-!" Spidey was rudely cut off by Neo, who uses a combination of her Semblance and kicks to attack him multiple times while his guard was off.

As Yang gets up from the floor, Torchwick hits her with a concentrated dose of toxic gas made out of Black ISO-8 that weakens her, long enough for him to assault her with brutal blows from his cane.

Meanwhile, Neo continues her assault on Spider-Man at lightning speed as he can't take it any longer. He activates his Hyper-Sense, causing his body to react on its own and seamlessly dodge Neo's next quick attack just as he regains usage of his tech. "Lemme show ya how it's done. MAXIMUM SPIDER!" He binds Neo in webbing before exploding into a blur of motion, beating her down with a blitzing flurry of blows until he annihilates her Aura, knocking her out cold.

With Yang, she regains her usage of her tech while being assaulted by Torchwick. She activates her bracelet, cladding her body with the Hard-Light Armor. She parries a quick attack from Torchwick to deliver a powerful counterattack that knocks him back. "Nice armor, but mine is better!" quipped Torchwick, firing a powerful laser beam at Yang.

"But can your armor do THIS?!" Yang quipped, parrying the beam to launch an energy blast back at him, launching the crime boss into the air. She jumps and grabs his arm, brutally slamming him back down. Torchwick swiftly recovers on the ground, blasting another beam that blows her away.

"That armor of yours won't last from the beating I'm 'bout to give you!" quipped Spidey, yanking away Torchwick's cane and zips towards him, but was surprisingly caught by his armored gauntlets.

"Neither will you!" smirked Torchwick, using his gauntlets to electrocute Spider-Man with so much power that it causes him to yell in sheer pain. The armored criminal then pulls back a fist to deliver a devastating punch that sends the webhead flying across the docks, until he crashes near Yang looking motionless and unconscious.

Yang's eyes widen in horror as it looks to her that Spider-Man is dead, "Oh no…" She suddenly flashes back to their recent battle against Thanos on his Sanctuary. The same battle where the Mad Titan killed her husband in front of her eyes. The huntress brawler collapses to her knees as her armor dissipates and begins to suffer a severe anxiety attack, leaving her completely defenseless and vulnerable to an approaching Torchwick.

"This is unusual." Torchwick notes her panic attack. "Doesn't matter to me. It'll make killing you SO much easier." He threatens to kill her with a charging blast from his gauntlet.

Suddenly, Torchwick found himself electrocuted from the back by a surprising assailant, who happens to be the very still alive Spider-Man using his electric webbing. "Oh Romeo. Didn't you read the memo? My new suit is all kinds of amazing, such as being strong enough to survive electrocution. Still hurt like hell, which will make knocking YOU out that much more comforting." Spidey quipped. "Assemble! CRAWLER ASSAULT!" He dashes at the stunned Torchwick and unleashes a flurry of berserker punches that are so strong it damages his armor, then flips before finally defeating Torchwick with a devastating kick that sends him away onto stacked containers, which collapse and pile on top of him one by one until he's knocked unconscious.

Torchwick and Neo have just been defeated, and it didn't take that much longer until the police managed to defeat his remaining forces and secure the docks. As the police begin arresting the defeated criminals, Spider-Man hurries to check on Yang, who just recovered from her panic attack. "Are you okay?" He asks her with a concerned tone.

"Yeah…Yeah, I was just…still suffering from his toxin." Yang lied with a somber tone, looking away from Peter while standing up.

Spidey uses his suit to scan her for any faults in her physiology, "No, you're were clean from the toxin. Must've burned it off through that armor. From what I scanned, you suffered from a severe anxiety attack." He revealed, while Yang remains quiet and depressed. "Yang…Is something bothering you? W-Whatever it is, let me help you." He offered as he's deeply concerned for her.

"Sorry. I need some rest." Yang rejects him gloomily, running away from her husband.

She hops onto her motorcycle and drives away from the docks without saying a word, not even batting an eye at Carlie who just arrived and saw her drive away. "Yang!" Carlie shouted.

"What's wrong with her?" Yuri asks about the huntress while approaching the depressed webslinger.

"I don't know…And I feel horrible not knowing why." Spidey replied somberly.

"She certainly hasn't been herself since this investigation on the Chaoskiller started." said Carlie, approaching the captain and hero.

"Speaking of…" Spidey turns around, glaring at the awakened Torchwick weakly crawling out of the pile of containers that crushed him. He grabs the criminal with a scary glare and lifts him to the air. "Talk. Tell me everything you know about The Chaoskiller." He interrogates him with a serious tone in his voice.

"W-What makes you think I know anything about that lunatic?!" Torchwick retorted.

"You're a high-ranking leader in the Maggia, and they know just about everything that's happening in the underworld! I KNOW you have a clue on who he is!" Spidey said angrily.

"Alright, alright! I keep hearing rumors it's Mac Gargan! The Scorpion! But that's it! That's all I know!" Torchwick answered quickly for his own sake.

Still angry, Spidey throws the beaten criminal to the ground and have the police arrest him. "So Gargan's the Chaoskiller?" Watanabe believed.

"I don't buy it." Spidey said otherwise. "Gargan's crazy, but he's not psychotic. Not to the point of murdering other criminals for no apparent reason. But, in the slight chance that he IS the Chaoskiller, I'll hunt him down to the ends of the earth if I have to for what he has done." He declared darkly, as his hatred for the Chaoskiller grows, which started with the death of Jean DeWolff and now Yang's PTSD.

KFX Here: Torchwick has once again been defeated and we might have a clue on who the Chaoskiller really is. And the relationship between Peter and Yang is being strained thanks to the mystery killer. That's not good.

dinogeoff022: Ozpin was talking to Rồng Xanh, not Peter. Ozpin was surprised that someone like Xanh knew his original name. Pay better attention to the dialogue next time.
