Neo Age 20XX CE, 10 years has pass since the Dimmesdale incident now in the city of Zootopia GUN Agent Kentaro Matsukage is met by an unfamiliar figure
"Are You Kentaro Matsukage?"
Upon hearing his name Kentaro turns around see a Anthro Wolf stand before as he's about to go for his Katana "You know who I am, and yet I don't know who you are state your business?"
"There's no need for you to raise your weapon toward me, I'm not your enemy, I came to warn you, The Foundation has sent a humanoid Cyborg named Berry, he's been programmed to attack the Katswells."
"Attack the Katswells under what reason?" Kentaro asked
"I already informed the Blue Guard Officer named Erickson Shortail, Kassandra Katswell's fiance not to leave the Train Station."
Now inside the tower Berry stood in wait however he's about to get a surprise visit "Are you this Cyborg sent by the Foundation?"
"And who are you?" Berry demanded
"GUN Operative Kentaro Matsukage, now answer me what reason you have for this attack what's the Foundation's plan in this? "Answer me Android, what you have against the Katswell Family, my comrade Kassandra and her sister Kaitlyn Katswell fought alongside Kim Possible which makes them before her allies. You mess with her either become an enemy of Team Possible"
"How did you know about my trap you damn fox?!"
"Whoever he is, he found you out and decide to what Americans would said "Ratted" You out. all that can tell you is that Erickson won't be coming here." Kentaro said
"It was you! You warned him didn't you!?"
Kentaro said "I have not, I don't care if you believe me or not, But I still demand to know is why, why target Kassandra and Erickson neither two done you no wrong."
"What do you think, that Security Guard has what I was denied because of Archer, a Wife My main reason was doing someone a favor. And now thanks to your blabber mouth Erickson is gonna tell Katherine everything and it'll eventually reach Kim Possible!"
Kentaro is dumbfounded on learning of Barry's reason "That's your reason you want to hurt Kassandra and Erickson because they have the life you were denied? And as for Sterling Archer it always been that same song and dance with you, your battle is with him and him alone. There's no reason to drag others into this especially people who don't even know the full story."

Barry charged right at Kentaro who blocks his punch with his sword, as a shockwave breaks the windows upon impact. as he swings his sword Kentaro knocks Barry into a wall, in the Meantime at the Zootopia Train Station Kitty Katswell along with her sister Kassandra and their older sister Katherine Katswell-Evans step out of the train and see Erickson.
Kassandra went up to hug Erickson "Erickson you came to meet me at the Train Station."
"I have, is your older sister Katherine is with you?" Erickson asked
"Yes why wouldn't she?" Kitty asked
Erickson began his explanation "Katherine, Kassandra, Kaitlyn there's something I need to tell you three, As I arrived here someone told me that I should remain here."
Before he can see anything else the tower exploded all 3 look toward their right and saw what has happen. Back with Kentaro Barry was about to give the final blow but Margaret came out of nowhere and block his fist.
"You get away from him!"
Out of nowhere Kim Possible jumps in and knocks Barry into the wall "So you're the Cyborg this Villian faction called the Foundation sent here, start talking are you working for Ceyrano, is he the ring leader?"
Barry gets up "Both Margaret Le Fume and Kim Possible Damnit why now."
"Also you wanna explain what you're planning and where you get the Cybertronian Tech from? There's no way Opitmus Prime would allow someone like you to be upgraded with Cybertronian Technology. And I know from a fact that Megatron wouldn't allow an Earth Cyborg to get away with that unless he has a plan for it." Kim said
"Cybertronian, him?" Margaret stares right at Barry
Katherine used instant transmission and teleported herself toward what's left of the Tower. As she appeared, she looks around to sees both Kim and Margaret confronting Barry. "Give me one good reason why I should not rip out your laser core?" said Margaret
"Like you have it in you skunk girl!" Barry said
"She may not have it in her, but you forgot about Kassandra and Kaitlyn's older sister who just joined us." Kim pointed out as Katherine raise her right hand and threw as Ki shot right at Barry's face
"So you're the Android Erickson was warned about, that's my sister's mate you would dare attempt to harm him?" Katherine said
"He was planning to do what, why? Kassandra don't even know you why tried to attack her fiancee?" Kim demanded
"As if someone who is married to a loser like Ron Stoppable would understand." Barry said
"Hey watch it buddy." Kim said
"Your Logic is twisted." Katherine said
But Before anyone could attack Barry he jumps out of a window. Afterward Kentaro opens his eyes and get to his feet "So that's explain why he's that powerful."

"Kentaro are you alright?" Margaret asked
Kentaro said "I'm sorry I scared you like that Margaret-San, but I need to know how The Foundation made Barry that powerful and is Ceyrano is the mastermind of this Faction."
"I can tell you this, he's not at the Level of Android #17 and #18." Kim said
"How's Erickson?" Kentaro asked
"Both he and my sister are at the Station as we speak. Erickson told me everything." Katherine said
"You must inform your father Johnny Katswell Sr of this, Barry attempted to trap Erickson, but someone warned both me and him before hand, I don't know his name, but he seems to be an ally. In the Meantime, we need to know the Foundation's aim in this?" Kentaro said
"Maybe you can do that." Katherine said
"I have done a solo mission before and since Barry thinks that he killed me, it would serve to make my task easier. Margaret take care of yourself if you see Lily Martin and the others let them know that I'm fine." Kentaro said
"But this time it'll be different, I'll contact someone who back you up if needed." Kim said
"You have my thanks Miss Possible."
As Kentaro leaves Kim, Katherine and Margaret sense someone else in the room, Kim turned around "Who is this?"
"Marcel!" Katherine yelled out
"Katherine Katswell I had a feeling you would be here." Marcel said
"You're Marcel the Coldblooded?" Margaret asked
"Marcel Basaquer, also known as Marcel the Coldblooded the oldest Daughter of Crowell Basaquer and head of the Basaquer crime syndicate. From what I been told you're a wolf Level Threat and a 55,000,000 Gli Bounty on your head." Kim said
"Why are you here Marcel?" Katherine demanded
"Just so you, the human and that Skunk here know, as a Basaquer I have no need for that Android's assistance to deal with my Family's mortal enemies the Katswells."
Kim said "If you're here to dismantle Barry, you're a bit too late he got away just as me and Katherine showed up."
"I'll deal with him and whoever is on his side when the time comes. As for Katherine's Three younger sisters Kassandra, Kaitlyn and Katarina and Half sister Connie, they barely know of about the history of our two families."
"Kassandra already know and both Kaitlyn and Katarina shall be well informed just as I have been as for Connie she's fully aware of our family's history." Katherine said
"So your family has history with Katherine's, why drag her 4 sisters into this." Margaret demanded
"I don't have to explain that part to some skunk! however my Siblings and I can't have Barry Undermining our grudge with the Katswells sooner or later He and those who on his side will suffer."
Just then Commander Feral and a small band of Enforcers rushed in "Agent Katherine Katswell, Kim Possible step aside the Enforcers shall deal with her. The same goes for you too Agent Le Fume."
Just as Feral walked toward Marcel Katherine sees a Wild Boar hiding under the shadows, Katherine pushed Feral out of the way just as the Wild Boar rushed in with his Sword leaving a Scar in Katherine's left eye, "You dodge my attack?"
"This Aura I'm sensing it's immense." Kim said
"Are you with this woman, who are you?" Margaret demanded
"I'm one of Neo DOOM's Four Horsemen – War, if you, Kim Possible, Katherine Katswell or Feral want to apprehend Lady Marcel then you'll have to deal with me first."
War slams his sword to the ground cause a large chuck of the platform to drop to the ground as he and Marcel take their leave
"Get back here!"
Kim pulled Feral back "Forgot him Commander, Katherine is hurt and needs help."
"She risks her left eye to keep you from getting killed and you're just gonna just leave her wounded? please call a Medic." Margaret said
Feral bites his pride "Fine I'll contact a Doctor."
[Chapter 23: The Assassin and The Thief]
(BGM: Parasite Eve - Someone calls me... Someone looks for me...)
4 weeks later Johnny Katswell Sr and Jr along with Slider Evans visit Katherine at the Zootopia hospital where Connie works at, as they enter the room the nurse is re-bandaging Katherine left eye "Now Katherine will have to wear this eye Patch until your eye is fully healed" Connie said
"Connie what of the Scar over her eye?" Johnny Sr asked
Connie explain, "Her left eye will be okay, she'll be able to see from that eye in another 6 weeks, she also told the other doctors to leave the scar, stating that it's to remind her of something."
"Why would she asked for that?" Johnny Jr asked
then Katherine said, "And what of Erickson told me, if Barry still plan to target him then he need to be protected Kaitlyn can't be around him 24/7"
"Also Kim informed me and your mother that she and Erickson are planning to relocate to Knothole Village in California." Johnny Sr said
In the Meantime in Knothole Kim sees the movers in pack the Katswell's things into their new home. "Kim what made her want to relocate here?" Soma asked
"Two reasons, one is that she knows one of the Villagers is she went to college with and two She and Erickson been planning this beforehand." Kim said
elsewhere Kentaro is in Mt Fuji where his brother Soutaro Matsukage fines him "Kentaro I had feeling you would be here?" Soutaro said
"So both you, and our parents knew I staged my own death." Kentaro asked
"I know for a fact that you're not so easily killed, what you plan to do for the time being?"
"I need to know what's Barry's aim in all of this. It'll take me awhile in the meantime Soutaro I need you, my younger brother to watch over mother and father."
One Night Layer made her way into a mansion to steal a Priceless Neckless that belong to the wife of the Mansion owner, she managed to enter the house through an open window. As she lands on the floor, she quickly shut off all the lights, this prompt the Bodyguards to take their flashlights to search the hallways. Under cover of darkness Layer sneaks around to avoid the guards but unbeknownst to her another has made his way inside.
This intruder is not here with any jewelry but is take out his target, as he enters the hall way one of the guards see him, but it quickly dispatched as soon the 2nd guard is also being taken down without having a chance to fight back.
Layer slowly step inside the master bedroom, upon going inside she check the drawers until she hears the sound of a gunshot fired from a laser gun with a silencer "Well fancy seeing someone like you here."
"You're one of those GUN Agents from before, .what's your Business here?" Emilio demanded
Layer then said, "Aside from being a GUN Operative I'm also a Master Thief?"
"You can go back to your thievery after I'm done here, the man you came to steal from has been abusing his power as CEO of the company he runs and has taken advantaged his female Employees some of those women are married. I been hired to end him."
"Hey I hear Voices."
"It's coming from the boss's bedroom."
"Both you and I have overstayed our welcome, and we take our leave." Both Layer and Emilio flew out from a window before the two Guards rushed in 3 hours afterward the two Mobian bats are on a hill at the Police surround the Mansion
Layer see Emilio taking his leave, "Wait a sec I didn't get what I came for, you owe me Assassin."
"Owe you what?" Emilio asked
Layer Grabs Emilio by his jacket "Listen you there was a Neckless in there that worth a lot of money, Thanks to your contact kill I got nothing, therefore you owe me so there."
"You act like a spoiled child who lost her doll, and how you expect me to re-" Emilio is grabbed by the arm "What's with you woman?"
